Unforutnately, i had the worst experience here. I checked in and immediately the room that i checked into smelled like cigarettes. I told the front desk and they said to me that people weren't supposed to smoke in them and said they couldn't move me till the next day because there were no more rooms but as i searched online there were other rooms available. I decided it was fine and wait till the next day. That night there was a lot of noise of stomping coming from upstairs from 11:30pm all the way till 12:40 when i finally got up and tried to talk to the front desk. News flash their front desk closes at 11pm. I had to call the main line and speak with someone about my issue. All they were able to tell me was they were going to leave a note for the morning staff to deal with it. When i asked what i'm supposed to do about getting rest they said there was nothing they can do. I ended up having to leave in the middle of the night at 2am. fast forward i had to call the next morning at 9am when they opened and they weren't open till close to 10am. I got a hold of Robert who apologized for the situation and said he would refund me for at least 1 night but couldn't for the night i left. He said he would try though. Let me say i have stayed at other extended stays before but nothing like this. REALLY BAD PROPERTY!!!

The size of the room is very good and I like the fact that those a big fridge. I like the bed it was comfortable. However, the place was dirty. The toilet was dirty when I arrived and they don’t move the furniture so there’s actual dust in garbage behind the night table and the couch. Everything‘s sworn out having said that it’s close to the Orlando conference centre and it was quiet. So overall, I was OK but they really should do a better cleaning job. I was there for four nights and they don’t cleaning between nights.

You get what you pay for here. I think the balance between the affordability and the quality of the product is a match. I paid about $87 over the memorial day weekend per night. Which is not bad. Room key Demagnetized the moment I brought it close to my phone. Had to go to the front desk several times. Hallway on the second floor specifically smelled dingy. Carpets definitely need a cleaning or replacing. I was told the air conditioning in the hallways was broken and in the process of being fixed so that was understandable. The room was very spacious for the price, which I appreciated, however, there was no type of cookware or silverware. Had to ask the front desk for an iron. Overall, OK experience. I would not mind coming back given these aspects and knowing ahead of time or what I’m getting into and whether I feel like dealing with them. Definitely not an upscale place. Just a place to lay your head for a few days. Check process was easy and simple and loved the free parking. And did not have to walk far from parking spaces to lobby.

Very convenient if you have to be at the West hall of the convention center. 10 min walk and you avoid parking and traffic. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Room was sub par with dated and overused furniture. Vanity lights didn’t work. Shower leaked and would t turn off all the way. Pull out sofa sheets didn’t looked changed in a long time. Room next to ours seemed to have local people living there and played music till after 11pm. Walls are thin. Breakfast was instant coffee , granola bars and little muffins (disappointing). If you want a basic room close to the OCC this is it. You want a five star room … find something else. I will book again if I need to be at the OCC for more than a few days but other than that I may look for something a little more upscale.

There was a smell that permeated the whole 3rd floor where I was staying, but thankfully I couldn't smell it from my room. The sofa bed was a little ragged but I didn't expect it to be like a regular bed. It was pretty excellent to be able to ask for amenities like a toaster, plates, mugs, and utensils - and those were in pretty good condition. We read in the common room each day and were the only ones in there each time. The breakfast was very basic with prepackaged food, but it was something and the tea was Bigelow! The staff was really sweet and made me feel at home. I rented there because of the lower cost and got exactly what I expected!

We checked in late and the staff (Deborah) that come out to meet us was nice. When we got to our room we were met by cockroaches in the kitchen and it smelled awful. Holes in the walls and stained carpeting. We went down and requested a new room and that room was not any better - smelly, stained pulling up carpet, holes in the walls and dirty. But it was after midnight so we tried to sleep. By 6am we had to get out of there. We felt gross being in the room. The pull out was stained so my son didn’t even sleep on it. We went to the lobby and again spoke with Deborah and she didn’t even question us canceling and wanting a refund. We found another place (days inn) and that was acceptable. We paid for one night and were refunded the rest of our nights booked. Don’t let the pictures fool you - it is not nice here. The lobby and halls are also dirty and the whole place smells. The only highlight of the stay was how nice Deborah was.

Expedia, please remove this from your list. I have never ever left such a review. But I wouldn’t want anyone else to ever experience this “hotel”. As soon as you walk in the stench is unbearable, especially in the elevators. Smelled like urine that has settled for a while. The carpets probably haven’t been cleaned or replaced or vacuumed in YEARS. I’m not exaggerating. There were broken windows, and windows screens throughout the hotel. The stair cases smelled filthy. Just because this is on the cheaper side of lodging doesn’t mean people can’t stay in clean and decent environments. The grab and go breakfast was pitiful. Nothing but packaged muffins. No cream or milk available for the coffee. Not an ounce of care throughout. Repairs needed throughout the hallways, windows, and rooms. I did not see any staff, and maybe that’s why it looks the way it does because there’s no one working on the grounds. Disgusting overall. Management/ownership should be ashamed.

