We are very satisfied with our stay at the hotel and the staff was very courteous and professional. The rooms were clean and the hotel itself including the parking lot was clean. I will recommend anyone to stay there and my wife and I will definitely be staying there when we come to visit again.

The stay was terrible the room was cold with heater on 95 degress the hot water was like warm trash was by elavator when u made it there and was still there when i check out

First of all the stove would not come Friday morning i call front dest for someone to come up not one came i have to call a store owner i no he told me how to get it on. Nother to wash the dish with. The housekeeping didn't clean when i ask them. It was a stay that all.

They gave my room away when I tried to check in it was someone new at the desk.. I've stayed there many times before but this night had me driving around trying to find somewhere to stay

It was acceptable given the nightly rate. The only thing I didn’t like was. We discovered the room shower didn’t work. They refused to change rooms. My dad which has a rod in his back, had to bathe using the tub facet.

Towels were not clean. Needed to go downstairs to get more towels, but they were dirty as well. Also, the roomkeys were inoperable half the time, so it made getting into the room very frustrating.

The room was not clean there was blood on the light fixtures.. they were roaches in the room.. Rome was not vacuumed.. very noisy guest to the point of criminal.. the cooktop did not work.. shower with subpar concerning hygiene and cleanliness.. soap dispenser was broken

The bed was hard and the floors were slippery. Bathroom was a bit worn down. I don’t think I’ll be back. Plus I was charged more than the price shown on the website.

Perfect location. Right off of the highway near plenty of food and shopping.

The property was old and musty. It needs to be renovated ASAP. There is no ice on the floor. The ice is in the refrigerator and I had to wait 1 hour before I got it. By that time, I no longer needed the ice. I will not stay there again.

I enjoyed staying at the Candlewood Suites. It was an actual suite with a full regrigerator and cooktop! Bed was comfortable. A quiet area, there are a few restaurants and a Walmart just down the street.

Smells bad and had water issue

Wasn't thrilled about the fact that the door was warped enough that you had to put your body weight against it and shove to get it to close.The bathroom sink light fixture never worked, and the general condition of the building wasn't esthetically pleasing. However, the coffee available almost 24 hrs, the complimentary laundry, friendliness of the staff, and location of the hotel almost made up for it. Would I stay here again? Yes, at the right price. FYI there are competing hotels chains right around the corner so do your due diligence re cost.

I was there for two weeks, not once did house keeping come to check on me if I needed anything like clean sheets, clean towels, not even take out the trash. My original room had an odor to it, I called about this and the employee just said “what do you want me to do about it” I told her to give me a new room, she accommodated me and the new room had dishes, pots and pans in the dish washer but had not been ran, dish washer was not working properly so I had to clean all of those by hand, all around I believe this is less than a 1 star rating, completely horrible customer service at this location.

So the hotel is older so it needs a lot of work but the bed was clean and comfortable. However I did see a small roach in the bathroom sink and the trash can was dirty under the trash bag! When I took a shower the water was filling up and draining very slow and I hate that! The customer service was very good though I will give them that! Very polite staff!!!

The staff was very professional and friendly. The air conditioner in the room didn't cool very well. I was placed in a wheelchair accessible room, so i didn't have a bathtub.

The property wasn’t clean, had a order. It rain, and had a bad leak from the rain.Around the walls and baseboards was nasty and need replacing.

Did a reservation for a studio suit. When I got there to check they claim they didn’t see my reservation from Expedia. Then turn around and gave me a regular room that didn’t have a couch as the one I was shown before I even made the reservation

We ordered a walk in shower room with adjoining room for our widow friend. They put us in room with tub and no adjoining. At 10 pm went to desk and very nice desk clerk went to quiet down very loud guests above us. At midnight the loud music finally stopped and we could rest.

When we walked into our room the floor was dirty. Bathroom floor was dirty, wall by the bed had brown clumps of something on it, it also looked like the door had been busted through you could tell the door was bowed and see light all around the door frame. We will not be staying at this hotel again.

Nice rooms. I was told I could call down for a pre-packaged breakfast sandwich, side and beverage that they’d deliver to the room BUT their order hasn’t come in so there wasn’t much to choose from (I passed). Other than the hassle over the dogs my stay was very good but I will make sure any discussions about fees are documented on my check-in record!

It was great. The beds were comfortable and there was even dishes in there to use and to cook with. I will definitely stay at this type of hotel for every trip I go on!

We have stayed here a dozen of times but since the first time the cleanliness has been diminishing. The last couple of times we stayed the staff walked in without knocking in the morning. It almost feels like they are rushing you out by 9 am. This last time the tables were dirty and ants were everywhere. Plus we loved doing laundry during our workout at the gym but apparently that burned down or something, it was closed. Sad to say but I think that was our last stay at this hotel

covid has hit this hotel hard, but they are doing as best they can. saw only one other guest, and he was not wearing a mask. desk attendant was not wearing mask, but was behind a desk shield. room was clean, but no soap or spare roll of tissue. kleenex works. came and went through end door using room pass. I appreciate the overall effort. stayed at candlewood about 12 times this year. wont go back to Auburn because the desk clerk, a young lady, was so extrondinarly rude. the young man who has been on duty at least five of my stays is absolutely professional, even recognized me on sight. the girl was so bad i just canceled on the spot and drove on to montgomery cw, which was great. the cw pet policy is a deciding factor for me, so i plan trips around cw locations.

Clean & comfortable. Very reasonably priced. Disappointed that there was no daily housekeeping. Had to go to front desk to get fresh towels during my 3 night stay. Items for sale at the Cuperd were over priced.

The receptionist, Rachel, was exceptionally courteous. The room temp control worked well and the beds were very comfortable. We recommend this hotel without reservation!

They promptly apologized and provided us a new room. All was fine until returning to room after dinner to find a/c unit underperforming….temps reaching 98-99 degrees outside on these days…ya kinda need that a/c to be working right. They again apologized but did not have another room to provide, so we had to manage with this one…fortunately, it worked well enough to get a decent nights sleep. Overall, I am still pleased with what we ended up with, and would stay again….just wish the a/c worked 100% rather than 70%.

Hotel was good. I had a $50 gift card booked thru hotel.com and was charged a fee that I was not aware of. No more third party booking for me.

Very untrained staffs

The hotel was ok. The room was clean as well as the bathroom. No complaints there; however, the keys didn’t work and the night manager didn’t bother to switch them out. He just asked if we’re going back out tonight and if not it’ll be ok. Omg!! I just shook my head because it was late and I didn’t want to wait another 30 minutes.

I was charged for pets fees that I didnt know about... There is no annoucement on your website or the hotel stating they charge a pet fee.

Room 304 needed a lot of maintenance and smelled of cigarettes. 1) bathroom door wouldn’t shut, door too big for door frame 2) security latch on door broke off 3) desk chair well worn with damage 3) door handle on bathroom doir smaller than hole 4) bathroom towel rack about to pull out of wall 5) did I mention it smelled of cigarettes, like old cigarette smell......

Booked a room for $97 and no room available, the hotel is under remodel. Just lost $97 and no room, this is why i refused to use Expedia in the past, there is no communication betweem the site and the hotels. Hotel manager had no idea of the booking and was confused ad to why any was booked.

Allowed cats which was important since we are moving across country.

The hotel was very nice and comfortable; the only problem was that we weren’t aware that housekeeping wasn’t daily, so we threw them on the floor instead of hanging them up. We had a large group here in town for a funeral so we had several rooms booked and we had no complaints. It’s close to several decent places to eat and Walmart is right down the street. Overall I would DEFINITELY recommend and stay here again the next time I’m in Olive Branch.
