The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel was clean and peaceful. The breakfast was great and staff super friendly. The beds were comfortable. Our kitchen in the room came with a container of pots and pans but nothing else. We had no utensils, plates, or anything more to use for cooking. We had planned to make our dinners but without actual kitchen items it was difficult. The staff said we could use their paper lates and plastic utensils, which helped but only to an extent. Trying to cut food didn’t work with plastic utensils so we had to buy some items so we could actually cook and use the kitchen.

My Car got broken into, on private parking and there’s security that don’t do their job

Beds were very uncomfortable. If you have any back issues, DO NOT book. My back was so sore the whole trip and I only got a few hours sleep each night. I tried to talking to the front desk for something to put on the bed to help and all I was offered was a top sheet. I don’t have back problems and this was bad. The breakfast was okay. It was at least better than most motels. I will not be back just for the bed situation.

I always stay at this best western I live the area the parking and structure this time the only concern what the jacuzzi because I love to relax after a long trip and water was dirty and cold and that is a negative for me other then that everything else was great

Nothing I booked a room for three days. Upon arriving at the hotel, I discovered a strong smell of mold in the room. I asked to cancel the reservation and receive a refund. I was told that the manager would arrive the next day and issue the refund. I then left for another hotel. However, the manager refused to refund the money without providing any explanation. I contacted Booking.com customer support five times over the course of five days, yet I still have not received my refund. Stay away from this hotel!!!

Unfortunately, Roman was not accommodating and showed very little empathy regarding the situation. Rather than offering a comparable room while I waited, he attempted to move me into a much smaller room than the one I originally booked. There was no effort made to acknowledge the inconvenience of making us wait over three hours past check-in time or to provide a reasonable solution. The lack of customer service and concern for guests was extremely disappointing.

The only con is there was no shuttle to Disney and we hadn’t rented a car. So it meant extra uber costs and no mid day breaks..

Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Two broken machines in breakfast area and very minimal breakfast selection.

The water pressure is super low when you shower and if other people in other rooms are showering the pipes noise won’t let you sleep. Also the food options can change specially if you are staying for more than 5 days.

Only two complaints were that the ice machine on the 3rd floor didn't work and the TV in the bedroom wouldn't turn on. Overall great experience!

The only concern I had during this visit was with the elevator. We were assigned a suite on the third floor, and when we reached our floor, the elevator suddenly shook and made a very loud rattling noise. It honestly startled us quite a bit. I did mention it to the front desk staff, and they reassured me that it was functioning properly and is just a bit noisy. Even so, I wanted to mention it because it was a little unsettling.

A bigger selection of main courses would be good. Bacon and sausage and buscuits gravy daily would be great. Daily room cleaning plus new towels would be good. We had to ask after the second day for new towels and room cleaning.

The staff is great, the place is not super high end but the quality of food is as good or better than most places that are more costly.

We always stay here as we like the suites and the complimentary breakfast. Unfortunately there was an issue with the elevator, it did work, but was noisy going up. They were waiting for parts. Few other disappointments, blow dryer didn't work (luckily we brought one) and room was missing safe. Reception said they would send one up but decided not to bother with it. NOTE: there is no longer a shuttle to Disneyland, not the hotels fault, the shuttle just doesn't run anymore. We didn't know that in advance so make sure you have an Uber account, was really reasonable price to get to Disney.

Our trash was full and they wanted 24 hour notice to change trash. The front desk manager gave my room to my sister,EVEN Though we have different first names. Didn’t take accountability. Front desk was kind until we brought up the issue about them mixing up our rooms and even after check out, I got a room receipt with my sister’s name on it, not mine. SERIOUS security issue there. The listing says free parking but is not free. You get charged $10 per day for parking plus $10 random service fee charge for just being alive there in that building, take your money else where!! Do not waste your time. Should have known something was fishy when I first checked in and a man came asking for 8 garage bags.

It was super close to the shopping center. The staff was great. My kids loved the room and the pool. We are big on privacy so it was one of the few places that offered a separate room from living room with a door. Breakfast was great. They don’t have a full size fridge and the bathrooms are always small but over all for 4 people the room was perfect. We will be going back for sure. The price is very decent in our opinion.

The staff were super nice. We did have a huge cockroach in our room we had to remove ourselves. Hot showers in the morning were impossible. The maid never came on the third day to clean our room and the sheets didn’t fit our bed right. I feel like this hotel was understaffed.

The hotel is very aged and has not been kept up. The price is very reasonable but the wear and tear shows. Pool was freezing and hot tub was lukewarm. Carpets were torn and flooring was exposed in the room. Remote and phone did not work

Really like the size of the room was bigger than I thought i would get came with a room kitchen and living room. Didn't like how they dont come to your room for daily cleaning but as long as you give them a one day notice to ask for a cleaning they do a great job cleaning

Nice hotel great location if you're going to an angels game only a 5 min drive. The suite was nice...the only down side is the pool was a little dirty i had to clean the filters myself but i would definitely stay again.