This place is descent. I'm shocked that I was able to cook a decent meal here because most enxten6etays in Orlando have stoves that under cook or over cook your food. This location could do better by placing different shower heads that are adjustable for disabled people in regular rooms. I would also suggest better breakfast because what they offer is not breakfast at all, especially for an adult or anyone with cancer. The floors are extremely thin and you can hear every bump from guest over you. The staff are a breath of fresh air. My major concern were the police that was crawling the place, on every floor knocking on doors, looking for a male with a female in tow.

The room we initially got smelled like someone dumped a bottle of chemical on everything and left. It was so powerful i could not even breath in the room. I do not have asthma, but it felt like i did while in the room, my friends who do have asthma confirmed they could not be in there more than the 2 minutes they were in there. The hotels solution was keeping the windows open for an hour to see if it would help. It did not. They gave me so much trouble to switch rooms. Finally after about 8 hours of airing out the room and it was no better they switched me to another room. I kid you not, not even 5 minutes into the room, i see 3 roaches run across the ac unit butttons... nope, hell no! I complained to fron desk and tried to cancel the rest of my stay. I was not spending the night there. The only helpful person there was Junior (i think thats his name) he was the over night concierge. Still would not reccomend staying here. This hotel was relatively close to amusement parks, which was its only positive. We slept here with 4 people and we were only given 3 pillows and no bed linen for the pull out couch. When we asked about getting just one extra pillow so each person could sleep with one we were told that there were no extras and the front desk person wouldn’t go look. The shower dripped for the entirety of our stay and the bathtub looked like it had been dripping for a long, long time. There were mysterious stains on the walls in the hallways. The doors don’t go all the way to the floor, likely from when they took the carpet out of the rooms, but it makes it very noisy.

Extremely upset and worried.  First, the hotel smells. I already sent that in a review yesterday.  Yesterday, after we arrived, my 13-year-old daughter and I  were in the elevator. A couple joined him. The man asked how things were going and then asked us for money.  I'm alone in an elevator with my daughter and packages.   He said they had no money and had not had any food all day, and only had enough money for a 1 night stay in the hotel.  The door opened, and we got out. Today, we came back around 8 pm. They are at the front desk arguing with the desk clerk about money and another stay.   We avoid them and we go to our room.  I forgot the water. I sent my daughter down to the car because I parked right in front of the entrance.  My daughter comes running to the room, the man is slapping his girlfriend, and she is crying, and it is happening in the lobby, and the desk was empty.  So I ran downstairs to see what was going on.  The couple is arguing at the front desk, and the front desk person is present now.  No physical hitting is going on, but there is tension.  So I'm like okay, now I'm getting involved in something.  I proceeded to tell the clerk what happened, and the clerk said I didn't see anything; I was folding towels.  Well, now I'm standing at the front desk trying to do what is right. The couple heard everything and started screaming at me that I'm a liar.  The front desk asked me in front of them what is your room number.  I was like I would rather not say, and

We booked 3 nights from December 25 to 28 to spend Christmas with family. We know it’s a low-cost hotel, but they don’t offer even the basics: cleanliness, hygiene, or respect for guests. At check-in, we were told there were no clean rooms due to the holiday and no housekeeping staff available. The first room they gave us was dirty and smelled awful. We had to return to the front desk with our luggage to get a new room, which was “a little better,” but still smelled like humidity and poor maintenance. The hallways and carpet floors are extremely dirty, and the entire hotel smells like old accumulated filth. Our reservation clearly stated continental breakfast included, but it never existed. They only offered: A little coffee, 1 muffin, and sometimes an energy bar, in very limited quantities, never restocked, and you had to ask for it like you were begging for a favor. That is NOT a continental breakfast, it’s the bare minimum to “check a box on paper.” The photos online do NOT match reality at all. They are completely misleading. This is false advertising and disrespectful to guests. Other issues: The bed was not a real king-size, much smaller than expected. The sofa bed had a horrible mattress, you could feel every spring. We requested a replacement and they never did it. The shower didn’t close and dripped 24/7, making sleep very uncomfortable. And worst of all: cockroaches in the hallway and inside the room.

First of all the check in was fine The problem came when we tried to use our Key Cards. After about 20 swipes on any door you try to open the light would finally turn green. Everything in the room has been just painted over the refrigerator, the walls. Never could get water hot enough to be comfortable for a shower worth taking. My 2 year old got sick and threw up in the bed the first night so as we were headed out for the day I stopped at the front desk and asked for house keeping to change out sheets and replace all towels bc all of them were messed up from my toddler pukin I explained I took everything off and put in a pile at the door. I was told that I needed to return to the room and bring the garments to the front desk and they would wash them and I could pick them back up and put them back On myself, no problem. The stairwell smelled as if someone took a bowel movement never had been cleaned up. The whole hotel has a bad odor to it. The breakfast is pick a muffin or a pack of grits or oatmeal. The picture shown is the room just very much rundown. We tried to pull the sofa bed out and it was completely broken on the frame so we couldn’t even sleep on it after my son puked. Cleanliness was not a priority. Was told that front desk is not available after 11 pm. Won’t be staying again, no hospitality at all.

