Reviews
The hotel received mixed reviews, with guests appreciating the cleanliness of the rooms, comfortable beds, and the diverse breakfast options. However, there were recurring complaints about the noise, insufficient supplies, malfunctioning key cards, and delayed breakfast service. Some guests also had issues with the staff's attitude and the condition of the rooms.
- Clean rooms with comfortable beds
- Diverse and appealing breakfast options
- Persistent noise disruptions
- Insufficient supplies and malfunctioning key cards

Great for families, would recommend. The included breakfast is great. Only complaint is that they should also include parking. This is not an area where parking should be charged.

We stayed at busy suites on most of our trips. However, this one is tired. It’s time for a renovation. I’m sure being so close to Disneyland. It gets an exceptional amount of use, but it’s time for a renovation. It’s tired and worn.

Breakfast was delicious and perfect for families traveling with young kids
- 1/5
It was a horrible experience trying to sleep in a hot room with kids. None of us were able to get proper rest. To make matters worse, we paid for an upgrade, but the beds were uncomfortable and we could feel the springs through the mattress. Overall, the breakfast was enjoyable, but the lack of maintenance and comfort made our stay very disappointing.
- 5/5
Had a great stay especially for the price. Very helpful staff!

Breaksfast is amazing including the chef’s omelettes in the morning. The hotel parking cost per night I didn’t particularly like. Lastly, the maid in the room didn’t do a good job. Never changed our bed sheets and never clean the floor in the bathroom / nor ran a vacuum at all in the main rooms .

Clean rooms, staff was amazing and helpful
- 4.5/5
Cleanliness and kindness of all staff, quick to resolve issues such as room keys not unlocking doors or any questions I had before and during my visit. When house keeping would come they would take the trash but neither replace the liners nor leave some for me to do it. Parking was over saturated and on the second night we could not find parking , this is frustrating as I payed a parking pass and have a handicap placard

The room, breakfast, happy hour, and shuttle The shuttle was closed on Tuesday and Wednesday
- 4/5
Just fyi. We had previously stayed here 2 weeks prior to this trip and successfully managed to check in as early as 6am (yes, I did pay a early check-in fee and I was completely ok with that). We arrived around the same time for this trip(understanding that a room may not be available). The receptionist checked and said that they did have a room available but I would need to pay the full room price of the day before….. I proceeded to tell her I had just stayed here 2 weeks prior and was only charged an early check in fee. She explained that per Hilton policy the earliest that they could provide early check in was 10am (after the morning breakfast buffet). I walked out and had my husband walk in and somehow he was able to get us checked in with no additional fee and just a warning ;(..,. So just fyi… per there policy the earliest Early check in can be provided is 10am.

The room was clean and very spacious. Bed and pillows were comfortable and clean. The free breakfast was great! Fresh to order omelettes. There’s also shuttle to Disney for less than $5 per person. Will definitely stay here from now on when going to Disney.
- 5/5
Great Hotel but pricey for a one night stay.
- 5/5
We had a great stay.
- 4/5
The hotel was clean and the breakfast was delicious. This was a business trip so I was only there for one night. The parking is my only complaint. When I returned to the hotel very late at night after work, there was no parking available in the lot. I found some empty spaces along the parking structure but it stayed “2 hour parking.” I went inside to speak with someone at the front desk and they advised I could leave my vehicle there but it would need to be moved by 8am. I asked where else I was supposed to park my car and the associate brought out a binder that showed I could park along the fence (that was a very dark walk) or the smaller lot (then proceeded to tell me how to get there because you apparently have to access it from another route). As it was already past 3am and just wanted to get some sleep, I opted to move my car in the morning. For $32 a night for parking I expect there to be space and I expect to be advised on the parking situation.
- 5/5
A great pool and outdoor lounging experience. All backed by an attentive team of staff members.
- 1/5
We requests to repair the exhaust fan in the bathroom not working! And the bedroom not clean you will see some hair in the couch like pet hair. And the sofa bed was not clean.. not anymore! We need a refund not satisfied stay avoid this!
- 3/5
Breakfast was fresh, friendly staff
- 5/5
We had construction next to our room. Our room was not very clean, stains of makeup on the wall, shower water leaking onto the floor, the sofa was dirty with stains
- 1/5
Double charged and when checked in I was assured I wouldn’t be charged twice. Had just been at the ER at UCI and explained how tired we were. It was after 12:00 and we had already booked at Four Points Sheridan and it was freeway noise all around. So loud we didn’t open the door to the room. The hallways are dark dark with thick blackish stucco. Pictured as a resort but def not!!! Would only give us a credit! Three charges for one night and only stayed in one room! I have called two days in a row trying to get one of the charges off!! On the phone for a long time trying to take it off, two days in a row!!
- 5/5
All good I love it

They offered a “free” shuttle to Disneyland when we booked in December but now it looks like they’re charging for the shuttle. When we arrived to the hotel, we were told that the shuttle would be in-service the next morning at 7 AM. The next morning when we arrive to the desk, we were told that the shuttle would only be in service from 3PM to 10:30 PM and they made us wear tight wristbands for those later shuttles. We had our day at Disney. They were able to give us a complimentary Uber ride to Disney. We then waited at the shuttle-stop that they told us to wait at Disney and no one arrived for 30-40minutes. We tried calling the hotel and we’re just met with automated AI voicemails back to back. Luckily we had been able to share the Uber voucher through our safari history to use it again and get a free ride. If not, we would’ve had to pay for our own Uber completely because of their own misleading miscommunication. All they could offer for the inconvenience was a snack. They make you pay for parking but theres more rooms than parking spots. You’d have to circle the parking lot till someone leaves. On our last night they blocked half the parking spots with cones and had 3 Shuttles taking up parking when they don't even work… Wouldn’t recommend booking here too many added fees, hotel is money hungry.
- 5/5
Great staff, great breakfast
- 3/5
Had to pay for parking and although i knew the high chances of paying, the front desk didn’t mention anything about it. In addition, i am a Hilton honors member and the front desk did not mention how to redeem water. I texted for the complimentary waters and they said they’d deliver it and they ended up charging me a restaurant fee
- 5/5
The room was great with an amazing view of angel stadium, my family enjoyed the free breakfast.

