Just beware microwaves and mini fridges are not in most rooms.

The rooms seemed a little dark and the shower easily puts water in the floor due to its design. The shower itself was good, but very little keeping water off the floor. Overall I would stay again. Walking distance to OCCC and SeaWorld. Staff was very good!

Laundry facilities gross and not working well. When was the last time anyone cleaned out a washer or dryer?!

Need to have complimentary breakfast

We stayed for one week and experienced several service issues that significantly impacted our stay. For the first two days, our room was not cleaned at all, and we had to contact the front desk to inquire why housekeeping had not serviced our room. On another occasion, we returned to the hotel around 4:00 PM and found that our room had still not been cleaned. In addition, the refrigerator in our room was not functioning properly. We reported the issue twice during our stay, yet no one came to inspect it, repair it, or offer us an alternative room. We also received no follow-up communication regarding the problem. Another issue was the extremely poor water pressure in the room. Even though we were only on the second floor, the water pressure was so low that showering was inconvenient and uncomfortable. These problems were brought to the attention of hotel staff during our stay, but little was done to address them. We chose your hotel expecting a certain standard of service and comfort, and unfortunately, our experience fell well below those expectations. Given the multiple unresolved issues throughout our stay, I believe some form of compensation is warranted. I would appreciate your review of this matter and your consideration of an appropriate refund or other compensation for the inconvenience we experienced

I have stayed here a few times, its a basic hotel for the price, its in need of a renovation soon.

Nothing The room was old and had a weird smell of damp. The light was not working in the first room so we had to switch and it was the same in the other one. We didn’t get housekeeping for 2 days in a row, and when I asked for someone to come I had to empty my own trash and return the used towels myself. This is unacceptable when you pay for a service. Finally, someone ate at the restaurant and apparently put the bill on my room, I was charged for a meal that I never ate ! We never used the hotel’s restaurant during our stat and I paid for someone else’s meal when we ordered in and ate in our room that night ! I’ve never seen such a scam.

First of all, all of the staff was incredibly friendly and my husband and I enjoyed that. We ate at the restaurant three times while we were there once for breakfast two times for dinner. The food and drinks were great and a nice convenience to have right in your hotel. We also used the laundry room and was adequate. The only very slight negative was that the hotel itself could use some updates. While everything was kept clean. The carpet in the hallway seems to need some renewals. And the floor in the bathroom shower in our room had noticeable wear and tear. However, some of that is being expected being this is a great family hotel in Orlando. This did not stop us from enjoying our day!

I didn't go to the bar; I don't drink alcohol. I had one breakfast at the hotel. It was expensive. I went to local restaurants for breakfasts for the rest of my stay. I really miss the perk "breakfast included." I had stayed at this hotel before and breakfast at that time was included.

Room was clean and ready for me upon arrival. Traffic noise was a little loud.

1- Shower drain was clogged. 2- AC was so loud (literally 2 drummers mad at each other). 3- My reservation includes breakfast and still being charged. There’s no excuses to justify all these issues!

We found a roach first night there. I don’t know if it’s just Florida or that we have food in the room. Anyway my first time ever finding a roach in hotel and I hate roaches so that’s disappointing. Other than that the stay is okay. Decent hotel.

Very old hotel in a state of disrepair. The room is sweaty, smelly and humid. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom is very poor. Many things in the room are broken or damaged. The nightly rate is not low enough to make up for this. The staff are very friendly though.

Staff were great. They accommodated later room cleans around baby’s nap schedule.

I wished we had a microwave in the room but they had one in the lobby so it was good, i was ablle to do my steps 😀

All perfect, but breakfast took 30 minutes for a bagel and 2 eggs. And it was not even busy. That’s why I am giving only 4 stars.

