I didn’t like the surprise of $75 pet fee.

In our room we found strands of hair on the shampoo bottles, pubic hair on one of the “clean” towels, and blood on one of the pillows and pillows covers.

One other note. There is everything you need at this exit. Walmart close by, McDonalds, liquor store, restaurants, car washes and more.

Nice hotel, big rooms. Safe, clean, and close to interstate and restaurants. Bed was comfy, liked the laminate wood floors.

Room was clean, and smelled clean. Breakfast was decent, workers were around cleaning and smiling. Would stay again.

There was an older gentleman at the front desk that was very very rude

The room looked and smelled sparkling clean. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets felt crisp and clean. breakfast included scrambled eggs and a choice of turkey sausage or pork sausage. I very much appreciated that because I don’t eat pork, but I do like turkey. I would definitely stay here again when I make a return visit.

The room was very clean, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast was delicious! The setup of the room was convenient, with plenty of flat surfaces on which to put luggage and other items.

It was a great stay. I love that you all do breakfast from 6am-10am. Amazingly awesome!

Everything started ok but when I went to get some Ice could not find any so called the desk and I had to go down a floor for the Ice no Ice on my floor. The room was nice but hard to get the temp steady it would get hot and air would come on at it was way to cold so at night I would get hot then cold need to fix there setup air on window and control on other wall. Then I wanted some coffee and no coffee maker in the room called the desk and had to go down to pick up a coffee maker. So I was not real happy with place. The room was clean and nice TV. Everyone was very nice. Breakfast was good and they had a nice coffee maker there. For what it cost will be looking for a different place next time I go that way. Or I know to ask for a floor with Ice maker and get a coffee maker when I check in and hope to get a/c to work better.

The property presented with welcoming and helpful staff—they allowed us to store our ice cream for a birthday party the following morning. The room was clean; the hot breakfast was amazing; the shower head gave a great shower. Our only concern was the sink drain in Room 224 took ages to drain. Otherwise, our 3 day stay we definitely rate a 5 star visit!!

The hotel appearance is fresh and clean. Ample parking. The staff are very friendly from check-in, breakfast servers. I love the cinnamon buns!

After 5 hotel stays in 10 days, with 1 being a DUMP, it was great to not have another. This Holiday Inn was at the top of the GREAT LIST in every adpect.

We requested an accessible room. Much confusion over reserving one though several available and were made available. Room was a king bed with a very heavy quilt-cover for a blanket which was quite uncomfortable. A simple sheet was the alternative which required increasing the room heat to avoid feeling cold while trying to sleep. A normal blanket is needed. No normal upholstered chair with arms was furnished in this room. There was a desk chair and an armless straight chair neither of which was useful for an upright sleeper. Plenty of towels were available which helped clean up the water straying from the curbless shower. Two redeeming items were a very complete hot/cold breakfast bar; and very helpful, cheerful employees!

This is a good hotel. The reason for a 4 star is because the interstate noise was too much. If the room had been on the other side of the hotel, it would have probably had much less noise.

Room was great. Never expected a $75 pet fee. We’ve stayed at dozens of hotels with our dog. Pet fees range fro $10-$25. You should list that upfront instead of charging so much after the stay is done.

Refrigerator still had last guests food inside. Bed was relatively comfortable.

The room was super clean, the towels smells really good. The staff were very courteous and kind. What stood out to me the most was the overall cleanliness. The breakfast staff was diligently filling up the food and everything and they constantly making sure the guess get the best breakfast.

They told us the pool was broken after we paid. Got to our room and there was a washcloth with makeup and what looked like public hair just sitting on the bathroom sink

My family and i enjoyed the hotel. It was a blessing coming from Minnesota. It was clean room. Spacious and very kind staff. The only one thing I would suggest is having more tea options.

Staff was extremely attentive, tripped over carpet at entrance and fell into door and have a cut on my forehead and a my hand filed an accident report, staff was helpful and concerned. I would recommend removing carpet and replace with something that will not lift.

Upon arrival to our room , the bed linen was filthy with large soiled stains all over the bed linen. Clearly our room wasn't cleaned when the last guest left. You could tell the housekeeper didn't change the linen from the previous guest. The bed was hard as a brick. My wife and I didn't get much sleep on our 4 day trip due to the bed being very uncomfortable. The breakfast was just "OK" they kept recycling the same oh bread , bagels , etc because the food was very stale. The hotel is in a good location but all the food restaurants around the hotel were not up to par. Every restaurant we ate at , the food was nasty. The room had an odor that was coming from the HVAC system. Clearly the filters hadn't been changed because of the foul smelling odor coming from the heat.

Convenient location.many restaurants nearby. Smooth check-in, clean room, and they provide enough towels!. However, there are not enough lights in the room, and the walls are thin, so you can easily hear the neighbors.

We travel at least 3 times a year across the country, this was by far the best hotel we've stayed at!!! The rooms were clean, check in was friendly and fast and they have great alternative choices at breakfast for my families restricted dietary needs. Would recommend this location to everyone.