They all stared at me like I was a criminal. Whispering to each other… one grabbed the phone in the lobby and called down to ask when I was supposed to check out…. He confirmed it was the next day…. They all just walked away and didn’t even apologize…. Low class.
- 5/5
Staff made the trip and the breakfast solidified it
- 4/5
It was clean and the breakfast is good
- 1/5
Took over 8 hours and 6 times talking to staff to get 3 towels. When my son opened the sofa bed a bunch of candy wrappers and garbage came out of them. I talked to 4 staff members even the cleaning supervisor came by and just dusted it off with her hand and I even talked to the manager on duty and no one came to clean our room. Very poor service. After many conversations with front desk the manager called and offered to clean it the night before we checked out of our 3 night stay. I do not recommend. I appreciate he gave us a small refund but totally not worth the hassle and stress when you are trying to go to the happiest place on earth. Also their transportation to the park wasn’t working and only gave you a one round trip to the park. The rest we had to cover.
- 5/5
Facilities were great for what we needed and close to places we were visiting. Breakfast was great and the staff was friendly and helpful!
- 5/5
super clean room and comfy bed, breakgast was fresh and good
- 5/5
Everything about this hotel was great! We enjoyed all the complimentary amenities from free breakfast to free drinks in the evening as well as complimentary ride vouchers to Disneyland. I highly recommend!!
- 5/5
Breakfast was excellent hot and fresh. Loved the complimentary deinks daily. Clean rooms.
- 3/5
Too much hairs on sofa , peoples hair found on toilet upon entry and all over shower, shower did not work, but staff was friendly
- 5/5
This Embassy Suites in Orange was the perfect place for our stay--it is within easy walking distance of Angels Stadium, so we could enjoy the roughly 20-25 minute walk to the ball park without the hassle of stadium parking. The hotel itself was great: the staff was friendly and accommodating--they made check-in and payment for parking easy for us. It is a beautiful hotel with a clean and comfortable room and comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent, with a large variety of delicious foods and wonderful made-to-order omelets. They also had an early evening reception for guests with drinks and light snacks. We really enjoyed our stay, and would happily stay at the Embassy Suites in Orange again.
- 1/5
Dirty rooms, only lobby looks nice, breakfast not good plus long lines, they also gave us the wrong room, we paid more for the double beds but only got 1 king bed. When we got to our room there was no hand-soap in the bathroom.
- 3/5
The room smelled really bad like moldy. The mattresses were very uncomfortable. We had two rooms they both smelled.
- 3/5
My AC wasn’t working properly and we had a rough stay. Instead of switching our room we were given one small fan for 4 people. Was nightmare-ish. Staff was nice, breakfast was great.
- 5/5
Ok just many dirt spots in the carpet
- 2/5
yes
- 5/5
Nice
- 5/5
Friendly staff, a lovely breakfast and amazing options for getting us to Disneyland and back at no charge to us. ❤️
- 5/5
Great breakfast
- 4/5
We loved our stay honestly everything was great but we did see some areas lacked cleanliness like random used dinnerware just in random places of the hotel and areas where jus garbage was piled up by the elevator who’s was wierd to us because the hotel is so nice. But other than that the staff was very friendly and helpful we really enjoyed our stay and the breakfast was very nice too
- 5/5
Everything is good. Amazing staff. The breakfast is good but the omelette that is made freshly has my heart. I really enjoyed it and recommend it.
- 5/5
Very nice and clean. Good hot breakfast.
- 4/5
El desayuno es bastante bueno con los huevos al gusto y con los latinos atendiendo amablemente al cliente 👏
- 1/5
The manager cancelled the room stating that it was a GNS. They could've done a courtesy call to find out if the guest was arriving. Then they tried to rent us a smaller room for a higher price at 150%!!
- 3/5
They made the beds and replaced the towels but didn’t clean the bathrooms floors while we stayed for 4 days and 3 nights.
- 3/5
The snacks at happy hour were silly and bad (cheese was bad.. a few chips which ran out) I would expect more with the tips we gave. Unexpected $32 parking fee. Less than 24 hours handicap. Unbelievable
- 5/5
The facilities were perfect for what we needed. Great breakfast and the staff was very helpful!
- 5/5
Large room; the property is in excellent condition. The breakfast was very generous.
- 5/5
Clean room, staff was great, friendly and quick to respond when we needed something for the room.
- 5/5
Didn’t try. We checked out really early
- 5/5
Great hotel, fantastic breakfast and clean.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect, the people were attentive, the drinks were fantastic. Everyone was very attentive and helpful!
- 3/5
The elevator situation is really bad. During high traffic times, staff should prioritize opening the stairwell so that guests can go down the stairs when the elevators are full.
- 1/5
Rooms are okay but not the cleanest, ofcourse i found a thick fake lashes on the floor. Second day, room services only made the bed, didnt clean the bathroom or put new towerls. Its very basic.
- 5/5
Everything was great enjoyed my stay
- 5/5
We loved it here
- 5/5
Clean rooms, spacious, great breakfast and happy hour, friendly staff, pools and hot tubs were as expected. Would stay again!
- 5/5
Great customer service
- 3/5
The staff were very nice and accommodating. The front staff were very understanding after a very hard and confusing day between hotels. The bar personnel were extremely nice too. My daughter is allergic to egg and Carlos made an exception and made a grilled cheese for her. On the other hand, the hotel is not that clean. The carpets are very dirty. The bed sheets were not changed. The sofa bed sheets were also dirty and dusty. While, everyone was nice, the hotel still needs a TLC.
- 4/5
the room felt very humid. the facility was clean and the staff was friendly. it was also an easy process to check in and out.
- 1/5
Upgraded our room to pay $300 more for literally nothing. Total was already $768 for three nights…Was almost exactly the same as the room we booked. Sinks cracked, showers moldy, carpet smelly, transportation to Disney was over an hour wait everytime even though staff tells you it’s every 30 min. Called for towels and pillows several times and only redo towels. Never had our room cleaned until we left. Pools were absolutely nasty. Food mediocre. Wouldn’t stay here again. Ever.
- 3/5
I have stayed at other Embassy Suites in the past and always enjoyed my stay. The breakfast this time had really been downsized and disappointing. My main complaint was the shuttle to Disneyland was HORRIBLE (one of the reasons we picked this hotel) you have to scan a code at the front desk every day, and then get an email for your ticket. The front desk could never tell you when the shuttle would be there. We went to Disneyland twice and got out there before the park opened. The shuttle arrived already packed! Stated they would be back in about 45 minutes. We couldn't take a chance of them be packed again so we drove there and paid $60 to park. That's $120 for both days that I hadn't planned on. Also paid for parking at the hotel. For that reason I won't be staying there again. Other hotels I've used in the past have NEVER had this problem. I had 2 rooms, because my daughter and grandkids there so it really was a big problem for all of us.
- 4/5
I had a good stay
- 4/5