We called the day prior to staying to confirm parking rules and were told we could have as many parking passes needed as guests in the room; we had five people staying but needed 3 parking passes. When we got to the location the day of check-in, the attendant at the front desk (R) was adamant that it was impossible to give us more than two parking passes (we had 3 cars), despite calling the day before to confirm. He was not willing to assist us in any way, adamant that we could not speak with anyone else for assistance. Another hotel guest requested their second parking pass to give to us, but he refused to give it to them. We had to waste about 2.5 hours driving home to get an uber back to the convention center. My husband spoke to front desk attendant (D) who eventually gave us a discount on the room to offset the cost of the uber. When we came back to check in once our room was ready, the front desk worker wrote us a 3rd parking pass (after we were already out the time and money from the early afternoon). Since it was literally just writing with a marker on a piece of paper, (R) could’ve given it to us anyway but he refused. Ultimately it was a huge I convenience for no reason, and we would not stay at that location again.

The staff at this location is fantastic. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, courteous and accommodating. The restaurant is great and the property overall is nice. It's a little long in the tooth, and though it looks like it had a remodel, it was probably with the lowest bidder. The room was dark and lacked adequate lighting except for the two lights over the bed which are as bright and blinding as the noonday sun. As can happen in Florida, it was musty. The desk had only 2 outlets, both of which were used by the desk lamp and the router, so there was nowhere to plug in a laptop without sacrificing either light or internet. Daily service was great.

Wonderful place to stay! Staff was so nice. We had an issue with our mini fridge and within 10 mins they had brought us a whole new one. The best are the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. Clean. Easy check in and out. Definitely will be back

Mattress was good. Pillows were mix of flat and average. Neither TV worked, they were lagging and I assume it was something wrong with the converter box or whatever they use. I just plugged in firestick and used cell phone as hot spot rather than call front office. Bar and pool closed at 10pm on Saturday night. Kind of lame, but it is what it is. Overall, would stay there again.

This is our second time staying there for all star cheer competition. Customer service is always great, the housekeeping does a amazing job and our family loves the fact we have separate rooms.

the heat didn't work! I was cold through the night, I found a woman's hair or mans long hair in the bed

were run down and not well maintained - messy caulking jobs, paint chips, damp windowsills, yellowed bathroom finishes that were meant to be white. However, despite these issues the room did feel clean. The main issue was the pool, which has no source of heating at all. Unfortunately we arrived just after a cold front, so despite the warm temps outside the pool was absolutely freezing - my Canadian husband and I could not even stand with our feet on the steps. The pool area was beautifully maintained so it was a shame we didn’t get to swim.

The staff and common areas are pleasant The room was awful. There was no light to work in the "executive suite". The shower was a slip and fall hazard and the whole room felt wet afterwards because there is no bathroom ventilation fan.

The room smelled damp and felt dated. Also the main light did not work. We went to reception and they gave us another room on different floor but was the exact same. We ended up cancelling our reservation and having to find alternative accommodation after a long flight with 2 young children so were not at all impressed.

The staff here are amazing, super friendly, and always willing to help. We would 100% return to this property, the rooms were clean always topped us with amenities including bottles of water. The only downside is that the pool is very cold. It’s very close to SeaWorld and Aquatica, with restaurants and shops in walking distance.

The carpet in the room had a bad odor and was wet when we arrived. Sofabed's mattress had almost no cushion. Bathroom's sink had some mildew in the drain hole which caused allergies to some of us. AC in the room made alot of noise.

Rooms were in fair condition, the renovations were not done well. The lobby does not look like the picture that is advertised. Found long strands of hair on the blanket. Quiet stay, nice pool, and friendly staff.

Additionally, the walls are extremely thin, making it easy to hear neighboring guests’ conversations and other private activities. Overall, due to these issues, I would not recommend this hotel.

If a road motel is a 1 or 2 stars this one is a 2.5 or 3 stars hotel. If you need to save money it is a ok place but have that in mind. Spacious room and nice bar area - everything else is very simple or old. The manager never smiles (I don't know why but I was expecting that, haha) other staff are very nice. There is a "old" smell in the rooms and looot of noise from the highway close by.