I didn't like how the handicap parking is not in the back and all the doors to enter in is blocked by cars and don't have a ramp to go through and the front doesn't have a ramp for disabled access easy for the front of the building you have to go on the side and enter it in like that they need reprovement to have their walkways more accessible for handicap

Front desk staff was very helpful, Housekeeping not so great , I asked for a turnover when I returned the garbage was not taken out the bed was not made they just left the sheets on top I had to put the sheets on the bed, not expecting to do that after a long day at Disney. I was expecting to come and jump into bed not make the bed. Breakfasts it’s good, rooms are big and it’s in a great location!! I would definitely stay again.

Checking in was terrible the lady was very rude she claimed she was going to cancel our reservation because they had no room she was so upset we used hotels.com she made our night so terrible thankfully after almost being in tears she gave us a much smaller room and told us we were only allowed to stay one night because they were over booked

Hot tub was cold and my room was out of soaps and conditioner in the shower. Not filled till the next night. Free breakfast was a step above decent but juices were out and yogurt was sour when I went once out of 4 nights. Went late once and missed the waffles but that was my fault

This property was full of disruptive guests around. My 5 year old kept getting woken up by chairs scraping and stomping upstairs. My husband couldn't sleep at all even in the morning to make up sleep. Guests and their children kept running around and screaming. A lot of noise and no consideration of others staying here. Staff was not helpful. We left a day early because we couldn't get any rest. And the manager denied us a refund for the night that was not used. They basically kept my $139 for nothing. And they claimed we did not make any complaints. Even though we called the front desk complaining about the noise. Their floors were wet near the 1 working elevator and my daughter slipped and fell. Again no consideration for guests. Horrible experience. Will not be staying here again.

I’ve stayed here many times for awhile. Always great. But, just one little complaint about this stay. I traveled either just myself or with my wife but this time, it was 3 of us. 2 queen bed suite. The living/dining room was very spacious but the bedroom was a little cramped. Not much room to move around in, especially the bed farthest from the bathroom. Overall, a great place to stay.

The only thing ADA accessibile about this room is the ONE grab bar in the bathroom. No slip guard in the tub in which the only option is a shower. Two small trash bins for a large room that could accommodate up to 5 people? Not impressed at all, won't be back.

I liked that it’s in a good location, outlets right around the corner. Very safe area. there is a swimming pool and hot tub (my daughter had a blast ) our suite was more than enough for the 3 of us. Breakfast included it was good. Staff very friendly We entered our room and immediately realized we had 0 towels. We only had 1 toilet paper roll for the 5 days we stayed. Housekeeping will not come to your room unless requested. Hot tub is nice but very small only 4 people. From 4-7am we heard a very loud noise in the room next door that sounded like construction or something for the 5 nights we stayed

I really liked our room it was very spacious and definitely worth the price. The room was somewhat clean we had a poop stain in our toilet.. and we had one small towel for the shower. No other towels. The staff was great they were all very nice.

Rooms are nice and large, but one elevator, one guest laundry washing machine, and two ice makers were out of order the entire week. No signs of them even attempting to have them fixed. Also, the entrance door closest to our room the key card was not working. I mentioned this to the front desk a few times and they said maintenance was aware and working on it, however it was still not working when we left. I would love to stay at this hotel again if there was some improvement with how the property was maintained.

The 4 day stay was great! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very comfy and affordable. The only thing was the back door facing parking lot was not working. The continental breakfast was a plus though. A lot to choose from. Will consider staying and recommending. This was our first stay at Best western plus .

The spa/hot tub was not hot. But it was still nice to relax in.

We enjoyed our stay, near Disneyland reasonably priced as well.

we found a roach crawling by the kitchen wall. Leaving on an early flight so needed to take a shower and there is No Hot water so ended up with cold shower. Breakfast has good selections with great staff.

Hotel is nothing like what was described or pictured. The room smelled so bad and poorly maintained. The appliances don’t work half the time. I tried calling a day before for room cleaning (like they told me upon check in) and never got my room cleaned. Mind you stayed for 6 days! Overall worst hotel I’ve stayed in California not worth it.

Hot tub was cold, pool was freezing! Asked several times to get it warm, wouldn’t do it. Hot tub was also dirty and green water. They fixed in 2 days into our stay and we only used it once….with cool water.

