Did not eat breakfast and plenty of shops nearby. I requested for (1) king bed and the clerk assured me I will get it but they gave it away before I get there which is after 4:00 pm.

We stayed here for a quick disneyland trip. Nice quick breakfast with a pancake making machine! The shower/tub was roomy which was soooo nice. There is an elevator, vending, and a patio to sit at for breakfast

My family and I stayed in a suite that had three beds and one sofa bed. It also included a fridge and a microwave, which was very convenient. We spent most of the day at Disneyland, so the suite was perfect for coming back to shower, relax, and get a good night’s sleep. It was clean, comfortable, and offered a great affordable price.

Staff was very friendly. There were two pharmacies and eating places close by. We had a great inexpensive stay and would return.

If you're looking for a simple place to stay. Then i totally recommend staying here. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was clean. There's a shopping mall right down the street. Plenty of plces to eat. I would stay there again. Price was reasonable for a holiday weekend.

This was the wordt place ever. Live cockroaches in the bathroom and on the wall. Mold in the grout and around the fire sprinkler. Super loud because the street.

Eva at reception is very important to Days Inn and the very helpful houskeeping . Very pleased with my stay . I highly recommend this place.

I expected the worst from reading other reviews but it was better than I thought. The room was spacious, bed was comfy and clean, no chemical or smoke smell, bathroom was clean and so were the linens and towels. The tables, counters and dressers were not dusty. The floor could use a little bit of work and the pull out couch had tons of stains. I suggest going for a wipeable couch lol. Blown away about how huge that tub was in the room. It looked like a birthing tub. I loved it and it was very spotless. Bathroom came with a shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The sink came with hand wash and lotion. Hair dryer, iron, ironing board, microwave and refrigerator came with the room. SERVICE: The service was great. Front desk was available 24/7. The breakfast included with the room booking was great. It’s not continental but great options for the price. Also, the set up was very clean and well maintained. The front desk people were very helpful and kind. I had a late check in and early check out and had no issues. We were originally given a 3rd floor room and asked if there was a 1st floor room available and there was & she had no problem changing it for us. 10/10! Not sure if we just got lucky with the service and room but will definitely book again. Great location as well. Only con I had during this visit was needing more outlets in the room & sometimes a leaky shower faucet but otherwise a great experience!

Ive stayed at this inn before and i really enjoyed it so when the concert i went to was announced i immediately booked a room here even tho i didnt even have the tickets yet.

It was a nice and clean and was comfy !! I had to stay a few days in the area for my surgery I will choose to stay again there .

The check-in was quick, was able to park right in front of the room. The room was quite clean and comfortable. Decent breakfast was offered.

This was a great experience. Had four small children and three adults. The suite was a two bedroom suite. My only gripe is I wish they had updated TVs. They didn’t have access to YouTube, Netflix, or Disney . Other than that it was wonderful

I picked this hotel because it was close to a meeting I was attending. Breakfast was very poor not too much to offer. The rooms looked very old and maintenance was needed over the walls and doors. To open or close the door I had to hit it very hard. Unfortunately I would not recommend it to anyone.

You can tell the hotel is old which is ok but our room was right by the road and ahhh single pain glass we heard everything! Breakfast was very simple and you had to take it to your room which was not exactly convenient either, likely won’t book again

Perfectly reasonable motel. Room was clean. Slight smell of cleaning fluids dissipated after a couple of hours. Decent sized room. Soft (if small) towels. Breakfast provided (oatmeal packets, cereal, apples, oranges, juice, coffee pods, white bread). Exactly what I expected. Needing nothing more. Was surprisingly quiet after 10pm despite proximity to the hospital and a fairly big road righ by.

The rooms were clean and the staff were excellent but the noise and the door slamming through the night was terrible.

Inexpensive place to stay in Orange. Staff was nice. The deadbolt on my door didn't seem super secure and there was a weird stain on the ceiling. The bed was extremely comfortable. The place is a little worn but kept clean and functional.

overall, it was a good experience.

But the charge was a four star hotel level.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. We were in a room facing the busy street which was a little loud. Room was clean but could be cleaner. The drapes really needed cleaning or updating. There was graffiti on the inside of the closet mirror. Fridge worked didn’t use the microwave or coffee pot. Parking lot is very small. Breakfast consists of pancakes, toast, yogurt or oatmeal. About a 15 minute drive to the Toy Story parking lot. We had the 1 king, 2 queens, sleeps 7. The sofa was a small click down that my son barely fit on. Only 1 bathroom for all of us to share. AC unit in living room and double Queen bedroom, no AC in king bedroom. Wasn’t bad since it’s Spring and cooler weather but imagine it would get hot in summer.

Le lei la confirmación de nuevo, fecha etc y y después de rato me dijo mi nombre y asentí, dijo ah sii hay una de una cama! Le muestro que la reserva es de dos camas queen y no muy convencido me dice si si dos camas! Muy mala atención de esa persona en particular. Lugar limpio!

Property was good, not the greatest rooms but still worth the stay, close to Disneyland which is where we were going. The staff was very friendly, welcoming and very very nice, definitely wouldn’t mind staying there again.

Dirty check in area. Dirty breakfast area. Water in room from faucet was gray in color. Wrinkled bedding. Bolted door and locked myself into the bedroom and left as soon as I could, in the morning. I will never return to this hotel chain again.

I chose this hotel because the rates were decent them upon arrival it was very clean & I was satisfied with my choice. With that being said I work 12 hour days at the Hanger in Tustin and was gone from the hotel all day only to arrive back and find that my candy bag had been opened and some of them eaten. This to me was a violation of my space and trust and then upon making an immediate complaint staff laughed as if it was a joke not apparently understanding the principle behind my anger. This wasn’t about the candy this was about if you would steal a piece of candy open a sealed bag and feel you had the right to do so what else of my belongings would you feel you have the right to be entitled to.