Rooms need an upgrade. Blinds in bedroom broken. Ants around sink and other surfaces. Sofa bed was in very poor condition. No cold water on Christmas morning. Convenient location and friendly staff but the actual hotel lets it all down. Wouldn't stay again.

Bad hotel bad restaurant

Check-in was fine at first. However, after returning from dinner later that night, we walked into our room and found a large flying cockroach. This is completely unacceptable and a serious cleanliness issue. Because it was late at night and we had no other immediate options, we went to the front desk to complain. They moved us to another room, calling it an “upgrade,” but it was essentially the same old, worn room. The experience left us extremely uncomfortable, and we did not sleep at all, worried about encountering more cockroaches. The next morning, we spoke with the supervisor, who showed no sympathy or concern for what we experienced. Instead of taking responsibility, he offered either one free breakfast for one day or 10,000 Bonvoy points, which is insulting given the severity of the issue. When we requested a full refund, we were given a hard time and met with resistance. We ultimately had to contact Hotels.com ourselves, and they were the ones who helped us obtain a partial refund — not the hotel. This property has serious cleanliness problems and very poor customer service. If you value hygiene, comfort, and being treated with respect when issues arise, I strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

Room was fine, older but super basic. Just a table type desk, no drawers. AC unit had a wall controller that didn’t work. Disappointed there was no refrigerator in the room, but I didn’t notice that at booking and probably should have. The staff were all pleasant. Location is tough to beat if you’re there for something at the West Convention Center. Elevator floors desperately need to be replaced - broken tiles all over.

Building layout, shower wouldn't drain

Rooms have a bit of age, but fresh coats of paint, and modern amenities/facilities like charging sockets being easily accessible. For the proximity to the convention center its great, a walgreens was a 15minute walk away, a gastation was 10 minutes by foot away. Getting to the International Drive was a bit of a walk, but for anyone uses to walking, this was a great choice, side walks all the way, easy access by foot. Some in our group even went for runs all the way up to the amusement parks. Evenings after a really long day at the convention center, where food was okayish, we always had a big meal and drinks at the hotel. They have really good quality food, and lots of drinks choices. I loved the Dark Lager.

We stayed in the hotel for two nights. The first apartment had a broken air conditioner ans was very humid. The whole floor was humid too. We were changed to a different apartment and a cockroach welcomed us. The elevator is old and has some issues. We do not recommend this hotel.

I was there a night when it was cold. I wanted to try to warm myself but the heat does not work in the hotel . I switched to another room and still , no heat. I would suggest fixing your heaters and thermostats to actually work one day , because Florida does get cold in the late fall to winter months

The hotel pictures on line are not what the property actually looks like. We found glass in our room, mold and lots of rust.

Awesome visit

Was in the Orlando area for a weekend stay. This property had amazing service and quality for the money. My only gripe was their steam iron completely ruined my slacks because of the rusty equipment. I would have rated it higher if wasn’t for that incident.

The system was down when I checked in at ~5pm, which didn't affect the check in process much but the wifi was out for the first couple hours which was inconvenient. In fact, the wifi availability was spotty throughout the entire trip and I often resorted to my data instead. On the second night, we came home late at midnight to find out we were locked out due to a system error and our key cards would not open our door no matter what. We were told maintenance couldn't be there till morning and were given a temporary room for the night. We were left without our chargers or any of our belongings which was incredibly inconvenient. I made sure with the night shift front desk that I will be notified as soon as it is possible to get into our room, but I had to wake up at 7:30am to go to the front desk to ask for someone to open our room. Even then, when they opened it, my keys still didn't work and I had to go get new keys. After that, the keys to my temporary room to get some of my things stopped working so that added another trip to the front desk. In total, I had to make at least 10 trips to and from the front desk at midnight and 8am. I wanted to speak to the manager which would not come until noon 12pm. I had to wait until 12pm to speak to them, and even then both supervisor and manager were incredibly unapologetic, and frankly very argumentative. I would not consider that good customer service. As an icing on the cake, the elevator broke when we went down to check out.