The staff for the most part were the best and usually very nice and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and way above what you get at other hotels. The room we had was older, the wallpaper was peeling off at the bottom, The ac didn’t work at first but maintenance repaired it quickly. The bed was lumpy not the most comfy night sleep.the pool was not heated and was ice cold even tho it was 90 degrees outside. The shuttle to Disney was convenient but hotel parking was pricey and I hate that resort hotels charge for parking, as you’re their guest. But they all do that and it’s getting pricier. All and all we enjoyed the hotel. I’d prob stay again but ask for different room.
- 5/5
Staff was nice
- 5/5
We absolutely loved this hotel and will be staying here every time we visit Disneyland! Everything was very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was spotless, and the bathroom was especially great—very spacious and well kept. The breakfast was amazing, and we really loved the option to make your own omelet. It was such a nice touch! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
- 5/5
5 stars
- 5/5
Very clean, bomb staff, great food for room service, even better bartender downstairs in lobby. lol Will definitely be coming back.
- 2/5
We were given hand towels with hair on it, there was hair on the floor, and had to call the front desk because they didn't give us bath towels.
- 3/5
Location was great. Easy parking and staff was friendly. The room was still dirty when we arrived. Trash on the floor. Hair in the bathroom.
- 5/5
They upgraded our room when we got there. The room the Hotels,Com reserved for us was not available. Lesson learned.
- 5/5
Na
- 5/5
Clean rooms. Friendlly and helpful staff
- 1/5
Breakfast was over at nine and there was nothing near the area to go get other breakfast so if you don't if you're not up by nine, you are out of luck the kitchen closes and there's no room service. It felt like staying at a motel, not a hotel in addition the place was very loud and the rooms were so not well taken care of. They were rundown like the hotel never again will I stay at a Embassy suites
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Everything very good
- 2/5
Honestly this place is really nice and a good stay. I unfortunately had a bad experience in the morning hours on Saturday. They were doing constant construction from 8am-11am in the unit above me. I had to call twice and ask for them to stop drilling and using a hammer. They continued to do it. I got a late check out to sleep in a little longer, but did not get to sleep in at all. Smart coordination would have been to start this work when people are checking out. Front desk staff was great. The person I was texting about the issues was not very thoughtful or helpful. Whoever coordinated this work needs to rethink when they schedule the work, maybe when people check out?
- 4/5
The hotel is very nice everything looked cleaned. But once I entered my room there were ants. I notified staff and they came to spray room immediately. Following day there still were ants.
- 5/5
Nice hotel but needs to be updated
- 5/5
Clean room - nice views form room super close to Disney land easy commute - reliable shuttle to and from - breakfast is excellent
- 5/5
Everything was good
- 3/5
The air conditioning barely worked. Hottest night ever in a hotel. Maintenance stopped by and said it was blowing just fine though the room never fell below about 75. I love embassy suites but will avoid this one.
- 3/5
No pool used, food good- room could use better cleaning products
- 4/5
The room was nice and clean
- 5/5
Great happy hour!
- 5/5
Great hotel
- 3/5
Night one, never got cold, toilet wouldn’t flush. So wanted to call the front desk, but phone was not working. So had to walk down to mention everything to them. Breakfast and happy hour was cool. But air in the room was never really take care of. The room never got cold and it pretty much made the room stuffy.
- 1/5
Cockroach in the room
- 2/5
The AC wasn’t working and it was super hot in our room. The housecleaners didn’t empty all the garbages out. On our last night my toddler woke up with severe croup. I ran him downstairs to get some cool air and it was too hot outside to help him. I asked the receptionist to open the market area up to let him breathe in the cool air and she said it was locked. She didn’t want to help at all. I asked her if they sold children’s ibuprofen and she said no
- 4/5
1st room wasn't clean. But next room we received was nice and clean. Staff was polite and helpful, helped answer all the questions I had about the place and transportation to Disneyland.
- 5/5
“Yes, very professional and helpful. That is why I come back every year and stay at this Embassy Suites location.”
- 3/5
We didn’t get the same type of room we booked via Expedia and were told we needed to contact Expedia about that instead. Annoying but okay, they comped our parking fees as a way to apologize. The indoor pool felt like it hadn’t been cleaned or cared for well. The outdoor hot tub had a strange white/gray-ish foam everywhere. In general the room was clean, but the photos made the facilities look more updated than they were. Floor of the shower for example had a big crack, and paint was peeling in a few little places. Bed was comfortable.
- 4/5
No, the room was not spotless. It was a little messy in the bathroom.
- 4/5
Staff was great. Had my room ready about an hour earlier than check in time. Room was clean, comfortable, and Quiet.
- 5/5
The room was clean and comfortable. All of the staff members we talked to were very kind, courteous and helpful with any questions we had about our visit. The made-to-order omelettes at breakfast were delicious
- 4/5
Breakfast 2 drinks @ the bar when checking in Friendly staff Comfortable beds Blackout curtains Clean rooms Cons: Parking $32 Shower water pressure poor Only 2 Elevators with no stair access to 1st floor (they go quickly) We enjoyed out stay. I would definitely be back, just be prepared to spend a little bit.
- 4/5
Everything was fine
- 4/5
The included breakfast was great. Everything was really fresh and the breakfast area was spacious. We always found seats. During 5-6:30pm, they offered 2 complimentary drinks per guest at the bar and some snacks. These were great! The staff was so friendly especially the front desk person. She was so nice and accommodating by letting us check in early. My only gripe would be the horrendous bus service. They removed the hotel’s free shuttle program to/from Disneyland. Instead, they used the city bus which was also free by entering a promo code during checkout for day pass purchase. They never stuck with schedule. They were so off by 15-20 minutes. After Disneyland closed, we saw the bus pull up, the driver took a 20-min break and then restarted the service again. Mind you, it was during the park’s closing time, it had rained all day, and everyone waiting was exhausted. We had to use uber several times during the trip. It wasn’t what we expected. This might be the reason we don’t stay there again.
- 2/5
A/C didn’t work called 4 times and maintenance guy came and said there nothing he was able to do at the moment. He said changing rooms would be best. We went downstairs to talk to front desk they said they would let me know if they can move me. 10 minutes later he called and said they were sold out he offered me some fans and a $50 credit. The fans never showed up and I didn’t use the credit.
- 4/5
Over all we had a great time. The staff was great and the included breakfast was nice.
- 5/5
Embassy suites is easily the best Hotel one can stay near Disney. Stayed with Family of 4 with 2 kids and I should say this Hotel offers something for every one. While my kids enjoyed the whole stay enjoying Hotel, food etc..we were offered great service which includes complimentary evening drinks, free bus rides to Disney and all..Truely recommend this Hotel for their exceptional service and experience.

