I really enjoyed staying there. The room smelled fabulous. Everything was perfect. Perfection.

The hotel was great up until we heard hammering on the floor that we were on. Getting to the hotel at 12am and getting woke up at 7am to banging is not cool. The management acted like they didn’t know construction was going on.

This was one of the nicest and cleanest hotel that I have stayed at… ever! Very very clean! Room was spacious and super clean . The breakfast bar was well staffed and lots of options! I can’t say enough good things about this hotel, especially for the price. I will definitely use it again if we are traveling this way.

I personallyl love this property. It is the best hotel in the Ooltewah area and close to SAU. My family and I traveled for our family's graduation and we were able to stay there as a family and enjoy the amenities. Restaurant, breakfast, fire pit. Staff is great and the rooms are top notch. Thanks to everyone who made our stay great.

We chose this hotel because of the “Exceptional” rating. Though it was a lovely room, we did not find it to be exceptional. Overall the room and the hotel were a good choice for the price.

The rooms were amazing! Very large and upscale decor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved the spacious shower and bathroom. The lobby had a great meeting space to gather with friends and order drinks from the bar. The outdoor space was amazing as well.

Clean, modern room. 24/7 exercise room. Staff at check in was wonderful. I did not eat breakfast but went into the dining area right before breakfast end to use the toaster and the employee working in the kitchen was kind of rude to the other employee and her attitude in front of guests was not a good look for the hotel. Otherwise everything went great. I was only there for about 10 hours total.

BEWARE… this property borders a railroad track that has constant trains running throughout the night with loud horns! I guess the earplugs provided in the room was the first indication that it was going to be a long sleepless night. The room and beds would have been better enjoyed without the trains!

Upon arrival to the room, the tv was on and the door was ajar. We were a little nervous to enter. However, we quickly realized no one was in the room. Just an oddity. Perhaps the cleaning crew was listening to music as they cleaned and then didn’t realize the door didn’t close behind them. No one tried to enter the room for the duration of our stay. This was not enough to change the rating of our stay.

The EV Chargers are broken and have been for more than a year. The manager knows this. EV Charging should not be listed as an amenity at this hotel.

Special shout out to the food and beverage manager! We had a disputed charge between members of our party, he sent me a detailed bill and settled it quickly.

room was amazing. everything was clean. we all had great sleeping accommodations. however, i changed my first room due to the room having a mildewy smell. went to the second one and the second room was smelled great up until the AC was kicked. the same smell spread throughout the room. great staff though. its a good stay if you dont like the ac on

The rooms were clean and very nice. It was quiet and I was able to sleep. The breakfast bar was good with lots of options .There was a front desk agent by the name of Gary who was very nice and friendly . I loved my stay and I will be back.

The staff were very nice, the gentleman on the front desk reached out us making sure we we OK in our room. The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was also fresh and yummy. The only reason I gave my stay a 4 star was that sometimes I was loud due to the truck or train outside. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Family or 3 only stayed one night but was nice, clean and had several close food options. Only downside was one person at checkin and we had 3 people ahead of us. We waited over 20 minutes to check in but it’s a holiday week and very busy so we get it - but think more staff should have been there.

Room was very clean, comfortable bed. Plenty of space. Bathroom layout odd but clean and great water pressure from shower. Front desk staff on checkin was friendly and efficient. Maintenance staff went above and beyond provided us with cart for our luggage as none of regular carts available. Definitely would recommend and stay again.

The room was very clean, spacious, and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and I got a great night’s sleep. The tub faucet leaked but was fixed immediately upon reporting it to the front desk. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was very convenient to grocery shopping and fast food.

I arrived late at night. Golda, the night manager, gave a great, friendly greeting and conversation, which was much appreciated after my long drive.

Room carpet and hallway carpets were filthy. Breakfast wasn't replenished with plenty of time left. Staff was not friendly. Beds were very hard and pillows very soft. AND the hot water didn't make it to the 4th floor.

This hotel is where I always stay when I travel from Florida to Ohio. Its right off the highway, easy parking and many choices for food.

The room set up is ridiculous, the placement of the TV in relativity to the beds and the bathroom makes no sense, a frosted bathroom door directly in front of the beds so the light shines directly on whoever is sleeping, no bathroom fan, the shower water was scalding and couldn't be adjusted and the shower head is so abrasive you can barely stand in the water. The pillows are completely flat and the beds are hard and uncomfortable. I've stayed at many Marriotts and this one is a scar on the brand. I would never recommend anyone to stay here and honestly deserve a refund.

We checked in Saturday evening and had tons of luggage, it was helpful and a relief to find a fleet of luggage carts right at the entrance. Then, we immediately had a quick and welcoming check in. The lobby was also very nice with a bar and food if you want a drink or bite to eat during your stay. We had a double queen suite that was really spacious for three of us. Very clean for the most part. We used the pull out couch and noticed the sheet had a stain so called the front desk who had all new linens delivered to our room quite promptly which was great! The next morning the toilet stopped flushing. Because it was early and we were trying to get ready to get back on the road, the front desk gave us a second room down the hall to use so we could use the restroom in it. There was no arguing, just an immediate solution offered by a very helpful front desk. So refreshing. She also brought the key for the other room right to us! Last, the breakfast was awesome! Such a variety. They even had allergy friendly muffins, which was such a nice surprise for my daughter who has a lot of stomach issues and can’t eat dairy or gluten. This place was such a nice surprise and stop on our road trip. I will make sure to look for this brand of Marriott for our future travel. Thanks to all there who were so helpful. We were tired from driving all day and could rest easy and well here.

The beds where like laying on the floor. They were so hard and stiff it was so uncomfortable my back still hurts from my stay. Also you can here everything going on outside the room.

The staff is great. The facility is well maintained. Because there's no ventilation noise i can hear people using the bathroom in other rooms. I know it's the way things are at hotels now but it would be nice to either get thicker walls or find some kind of solution to this.

Aesthetically pleasing but that’s about it. Toilet was lacking water pressure and didn’t even flush toilet paper, thankfully none of my family had to go #2! The air unit was abnormally loud and made weird noises and though there was controls on the wall, changing the setting changed nothing with the temperature. Tv had no basic shows to watch, if you stream like Prime or Hulu you’re good. Fridge did not keep any of our food cold and definitely did not freeze ice packs. The light in the room was lacking greatly. Parking lot was basically full but they did say they were sold out for the night. Thankfully they had surveillance and lights around the lot or I would not have felt safe with my children, having to park the whole way in the back. Breakfast was good and options plentiful. Felt like the service attendants were watching everyone like a hawk which was not comforting but maybe they’ve experienced theft or are just on top of their jobs.

The hotel was nice and everything was great, no changes need to be made, also I have no complaints.

Our room overall was okay. We had some type of splatter on the wall over the beds as well as in between the night stand. The bathroom looked like it was half cleaned as well. The beds were very hard but I know it’s a gamble. Some love a firm bed while others prefer something softer. My family is willing to try the hotel again on our next trip. It’s possible this was a miss but not the norm. We’ve heard good reviews from others.

We have stayed in this hotel since it's opening and have now been there at the very least 30 nights. We enjoy the service (Monty is excellent by the way) Gary at the desk is always a pleasure and wealth of local dining information. Everyone has been our pleasure to meet as far as the staff.

Needed a place to spend the night on our tavels home. Wonderful stay. Clean, safe, comfortable. The most fantastic part for me was the offering of name brand gluten free muffins at breakfast. That alone made my stay above and beyond!

The best choice I've found in the Ooltewah area. Actual food for breakfast - that's unusual these days!