From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was extremely easy and fast. All the hotel staff were consistently kind and welcoming, always greeting us warmly and making sure we had everything we needed. The service was excellent. I even forgot a package, and they immediately called me and went through the process to return my belongings. Overall, my experience has been outstanding, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Prices for the hotel were great too and I can safely say I felt safe while there too. Definite recommend. Thank you to all the staff that helped me throughout the days too especially the manager. Hope to come back soon.

I love how the room was spaced out. I stayed with my daughter and we both had plenty of room. The vanity for the bathroom was quite large too. We loved how toliet/shower was separated from the vanity area.

Bed is comfortable and room is spacious. Price was reasonable. There was a refrigerator in the room, which was nice. Pool area nice. The downside is this is obviously an older building, so parts of the bathroom are a little grungy, as is the elevator and some common areas. My main complaint is that the water in the bedrooms is practically undrinkable. They give you two free bottles of water, but they should replenish it every day. The water out of the tap is straight nasty so if you’re here for a couple days, you will want to buy a few gallons of water to drink from the store or something

Another major issue was the lack of electrical outlets. The room had only one outlet for the television and another for a bedside lamp. If I wanted to charge my laptop or use the coffee maker, I had to unplug either the TV or the lamp, which was inconvenient and impractical. In addition, the outlet near the window lamp was not a three-prong connection, so I could not use it for my computer. The absence of a mini fridge was also disappointing. If you wanted a cold drink while working at night, there was no option other than going back down to reception for water, which was not comfortable. Overall, the room was not functional for someone who needs to work or relax with basic conveniences like proper lighting, sufficient outlets, or a fridge. While there was a USB port for charging small devices, the setup was far from practical. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel for business travelers who expect a well-equipped room for working.

My complaint would be that the maintenance was not good on the property. The first room we were given, when I went to lay down to bed my feet became soaking wet as the carpet nearest he window and AC unit was flooded from the AC unit. I promptly told the staff and they immediately moved us to another room. The next room was good except for one of the overhead lamps light switch was broken. You could not turn the light on or off. The light just stayed on. So we had to resort to bending under the nightstand and unplugging the lamp for sleeping. Other then the mentioned maintenance issues, the staff was great, the location worked, and the facility was clean.

The hotel was great for the price. I thought the bed was really comfortable. The only negative thing was the couch was so uncomfortable there was really no point sitting on it but other than that everything was great.

It looks like the lobby area is new. The location is amazing - 10 minute walk from Orange County Convention Center. Suite had two rooms which was nice. The rooms were moderately clean. Ready for remodeling. The room had a smell but purchased febreeze and it was fine. The windows were dirty on the outside and it looked like the outside walls were in need of cleaning.

This is a great hotel. ALL the staff is amazing, top notch! Carpets are a little dingy but other than that it is clean. Pool was great.

The evening staff was awesome! They were very helpful with suggestions since we were from out of town. They were great with the youngsters too! Twice our housekeeping folded swans out of our towels and blankets. There are some good food options at good prices as well.

Enjoyed my stay very much. Never stayed here during my many trips to Orlando before but it will certainly be on my list of options going forward. Really appreicate free parking as many other properties have gone to paid parking.

The suite was perfectly adequate for my family. Beds were comfortable and housekeeping did a good job making towel swans for us as a surprise a few times. The on site restaurant was good and the complimentary bottled waters in the room each day were appreciated. I would stay here again.

Old property, common areas need to be cleaner. We were in a connecting room too noisy. Prople were loud in the pool after midnight. Expedia price was overpriced compated to the hotel's rate and other third parties.

The hotel was better then I thought. The hotel was really nice and clean. The food in the restaurant was great. It was even walkable to a shopping center with a gift shop and restaurants. I would definitely stay again and recommend it.

This was a nice, clean hotel. The pool was nice. Rooms were spacious and clean. We were in town for a sports tournament at the convention center and we were able to walk there, which was nice. I just wish the room had a fridge and microwave, though we did have access to a microwave in the lobby.

