Staff was amazing I got there earlier than expected and they let us check in early and didn’t change us a parking fee because we were there on an emergency visit to see someone in the hospital. Staff was very nice and hotel was very clean I highly recommend this hotel and if we need to go back will definitely stay there again.

Great hotel, very clean, friendly and helpful staff. The location was central to many things, easy to access and quick trip to and from Disney. The only slightly negative aspect was the faucets all made a horrible squealing noise.

This property is well maintained very clean and does not look worn at all. Not sure if it recently had a renovation as everything was exceptionally nice. The staff was amazing.

Very nice rooms very clean a little loud because you’re next to the hospital so you hear sirens all night long but it’s safe. We would stay there again cause it’s walking distance to restaurants in the outlets so it’s nice.

We made reservations and it didn't mention anything about you have to pay for parking? When we got to hotel check in is when they told us. One would think if your staying at a hotel you had paid for that 1 parking spot would be included for your stay. The walls are very thin, 1st night was awoken to a bunch of kids jumping and yelling at midnight, not much sleep. Thankfully the next day they checked out, so our 2nd night was more quiet for sleeping.

My favorite hotel in Anaheim! This is my second time staying here and I think I will be staying here each time I visit Anaheim. The staff is incredibly kind and friendly and the rooms are very spacious and clean. $15 a night for parking is on the lower end compared to other properties and the complimentary breakfast is always a plus.

All the staff was very friendly. Included self serve breakfast was very good and included scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon, pancakes, hash browns, bagels, pastries, apples, oranges, bananas, melon and cantaloupe, cereal, juice, tea and coffee. The air conditioner in our room was a wall unit (mini split?) and the temperature was hard to regulate. When I saw the wall unit A/C, I took the bed next to the the A/C knowing that it would get very cool as the unit was running.

We came in June 5-June 7 for a wedding, and the hotel beyond met our expectations. The staff was amazing, and the room was immaculate. It is close to Disneyland, and I must say, being off the main strip, the hotel was a lot calmer and more relaxed. We would definitely stay again

Loved this property. Very clean, quiet and liked the decor. My King studio was roomy and bed comfortable. Good value for the cost. I used the pool, guest laundry and had the complimentary breakfast and coffee. Will definitely stay here again. The stay was on point for the Ayres brand.

The street noise was so loud, sirens and cars were constantly blaring all through the night. I tried to keep the air running to muffle the noise but it frequently shut off. I had asked at check-in if I could get a room furthest away from the street but she was unable to accommodate me with that. I had stayed here once before and had the same problem. I did not sleep well and felt very unrested after a very disruptive night of street noise. Beautiful hotel but I won’t be staying here again knowing I can’t get a restful night of sleep.

This place is always my go to when I travel back to see the in-laws. Always top quality service and the rooms were clean and spacious. It's close enough to Disneyland where you're only a 10 minute ride away, but far enough that you don't have to deal with the crowds and traffic. Best part is the price. You're not paying those outrageous prices you would for anything around the park, but you are definitely getting something that is better quality. You also have reasonable fees for parking and a free breakfast which is excellent. Clean and spacious dining area and all kinds of options. I would definitely recommend if you are planning a trip to Disneyland.

Our weekend stay was great. The entire facility was well maintained, the rooms were very clean, pool and spa well kept. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We loved how nice, clean & spacious the hotel/room was I don't like that I had to pay for parking, it was an additional charge & I don't remember seeing anything about the potential possibility for that before hand; however i could be wrong. I understand that area has limited parking but considering the price paid- I feel like just any other establishment parking should be included if your a guest.

When you like a place that's clean...convenient to Disneyland yet away from higher prices..try this place. The lobby alone was impressive! Youre welcomed mid day by a fresh icy lemonade or hot coffee/tea. The breakfast was nice and assorted. Staff was friendly and unintrusive. The rooms were roomy and designed for comfort. we like the location as we have kids at Chapman, it’s Clean and staff are friendly The breakfast is terrible, but has gotten a little better than the last few years. Fake sausage. There’s no ambience for the evening guest reception. It’s basically chips and no vibe. It would be great if you had a bartender or more ways to create a vibe in that room in evenings We were so exhausted after helping our kid pack and so we were so excited to go there. The bed was amazing, but then in half an hour, we were bored to death and looking for a place to go eat. The hotel is missing the vibe that makes you feel like you want to stay and that it’s cozy. The air-conditioning is on so cold in the lobby. Nobody hangs out.