The hours for the pool sucked, 8am to 9pm. The pool was supposed to be heated but was cold. The breakfast was ok. We were given bracelets so they knew we were guests. I guess their breakfasts have be crashed. The cleaniness of the hotel was not good. My baby's knees were dirty from crawling around the room. I regular clean my house daily. I don't even deepclean my house no more then 2 times weekly and his knees are never dirty. The bodywash wasnt filled up when we got in the room, like they forgot to refill it. When i asked for a refill, they said they didnt have anymore. And gave us bar soaps. The beds were terrible, very uncomfortable, by the second night my whole body was aching.

This was extremely unsanitary and unacceptable. No guest should have to deal with insects and leftover personal items from previous occupants. We ended up leaving because we did not feel comfortable staying there. I hope management addresses these serious cleanliness issues so other guests don’t have the same experience.

The images on the site make it appear as though it has been updated but it has not been. It is quite old and dingy. It desperately needs a good cleaning. The hot tub was Luke warm and pool was freezing. When we booked and checked in the staff advised there was a shuttle to Disney when in fact there was not. The bath tub in our room was peeling and our room smelled musty and dirty. A well run and put together breakfast was the one and only highlight. Will I ever stay here again or recommend it to other travellers? Nope, never.

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. There was no hot water during our visit and the shower had extremely low water pressure, making it difficult to use. The room had a persistent musty smell, and the linens also smelled unpleasant, which made the space feel unclean. The property appears to have been cheaply renovated, with noticeably poor workmanship throughout. Noise levels were also an issue, making it hard to relax or sleep properly. Breakfast options were very limited, with only eggs and sausage available as hot food choices. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations and significant improvements are needed.

Very bad experience with this hotel. We had reservation for room with kitchen but when we checked room, there’s no utensils, other kitchen stuffC exhaust fan was not installed at all. Asked expedia customer care and reception as well and after 24 hours still we were not given items

The property is definitely old but still comfortable. Could’ve been cleaner inside the room but not horrible. Nice to have a suite with two separate rooms and the beds were comfy. Awesome location to Disney. Only took us 10-15 minutes to get to the parks. Breakfast was yummy. Overall I’d stay again, I’d just confirm what kind of room you’re actually getting

The Wi-Fi in the room was extremely weak and, despite following up multiple times, no action was taken. We were stuck for the entire weekend with no Wi-Fi service, which was horrible and very frustrating. The food was okay. On a positive note, the room was spacious.

Things that need working on: we called ahead of time and asked for cribs. At check in we confirmed 2 cribs and were told they would be right up. But we had to return 5 hours later and ask again as they still were not delivered. Also, the pool was not heated like the hotel listing stated. The ocean was warmer than the hotel pool.

Our overall stay was okay. We called for service for towels and for trash to be taken out and they never came. There was a roach crawling on the wall. You can hear every single noise especially above us. Wasn’t as clean as I hoped there were big stains in carpet and kitchen chair were wobbly.

AC was not working properly in the room.... It was like a swamp in the room and by the time we got back from a New Years Party it was way too late to have someone come to fix it.

Whether it was offering local recommendations, helping with small requests, or simply checking in to see how things were going, she went above and beyond in a way that felt sincere. It’s rare to meet someone who not only does their job well, but clearly cares about the comfort and experience of each guest and Patricia is one of those people. The room wasnt very clean. Looked to be a half cleaning job. Dead spider on the couch, half an eyelash on the bathroom wall. The door to the bathroom had to be pulled up to open and close and was very loud. Had a strange smell to the room like mildew. The lobby was very nice and misleading to what the room would be like. Only one elevator worked.

Found cockroaches in my room and my toddler got sick immediately the following day from the stomach due to cockroach feces all over the carpet and furniture. Staff wouldn’t refund me my money for that night that I had to check out due to the cockroach incident. Though we caught it and delivered it to the front desk as proof .

We were 10 minutes from Disneyland and having to hop on the highway wasnt ideal in the mornings but we made it work. We paid for a suite but it didnt have any kitchen supplies (i.e. cutlery, pots, pans, cups, plates) which was very disappointing when we planned on staying there as long as we did. The staff was helpful and nice, there help made the stay worth it for us.

Rooms were dirty, stains all over the couch. One of the breakfast staff yelled at me when a knob came off on the waffle maker. She said I broke it and she didn’t have another one. She took it to the back and came back with it working.

The atmosphere initially seemed like it catered to a transient crowd, but I eventually started seeing other travelers. Again, updates severely needed. The pool and fountain area has so much potential with updating. The free breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of hot foods, so I was pleased with that. In total, I felt pretty uncomfortable throughout my stay and wouldn’t stay again. Not a HORRIBLE hotel, but just not my idea of nice accommodations.

They did not clean the rooms. We picked this hotel due to the breakfast and shuttle. Breakfast was ok. Shuttle is awful. It’s on demand, so you have to order it. Totally unreliable. It is meant to run until 30 mins after park closes but one of the nights we were there shuttle left us stranded at Disney at 11pm. The food in the vending machines is highway robbery. If you wanted to stay here because it was affordable and had a shuttle to Disney, just don’t.

