Our room was clean, comfortable and in good repair. Unfortunately we had to get on the road before breakfast began so I can’t offer any opinions on that, but we were overall very pleased with our stay.

The room was clean. Appreciated the welcome sign on the TV. Staff at the front desk were professional and curious. We did not have the breakfast due to our schedule. I would definitely stay here again.

The girl at the counter was absolutely GREAT!! The complementary personal care in the shower was top notch. My family travels alot, several times a month for our kids schooling and this was my favorite hygiene yet. Pillows were great. Upon walking in the room, my 11 year old ran in to check it out and fell backwards on his tailbone, I went to check on him and about went down also. The floors were so slick in our room we could barly stand. As my daughter took het shoes off to get better grip she stepped in a puddle of water on the carpet and off the carpet and soaked her socks. We thought the a/c was leaking but it wasnt. We were so tired I just cleaned it up and we settled in. By morning from the few trips to the bathroom threw the night we realized how sticky the floors had gotten. Not sure if it was just a bad clean job or maybe bad floor cleaner but it definitely could have hurt someone more then my sons tailbone. He was fine by morning and we didnt address it because the front girl was so nice. Around 12am I had to run to my van and getting on the elevator I noticed a busted creamer, by morning as we were leaving 10:30am (ish) the creamer was still there, had a yellow sign next to it and was basically dried and black from everyone stepping on it. It litterly woukd have taken 1 minute to wipe it up. Our door wouldn't hardly close either. We were room 422

And while we did not have anything hanging on the door telling them to not come in, it is still a little crazy that they were already in there at 7 AM when we had not checked out. It’s very possible we could’ve still just been sleeping.

But, this one far exceeded any expectations I had for the property! From the moment we walked in the door, the front desk staff greeted us with such kindness. The check in process was quick and smooth and we found our room easily. The room was very clean and up to date from comfy beds, to button controlled window curtains. The hot tub was very relaxing and clean! The perfect temperature and a really good size! You could easily fit a good group of people in there. Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve had! It was fresh, hot, and had a great spread of options.

I believe this room had fleas in it. All my dogs get flea/tick prevention monthly but there were fleas in the room. I was also put in the wrong room at first and was offered no discount or anything for my troubles

The biggest issue was the smell- the rooms smelled awful. The rest of the hotel did not...so clearly the rooms are ventilated well enough. Our beds were saggy like being in a hammock. Everyone struggled with really bad beds. It is also over a highway and possibly near train track. Sleeping is almost impossible unless you bring ear plugs and an eye mask. I actually woke up multiple times, thinking a vehicle was driving right into the room. The hotel could definitely benefit from soundproofing. I would not recommend or stay there again due to this issue alone. The staff were great. The breakfast was hot and prompt. It is more structural issues/the actual hotel chain's poor planning/implementation than any staff there.

Pool and hot tub were closed which was the ONLY reason I chose to book there and was not able to enjoy. Staff didn't seem to be on one accord with everything either. The texting system was delayed and giving wrong information.

The room was accessible like I needed it to be for my mom. Beds were low enough for her to get in easily. And close to elevators so my mom didn’t have to walk a long way. Breakfast was hot and ready at 6am. My only complaint would probably be the stink bugs that were in the bathroom.

The lady at the counter was kind. The room is nice. But the room I reserved was supposed to sleep 5, which we need, and it only sleeps 4. Very annoying. The front desk lady was very thoughtful and brought us a roll away bed without charging us. She couldn’t change the room since we booked it through Expedia. And I wasn’t even able to see on my reservation through Expedia what room I was supposed to have. Very frustrating.

One of the best hotels I have stayed. Love indoor pool and jacuzzi. My kids had lot of fun. Lot of restaurants just outside the door is super handy for family with little ones .

Breakfast was great. Lots of options in a small buffet like setting. We were able to walk to a local place for dinner, and coffee in the morning. Nice pool and hot tub area and very clean.