The cleanliness overall of the hotel lobby & the room, good amount of towels provided, breakfast service was amazing & so were the cooks for the omelette service! First time & we were so happy & definitely booking from here on out she staying at Anaheim!
- 4/5
Trash in hall trash bin are not dispose timely and floor was not clean
- 4/5
Staff are good, excellent breakfast
- 3/5
The room was fine and the staff was fine. They were not very accommodating about early check-in or late checkout.
- 5/5
The front desk staff were friendly, professional and very helpful. They made me feel at home! The housekeeping staff were courteous and respectful. The cook worked fast and the meal was delicious!
- 3/5
Everyone was using the only elevator working it was a mess in the morning to even get Down for breakfast
- 4/5
The hotel was in a great location near the Angels stadium. The staff was great, and the room was good.
- 2/5
Housekeeping was very poorly done. Room would not get cleaned, or when they did, no fresh towels or remove dirty coffee cups. Garbage would stack up near the elevators and not get picked up regularly. We booked 3 rooms for 8 days, will not return.
- 5/5
Friendly staff
- 4/5
Clean rooms. Great Continental breakfast. The only issue was elevator being down so only having one elevator was very inconvenient
- 3/5
The main problem was the broken elevator. The

spacious room room for a family of 4. Everything was nice and clean, room had a bit of an odor, wasn’t too bad though. Staff was friendly. I would definitely return 100%.
- 5/5
Room was amazing! Super clean and very big! Lots of amenities. Staff was super helpful! We had a great time there!
- 1/5
Our room smells like cigarettes the night we checked in. The phone in our room wasn’t working. One of the elevators wasn’t working. People waiting too long to go up or down.
- 4/5
Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, loved the amenities. Downside was only one working elevator so at times long waits for the elevator.

