It was HORRIBLE! Roaches and dried food on the stove, and just praying we don't carry bedbugs home. We checked out the next morning and went somewhere else. The only reason we stayed that one night was because we had been flying for 12 hours and were exhausted. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

The location was good and the price also. Parking was controlled and made it safe for the customers. The smell of old wet carpet as you enter the establishment and every hallway. The entrance also had a strong odor of marijuana. That is very disturbing.

My room had a rusty refrigerator. Burnt out outlets and a roach crawled acroos my shoe it is a smoke free hotel but it smelled like 2 different kinds of smoke all night long they had spackle on walls the staff was amazing but we did not like the room or the people hanging out in the cars and by our car smoking at all hours I have tried to upload images but it will not let me I am going to try one last time

The room was nasty and infested with roaches. When I went to the front desk with this complaint and asked to move rooms I was told they couldn’t do anything for me until the manager came in the next day once told that I requested for a refund and for the room to be cancelled and was then told that couldn’t be done either. DO NOT BOOK HERE!

We stayed 20 minutes. There were bugs in the room and on the bed. The pool was not in use. Breakfast was not going to be provided. We did not stay in room at all and when we cancelled our trip and went back home I emptied my luggage outside for fear of bringing a bed bug into my house. Disgusting.

The TV didn't work. The power went off and we didn't have a way to contact anybody. The key card kept disactivating. The bath faucet was leaking. The whole place smells like smoke.

I ask for a refund and told them that there is no possible way. I'm staying in a nasty hotel. It was told they don't do refunds. I had to be switched into three different rooms. The first room had a large hole in the floor the second room none of the appliance worked the third room. The air conditioner did not work when I decided to check out a night early they still wanted to up charge me ! and then charge my card again after I checked out 13 $ for nothing for bed bugs and cockroaches Horrible

Just stepping foot onto the property was scary. It smelled terrible. There were loud and “sketchy” people hanging around the parking lot. After seeing that, we didn’t even bother checking in.

It was night mare. I arrived near midnight, with kids, reception was closed, but lady opened it after I called to property. I paid and received my key. But inside the room I was shocked. It was totally different from pictures on website.

We booked two rooms, I asked the receptionist at check in if she could put the rooms close to one another and she said she can’t do anything since rooms were pre-booked (she lied) so she gave us 2 rooms on the 3rd and 2nd floors. The first room on the 3rd floor we walked into there was a burn mark on the counter as you walked into the room, there was a random screw that was poking out of the side of a floor cabinet, an old smoothie from the previous guest was found in the freezer, and the beds had old sheets from previous guests that was just reused cause it had dirt all over the beds. Second room on the second floor had a German roach in the bathroom. So I went down to the lobby and the receptionist said they can only change 1 room (didn’t wanna push the issue cause it was late and I was tired from driving) so we got a 2nd floor room cause the 3rd floor room was filthy and we were able to get a room across from each other. The replaced room was cleaner but had no microwave and when I asked the receptionist if they could put one in, her reply was that maintenance staff is off work the weekend and any type of room servicing will have an extra fee. At the rate I paid for two rooms I could’ve gotten a better hotel, the only thing this hotel had going for it was the distance from the venue we were attending the event at. Do yourselves a favor and pay a bit more for the comfort you deserve.

The room was filthy! Toenails on the floor. Dust on furniture. The shower was patched and had hole in wall. Under bed was filthy. The complex smelled of pot. The fridge was totally rusted on the exterior. V I have pictures to support this. No breakfast. The entire facility was disgusting. I talked to other guest who said they had to go to Walgreens and buy cleaning supplies because their room was disgusting also. I am happy to supply the pictures. This hotel is not acceptable and Expedia should not recommend. After staying there I checked reviews and they are horrible!!