When booking, I was impressed by the pictures. But as I got to the room, it was not as up-to-date as the pictures. When we first arrived, the door was already open, so we told the front desk, and they suggested seeing if there was anything wrong with it. They gave me the option to move to another room. The tub was still dirty; no bathroom mats were provided, and only towels were available. We also had to ask for trash cans since there were none. The pull out bed had a sheet on it already so we asked for another sheet and more blankets. We didn't trust the sheet that had already been on the bed. The bed in the picture is not the same. It was a basic bed. If you need a place to sleep, this is a good option, but if you want to relax and enjoy yourself in a comfortable setting, I would choose somewhere else. I will not be staying here again.

The room needs an upgrade. The couch and chair are old and dirty. The molding/trim needs to be replaced in the bathroom.

Almost 5 stars, except for the spider we found on the bed and the musty smell when walking into the room.

I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times, but this last time was the worst— the room had a horrible smell, 4/5 staff members I encountered were rude, and they even ran out of clean towels. Housekeeping cleaned our room once during our 4 night stay, and didn’t even leave clean towels. Every morning we were woken up by a loud banging sound in the walls— staff said it was the old pipes. Safe to say that was the last time we’ll be staying there.

The location is convenient to so many food, fun and has on-site laundry facilities. Pool is a good size and there are rooms for everyone. We stayed in a 2 queen suite with the living room & kitchen but not full-kitchen set up. It was so convenient for our family size and reason for the trip. The staff was great. Breakfast could have been better as far as changing things every couple of days but overall we were very pleased with our stay. Parking all around and convenient to your room. Stairs & Elevator to help with getting around. We enjoyed our room, but it was a little much to have a shared room door with the room next to us with young children, but overall we liked the hotel and the ameneties that came with it. The price we paid was great as well.

Hotels.com doesn’t do a good job at describing the rooms. They should allow customers that have actually stayed in the hotel to upload pictures of the room. I stupidly booked the room without looking at the yelp reviews that state there’s cockroaches in the rooms and the cleaning people don’t do a good job at all. When I spoke to hotels.com to see if I could get a refund or switch hotels but they denied me. So I had to pay for a hotel that I didn’t even stay in. Very disappointed in both the hotel and hotels.com.

Overall a wonderful experience, will return

The hotel staff were friendly. Breakfast was nice as well. The rooms were spacious but pretty run down. Our fridge leaked and created a puddle on the floor. Our room also smelled like smoke the entire time we were there. I know they can’t control guests who don’t follow the rules and smoke in the rooms, but I wish I could’ve opened the windows more (they only opened a crack) to get some fresh air flowing.

There were cockroaches in the bedroom and crawling insects in the bathtub and kitchen cabinets . The floor in the hallway looks like it was recently renovate but it was done poorly . This hotel is more like a motel , not hotel quality . Overall , poor properly . I stayed in another best western the week before in Los Angeles and it was beautiful so I was quite disappointed when I got to Anaheim .

Roaches in room

We booked our stay for a weekend at Disneyland and before we arrived I called to double check that there would be transportation. I was told all we had to do was request a ride via "A-Way We Go". The first morning it was luck that we were able to request a ride. So many times I checked the app and there were no available rides. The 2 times we were able to use it were by chance...thats more of a third party issue. But, beware. Be prepared to request a Lyft or Uber ride. Its much easier and more reliable. A mall, in n out and a BJs restaurant is about a 20 minute walk. Not too far; but, its a bit of a trek with 3 kids under the age of 10. Overall, it was a place to sleep. It was quiet. Breakfast was included.

The room seemed very run down. Cabinet doors looked like they were going to fall off and the paint was very chipped It was inexpensive but you got what you paid for. We took Lyft to Disney and when there was traffic it took 20 minutes. When there was no traffic it took 10 minutes. The breakfast was average. Some of the hot foods like eggs and potatos were cold and the warmers for those foods did not seem to be keeping the food hot. I did not let my kids swim in the pool or hot tub. The over all hotel appearance and cleanliness made me question if the pool and hot tub had been properly cleaned and the chemicals kept serviced. We wanted a less expensive hotel so we could spend more money at Disney but I would not stay at this hotel again. I would spend a little more and stay somewhere else. I also booked this hotel because it said it had a roll away beds but when I called to get one for our room they stated they did not have them. The information on hotels.com was incorrect. Will not stay here again

Only one person was at check-in at 3pm. Had one person in front of us who was busy making a reservation for friends and just chatting up a storm. We waited 12 minutes and asked politely if they can continue their chat later because we needed to check in and get to a wedding at 4pm and change clothes. The check-in person got pretty hostile to us for interrupting her chat.