First of all I booked this hotel the same day. Upon my arrival they said they didn’t have a room but they offered a room that was active. He asked if I wanted to see it first. That should have been my red flag, let’s say I was afraid to even step foot in the room. First thing I noticed that the smell already made me sick. The kitchen book cabinets are broken and well everything in that room was old. I can’t believe they even rent rooms like this. I immediately walked out, asked for a cancellation so I can go elsewhere, but unfortunately I had to contact hotels.com to dispute. Needless to say I am still waiting for my refund or a response back from hotel.com. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

The lobby. As any other extended stay with a very comfortable temperature and a clean entryway. Keishan the front desk tenant was extremely helpful kind and had amazing customer service. Exiting the elevator on the third floor I was hit with the heat wave / sauna.. the uncomfortable temperatures continued in the room as it really didn't cool down until the next morning when I was checking out there was more damage on the ceiling in the bathroom and water stains in the living area above the bed as there must have been a leak on the 4th floor. The parking was minimal as they were doing construction so you had to park at the rear of the property in the morning when checking out I parked in the front and noticed all of the strawberry the entire front of the building had dead twigs no plants at all. It is not the staff's fault as they were great but this property needs a serious facelift... I see reviews about roaches but I did not experience any whatsoever during my stay

The carpets in the hallway were horrendous. There were so many dings and scuffs on the walls and furnishings. The kitchenette was poor and nothing was provided. We had to ask for basics, like plates and silverware, and not everything (that was in a sign lasted as available) could be provided. There were not even lounge chairs at the pool deck.

Paid for the extra night the next morning at the front desk… I would say by 1:00 I had 3 different staff come to my door asking if I was staying.. before the gm came beating on my door — opening it when I didn’t get to the door fast enough and making me use my new key in front of them and essentially treating me like a criminal. She eventually apologized but the damage was done. …all bc someone at the front desk maybe checked me in the wrong way? Really? A little training at this location could go a long way.

The breakfast consisted of store bought muffins and instant oatmeal packets, which were often not refilled so there were literally 5 total one morning. The mattress for the hide a bed was stained and very dirty on the underneath side . The only items to make the hide a bed were a comforter and 1 sheet (no pillow or other sheet, nor blanket). There was the couch but there was also a table but no chair at all. The walls all had at least dents or holes in them. The room mattress was awful, old. The pull-out bed/couch could not be used for the springs were missing and mattress fall to the floor when layed on. The couch also had holes in it. Couldn't sit on it either. No dishes, utensils, pots, pans to cook with. Why have a kitchen if it's not usable? There were no trash cans in the room, not even the bathroom. It was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever been at. We left immediately!!! Thank God they gave us a refund. It was God awful. We pulled up and there were questionable random people hanging outside, windows were open at some of the rooms, probably to let out the smell. I could guarantee they had bedbugs, the stench was beyond anything you could imagine, slime and splatter of some sort on the walls everywhere (elevator, hall, room). The carpet was absolutely horrendous. You could literally feel holes in the floor under the carpet from rot I assume. You could see on the blankets on the bed there was permanent sweat stains, or something. They had one big washing machine running in the front office when we got there packed so full there was no way it could even clean anything and that’s the only washer it looked like they had for the whole building. The smell was gag worthy in the room. We did not want to touch anything. I think the department of health should shut this place down!

When checking in, the front desk clerk said that our room may not work for us. Stated that the last person that was given the room refused to stay there and switched rooms. I asked him why and although he knew, he wouldn’t tell me why, only “Just go look for yourself.” So, we went and looked and while it was run down with dirty carpeting and had multiple stains and a dirty looking shower, we were going to just accept it since he told us that no other rooms were available. We left our luggage, turned the AC on, and left to go to dinner. When we returned, our room was still warm. I called the front desk and explained that this room wouldn’t work because the AC was broken. He told me “I told you to go check it out for yourself.” Continued to put the blame on me, stating “I told you”. Never once apologized or offered any remorse. Somehow, now there were other rooms available so we did switch. Nonetheless, the pool looked awful and the “free breakfast” was literally your choice of a prepackaged muffin, a Nutrigrain bar or some instant oatmeal packets and coffee. That’s it…Very disappointed and I would not recommend anyone staying here. The hotel is rundown, poorly kept and needs a full makeover. We will not return to this location.