My stay at Ayers Hotel was excellent from beginning to end. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the staff provided outstanding customer service throughout my visit. The full hot breakfast daily was wonderful. A time and money saver. Room was neat and clean. A shower bar is necessary. There is nothing to hold on shoulder you slip in the shower.

Air conditioning is bad the location and control is difficult. The staff are nice rooms are spacious. Carpet needs some renovation. The room has no amenities, only hand lotion and soap. No slippers no cotton buds nothing.

It was in a great location There was a stench in our room, and figure it out. When we went to bed we found one out of pillows to be soiled with a horrible smell. Placed it outside the door. 20 mins later the room was free from odor.

The breakfast was excellent, satisfying two adults and two 'littles'. The spa was very relaxing and the kids enjoyed the pool. Very close to Angel Stadium and not far from Disneyland. I would absolutely stay here again -- especially if going to Disneyland or to a baseball game at Angel Stadium.

The rooms are always clean the bathroom could use a little bit more TLC we noticed this time this is our fourth stay at this hotel and we will not be switching any anytime soon when we come to Disney. We would, however, like to suggest that we do a way with turkey sausage day.

We were very pleasantly surprised at the Ayres Hotel. The price is very reasonable and the hotel was really quite nice - especially for the price! The rooms were comfortable, clean and modern as was the rest of the hotel. The lobby and breakfast room were well appointed. And we were surprised to see that a cook was freshly making the scrambled eggs and pancakes for breakfast rather than just microwaving pre-cooked stuff. I would definitely stay at another Ayres hotel and wish they were on the east coast too!

This hotel was truly a surprise among the 3 hotels we stayed, and also being the least expensive of the three. The room was incredibly spacious, clean and elegance with really high ceiling. The bathroom was also really big with oversized tub, and the kids loved that. The room was so well cleaned that there wasn't any strange odors lingering around. My wife is particularly picky and she was more than satisfied. Will definitely stay here again next time.

This is my favorite hotel to stay in when we visit Disneyland. It's clean, quiet, has room service from the restaurant, a pool and hot tub, and a parking garage. It may not be walkable to Disneyland, but it's a super easy 7 minute drive. I've stayed here five times since 2021, and have always been happy. I recommend it to anyone who asks where to stay. We will definitely be back.

The room was very comfortable and, the staff very friendly and helpful. I Really enjoyed the property, and the room was perfect. The breakfast was good, except the first morning of our stay which was 4-25-2026 the pastries were dry and stale, but other than that, it was a wonderful experience. We will stay here again in the future.

Everything was very good. Staff was pleasant, helpful, and , most importantly to me, they seemed happy in their work. I heard a lot of laughing from them and they seemed to enjoy being there, which impressed me. Room was great, food was great and the atmosphere there reminded me of being on a cruise ship, which I love. At one point I had to ask the front desk if housekeeping was going to do our room. I had waited all day for them to come but they didn't. Once I asked the front desk about it, they came immediately and cleaned the room.

The only real gripe I have is with the TV channels and remote to access them. Not straight forward and channel surfing is very hard....slow response to input. Parking fee is absurd

There was a high school group using the pool during closing hours and left their garbage (neatly) in the diningroom garbage cans .. but it was a lot of garbage. our group of six seniors was treated somewhat rudely by the security guard. we were finishing a card game and cleaning up when he said "YOU NEED TO LEAVE NOW. People stay late in the diningroom and leave all kinds of mess" refering to the garbage we did not leave. maybe all that was needed was a reminder to leave rather than blame us for the garbage and treating us rudely

Ayers orange is my go to hotel whenever I visit the area. The hotel is clean, staff are friendly with hot breakfast and warm cookies in the evening. Love Ayers hotel in the orange area.

The man who checked us in was fantastic. He was extremely professional and gave clear information about the hotel amenities like the complimentary breakfast, the swimming pool, and how the room card works the lights in the room. There were no surprises or questions unanswered when we settled into our room. (Because we were traveling with young kids, this is really, really appreciated!) The room itself was clean and spacious (including the bathroom). The beds were fairly comfortable, the air worked great, and we really appreciated the small "pony wall" that offered some privacy between beds in our dual-queen studio. The breakfast buffet had several options but greatly lacked flavor. Although I didn't have any, I imagine the cold cereals like Frosted Flakes and Froot Loops would have been the best tasting food offered. The bacon did taste good and was very crispy, but it was razor thin. What I did eat: scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, bacon, coffee, and the most flavorless apple danish I've ever eaten. The location was okay, but very close to busy roads and, as a result, very loud outside. (This was not noticeable from our room, however.) The location wasn't *right* next to Disneyland, but it was only about a (somewhat complicated) 15-minute drive away.