From the moment we arrived, our experience was frustrating and disappointing. The west entrance, which was supposed to be secured by a key card, was completely broken. Despite our efforts to close it multiple times, the door remained wide open every time we passed—rendering the key card system useless. Even staff members left it propped open. This blatant disregard for guest safety was extremely concerning. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was for the advertised shuttle service to Disneyland. What they don’t tell you is that it runs through ART (Anaheim Resort Transportation), which can take 45 minutes to over an hour to get to or from the park—a destination that's less than 10 minutes away by car. After one frustrating experience, we were forced to rely on Uber for the rest of our trip. This completely undermined the convenience we were promised and added unnecessary stress to our stay. Privacy was another major issue. We paid extra for a late checkout so we could rest before a long drive. Despite this, housekeeping tried to enter our room twice—once at 9:30 AM (waking us up), and again while we were changing. If we hadn’t used the security latch, they would have walked right in. We did not request room service and paid for extra time specifically to be left alone. This was a blatant disregard for our privacy and completely unacceptable

Our Room had plenty of space for our family. The breakfast was well tended to by staff on a busy holiday weekend.

Room had no towels and when I called front desk to request they informed me someone would be coming by shortly. 30 minutes passed and I walked to the front to request and update and receptionist informed me they were being washed. The room was dusty and there was an underwear hanging in the bathroom door. There was a hair in the eggs. The AC was set at 70 degrees but never actually reached that temp it stayed at 75 degrees the 3 days of our stay.

We were in town for a wedding and had a late night at the reception so we had paid extra for late check out on our last day so we could get some sleep before traveling, but they don’t communicate that to housekeeping, so housekeeping knocked on our door and tried to walk in 3 separate times while we were sleeping. Overall the service wasn’t great, the environment isn’t restful, it’s incredibly loud and noisy, and the facility does not match the pictures advertised.

There was a hair on the toilet when we got there. There was a couple in the parking lot poking themselves with needles inside their car.

The mediocre: Aside from the lobby and breakfast area, the rest of the hotel is a bit rundown and seemingly not well cleaned or maintained. The rear elevator was out of service during our stay and the front elevator made horrible grinding noises and shuddered between the 2nd and 3rd floors (we took the stairs a lot). The bad: Under staffed and not enough supplies. It took until day 3 to get bath towels and that was only after multiple calls and trips to the front desk. We were told that they would come in every 3rd(I think) day for cleaning and such but that never actually happened, which isn’t the worst thing since we probably would have had our “do not disturb” sign up…except we didn’t have one (another thing they were out of).

The air conditioner appeared to be leaking in room 137 as there was a big wet area around it.

I’m going to be honest, the food was great, and hot and the dining area was kept very clean at all times. The lobby was very nice and the rooms were nice and again very clean! :) Service was ok, not as attentive as they should as they forgot our housekeeping service and you can just imagine at the end of the night after Disney how I felt coming to a room not done. The only down fall was the maintenance on the entire hotel, one elevator was out as the other one made very lid noises and struggled a bit.Water fountain was out of service, at one point the hot tub became green and almost all the patio furniture was not stable :(. The staff was friendly, however it seems management has dropped the ball tremendously. There are too many amazing hotels in OC to ever stay with this hotel again.

- We signed up for 4 guests but only had towels etc for 2 guests. - We had a kitchen but no cutlery or plates or towel or anything really... strange. - Our soaps/shampoo in the shower were empty. - The hot tub was not hot and disgustingly dirty. The pool was cloudy and needed attention and care too. - The overall set-up and courtyard is beautiful. A really nice place. It just needs to be maintained and run better to provide the experience it could.

It's a decent stay and probably cheaper than most hotels in the area. The rooms need to be remodeled/upgraded and they need a better cleaning staff.

This is a really great property for families. The pool is nice. The breakfast options are good (waffles, hot bar, etc ). Cheap parking compared to most places nearby. Remember to ask for housekeeping 24h in advance. Front desk was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel needs a lot of maintenance work. The Jacuzzi was out of order as well as an elevator. Also, I noticed some leaks around the place and gardening that needed to be done.

I think and I am sure that I did not get the room I booked for. In the picture when I was doing the reservation it had double doors and was different than the other room that was available. And they gave me the room that did not have the double doors like it did in the picture because in the picture it made it look like it had a balcony. And it was more than the other room. Also, there was a time that I requested towels and toilet paper and they did not come and leave it or they would take long to come and leave it.

It was close access to CA 22 and not far from Long Beach airport. Closed to the asian shopping center.

I wasn’t overly impressed with the hotel. The rooms were a bit outdated and weren’t as clean as I like. I stayed 4 nights and to get room service had to call for it 24 hrs in advance. The front desk people were friendly and helpful which was a plus.