We didn’t end up staying. The libby smelled terrible. After checking in? Hoping rooms were better, the door was stuck. Reception had to use force to open it. Once in, the windows were covered in mildew, the bathroom looked like a gas station dirty restroom and I wouldn’t recommend walking without shoes. Receptionist was apologetic and offered another room. We declined and she quickly refunded our money. Unfortunately this time of year meant we traveled an hour for another room.

This a place people live not for coming to a convention. Do not let your boss book this because it is the cheapest hotel near the convention center. There is no housekeeping, no shampoo, no breakfast, no coffee but there is bad smells and sketchy vibes. This place should not be listed on Expedia, it is a place you pay cash and hide out.

The room was in terrible shape, floors were disgusting. Mattress was terrible thankfully I was there by myself. No rooms anywhere due to a large convention going on.

The room itself had an ancient barely working refrigerator, kitchen cabinets are extremely old. The bath tub blackened with use (I guess it's never properly cleaned) and old, and sealant is coming off at the faucet. The floors are something else, it's even disgusting to look at them and something else to walk: do not step with bare feet because the floors don't ever get washing. Hard to explain to kids though their feet got dirty black from the floor, the dirt then transferred to sheets, disgusting.

Clean place. Be advised, not like most hotels. This is an extended stay, so you will have to take out your own trash; toiletries are not offered, you will have to bring your own. TV was damaged, so for a longer stay or if you have kids, please be advised that you might have to bring your own entertainment. The room was very clean. The building is locked down at night, and you will need your key to get in, which makes it more secure, especially if you are traveling alone. Even found a good rate on a peak weekend.

The worst hotel in the world there can't be a worse one. I don't recommend it to anyone very very bad. And I hope Expedia takes it out of its market

I got a good last minute deal thru Orbitz. I arrived at the hotel and checked out as soon as I opened the door to my room.

We didn’t realize the “sports complex” was a different building than the main Extended Stay. We had to go to the building behind the main lodge. Upon checking in, the room appeared clean. There wasn’t a dish or cup in site though. We were told that was standard for this place. So we had a full kitchen and not even paper products to be able to use the kitchen. We were also told we had to take our own trash out to the dumpster. No problem, the price reflected bare bone service. The kicker was the next day, a cockroach crawled across the table!!!! We won’t ever stay here again.

The hotel, is in a state of decay. Furniture in the room was chipped and damaged. The hallways had an odor. There were virtually no amenities in the room.Not even a clean xbox. The shower curtain bar had pulled out of the wall and was reattached without patching the old holes. There was black mold.

First I was given a room with a disgusting bathroom. This should have never passed inspection as a clean room. Black mold on top of the shower. Hair from a previous tenant on the shower walls. I complained and got a new room. No real hassle. New room - Bathroom was slightly better. The new problem ? Blood stain on the inside of the sheets. I have pictures to prove it. The management company closed the front desk in the mean time. No one on staff to help. I walked out to my car to switch hotels , and there was a “this car is illegally parked and will be towed “ sign on my rental. Nobody asked if I was driving or needed a pass. I left and found a new hotel and will be perusing a refund. This place should be ashamed of itself.

I had cockroaches in the bathroom, there was a significant brown “splatter” stain on the shower ceiling, and what looked to be mold in the corner. The residue from previous occupant’s soap bars were still on the bath tub at check in. Although I understand the caution and need for loss control, to have a note telling me that plates and cooking utensils were available FOR PURCHASE from front desk was surprising. Which left me with no coffee cup, glass, plate or a way to heat food or water in the room. Why have a kitchen which can’t function as a kitchen in basic ways. The hallway was not hovered the entire time I was there which left litter and debris over the carpet (3 nights). Although no breakfast was offered (which is understandable) the space where the breakfast would have been served has become a dumping ground, with trash and a pair of old sneakers left on the counter for 2 nights. (Still there at check out) The parking lot had a “junk?” car, with people sleeping in the car overnight. Finally, to be told I had to take my own trash out by reception, who pointed to the direction of the dumpsters, was a surprise. Overall, a disappointing demise in what was a value hotel property in the past. Would not stay here again.