This was the single worst hotel that I have ever stayed at in my entire life. Hotels.com should stop booking this hotel immediately if they want to maintain their reputation as a good booking site. The pictures were inaccurate (probably stock photos) not pictures of the rooms themselves. There were no dishes for the guests (in an extended stay hotel) no place to put your clothes on and your feet stuck to the floor. The cabinets and walls were beat up beyond repair and the mattresses had blood and urine/other bodily fluid stains and we were told to just put other sheets on them. Do your self a favor and book the Tru by Hilton 300 feet away.

The noise from children running or jumping in their rooms. We were on the first floor I didn’t like that. There also were children sitting on the floor in the hallways probably outside their room. That didn’t looked safe or inviting to me.

Non-smoking yet can smell cigarette and weed smoke throughout building and in the air when you yawn and breathe like you're the one doing the smoking! Kids able to run up and down the hallways for hours. Understaffed on the weekends. Inadequate lighting in parking lot. Shady/creepy people as guests. Nasty pullout couch. Many things just off. Overpriced. Horrible.

Overall was not very clean & smelled of cigarettes & mildew (bathroom), but serviceable if you just need a place to sleep near the convention halls. The "free" breakfast was coffee & either tiny prepackaged muffins or a fruit&grain bar. Again serviceable but not great.

Only good thing was the front desk staff was friendly. Room was in poor condition. Kitchen cabinet door was falling off, toilet seat was loose, water in tub would not turn off completely, and the floors were sticky. TV was tiny by today's standards and the bed was uncomfortable.

Hotel was over booked and my reservation almost got canceled. Upon arriving at 8p, I was told that you were overbooked by the front desk person and that only 1 room remained but it was very poor if I wanted to look at it. My wife and I were horrified to see the condition of the room (room 123). It smelled like chlorine bleach, and the room condition was a 1/10. Would never recommend this hotel chain after this experience. Front desk person said sorry but I can’t help you find another room because all Orlando hotels are sold out tonight. This left us scrambling for 60min to have to travel 30min across Orlando for a place to sleep. Disgusted with this experience and started off our trip with a lost unpleasant experience.

Shower head was secured with zip ties, floors were warped, dirty, no hairdryer, coffee maker or ice available any where on the property. Room was freezing cold on arrival. Dog feces all around the property.Neighborhood was sketchy.

Staff upon arrival was professional and friendly. The parking lot had a strong smell of marijuana, as well as in the facility like it was a distribution center. The carpet in the hallway looked as if it hadn’t been vacuumed in a few months. Our kitchen had no silverware which most extended stay has silverware and a few dishes, ours did not. There was a little pamphlet stating you could ask for these things but as ghetto as this place was, we didn’t even bother. The sink near the bathroom only had SUPER HOT water, so my children couldn’t wash their hands there or brush their teeth there at that sink. I literally felt like I was washing my hands in boiling hot water. The toilet in the bathroom was not secured to the floor. The blanket on the bed was super thin and too small. The pull out bed had no linen, they didn’t supply any linen for the pull out bed at all, and it looked gross as hell anyways. Someone said they were renovating, but they should absolutely NOT put anyone in the rooms that haven’t been renovated just to make money. The “free breakfast” was a joke. People who stayed there had no respect, yelling in the hall, slamming doors and you don’t need an alarm because someone will be blasting music like you’re at the damn club.

We couldn't stay in the room, it was super dirty, it smelled like cigarettes, the toilet seat was burned with cigarettes, the bathroom ceiling had mold, the kitchen lamp didn't have a cover, there were blood stains on the bathroom wall... it was horrible, we left, we didn't stay.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The moment I arrived, the hallways were unclean and the room had visible dust. Housekeeping was non-existent during my four-day stay, and the room phone didn't work properly. The "included breakfast" was just a coffee machine and a snack. Service was poor, as I had to collect my own towels, shampoo, and soap. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

    i) Staffs were good. ii) Free parking. iii) Provides cooking pots and utensils for cooking. Cons: i) No free breakfast. They only serve muffins, oats packet (without any milk), tea and coffee. That's all. Atleast by keeping corn flakes, milks and some fruits can make people eat something. Otherwise, they should remove free breakfast from their advertisement. ii) They do not have any water fountain in their premises. And the tap water has a very bad smell. Atleast they could provide 1Ltr of water to the guests. It doesn't cost much. iii) The hotel room was clean and ok. But the washroom was not as per the expectation. The fittings were too old. The water tap outside the washroom was leaking. The cloth racks was also broken. They do not have any wadrobe for keeping cloths which is annoying too. iv) I wish they could provide clear instructions to guests in using city bus. But that's optional.

Stayed one night by necessity, not choice. Two individuals passed out in the breakfast area, sticky floor in the room, dirty shower. I pushed the nasty recliner against my bottled door, slept with the light on, and in my clothes. Well I didn’t really sleep. You get what you pay for.