We stayed at this hotel to have easy access to UCI Medical Center, which the property delivered, at about 1/2 mile away. It is close to freeways and the outlet mall, so location was excellent. It is located amongst a couple office buildings, so in and out and parking was very easy. For a family, our suite was quite large with a separate living area/kitchenette (sink, fridge, microwave). The decor was decent and everything was clean. The free breakfast was a selling point; wasn’t great but had hot items and was typical for a hotel like this. Also, parking charges were low ($5) compared to most others in the area. Overall, an excellent value.

Stains on couches in our room and also rugs throughout the hotel. Toilet paper and towels were scarce. Stranger lurking around the premises harassing people mainly women during breakfast and was confirmed not being a resident.

Honestly this hotel has a lot of potential but lacks a bit for example house keeping. You would have to let the front desk know 24 hours in advance for room services. Checked in on Thursday, the next morning Friday I let the front desk know that I want house keeping for the next day. The next day came I was out of the hotel for the whole day and came home didn’t get any house keeping for that day. So highly was very disappointed in that. Another bad thing is it’s not really soundproof. I can hear the people above us at 1am moving furnitures and walking like they are stomping their foot. The only props is free breakfast and the room was pretty clean when we checked in.

Had the room serviced when we were out for the day. Came back to a clean room but with no towels or extra bedding for the couch pull out. No toilet paper. When I called and asked for the items I was given 2 towels for the 3 of us and no toilet paper or bedding for the bed my son was sleeping on. Not sure if they were under staffed?

The room was not cleaned very well when we arrived. Room service has to be requested 24hours in advanced. Breakfast was great, many options.

Upon check in there was only 2 towels for a family of 4 for a 5 night stay, no shampoo or conditioner and half a roll of toilet paper. It took an hour after check in to get those things to us. We had ask for a cleaning mid stay, we left for the day until 3 and came back to the room not being serviced. The king bed was not comfortable and had 2 dips on each side and oddly there was not even a fitted sheet on the bed just 2 flat sheets a tan warm blanket and a thin cover. The pull out sofa which we did use smelled pee, I wiped it down with warm soapy water and used the sheet and blanket they provided to cover the bed and bought other things at the store.

Family of 6 and we only got 2 towels. No room service unless you asked for them to come get trash or replace towels. Elevators weren’t working.

I was only able to get 2 days refunded back I was charged for the few hours I was in the room, which was ridiculous. I wpuld not recommend this plsce. Its like a motel 6.

When I travel to see the Los Angeles Angels play this is the first place I check for room availability. It is a short cab ride to and from Angels Stadium of Anaheim. I book a suite as I usually travel with my sister to the game. The only drawback is that the lobby was very warm and it seemed that there was no air conditioning on.

There was no towels and dispensers had no shampoo, conditioner and bodywash. Very dissapointing

The room I reserved had pictures of a full kitchen. When I arrived there was no kitchen, the two tv's were broken, the phone didn't work, and the hot tub was green. When I brought this to thier attention I was told they knew the photos of the room were wrong and i wasn't the first to complain. The tv and phone not working were due to them renovating. In the end they offered a 25% refund... that I never got.

We were staying eith out 6 year old grandson for a baseball game. I asked for early check in, not available, no rooms. Okay so we came back at 3:30 for a 3 pm check in. Had to wait, its okay. Asked for extra towels because the 2 in the room were worn, and tiny. Never came. Went to front desk. Never came. 5 hours later at 8:30 pm they knocked on door with towels. Woke up my grandson. Ran out of toilet paper, ran out and bought our own we werent waiting again. Long lines for breakfast because tour bus was there. Pillows were flat and very small. Uncomfortable bedding all around. Furniture stained in room. Do not recommend this hotel at all.

It was great! We enjoyed the our room! Spacious and clean. The only thing was our bathroom sink had a leak so it would flood under the sink every time we’d wash our hands or brushed our teeth. Always friendly professional staff

At first I was nervous because toilet wasn’t flushing properly, off smell when we walked in and house keeping ditched us two days in a row but the lady at the front desk that helped my family out was absolutely phenomenal and was able to help us out a lot. My husband works -8 hr days and 14 hrs myself so we were greatful for the lady working front desk on Monday evening!

Ines where is outstanding she was very friendly knowledgeable and extremely helpful with all of my needs. She has a huge plus for the company a friendly face that every company needs. She is amazing.

The only good point for me was a comfortable bed and pillow. Could have used an extra blanket, but no extra were available in the room. Front desk was very friendly. And not a bad location either.

Hotel was clean and staff friendly. Complimentary breakfast was a plus. Only complaint was our door required reprogramming 3 times during our stay. Their seemed to be an issue with the battery

The staff was friendly, professional and helpful when we asked for assistance. The reason I rated the experience good was: 1. We had problems trying to get the TV working. They were prompt in their response and sent a maintenance person right away. 2. We were on the first floor and the noise level from upstairs was very loud and disturbed our sleep. The chairs moving on the tile floor in the kitchenette was extremely noisy. Otherwise the experience was excellent.