Clean and convenient. Good location for visiting our friend in rehab.

The hotel is pretty clean for a budget hotel (no pests, towels and sheets were in good condition or new, smells fine, breakfast set up is clean). Perhaps request a room toward the back of the building or on the 3rd floor because my room toward the front was... ok. I've stayed here before and the room this time just seemed more used. I'll probably stay again due to its convenience to the hospital but request a different room

The stay was to have cataract surgery and to have my daughter both care for me and visit her.

This property was nothing like it showed on the website The worker refused to change our room or fix the situation. I contacted expedia virtual chat and Tony didn’t help at all. I will never use expedia for any of my travel needs! This was the worst experience ever & it ruined my vacation.

I stayed here for two nights. (Thursday and Friday) On Monday I went to see my doctor since my body had so much itching, turns out I was attacked by bed bugs

The property was nicely kept. But I didn't care for the woman that was working she accused me of stealing someone else's clothes out of the dryer. I couldn't dry my clothes. I had to take them to a laundry mat. She needs a lot better customer service skills.

Days inn gave us space and privacy which is what we preferred, it wasn’t so far away from the places we needed to go to. Simple but clean.

At check in I was told that I booked a smoking room. Never in my life have I booked a smoking room. The room was "aired" and our door was open which a man on meth thought was an invite to talk to us. We closed the door quickly. Our clothes, our hair, all our belongings smelled like smoke. I woke up the next day with a giant headache due to the smoke smell that seeped in the linens, the pillows, the walls, everything. We headed to the breakfast room and saw a woman in handcuffs on the 3rd floor. There were 2 police SUV's and 3 police officers apprehending an older woman who jumped parole. There was no way my son and my friend would be able to stay at this hotel for 2 more days. We stayed for one night and asked for a refund for the 2 days that we didnt use. We were refused because the front desk lady claimed its a package. Nowhere did it say on the paperwork that we booked a package deal. We moved to the Hilton which is where we should have gone in the first place. You get what you pay for.

This hotel was filthy. The bedspreads were dirty, the sheets and towels were dirty, the floors hadn't even been swept. The walls were filthy and had coloring from kids on them. There seemed to be no standard of cleanliness.

In general, the room was gross! It did not look very clean at all with stains everywhere. We asked for a non smoking room but we the sheets used on our bed had definitely been used in a smoking room. You can smell cigarette smoke absorbed into the sheets. Furthermore, there was an ash stain on the inside of the sheets. Also the location in general feels extremely sketchy. The hotel feels like it's tucked away inside an ally which anyone off the street has access to the parking lot and the tucked in nature of this place makes it extremely easy for someone to do something un noticed, there is security cameras I guess. Additionally, the staff seems way to laxed and not very efficient. We were one of only a few people to stay there for the night yet somehow we got placed right next to someone else. They kept us up all night, constantly opening and closing their door to make it creek. When I called the front desk about the situation, the person on the other end said "oh wait, he's still there?" Indicating to me this guest should have already been checked out but was instead squatting in the room. When we first came to our door we noticed the door next to us was cracked open. The guest would never close the door so they could access it later when they wanted to come back. And NO ONE on staff notied! Don't stay here

You get what you pay for, I need something affordable in the area. This was the best price option.

I'm a senior with disabilities. When I checked in, no rooms were avail on ground level and elevator was not working. When I saw the room, it was a dump. I just changed clothes and went and found another hotel. I did not sleep there. Old, old. Felt unclean. Limited soap, etc.

I actually did not stay here, did not see the room. The outside of the motel looked nice. I had to cancel because the only room available was on the 3rd floor. The elevator was out of orderand I can't walk up stairs. The manager was very helpful and suggested we cancel when she saw us park in a handicap space. She apologized, but had no available ground floor rooms. We weren't charged for canceling last minute due to the situation.

Very basic hotel. Everything necessary was there. Room was clean. There seemed to be a lot of water damage on the roof so our room seemed not clean at first but it actually was clean.

The hotel was convenient & reasonable for my trip to Disneyland/California Adventure. It was just an 8 minute drive to the parking lots. The room was large, had a fridge & microwave. The king bed comfortable. The price was very resonable to me compared to bigger hotels close to Disneyland.

Online it says this place offers cribs, which is why I reserved it. After checking in and asking them if they had any the man at the front desk seemed overly confused on what I was asking for and just said “no I don’t think so” so I responded “you don’t THINK you do or No you don’t?” In which he said No. After finding food for dinner I went back and asked again because it shows on the site that they do so they went and checked in storage which is right next to the office. Once opening the door the only thing I could see in there was a day bed which doesn’t even fit the rooms, not only that but it was super dirty in there and would never use it due to the fact of how long it had been since it was cleaned. Outside was trashy but inside it wasn’t that bad looking. One of our towels had a hair on it so I have a feeling sanitation is not a priority there..

I liked how accommodating the staff were. I felt comfortable and welcomed from check in to check out. I visit Orange twice a month and I stay in hotels. I will be staying here from now on. Thank you!!

Staff was wonderful and helpful. Property / rooms could use some updating and a really good cleaning (floor left residue on my socks) and the coffee maker looked like it had NEVER been cleaned :'(

Great location

Very noisy. Terrible sound proofing, could hear vehicles on street and other guests TVs and talking and walking all night.

Check in was smooth after a long trip it was nice that we had a fairly quick check in. The kids and i started to unpack and as we prepared for bed noticed sheets were dirty so they moved us rooms upstairs and that room smelt like they smoked in it minutes before we got in and finally last room was ok and tried reaching hotels.com still waiting on that 4 hr call back