Love the Breakfast
- 3/5
The facility was very clean, lots of open parking (which you pay for independent from your room reservations) staff was friendly and professional. The hotel had a nice bar and restaurant in the lobby, which we had breakfast at, and it was delicious. Our room was high quality and clean, beds were comfortable and had many pillows. The room had all the amenities needed for comfort. Unfortunately the air conditioning system did not work in our room. We returned from an event completely exhausted so we toughed it out, but was sweating all night. Also 1 of 2 of the hotel elevators was out of service. The wait times to use the elevator was sometimes 15+ minutes, often because they were filled with other people from the higher floors. Stairs was an option, but the access was outside on the rear of the property in the grass and was the narrow fire escape, not the easiest to use when carrying luggage. I do believe this was a one off for embassy suites, I’ve stayed at the other locations and have never had an issue. I would give this location another go in the future, I’d likely check the elevators and air system first.
- 2/5
As we get in our room the pulled out bed is not working called Frontpage desk twice and we are already tired. The second night we are about to use the extra blanket we dound out that it’s nasty like there is like a blood that is been there. Called again the Frontpage desk and she said to send somebody.waited until 10 p.m nobody came. And also complain about the sink that it Darin so slow and it’s nasty.
- 5/5
It was great, especially your front desk staff, Chris. The only complaint was the elevator, there was a long wait, with many people trying to get in
- 5/5
Rooms are outdated and could use a revamp. Everything is pretty old and worn.
- 5/5
Clean room, breakfast was excellent.
- 3/5
This was an okay stay for us. There are no stairs, and only two elevators. I would recommend staying on a higher floor so that you can access the elevators more easily as those of us on lower floors had to wait several rounds (or go up to go down). The beds were both super uncomfortable (the King and the pull out sofa). Breakfast had really long lines and while they would refill the stations, you would have to wait around quite often for them to be refilled. The hotel got pretty gross at night and early morning because the restaurant closes at 10 and most of the folks are coming back from Disneyland (which closes at 12) and are hungry and ordering food to eat since there are no options at the hotel and leaving their trash everywhere. There are some missed opportunities with things that would make the hotel more personable - like having a pin trading station for Disney fans. All of the other hotels have it, why not this one? Parking is expensive and many people didn't even pay and took spots away from those of us that did (they got tickets but that doesn't help us when we are looking for the parking we paid for). We tried the shuttle on our last day and while it was easy going to the park, it took SO long on the return trip that we paid for an uber. Overall, the price point, location, and separate rooms for families all make it decent, but it could have been a lot better.
- 1/5
I got to the room mess all over the floors stains all over the place bathrooms tiles were broken sink was nasty and stains all over it mirror had spit stains on it. Pillows and sheets head stains on the bed. Had a non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes. As twice for new pillows and blankets never received them.
- 3/5
I was expecting to find lactose-free milk options since I am lactose intolerant, so I was a bit disappointed in that regard. Additionally, the bed was not very comfortable; it felt like a cheap mattress. I definitely expected more for the price I paid.
- 5/5
Breakfast is good.
- 5/5
Staff was accommodating and kind. Room was perfect for our needs. Wish they had another elevator though. Everyone checning out at the same time had us using the stairs from the 8th floor
- 5/5
Very nice
- 5/5
Yes
- 4/5
Great room and breakfast was nice bonus. Shuttle was easy and staff friendly
- 3/5
Plus of this was the location being close to our destination and easy access to freeway. The mattresses were not comfortable, you sink into it. Also the nightly parking fee is expensive and you have to walk from a second story garage quarter mile away.
- 5/5
Since the moment we arrived very excellent staff/service, rooms where clean, breakfast was great, food/ bar where amazing. I felt very comfortable and my kids where happy.
- 1/5
Everything was dirty and broken also the floors and shower was a lot of hair there was some insects in the room totally garbage and not worth it and when I spoke with receptionist they were suppose to change my room and fix all the issues nobody showed up to do anything at all.
- 2/5
I know the 10/10 reviews had to be FAKE or paid guest. While smoking all the guests had the same issues in their rooms. One our last day, housekeeper he opened our door with his keys at 9 am. We confronted him and he stated, “oh I was checking to see if you’ve already checked out.” This was unacceptable. We travel all the time for trips and Amazon work meetings. We will never again stay at an Embassy.
- 5/5
Breakfast was great, and amenities were too.
- 4/5
Great stay just the beds were a bit uncomfortable
- 5/5
The room was very spacious, great view to Disneyland, the staff was amazing, very helpful and friendly.
- 3/5
There was no proper house keeping service. Did not come for room cleaning for first 3 days. We had to go to reception and request for it. I was with 3 kids. Requested for ceramic plates, cups for heating food because kids can get hungry at uneven time. They mentioned they can not give give restaurant plates. Mentioned us to go to reception to pick disposable plates and cups. Breakfast was good. Room was pretty clean. But did not receive towels until we requested which was after 2 days we checked in. I never check in Hilton again at least this location
- 3/5
However, we were very disappointed with the condition of the hotel room as other reviewers have mentioned. Our room had a musty smell from the beginning. We initially thought it was just due to the age of the room, but we discovered that there large areas of mold around the window sill. The hotel is old, but the hotel age should not justify this level of negligence. The management needs to do a better job of maintaining and cleaning the rooms.
- 5/5
The room is like my second home. So cozy and clean. The breakfast is yummy and filling.
- 5/5
Great staff
- 4/5
Not all of them, about two of them at the front desk were mean.
- 5/5
Rooms were great and hotel management was amazing.
- 1/5
and coffee supplies. The beds were horrible. The sofa bed was nothing but bars so my children slept on the floor. The pillows were so flat that it was not worth even using. Master bed you would feel the springs. This was the we eat Embassy Suites ever. It was a motel 6
- 4/5
The only thing was the pool wasn't heated and gum on the floors of the pool that could have been cleaned up. Other than that, the breakfast was convenient, especially having little ones. The rooms were nice, the room doors didn't lock very well.
- 4/5
My only complaint was about the park shuttle process. The shuttle to and from the park was free, but the process was sloppy! The bus tracker is not in real time and some drivers bring you back to the property pick up/drop off location, while some drop you off on the street curb near the hotel late at night, and you have to walk back from there.
- 5/5
Love staying at any of the Embassy suites.
- 5/5
Our suite faced the stadium, and we were even able to see fireworks. Breakfast was the highlight of our stay, especially the made-to-order omelets. We would definitely return the next time we are in the area.
- 5/5
I stayed her with two special needs children. The staff was accommodating and helped me get a floor closest to the lobby so when my children stim and jump, they wont bother other guests on floors beneth us. The breakfast bar provided numerous options from omelets, to pancakes, french toast, to cereals, oatmeal, and yogurt. They had coffee, teas, and various juices. This hotel was perfect for families.

- 5/5
3rd time staying here. Absolutely fantastic staff. Beautiful holiday decorations, fast elevators and delicious breakfast and cocktail hour at the bar. Even on a holiday weekend parking is easy and thw shuttle to the disney parks is free with your stay and easy to get to. Absolutely would recommend and stay here again.
- 5/5
Roomy, comfortable, friendly staff, really good complimentary breakfast buffet.
- 1/5
I was moved to another room and both had trash on the floor, water bottles, wrappers. The service when I crashed about the heater not wiring was fast and courteous but the worn down conditions of the rooms is not represented in the ads. Shower heads were dirty and spitting out water unevenly. The staff was also uninformed about the rooms.
- 4/5
Staff was friendly, rooms were clean. Good for the price.
- 3/5
the room had a musty smell to it. Parking app wasn’t working so I had to pay a $5 service fee to pay the fee the following day. The breakfast was not good at all, thankfully it was free.
- 5/5
Five stars
- 5/5
The rooms were great, the free breakfast was amazing, and the beds were comfy! Definitely going to stay here again!
- 3/5
We were planning on the free shuttle to Disneyland but it was just the free city shuttle which was super unreliable so we ended up spending a ton of money either ubering or paying for park parking. So frustrating.
- 2/5
Hotel is run down and dirty. Hair in bathroom floor. Needs paint and updating throughout. Breakfast was not good. Overcooked omelets and cold hot food buffet selections. Parking is expensive ($32/day) and very limited. Will never stay here again.
- 5/5
Easy to check in for our employees
- 5/5
Great breakfast and quick registration