The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was fresh and enjoyable. However, the water from the bathrooms and wash basins appeared to be highly calcified, which detracted from the overall experience.

The breakfast was simple but tasty scrambleded eggs , a protein( sausage,bacon) , mini pancakes , potatoes, cereal , fruit, juices , coffee and assortment of pastries. Love that they offer free EV charging they have 1 universal ev charger (J1772) and for 4 other tesla chargers (NACS). All at level 2 speeds. Was able to leave the hotel with a full charge. But they do charge a $15 dollar parking fee

One thing that really stood out was the EV charging super convenient and actually free to use (you just pay the small nightly parking fee, which is way lower than most hotels around Anaheim). That’s a huge plus if you’re driving in. Location was solid, everything felt easy and accessible, and overall it just made for a really smooth stay. Definitely a place I’d come back to.

The Ayres Hotel Orange was a very comfortable stay-beds were super comfy, room was very clean and I loved that the sink was on the outside of the toilet/shower area so multiple people could get ready at the same time. I only wished the breakfast started earlier since we had to leave for Disneyland before 6:30am.

There is a parking fee that Expedia doesn't cover. You have to signup in a different app to pay for parking, and divulge your personal information, name, address, license plate, and payment info. This is very inconvenient and unnecessary! Utter fail which made the experience miserable otherwise.

The room was spotless. The staff was very polite and courteous. They were amazing and took very good care of us. We had our service dogs and the stuff was so supportive. That made it real easy. I was there for stem cell transplant at UCI. I didn’t get to use all the amenities, but the breakfast was amazing and fresh. The staff really cares about their jobs and the people that stay there. It is refreshing to see the carrying and compassion they have. I highly recommend the hotel.

Very friendly staff, with everyone greeting with a hello or hi, how are you. The breakfast was good, with a decent variety of options including fresh fruit. The room was always very clean. The hotel was quiet. The bed was comfortable. Plenty of towels, with the option of having them changed out daily. This is my third stay at an Ayer’s property and I will choose them again.

I love how much space there was in the hotel room and it was very clean. The hotel staff was nice and helpful, giving me tips for an event I was going to at the Angel Stadium. The continental breakfast was fine. There’s also a gym and pool on site. Very close to lots of different places, including outlet shopping and very close to Disneyland

Overall this is a nice hotel but the constant sound of sirens makes it a little bit distracting. The rooms are very nice the hotel is very nice. Perhaps soundproofing the windows would help

The room was nice! We got a queen deluxe (2 queen beds) room. They do cleaning everyday. The bathroom had a huge tub and the mirror light was nice. My only concern is that I would have preferred if the blackout curtains closed (there were nails that blocked it from closing). The breakfast was great! They had eggs, bacon, and pastries, and the menu changes daily. The pool was nice, especially the hot tub. Overall, I would definitely stay here again! I got a good price for the room through expedia (cheaper with mobile order) so that was great!

Room was clean and I have always stayed at this Hotel through the years, but i have to say, I did not give it a 5 star because the breakfast was terrible. Even the coffee was not good. It was very disappointing since they used to have very good food. now it's all cheap and all I could eat was the cereal and a up of tea. Ayres now charges for parking. They were the only Hotel left that did not charge for parking, and I felt 15.00 was a lot per night.

Breakfast was yum, staff there were also awesome. Great location, short bus trip to Disneyland. We caught the ART bus from just around the corner from the hotel. Can’t believe it’s only a 3 star, felt more like a 4 star and I think that mainly thanks to how clean it felt. Again 5 stars to the house keepers.

This hotel is beautiful! I loved the lobby decor, breakfast area and the room. This will be our go-to hotel for Disney trips. We had a bit of difficulty with the staff as far as bus booking, but eventually figured it out. For those looking for public transportation, basically the bus pick up at their sister hotel (ALO) every 20 minutes and drops you off right by Disney security lines, you cannot book a pick up. Overall- wonderful stay.

Great price without breaking the bank. Only a 10 minute drive to the Park. Plus, they were kind enough to waive the $15 /night parking fee for us. Our room was spacious and spotless when we arrived. Comfortable beds and beautiful bathroom with a nice big tub to bathe the kids. Front desk staff was very friendly and hospital- especially Omar who stood out to us. Complimentary breakfast was ok, but the dining hall was nice to eat at. I really can't complain. I definitely would book here again and would highly recommend this place!!!