Homeless people was there walking around with garbage bags and trash all over the hotel. Went to w2nd floor, very dirty in the room and no kitchen utensils and plates cups and pans and pots. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Even the staff advised that it wasn’t safe to stay

The whole place smelled like cigarettes and pot. The whole place gave me the ick. If it wasn’t so late at night, I would have left, but I was exhausted. The shower curtain would not stay closed, water went everywhere. The floors were filthy in the hallways, and had a weird greasiness in the rooms. The shelves were broken, there were cobwebs on the light fixtures and walls. The dresser was falling apart. I didn’t see any bugs, but I wouldn’t have been surprised. There was nobody at the desk to check out in the morning. There seemed to be a lot of homeless people here. Do not stay here!

They charged me 107 dollars and I didn't even get a room, no one was available at the window, never even got through the door before security told us to leave. What exactly did I pay for is the question.

This property is about a 10 min walk from the convention center. Once you're there, it's another 10 min walk to the exhibit areas. I gave the place 4 stars for that and the room rate. I was there for a week, attending meetings at the convention center. Parking at the convention center is expensive, but an Uber is not expensive. The bed was fine, the shower had hot water, there was a full-sized refrigerator. Obviously, it's not a Ritz-Carlton, but I'd stay there again. The only real negative is that there are 2 Extended Stay buildings on the same property. I went to the first one and was told I didn't have a reservation. When I showed the reservation, I got sent to the second one. Note that the front desk isn't staffed 24/7.

When we arrived, the air condition was leaking on the floor, the bathroom was dirty, the microwave was leaking dirty water. I called the front desk about the air conditioning leaking and the first thing they asked is it was working. I told them it does not matter I have a 2 year old in here. They switched our rooms and the tv wasn't working all the way and the room was dirty.

The staff was very nice and respectful. The only thing I could not deal with was the roaches there were so many all different kinds babies big ones little ones all different types of colors definitely have an infestation I booked for a week. I only stayed one night and the entire night I was killing roaches

So I was checked into a room that doesn’t actually close OK. The door itself has to the door has its loose the handle and inside the door itself where the actual latch is there were some buffers put up so that the door wouldn’t close. OK I don’t have any idea why everything happened the way that it did, but I’m saying the thing about the buffers because the manager came up and took them off and then tempted to do the same thing and yada yada yada was telling me that I don’t know what I’m talking about And I told him I said I think it’s the door handle itself and eventually he goes and shows me that only I have to do is pull on the door handle like in in a way, but he doesn’t explain it OK and on top of that they just something really screwy was going on with the staff and Really lay into them, but if you believe that Jeff Bezos and Amazon around to take over the world well they were trying to take all of my belongings and put it right next-door in their little CubeSmart. I wouldn’t stay here if you care about anything that has to do with anything But the thing is the place is kind of clean however it’s a tender box that’s the one thing that really is disturbing the fact of them they are being that this is such a surely constructed establishment that it literally could be like flamed in like five seconds flat

Only stay here if you need to save money. So many things were degraded that you can't even list them. Lights not working. Room not cleaned properly. Carpets are disgusting. But if you want to save money, it's good for that. We brought our own sheets.

Dirty, I mean filthy. The carpet in the hall had massive stains everywhere. The floors in the room made your feet black immediately after stepping out of the shower. Everything smelled musty. Everything was worn out and dirty. Got up in the morning and the handle to pull up the diverter on the shower not only popped right off, the diverter was corroded in place - it wouldn’t budge. To their credit, they fixed that right away. DO NOT STAY HERE! Don’t be fooled that it’s a very convenient walk to the Convention Center. Stay anywhere else at any cost.