The facility was clean as were the rooms.

The room I stayed in had a strong moldy smell and even had cockroaches. The sofa was so dirty that I couldn’t sit on it. Please make sure to read more reviews carefully before making a reservation at this place.

Our stay was great. The rooms were nice. I loved having the separate living room and kitchen area plus the bedroom. It gave us lots of space as I was traveling with 3 kids. The breakfast hours are accommodating to families and there were lots of great options from cereal, bagels, waffles to hot choice of meats, eggs and potatoes.

We really enjoyed our stay. We loved that it was only 10 minute’s from Disneyland. It was a nice quiet place to stay after a very busy day at Disneyland. Breakfast was great.

The property was nice but our room had an overwhelming stink. It smelled like a moldy wet mop and the coffee pot did not work. I’m sure other rooms are better than the one we got, but I would not stay here again.

This hotel definitely had its 's and -'s. The courtyard area and free breakfast was great. I also liked the room layout with a separate bedroom from the kitchen and living area. The overall cleanliness of the rooms was ok. Had 2 issues however with our stay. The first day there we noticed the hot tub was dark yellow and covered in foam from what I can only imagine was a lot of urine. The hotel did not take care of this for 2 days. This should be something that is checked daily! The other issue was the towels. Ridiculous as it sounds it was a continual frustration to get them. I was staying with 4 total guests and upon entering the room had only 1 towel. We requested to have 5 total brought up. The staff member brought up 2 and promptly ran away before we could check this. The next morning my wife had to go down and request towels again. Each time they'd say they were out of towels. When we finally got the number of towels needed for our family to use for our short 3 day stay, I put the hanger on the door to do not disturb and told the maids to NOT take anything from the room. We left for the day and came back to find the maids disregarded the hanging door tag and came in and took ALL the towels from the room again leaving only 1. My wife was furious and went to the front desk to again get more towels. They proceeded to give her towels from the managers office that were covered in grease spots and blue stains. How hard is it to have towels on supply?

The phone in the room was not working. AC was not working, temperature went up by itself while AC was on, fortunately front desk staff changed my room in midnight. All of the above, they do not provide water in room, and they did not clean my room on even a single day.

No housekeeping service even after requested multiple times. No towels available. Dispensers in shower not functioning, no replacement products available for shower dispenser, old dirty carpeting, no supplies available at front desk. Dirty sleeper sofa bedding.

Elevator was broken … everything else was great traveled with kids ..

The room didn’t look like it was properly cleaned. We saw multiple strands of hair on the bathroom floor, the tub and shower wall. The couch had stains on it too. The building is definitely old. We could hear the room next door when they were taking a shower and flushing their toilet cos of old plumbing and thin walls. When we asked for towels (which you have to do between a set time between 9am to 1 pm day prior) they only gave us two towels for a family of 4. The hotel location is convenient to Disneyland and that’s the only good thing going for this hotel.

Hot tub was not able to be used due to being green and pool was not heated as advertised.

Good hotel, huge rooms, poor wifi access, but would stay there again.

Check in was super easy & fast. But I noticed the room was not clean. It had debris on the floor, a terrible odor & someone’s fake eyelashes on the counter from previous stay. Just overall disgusting. Got a new room very fast. The second room we got the light bulb had to be replaced in the bathroom. The tv didn’t work, maintenance switched both out very fast! He’s awesome! Breakfast was fine. Good way to save extra money & fuel up before your day. Those ladies hustle & never let anything get low. Bed was so uncomfortable. Bring your own pillows for support. Probably would not stay here again. Friendly service though.

Second time staying here and we enjoyed it like the last. This time the floors weren’t as sticky. We were comfortable and staying at the 3rd floor is the best. I’d come back again.

All around a good experience

We stayed in the Queen Suite w/ Sofa bed and we loved the roominess and cleanliness of the room. We appreciated the coffee maker and fridge in the room. The free parking was welcomed and the overall hotel premises were clean and well maintained. Highly recommended.

Been staying here with family for almost 10 years and keep coming back. It's our go to for Disneyland trips. Breakfast has great options, no parking fees, and the best part of all is how quiet this hotel is. The area is great with a ton of food options and shopping. A short 5/6 minute drive to Toy Story parking lot. We will be back.

Hotel room was very nice as we had a separate room for the kitchenette. Very roomy and clean. Only issue was the air con was a bit noisy and the door rattled. Over all it was a pleasant stay. Breakfast was and included and was a good variety for guest.