Amazing place. The staff was sooo friendly and it was super clean. They have great access to amenities and they do an amazing job at making you feel taken care of. The only downside is that there is a daily parking fee of $15 which seems a little unfair given how pricey the room is but I would understand for outside visitors or multiple cars

This is our third stay and everything is always so comfortable and wonderful. This stay for some reason our bed was so so hard and the pillows flattened like pancakes. We were so uncomfortable and didn't get much sleep during our three day stay. Otherwise everything else was great and we so enjoyed the big bathtub.

This was one of the better Ayres we have been to. They are all usually pretty consistently good, but some of them have some strange smells or a little dirtiness on the grout, or something small. This one was very clean. Staff was very friendly and good. Cookies and drinks were at the front upon our return from a long day at Disneyland. We had an excellent stay!

Level 1 rooms along the road are the most prone to noise and disturbances from traffic. Level 3 rooms are less prone to traffic noise but it is an issue for those who are sensitive to sound. Roof noise is an issue too. Thumping can be heard from upstairs residents.

En esta ocasión, considero dejaron a desear el buen trato al llegar al hotel, el joven en front desk no fue muy amable que digamos. Las house keepers no nos dejaban jabón ni loción para manos ninguna vez en tres noches que nos hospedamos, tuve que llamar a front desk y finalmente lo llevaron hasta la habitación, obvio se disculparon y fue muy generoso y amable el señor que lo proporcionó. En varias ocasiones traté de llamar a front desk para pedir el password para el WiFi y nunca me contestaron, tuve que bajar hasta el lobby y pedírselo a la encargada, para esto me lo dieron y nunca me pude conectar por problemas técnicos del sistema. Así que no tuve acceso al free Wifi como antes lo proporcionaban. Me voy decepcionada en esta ocasión

Front Desk Staff were friendly and efficient. Our room was clean and taken care of each day. Another hotel on Harbor only came in every other day! It was clean, spacious and we liked the bathroom arrangement and size. Especially liked the partial wall between the beds, as it provided a little separation and privacy for reading. We plan on rebooking 2 connecting rooms at the end of January for a family Disney trip. Worth it, we just Uber to the park. That was easier than walking to the parks.

Heres what I didn't like.... I paid a premium for a good hotel and I received that quality in staff and accommodations. The hotel sits on a property with a Parking lot and a parking garage and although its owned by the hotel they charged me parking... This is nickel and diming the customer! I noticed this as being a fade with a lot of hotels who just figured out how to make an easy "questionable" way to get more, easy money.

They do charge $15 a night for parking which I feel is pretty steep but everything else was great

Hotel was clean. We did not spend much time in the hotel, so we did not have a chance to use the amenities, i.e. the gym, pool, etc. Also did not try the breakfast. The only thing that I did not like was how the parking was charged because it was confusing and had to be paid via my phone. The confusing part was that I paid using the area/section number that was posted by my car, and later on, after returning from dinner, the only parking I could find was in the parking garage, which has a different section number. Was I supposed to pay again to be covered in this section?

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel has a warm and cozy décor, a convenient self-service business center, pool and hot tub of course,and polite, friendly staff. The prices are very reasonable with breakfast included. I mentioned in my email that I would be traveling with an elderly family member, and they thoughtfully arranged a handicap room suitable for seniors. That was such a kind and considerate gesture — truly appreciated!

Simply the best for the money, staff is amazing, and the property and rooms were super clean!

Best part of the stay was how clean the room was. There were no outdated parts to it. The check in process was quick. Having to pay for parking was the only drawback, but I get it. Overall, we will be back if we are in the area.

This property is very clean. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was so helpful and kind. The only downfall is there is no dining options around the property. The hotel next-door offers Mexican restaurant, but is not open on Sunday and Monday, but I would recommend this hotel.

We have stayed at the Ayres Orange multiple times for trips to Disneyland and the Anaheim/Orange area. The hotel is clean and well maintained and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Great breakfast, good parking and in a safe area. We'll stay again on our next visit to Anaheim!

I am picky about cleanliness and bed comforts. Ayres was all that and more. Beds were very comfy and place was very clean and fresh smelling. Staff were welcoming and checking in and out a breeze. The ONLY issue was it is close to a hospital and freeway so we heard MANY sirens. But not enough of a complaint to not return, just a heads up if someone needs a quiet sleep.

My wife and I really liked this hotel. We’ve stayed there before, the staff and customer service was well above and beyond every time that we stayed there.

Spa was great. The pool was cold. The breakfast was good.

This hotel is very nice and the staff is very helpful. The only down side was at 12:00 am the kids upstairs jumping and running around