I wouldn't wish my recent stay at this hotel on my worst enemy. From the moment I attempted to check in, it was an absolute disaster, and it only went downhill from there. The check-in process was utterly messed up. When I finally thought the ordeal was over, I got to my room only to find that the keys didn't work. Back I went to the reception, adding another frustrating delay to an already tiresome journey. Upon finally gaining access to my room, I was hit with an overpowering and disgusting smell. It was a noxious blend of stale something unpleasant. It was so bad I genuinely considered sleeping in my car but I had two kids with me, so that wasn't the option I could go for. This wasn't just a bad stay; it was a genuinely terrible experience. The complete lack of basic competence in the check-in process, the non-functional keys, the repulsive odor in the room, and the absent reception staff all contributed to what I can only describe as the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of other options, and I strongly advise you to choose one of them.

The floor and carpets were completely soaked and the room smelled of chemicals. After checking out, I realized that the carpet was soaked in chemicals because it probably needed some sort of deep cleaning. Deep Cleaning. It's not a safe hotel and there are zero amenities. There are other hotels nearby that are similarly priced with will provide a much more human experience.

Several of the outlets did not work. The room was not cleaned properly go there was hair and grime at the base of the toilet in my bathroom.

I thought extended stay america was a pretty reputable brand, but I was wrong I guess lol. The vibe is a seedy motel. Everywhere smells like weed and cigarettes. The carpets and elevator in the common areas were filthy. The hard floor in my room was sticky (see video) and dirty. I thought it seemed like someone had forgotten to clean my room before I got it. Within 10 min I had killed a cockroach. I also killed a few other bugs during my stay, most notably A BED BUG. There were mold spots on the bathroom ceiling, hair in the shower when I arrived. Sheets on the bed were super loose. There was detritus on the floor. The headboard had not been wiped. The outer door of the room had gum or something stuck on it. Once I found the bed bug, I asked to be moved to another room. At first the person who was there over night (it was ~22:30) was pretty rude (she was apparently on the phone with the manager). But she eventually became pretty kind and understanding and provided me with a trash bag to put my stuff in. When she was switching my room she said (and I quote, I remember it because I thought it was a crazy thing to say): “There are still some rooms we have to check, I wonder if yours was one of those”. Excuse me?? The room I got moved to was barely cleaner. Had a hole in the stucco wall.

This is the most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in. Everything is stained and filthy. The floors, the walls, the towels, the bed, everything. The lock on the door was broken off the frame and the room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. You can feel every spring in the thin mattress, that is probably as old as I am. The floors are so dirty that if you walk around barefoot, the bottom of your feet will be stained black. The carpet in the room hasn't been cleaned in years. Everything about it is gross. On the bright side, the staff was very polite, but do not stay here.

The only good thing when I stayed over were the staff, as they were professional throughout. The entire hotel itself was just bad. My hotel room carpet was sticky, tv did not work at all. Shower only had cold water. The fridge had stains all over it. The stove top was dirty too, hell even upon entry into the room, there was a some trash left over from the last guest that was there. I've been to quite a few Extended Stay American Hotels but they were good stays. This has to have been the worst hotel of this brand that I have ever stayed at. I feel sorry for the staff that have to work at this establishment, the whole hotel seems rundown, it could definitely be alot better, and a hell of a lot cleaner. Forgot to mention, the towels were not clean and so was the bathtub. Also the towel rack itself was broken when we were there. This place needs alot of improvement in cleanliness and facility improvements.

This place is a disgusting rat hole . We were checked in incorrectly and the hotel manager had the nerve to try and charge us more than what we already paid through Expedia !!! I left a day early and was not refunded . The fridge had mold , the fire alarm was dangling from the ceiling and the mattress was caved in and forced me to sleep on the floor . This place should be condemned. They bait and switch so expect unfair and deceptive practices from these people

I've stayed at that location before, comfortable beds, coinvent to the civic center for the events I attend there. it's a good place.