Great bartender and cook. Cleaned every day. Good hotel.

Great location and they worked with me on my stay

Everyone was absolutely great. We had a few requests and it was taken care of right away. The food was great and so were the 4-7pm happy hours every day. It was really quiet all around, including the pool. The best part is that it was 15 minute walk from the Orlando Convention Center North/South Building, which is where we needed to go to save on parking. If you need the Orlando Convention Center West Building, it is 7-8 minutes away. Highly recommend this hotel! We will definitely stay again next time.

Cleanliness OK but overall run-down.

Very friendly staff, very clean common areas, clean pool, clean room, clean everything. They always gave us 2 waters every mornings with our fresh towels. The big U or D would never do that. Will be returning 100% !!! Thank you

Our party has 3 rooms two of which had to walk down the “keep out” hallways covered in Dexter plastic. Dirty . Old. The staff was nice.

I checked in at 9pm. I was given a room on the second floor. The halls were warm and smelly. When I got off the elevator to find my room I met a door that was closed and it said do not enter. I turned around and went back thinking I was lost. I called the front desk and they said to go through the door. It was construction zone. That was super creepy at night. The room I stayed in was so run down. Only one lamp in the living room worked. The bathroom lighting was also super dim. I will say the staff was really friendly but I will never stay at this hotel again.

Everything about our experience here was great. No complaints. Front desk very welcoming and friendly. Bar people were also friendly. The pool was a great amenity plus the hotel is in a perfect location is close to everything.

Had to get a new room the gentleman upfront didn’t seem like he cared at all ended up getting a new room but then I killed like 4 roaches On top of that the hotel is under construction which I don’t mind but a heads up would have been nice

The hotel was going through construction caused by water damage. They were over-booked and didn't have enough rooms for our group the night we arrived. The staff was apologetic, and stated they wanted to not charge us for the first night's stay, but that never happened due to booking via Expedia

This property is a diamond in the rough near I-Drive.

Loved the property, loved the room!

Great hotel near Epic Universe! Lots of dining options around whether it’s on International Drive or near Sea World. Also a good spot if you ever go to Megacon or Collect A Con.

Finding the entrance is a little tricky, since there isn’t a sign by the entrance driveway. Everything else was great

Staff were wonderful

The property is conveniently located near things to do. The hotel is dated before the price it was OK. Housekeeping was great as they cleaned my room every day. I like that there was free parking. For the price that I paid I would stay there again.

The room was clean and the surrounding area was nice. The bath tub had issue with draining. But it was fixed quickly after it was reported.

Had a great stay

The property just feels worn, the shower in my suite had a long crack in it and poor drainage, the door to the bathroom was very close to the toilet and the paint was chipped here and there. The mattress, though comfortable, did not seem to fit the bed frame, just some odd things here and there. They are doing some construction in some areas but noise levels were not an issue and the property location is very convenient. Over all I had a decent stay for not knowing what to expect. The staff was very helpful and kind.

They used a double bed mattress in the slot of a queen sized mattress in the room i had. Also the renovations caused an hassle because we couldn't use one elevator to get to our room

THE STAFF WAS POLITE. WASNT AWARE THE BUILDING WAS UNDER CONSTRUCTION AND THAT THE NOISE LEVEL WAS RIDICULOUS AT TIMES. AT TIMES STAFF IGNORED US. VERY INCONSISTENT.

Great place

Really wanted it to be a good stay but it was lacking. The proximity to the Convention Center was great. Easy 10 minute walk. The main elevator was broken the entire time. So we had to walk around to the back of the hotel, through the parking lot and through hallways undergoing construction to get to our room. We weren’t in our room 15 minutes and a GIANT cockroach came crawling across the floor. Called the desk and their only suggestion was to move us across the hall to the room across from us. As if that would be any different. If there are roaches in our room, they would be in the one across from it.