My stay was horrible from beginning to basically the end. I was giving a super dirty room with dog hair covering the couch and all the carpet in the room, microwave stank and was so dirty, hairs in the bathroom and drawers! I had to clean up a bit with my Lysol wipes. Also phones did not work so every time I needed anything from them I will need to walk down stairs. I was move to a new room on my second day but since I had to leave I was ask by front desk staff to bring my items down ( pack before leaving) and once they had a clean room they will hold one for me and put my stuff in the new room. I did as they ask since I did not want to stay in the dirty room I had. When I came back around 8pm I checked in to find out if I had a new clean room now so they gave me my key( FYI they charge parking and you are not guaranteed parking) I ask staff for my items I had left in the morning and they confirmed with someone over the phone if my luggage was in the room already, they confirmed with me my luggage was in my room. ( I had had a very bad day since my 1 yrs old got sick with fever while staying here) me and my family went to the new room and came to find out my luggage was not there! Since phones did not work me and my husband had to walk downstairs to have the staff look for our luggage, front desk people were freaking out since my items were lost for a while, at this point I was so stressed and overwhelmed with all. The only person who understood my situation was the manager

- 5/5
Super clean
- 5/5
Courteous service and clean rooms
- 4/5
My stay at the Embassy suites was great, everyone there were great and they all treated us well. My only complaint was as I was unpacking I notice the carpet in our room was not vacuumed, there were crums on the carpet by the bed. That is my only complaint.
- 5/5
Breakfast lacked variety. Bathtub drain was clogged. Good cleaniness overall
- 4/5
The spacious room and breakfast keep us coming back. We were disappointed in how dirty the hallways were and how lumpy the pullout was.
- 5/5
Staff were friendly and attentive. Rooms are clean and tidy.
- 5/5
I thought this was a great value and the service was excellent. My room was exactly what I would expect from Embassy Suites by Hilton. I would definitely stay at this property again.
- 5/5
The room was clean staff was excellent but room was musty and window didn’t open
- 3/5
Check in was smooth and went great. Called for towels and never received, had to call again the next day. Checking out was not fun had to make 3 trips down with luggage and belongings as others seem to hog the luggage carts in the morning. Never saw a single luggage cart for over an hour. Plan ahead!
- 5/5
Everything was good and comfortable parking was a pain no free spots and it is expensive
- 2/5
There was a lot of chaos at this hotel. Not enough parking even thought it costs $30. The breakfast took too long. When we tried to leave could not get an elevator, it was full every time we tried to go down. Waited 20 mins for an elevator.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 5/5
Very accommodating
- 2/5
The staff was absolutely amazing and professional…my issue is with the room and how nasty it was. There was ALOT of loose hair in the towels, bedding and especially the bathroom floor which had different textures and colors…common sense tells me it was definitely not cleaned properly if not at all…there was ALOT of dirt and grim. I had to clean it myself to make sure it was done correctly…not good at all
- 3/5
The staff was great and the breakfast. Upon arrival, the hotel was nice. Once in the room, I was not as impressed. The room could use some TLC. No hand soap, it was empty. 3 towels for four people. Requested more towels. I had to rinse the bathtub out before I could use it. It had hair and it was dusty. Beds were very comfortable. Couch was firm. Had to pay for parking. Indoor pool area was okay.
- 1/5
I didn’t expect so much dust around sink. And broken consent. When I checked in was little late, I was waiting for help, because reception took 15 mints to let me check in. He was on the phone. But another employee was there too. And a bottle of water 5 dollar each if you drunk. And parking lot, you still have to pay.
- 2/5
The walls were filthy, the bathroom had mold in spots on the walls, the lamp and telephone did not work, and the room was in serious need of updating. You should be able to expect more from a place called Embassy SUITES.
- 4/5
Location convenient, free breakfast
- 1/5
Hairs in sink vanity, dirty cutip underneath the bathroom sink, dog hairs on sofa, warm in the restroom, excrement stain in the commode, and dirty trash cans.
- 2/5
The Anaheim State College Embassy Suites is not up to par for the brand. Old worn furnishings in the rooms, no control of temperature in the stuffy room, and no ventilation made for an uncomfortable night. Parking is very limited and pricy.
- 1/5
Lobby area is nice and clean. Rooms are disgusting. We switched rooms and both rooms were gross. Very old and not managed well. Both rooms sliding glass doors were so loud, it sounded like it was open. Kids couldn’t sleep all night because of the noise of the freeway. Showers and bathtubs were dirty. Mattresses were so bad. You lay down and you could feel the broken springs. Absolutely worst stay I’ve ever had.
- 5/5
very nice property but parking was very difficult
- 5/5
Excellent stay!!
- 5/5
Clean rooms, good breakfast, close to Disneyland and cheerful staff.
- 4/5
The hotel was nice, our room just wasnt super clean and parking is very limited
- 3/5
Our room had bed smell on the bathroom sink also i found some type of weird bugs shower very small and inconvenient to get in there also the carpets look old and dirty pillows terrible quality and this for the first room. Second room i ask for 1 king bed i was giving 2 bed quality of the beds terrible, carpets same thing the entrance and outside looks goods but the rooms i was giving were not for the price i pay also they should put on the hotel description how difficult its to get the shuttle and how long u have to wait to catch one.
- 5/5
Comfortable stay, close to parks. Great customer service, polite staff. Room was nice and dark, quiet. The breakfast was good and there was a great selection of food with a nice set up. Big dining area with plenty of tables to accommodate guest.
- 5/5
Staff was always helpful and friendly
- 2/5
The deposit on the room was $600 for my stay. That information was noy accessed easy when I booked. On the 4th night I went to take a bath and there was a huge cockroach in the bathtub alive. Gross! I paid way too much money for bugs.
- 4/5
Staff was nice and room was clean
- 5/5
I breakfast only one time while I stayed there. It was ok as I expected.
- 5/5
Staff was so nice and food was great!
- 5/5
Our hotel got canceled the day we arrived in town and we booked at Embassy Suites instead. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff was so kind and welcoming. They made sure we had enough pillows and blankets and were accommodating for a last minute check in! We were glad we stayed! The breakfast was amazing as they even had an omelette making section. We also enjoyed the free shuttle to Disneyland and the convenience!
- 5/5
I had a wonderful experience! The room was spotless, and the front desk staff were absolutely delightful. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I can’t wait to come back!lightful. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I can’t wait to come back!