Fantastic hotel! Finally, a hotel that got it all right. The desk staff ladies were amazing. Both we encountered were very friendly. We had driven all night and called to see if there were any early check-in rooms available. The lady that answered was so helpful and told us there was one room ready and that we could come on in. The room was spacious and clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable and provided a good sleep. The room was nice and dark and the A/C worked great. Breakfast had a nice selection, something for everyone. Overall great experience. Will stay here again!

Fresh and plentiful

We had selected this hotel a few weeks ago when in town for a wedding and were extremely satisfied with the service, cleanliness and one of the best continental breakfasts we’ve ever had in decades of traveling. So when we needed to return to TN on a short notice, we were happy that we were able to book rooms again.

We will never go back to Holiday inn Express! They took all my money, and I have a sick husband, and we were only here for a doctor visit!! Now I have to wait 5-7 days for it to be refunded!!!! Not happy!!!!!!

I booked this hotel primatily for there being a hot tub. Upon arrival, I was told it was not working, but I could go next door to the sister hotel and use theirs. I asked if I would need a key to access and was told "well, we actually haven't been able to verify our guests accessing it" I explained that I was not interested in being the guinea pig to try to gain access. I made the reservation less than 24 hours of arrival and would have made alternative reservation had I been aware of the hot tub not working.

Check in was quick and the desk clerk was very nice and helpful. The premises and the room was clean and the cleaning crew was great. Very positive staying experience!

I booked a room, Th-Sat. Our flight got in at 12:30 Thursday morning. Despite calling headquarters ahead of time, to make sure we would be able to check in early, the gal at the front desk made us pay for an extra night, despite having a room available. Not cool.

This is one of the nicest hotels we've stayed in. From the room to breakfast, everything was clean and neat. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We were sadly shocked to see that the room was not as expected. The room was damp, with the sheets, carpet, etc feeling damp and muggy. In the shower, there were hairs all around. Nice looking facility with lovely staff, but cleanliness and comfort took the hit.

I was very disappointed by our stay here. For one thing, after booking online and paying what was supposed to have been all included fees and taxes, upon arrival I was charged a $75 non refundable pet fee. I told them that I was not informed of that up front. They simply stated there was nothi g they could do even after talking to the manager. The hotel itself was nothing special. The hotel hallways were humid and hot. The AC in the room was either freezing and humid or hot and humid. The pillows were horribly lumpy and the beds were not very comfy at all. Our dog had a hard time getting his footing due to the hard and slick flooring and he ended up hurting his leg and was limping. The breakfast that was plentiful in choices but the area was super crowded. Upon checkout, I asked for a receipt and was told that Expedia would be sending it but I have not received it....I did charge sodas to the room and would like to know if the additional fees were charged. This was not a good experience for my family.

The desk clerk that checked me in was super nice. And the breakfast had several options on offer something for everyone.

Like most IHG properties, this one is clean, very nice, quiet and pleasant staff. Have great amenities, I just wish that hotels like this would offer 24 hr pool and hot tub amenities like others we have stayed at. Sometimes it’s nice not to be rushed after check in to enjoy the amenities that hotels like this offer, otherwise why even have them if most of your patrons never get to use them due to closing and opening times. That’s only 1 of 2 gripes I have about this establishment, the other is the security deposit amount and time it takes to be reimbursed. They tell you that they don’t take money off your card but they do in fact take a $250 sum out of your bank account or credit card if you live within 40-50 miles of this place. Then if your stay is on Saturday, expect your money to be put back on Wednesday or Thursday after your stay. DO NOT, I repeat, Do Not use cash app or any other money app as your deposit or you are looking at 30 days to get your $250 deposit back. And yes I was told that they don’t actually remove funds from your account they just put a hold on it. Not sure what part of removing 250 from your checking account constitutes telling someone they don’t “actually “ do that. Quite the contrary, they do physically remove it and keep it for 4-5 days before they give the money that was taken, back. But however they wish spin it so you don’t think you are pay$500 for a one night stay at a holiday inn. Nice motel and staff but this policy is why it’s a no go

The room was nicely updated and clean. Unfortunately our room was noisy because we were right outside the elevator and close to lobby on first floor. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again

Dining room was very crowded on Saturday 5/10/2025, we had to take our breakfast to the couch in the lobby to eat it. Not enough seating apparently. Overall, stay was great, no other complaints.

The first 3 nights we were unable to sleep good because the radio outside our room was playing to loudly in the hallway. I complained each night and nothing was done about it. I had myself & 5 kids with me and none of us got any rest! I believe we are due a credit for those 3 nights stay.

My husband and I are driving up from Florida to Michigan for my mom’s funeral. Being able to rest, and rest deeply, while grieving, is not easy but with the newly updated rooms, amazingly comfortable beds and amenities, I was able to get a good nights sleep. Thank you for that.

The cleanliness of the room was not very well and had a musty odor to it. The pool and hot tub should not be available very dirty and one of the light in the hot tub were hanging out and an electric shock hazard.

We arrived on Christmas day and stayed for 4 nights. We heard very little hall noise and the mattresses were comfortable. The free breakfast buffet included eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, along with cereal, oatmeal, and cinnamon rolls. I will definitely try to stay here in the future. l

We are “locals” we live about 25 min away t hotel and wanted something near a company Christmas party as we would be drinking & to have a kid free night. But as being locals they add a $250 charge. But no where on the site does it say that. This was a major frustration.