I usually stay at this property to go to the Convention Center, however this time the experience was terrible. They didn't want to check us in at 2:40 saying you have to wait until 3, then at 3 there was nobody at check-in for almost 25min. The room was weared out badly, there was no hot water on the shower and the plumbing fixtures were glued and moved when you used them. The tub was clogged and not cleaned with hairs all over and there were roaches roaming in the bathroom area. No breakfast at all was available this time even the poor one they had before with just coffee and muffins.

The furniture in the room need a major over haul. The fridge was clean inside unit looks like the. Fridays I have outside at my house (rusted and old) the microwave looked like it hasn’t been cleaned ever, the night stand. And dresser had the finish peeling off. The room looked like someone left a dog or animal unattended and it took to the walls The service to check in took a long time (granted I did arrive late) The TV didn’t work and when unreported it they said it won’t get fixed til after my stay. They advertise free wifi but said they will charge u for streaming service. (Hopefully I don’t get charged since I had to watch on my laptop since the tv didn’t work) The room smelled like someone burned something cooking and to top it off the morning of my last day there was no hot water. The only positive was the price and you got what u paid for and I will say that the employees where nice and welcoming.

Been using Hotels.com for almost 20 years. This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever attempted to stay at. After checking in and giving them my credit card I made it to the room where there was hair in the bathroom sink, stains all over the carpet, stains all over the chairs, molding pulled off The bathtub, mold in the refrigerator….. when I went downstairs to try to get my money back and go somewhere else they would not refund my money. Hotels.com tried to get me a refund, but they were unsuccessful, but they did give me “key cash” to use for a future stay which kind of made me whole. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy

Pictures are differents from what actually you find at the room. Room smell awful, 0 in cleaning, air conditioning didn’t work appropiate. Not good!

One of the most unsafe and dirty places I’ve been at. The room was dirty, the bathroom had hair trimmings from the previous guest, the carpet had food and yeah still on it. We did NOT stay, we left and went to a different hotel. The staff did refund the money.

Took 2 steps in the door, cancelled, and left. Stains all over the "upgraded" room. We had a late night arrival, and the "on call" staff member came down after 20 minutes of standing outside, came down in plain clothes, and checked me in. Went to the room, looked at it, and turned around and gave her the key back. She said she'd cancel the stay, but never did. Working on it now with Hotels.com customer service.

The room was worn. Best way to describe it. I think it was as close to clean as it could get but the stains and the smell you can't hide.

Parking area not well lit. Desk attendant was carrying her baby while checking me in. Hallway smelled like something had spoiled in the carpet.

Great value hotel for a 7 day trip. Beds weren’t the greatest and we both woke up sore each morning. Other than the beds comfort it’s a great hotel with a stove, microwave, kitchen counter and sink.

Hotel was disgusting bed sheets were dirty

Show up at midnight from the airport and they tell me they lost my reservation and I had to go to another hotel 10 miles away. Kind of a dump area so wasn't too sad but I was angry they didn't tell me before I got to the hotel. Oh and they charged me a no show fee even though they said they lost my reservation.

We had no house keeping in our 4 day stay

The place was just musch better than expected after I had read the reviews here. Some things like the elevator could have been kept up better. Also I had made 2 seperate bookings to extend my stay which caused the staff to contact me on why I was overstaying but that was quickly resolved with appologies.

It wasn’t all that, not that clean, hallway stinks. Staff is friendly though and the area is quiet

Very old property

There were two towels for three of us. The tv did not work. The dresser had two broken drawers and the top was dented banged up and broken. The room was musty and smelled. No shampoo in the shower. No hairdryer no extra blankets. It was awful

Location is great. The room we had was a hot mess no cold water roaches and manager not a nice person at all. Ill never stay at that property again. Sketchy people hanging out front doesnt feel safe at night

La verdad las condiciones de la habitación son bajas, el aire acondicionado no servía, se encendía y apagaba a cada rato, el compresor hacía mucho ruido lo cual era difícil descansar. Lo más difícil fue men la mañana cuando abrimos la llave de grifo y la ducha, el agua salía negra, tuvimos que dejarla abierta por un buen tiempo para que el agua saliera normal. No recomiendo para nada este hotel y menos si van con niños, como fue mi caso para ellos es como una película de terror ya que la luz de una lámpara titilaba sin parar. La verdad nada que ver para lo que uno paga.