Will the housekeeping was A+ front desk staff was absent from desk, with 5 customers waiting to check in. While i have seen this at other hotels, it has never been more than a minute. Having worked in the hotel industry for many yrs in the past, this is upsetting to see this lack of service. This part4hotel was built SO close to highway, that we heard traffic ALL NIGHT long.

We have stayed at this Hampton Inn in the past. We never hesitate to return. Jasmine is absolutely amazing. Highly recommend. Our room was spacious and terrific for our dog.

Overall Excellent place to stay! The staff were exceptional and helpful throughout the stay. They even checked in on us. My only complaint was the hot tub….. it worked but was low on water and hadn’t been cleaned. The hot tub is a personal favorite of mine when I travel so kinda disappointing but we loved everything else about this place. Food was great and they change it up daily! Highly recommend staying here. Also I never mentioned to the staff about the hot tub but I believe they would have gotten to it asap!

I booked through Expedia. I called Hilton to extend my stay before I arrived and received excellent service. My room was so close to the highway and very noisey. Even running the fan on the air conditioning on high did not mask the noise.

Normally this is a great motel but this past time, the hot tub was broke, the pool was full of screaming kids and we woke up to the floor being flooded in our room due to an apparent water leak in the wall. Everything else was good. It just seems the hot tub is broke all the time

This stay was amazing. The staff were friendly, the restaurant next door was so good, and the pool was great for our kiddos. The cleanliness was a 10/10 and I appreciated the easy check in process.

This was not the worst. But not the best. Staff didnt seem to care much. Seemed like an inconvenience. Cleanliness was okay. Stayed only one night for sleep and hot tub. The hot tub was warm but was 92 and cooled down very quickly. Took along road trip and picked this location for the hot tub. Wish i choose the holiday inn that shares the parking lot and tried them. Breakfast was horrible and watery and wouldnt recommend. You can tell they try to do it as cheap as possible. I wouldnt stay here again.

We had an issue when we arrive, leaking air conditioner, it was quickly resolved. Ladies at the desk were friendly and ALL staff created us throughout our stay, very refreshing. We will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Only complaint would be the multitude of opportunities to “tip”. Every single table & everywhere else has an on line tip option. You don’t even have to talk or see anyone. Pretty tacky!!!!

Entrance in front is not intuitive to some people. They need to know to use the roundabout properly.

Everything was nice, the setup coming to the roundabout in front of the entrance should have better signage. People would turn left in the opposite direction. It's not horrible, just needs to be reworked a bit.

This hotel was a lovely stop for our family on a long trip. The building was clean and tastefully decorated. Room was perfect. The continental breakfast was just amazing. I would absolutely come again!

The check-in experience was not so great. The clerk kept repeating the request for the license plate of our vehicle. I did not have this information immediately available, as my husband had not yet returned from parking our vehicle. It was pouring down with rain. I started to think the clerk perhaps didn't understand English very well, but on reflection, they were perhaps on 'auto-pilot', just answering prompts on a screen. Very frustrating. Did not offer a solution or acknowledge that this information could wait for a moment.

Very noisy neighbors, no enforcement of quiet hours, harassed by attendant in front of my family, demanding that I turn in my room key upon departure. One of the most disappointing experiences at a Hampton Inn, anywhere. I would recommend looking elsewhere before staying here.

Everything was nice, only issue was the hot tub was out of order, it was offered that the holiday inn next door would allow Hampton inns guest to use their hot tub. Due to it being a trek and being cooler than it had been outside, we decided against using the other motels hot tub, we should have just stayed there in hindsight. It would be really courteous if these motels would let would be guests know that their advertised amenities, such as the hot tub, etc, was out of order. This was the main reason we booked this motel. So we pretty much throwed our money out the window, booked on false advertisement. We would have booked at the holiday inn or elsewhere if we would have known and wouldn’t have felt taken advantage of.

Both ladies at the front desk staff who assisted me during check in & check out were so sweet, the facilities were decent, but could use some upgrades on the bathroom & other areas. It was okay overall.