After my family’s first night there we got locked out our rooms and I called the front desk. They thought we checked out already but I still had another 2 nights there. The next day after our microwave crashed out on us and I had to get another one to the room. On top of all that no one ever came to get out the trash or clean inside our room. I also asked some to please get the trash and all they did was bring me one of those big black trash bag and had me just put all the trash in there, but never took it out. Terrible service in all.

Great staff

Even though renovated, the hotel looks very dingy and run down. The bathtub was filled with 50-75 small beetles when we arrived - all dead, but still gross. The beds were ok, nothing fantastic. Biggest disruption was a scheduled power outage that we were not informed of until our arrival on property. The outages lasted 4 hours longer than scheduled and no concessions were made by the hotel, even though we had no hot water or power before our checkout.

We didn't have a problem with the property, but they took our same-day reservation; we arrived in the evening, and as we were checking in, they informed us that there would be zero power from 10 pm to 5 am. At the time of check-in, we are supposed to call all of the sold-out hotels. We had to go down to the desk to get two glow sticks for the rooms. There were no lights in the wells, and we could not even open our windows because they were on a walkway, which felt unsafe. I am very disappointed in the Communication. There is no discount for now. Power is still charged the approx. $250 for the night which for what we got was crazy.

the power was out for one night of my stay which i wasn’t told of until arrival, the wifi was really awful throughout the trip with data giving us better service, and the door to our room died, so we couldn’t enter and had to get someone from the main office to manually open it for us.

There was no electricity in the entire hotel for a few hours and no one ever warned us. The schedule was marked from 10pm to 4am and we had light almost at 8am. To which we were late for tours because we couldn’t get ready, water was cold also. There was no breakfast that day either and our phones were dead because we couldn't charge them. Terrible experience

this was the worst day I’ve ever experienced. There was no power throughout our entire day. I had to take a cold shower. This was a scheduled power outage however, no one failed to notify the guest and give them an opportunity to re-book this day.

During the outage, the hotel offered flashlights and glow sticks. However, the glow sticks provided were of very poor quality—looking like something from a dollar store. While the front desk clerk, Ines, did offer a late check-out at 1 PM to help mitigate the inconvenience, it still didn't feel like enough to make up for the disruption. Upon check-out 2-16-25, we were told we'd receive a full refund for the inconvenience, but when I called to follow up, I was informed that no refunds or compensation would be offered. Instead, Ines offered a 25% discount on a $170 stay, which amounted to a measly $54 off. This was unsatisfactory and did not address the inconvenience we faced. My advice to anyone considering booking here: do your due diligence and check for power outages or other disruptions in the area before making any reservations. This experience was far from what I expected.

Our stay was great, front desk was very accommodating when our flights got cancelled due to weather. Housekeeping was very friendly. The only thing is the wifi was not working in our room so I had to come down to the lobby for internet. Other than that, everything was great. Will come back again for sure !

It was better than I expected and I would stay again the breakfast was really good and the sofa bed was noisy but comfy. I wish the floors and tile weren’t so sticky and I wish there was a dresser to put clothes away other than that it be a 10/10

Location was fine. Distance to everything we needed was great. What wasn’t so great: phone did not work, no water pressure in the shower, noise from street and other rooms, bed size was not a true queen. Yes we did ask to be changed rooms however the room they wanted to put us in smelled like cigarettes. Even though all rooms are non smoking. Since we had a tickets to a show we couldn’t check out the 3rd room. Breakfast was decent, food could have been warmer but their dated food warmers with broken lids probably didn’t help.

Unfortunately we were not even able to check in because the power was scheduled to be shut off from 10pm to 4am. They were giving guests one flashlight per room, and acting like it shouldn’t be a problem. My husband sleeps with a breathing machine so no power is absolutely not an option for us.

While the lobby and breakfast area have been upgraded, the rest of the property is showing its age. Minor issue with the hot tub, however they sent someone right away for maintenance. The side door to the parking never shut and needed some work which, if any closer to town, could have posed somewhat of a security issue. Comfortable beds and the outlet mall was close by. Disney was under 15 min away! Front desk, housekeeping and breakfast staff were all lovely and very helpful.

The room was comfortable. I could hear walking by above us. Other than that it was pretty quiet. The room was clean and bed was quite comfortable. The breakfast area was kept clean and the staff were friendly. They had it stocked. I would definitely return.

Christmas 2024 was awesome! Only complaint I have is to give the breakfast staff more equipment to keep food hot and more food. It seems like there were shortages of the main food people wanted I.e. eggs, sausage and bacon and biscuits etc.

We were there for 4 nights. They were incapable of supplying our room with towels until the 4th night. This was unacceptable. Everything else about the property is fine. But not having towels for each guest room is shameful.

The pullout couch had a stain that looked like unclean throw up. Shower was dirty before using, couch had stains, floors had stains, and room was very moist even with ac on.