Hotel needs more cleaning. The elevator, hallways and room were very dirty.

When we arrived to check in, the guest service attendant said that our room was sold out even though we had a paid reservation. She told us to call Hotels.com to see if we could find another hotel because even though there was another room with smaller beds she didn't know how to give us the room. We did call Hotels.com but the young lady called someone to help her with giving us the room that was available. All this took about 35- 40 minutes. The next morning they ran out of breakfast or at least that is what they told us.

I wish we had a pool . But othet than that Nikki was helpful , patient , and very kind .

A basic and reasonable property. The included breakfast was typically coffee and oatmeal. Staff was friendy and helpful.

The worst. At check in, I was told to go across the parking lot to another hotel for the luggage cart. Room was very dirty and the floor had a sticky feeling. Breakfast consisted of both kinds of coffee, reg and decaf, 4 breakfast bars, 6 packaged muffins and a few packets of instant oatmeal; however, no bowls for the oatmeal...guess I could have used a coffee cup. 2nd night AC went out. It was around 9:30pm and it took 45 minutes to find anybody who worked in the hotel. I'm pretty sure I woke up the one employee by calling the hotel from the lobby. Told her what was wrong and, after a very long period of her just looking at me, she said only option was to move rooms. Fine with me, after all it was 91 degrees in my room. Get to new room, just as dirty as the 1st room, and find the bathroom trash can is being used as a bucket to catch the water dripping from bathroom vent. I get it...this was in Orlando and the room was on the inexpensive side, but this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Even my living accommadations during my 3 deployments to combat zones were better. Oh, and lets not forget the smell of the entire hotel, kind of like a wet dog, but nothing 2 cans of room freshener can't mask. Do yourself a favor and spend a few more dollars and pass on this hotel.

Horrible! Smelt so bad from who knows what. I didn’t have high expectations but I did expect livable conditions. Then charged me $155 for the night when I was canceling the remaining 2 days I had booked. I switched to Spark by Hilton, which is two hotels down which I was really impressed with the customer service and cleanliness, they even let me checkin at 7am because I couldn’t stand being at the Extended Stay anymore.

They never clean my room

The pictures are very deceiving. Should've paid attention to the reviews, but I have stayed in Extended Stay America hotels before & have been satisfied. This property needs major work and needs a manager who knows how to manage. Management is not doing a good job looking after this place. No one was at the front desk when we checked in. I had to yell hello a few times before someone finally came. He was unkempt, wearing a wrinkled green t-shirt with the hotel's logo. He had no sense of urgency & no sense of customer service. The lobby was sad looking & dirty. It was like pulling teeth every time I requested something with the front desk. The amenities included a hair dryer on Expedia & there was no hair dryer in the room so I asked for one & the employee said the room doesn't come with one. So I asked if they can supply me with one as it said so on the website. He said he would have to get it from the sister hotel next door. Then there was a card in the room with kitchen items to order if needed. They had NOTHING AVAILABLE! The refrigerator door was badly stained, the microwave was rusting all over, the stove tops were filthy, the bathroom ceiling had stains all over, one of the towels had a hole, there were cracked & peeling paint, the outlets were thick with grease and stain. The worst Extended Stay America hotel I've ever stayed in. Very unfortunate, coz I will never stay in one again.

Opened the room door and was greeted with a rusted front refrigerator , dirt and crud in corners of bath room , peeling veneer off dresser and nitestand and next am looking for a hair dryer and picked up phone not connected picked up cord to look at plug in filthy full of dust just a gross place convention weekend lots of sold out rooms

The walkway to the rooms was dirty for all four days of my stay. The carpet in my room was dirty/stained. Staff was totally untrained with no interpersonal skills.