The staff was amazing and super helpfull, our stay was nice
- 5/5
Awesome
- 1/5
Staff was incompetent and unhelpful. Told us there was a shuttle to Disney and when we asked for info they mentioned they would just pick us up at the hotel and take us to to Disneyland. Instead, we found out it was a public bus we had to catch from the bus stop. Staff also did not have a room ready when we arrived but promised to call us when ready and didnt. We had to call multiple times after check in to check status and finally called at 5pm when we were informed it was ready- they didnt call us. We asked for Shampoo 3 times during our stay and never got it. We had to use our own. We also asked for a crib and were told it would be delivered but had to call down 2 more times over a 6 hr time span to get the crib. The staff was uniformed and unhelpful. I would never stay here again.
- 5/5
Convenient location close to Disneyland but not in the traffic area!
- 5/5
Breakfast good. Staff are friendly. Love the pillows. I wonder what kind of pillows they have so I could buy 1 for me. Short vaca that we didn't soak in the pool.
- 5/5
Pool area was clean, designated dog area was great...great breakfast options...staff was super friendly and helpful...
- 3/5
Found hair on bath towels. Our room was not cleaned during our stay and Coffee was terrible! Breakfast omelets, however, were really good!
- 5/5
The Gentleman working the Bar and Dinner area was great.
- 5/5
We didn’t have to drive too far to the Disney parks. The staff were very friendly. All around it was a very nice place to stay at.
- 5/5
Loved the spacious room, stayed in a Suite with a King size bed on the 9th floor. Got to see a beautify sunset on the side I was.
- 5/5
Service was outstanding. We had a issue with our fist room cuz there was a leak and carpet was wet but service gave us a much bigger room to accommodate.. breakfast was delicious as always
- 5/5
The room was very clean and nice. The breakfast was ver good they had a good selection. And the shuttle service to Disneyland was a big plus. Will definitely be staying here again.
- 4/5
Great location and service but the beds were very small and uncomfortable.
- 2/5
First room we were given had wallpaper peeling off the wall with mold underneath in the living room. We were given another room and we had a noisy AC that my husband fixed quickly. We woke up the next day to ants in our room.
- 5/5
I just didn’t like that they charge for parking.
- 4/5
Great location, wonderful staff, breakfast was the best
- 4/5
Nice hotel - close proximity to Disney, Knotts Berry Farm and beaches. Hotel is getting dated, and rooms close to the elevators are noisy. Overall good stay with many amenities, hot tub, happy hour and amazing breakfast!
- 5/5
Expansive and free breakfast menu including a build your own omelette station. Friendly, professional staff. We were surprised at how nice our suite was-- spacious, lots of storage. The pull-out bed mattress was absolutely brutal. I weigh 165 lbs, I'm not sure a heavier adult could even fall asleep on it.
- 5/5
The staff’s warm and attentive service made me feel very welcome. I am grateful for such a memorable stay.
- 4/5
Alexandria on the front desk was excellent and took care of things for us.very attentive and friendly
- 5/5
Short drive to Disney. Gonna keep this one on our list!
- 5/5
Hot tub could have actually been hot. Breakfast was great. Loved the complimentary snacks and drinks. Was able to catch a ride to Disney on the bus for Free so that was great.
- 4/5
Beautiful hotel & room but my one complaint is that the shower is too small which is fine but the shower head was fixed in one position that it hit the wall at an angle so you can not shower entire body properly.
- 4/5
I really liked the hotel and our stay. Free breakfast made it so nice since Disneyland is already taking most of my money. Only reason why I didn’t give it a 5 start. Parking is limited and they allow you to park on the other side but it’s very secluded so I was nervous about my car. Other than that it was an excellent stay.

- 5/5
My hotel stay was great. The breakfast buffet is delicious. The staff is courteous and friendly. I was on the 9th floor. Very quiet and relaxing. My only issue is the extra fee they charge. I was charged a $29 a day parking fee. I travel often throughout the year on business in the US. This is the only time and place I have been charged a parking fee to rent a room for a few days. Is this a common fee? In the future this hotel will be my last choice to stay because of that hidden fee I wasn't aware of before booking my stay.
- 5/5
We loved our stay at the Embassy Suites. Free breakfast and free complimentary drinks every evening were great. The staff was kind and the room was spacious. An added bonus was the free shuttle pass to Disneyland. We would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 5/5
We travel because we have 2 kids with extremely rare desease so we went to see a Dr. At CHOC hospital and lady in front desk was very nice and kind even if the line was long and she was in a little bit in a rush she still provided a exceptional customer service!
- 5/5
Excellent place to relax and enjoy the area
- 5/5
Thank you
- 4/5
Pretty good breakfast selection and free drinks at manager’s reception. Great for the price 👍
- 5/5
clean room friendly staff breakfast good happy hour extent. Near to high way that the best.
- 4/5
We loved the accessibility to the parks and the breakfast was great. Staff was helpful and friendly
- 4/5
Breakfast was slow and the tables were full of dirty dishes. They need additional staff to clean and maintain the breakfast area.
- 4/5
Everything
- 4/5
The hotel has good location and room is great floor plan. But the front desk service didn’t give free water bottles for silver members instead charged $5 in room. I don’t mind paying just feel bad as I can’t go out to buy water and have to take the $5 water.
- 4/5
One think to said is the AC it was not to cooler,it was just okey but we expecting are room will be more cool.