Roaches, smelled like piss and cigarettes, no amenities. Got into my room late at night after waiting super long and there were NO SHEETS ON THE BED. When asked the employee offered to just hand me some sheets and let me make the bed… disgusting stench, and roaches crawling everywhere.

The property needs condemned

Dresser destroyed, bathroom floor and carpet stained and nasty. I wouldnt allow my children to walk on the floor without shoes. We told the person at the front desk and they simply shrugged their shoulders! The garbage in the garbage room was so full there was garbage coming out of the door. My kids have asthma and I had to give them both breathing treatments. I could not find another hotel at the last minute to stay in. A fun weekend at Aquatica was ruined as soon as we had to return to the hotel. 😢

The hallway smelled like trash they don’t accept cash if u not staying for more than 7 days/nights the rooms smell like there’s no air circulation when I got in my room some one laid on the bed I could see the imprint on the pillows and covers they moved me to another room and that room was even worse they don’t have no wifi I paid 292 dollars for me to be in a cheap motel they have to do better this is a tourist area near the convention center nobody came in to do housekeeping or change the towels the tub had hair in it it was not clean at all everytime I took a shower I cringe

Disgusting!! I wouldn’t stay here again. Only plus it’s 5 min from SeaWorld and the water park , 14 min from Disney. But it’s a NOOO for me and they don’t clean the room everyday and bring fresh towels , they cleaned room once and fixed the bed didn’t clean the bathroom or leave clean towels

This place is extremely unkept. The ceiling looks like it’s falling apart inside the room. The paint is chipping everywhere. Worst thing was we found black tiny particles all over our sheets like they never were changed. I would never stay there again.

This Extended stay is not as clean as the pictures show. There are lots of people that live there on some program. The day manager is very rude.

First room smelled like a fish market. The whole shower was covered in mold. The hotel flagged it as not habitable. Second room on the third floor a little better. The bathroom shower and sink were both clogged. The bathroom doorknob fell off. The floor for sure hasn't been mopped in awhile. Matress pad looked like a toddlers been living on it. The breakfast of which it is advertised as such, consisted of 2 oatmeal packs and no coffee. Sweet. It seems corporate or whoever doesn't care.

It’s was cheap hotel and not bad

This hotel was disappointing from the beginning. The description of the hotel and its amenities are not accurate. The hotel was very smelly, outdated, and gross. The room smelled of stale smoke, the “free breakfast” offered packages of oatmeal/grits and coffee, and there were bugs on the kitchenette.

The whole place had a weird smell and did not really feel as clean as it should be. The vending machine doesn’t work properly and no one cares to do something about it.

Not Secured at all, Barely anyone at the front desk, they didnt even have a Keycard for me at check in.

Was a place to sleep. The smell wasn’t the best but for the price it was fine. Go if you just need a cheap place to stay.

When we arrived there was no one in the receptionist when a lady arrived she gave us a card and immediately told us that they didn’t have breakfast and their coffee machine was broken, when we were going to the room the place smelled like someone was smoking, the room was dirty and it smelled bad. There was nothing we could do because it was late.

I have stayed in an Extended Stay before and it was clean and nice. So, I assumed it was the same level of service I would get. However, the room was filty. There was hair on the bed. When I requested new sheets, it still had hair on it. The floors were so dirty to the point I ended up trashing the sandals I wore around the room. The dishes that was given to me was so dirty I had to run it under extreme hot water. I couldn't get another hotel because everything was either sold out or the price had skyrocketed due to a conference. Some of the staffs we also not polite and I regret staying there. The facility itself was run down and people were smoking weed in the building.

Please do not stay here. awful place. Very dirty, no cleaning service, no food or coffee for cold breakfast they advertise.