Convenient access to both Disney and the stadium. Food was excellent, employees were polite and went out of their way to help us when issues came up.
- 5/5
great price
- 5/5
I enjoyed the complimentary drinks as well as breakfast. Staff was amicable.
- 5/5
Massive amounts of Cubs fans. Excellent place within walking distance to ballpark
- 5/5
Awesome place to stay.
- 5/5
Parking is too compact for our large truck. If a guest doesn't park correctly then it causes issues for the next guest . Overall it was a very nice stay. The family suite room smelled a bit musty to my husband and myself. Overall very roomy and incredibly clean.
- 4/5
Just fine
- 3/5
Hotel was in the perfect location for a baseball game and it listed a free shuttle to Disneyland. The free "shuttle" is actually a pass for the city bus system, which is not the most reliable. It wasn't the easiest to track the buses as they were inconsistent. The room was ok, the toilet ran at random intervals and the bed was uncomfortable. It was what it was, fine for a 3 night trip and close to Angels stadium.
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 3/5
We were told nothing can be done until the next morning when the maintenance crew got there. They gave us a new room and couple one time use toothbrushes and basically that’s it. We’re told there was no way to get into the room to get our things. Luckily, I tried the key one more time and was able to get into the room. But we grabbed our stuff and went to the new room. The next day we tried talking to management but they had weird hours and were never there when we were there. We had PTSD every time we came back to the room thinking we were going to be locked out again. The hotel is nice. Staff did their best. But they need to do better about handling these type of situations. Basically telling us your SOL is not the solution. We were told it was not the first time people have been locked out because of a dead key card reader battery. There needs to be a protocol put in and a maintenance training for the off hours.
- 5/5
Not walking distance to the parks but great easy drive! The staff is wonderful and amazing and very accommodating. Hotel itself is very grand and beautiful, but also very safe!
- 5/5
Hotel is clean and we enjoyed the made to order omlets. We were about 30 minutes to Newport Beach and Huntington Beach.
- 5/5
Great staff. Outdated but nice rooms, lots of space.
- 5/5
The staff was amazing!
- 2/5
Staff & management was exemplary. However, the building is in need of an upgrade. My shower leaked daily, shower head needed repair. I could hear my neighbors toilet rattle and found that their toilet was fallen off and needed to be secured. The only soap offered for showers was hand soap, at least that’s what the bottle read. Somehow we missed house keeping. The first 2 days we had the “do not disturb” sign on the door but took it down to get the bathrooms cleaned and to obtain clean towels. House keeping never showed up and eventually the manager has to deliver the towels.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel that's very close to Anaheim stadium and a few good dining options that are walkable.
- 3/5
So I will say that this hotel has a great breakfast!! And the service in the bar was outstanding!!!! But the property is old and run down. The cleaning staff does not vacuum the hallways at all. We asked for some clean towels, and we never got them. I had to call the front desk a few times to get some delivered. The outdoor pool was horrible! It is not kept up on at all. We had no towels out there at all, and the chairs all had bird poop all over them. And the worst part is I got attacked by the flying beetles that lived in the trees by the pool! So it was not a fun experience. The bed was pretty comfortable, but the pillows sucked!
- 1/5
Good stay but disappointed from the description I was told I would have a Disneyland park view which was the main reason on why I booked this room . Also, a deposit was never mentioned or the self parking additional fee .
- 5/5
It was wonderful !!

Great location within walking distance of the Angels stadium. Breakfast buffet had a good selection and the room was very comfortable.

We chose this hotel because it's walking distance to the Anaheim Angels stadium, the hotel didn't disappoint us at all.

This is an old Hotel and has alot of problems because it has not been renovated. Shower didnt work and they were not able to fix in 3 days, food is so bad now used to be amazing for us now its not worth it. Not the cleanest hotel , hairs and gummies around the floor when we entered the room. Not coming back.

Awesome Breakfast

Ice machine was moved and relocated to 6,8,10. Only 2 elevators (they are fast, though). Front staff friendliness is not so great. They present themselves as if we are wasting their time. Staff at valet, restaurant, and bar were great. Pool photos were deceiving. My room was "theme park view with fireworks" but it ended up being a room facing the freeway, which was INCREDIBLY loud and disturbing.

I like the theme park view specially when the fireworks start

Difficult to get a live person on the phone, when I did talk to a person they were not friendly and not helpful. Impossible to get straight answers over the phone. They have no airport shuttles. Complimentary breakfast was very good. In house restaurant not so good, food was mediocre and price was way high!!! The room was okay, average, not great and not bad, price was high.

Room was dirty. Walls, nightstands and floor had stains, food stains it was disgusting. Not the best customer service from staff.

Had a last minute stay, Property was nice, we got there a little late and parking was an issue. But if needed again we would definitely stay here again.

The only issue is that the common areas carpets are soiled! They need a good cleaning! Otherwise, great property & value!

This was a great walkable location to Honda center. The bed was very comfortable. We asked for more coffee and the house keeper brought it to us very promptly. Spacious room and swimming pool was a little cold but not crowded. Overall I recommend this hotel. I received free upgrade to one king bed suite to double bed suite. It worked out well.

Wonderful experience!!

Our stay was very comfortable and what we have come to expect from the Embassy Suites locations in LA. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and well cared for. The only exception was a dripping bathtub faucet that wouldn't completely shut off no matter how hard you closed the valve. The complementary breakfast was VERY good with many different options for varying dietary requirements. If you plan to go to Disney land be aware that they don't have a dedicated shuttle, they just provide complimentary passes to the local transit line (ART). The passes require that you install two apps on your phone and log into another website. We chose to drive to avoid this plus having to deal with public transit at Midnight.

Hotel was okay. The shower had knotted hair in the drain. No liners in any of the trash cans. We didn’t use the sofa bed because the couch cushions had big white stains.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Staff was great and the breakfast options were great.

Beautiful place

The only CON for me was that they shut off power in the room one hour or so before check out which honestly I think was really ridiculous considering I spent so much money on my 3 day stay. I was trying to finish getting ready before checking out and the room AC, TV, fridge and lights were all shut off

This stay was just okay. The cleanliness wasn’t great. It had stains in the carpet and it just made it feel dirty. The shower head was so bad. It watered everywhere and everything at full force, the kind that hits your face and doing so gets everywhere, not a comfortable and nice shower. I had to close my eyes to reach the shampoo. The pillows and bed were so uncomfortable and hard. The outlet in the restroom didn’t work so I had to use the outlet in the dining area when curling my hair; that’s sucked with no mirror. The coffee maker was broken, it overfilled the coffee makeee causing spill over. The breakfast was good even though they gave me the wrong omelette order. I don’t know they I would stay here again, I guess if you’re in a pinch. It’s Not luxury stay though.

The staff was very polite and professional. The hotel stands in need of upgrades and carpet cleaning.

For just the one night the service made available an excellent room with a cool view.

We loved the proximity to Angel Stadium. We didn’t drive so we had to rely on Uber for other things, I wish the Embassy had bikes or scooters for use or rent, it would’ve made it more enjoyable. We loved the outdoor pool & used it a few times.
