I’ve stayed at this hotel for over 20 years and never had a bad experience. The only downside to me now is that if you valet park and have an electric car, they can’t charge it for you. You have to go to self parking and do it yourself. And there’s only two of them for this enormous hotel and public parking.

When I got to my room, I found a dead roach, which was very off-putting. The restaurant food was mediocre and not nearly as good as I remembered from previous visits. The hotel also felt much less lively, with noticeably fewer guests, and overall it seemed outdated and not as well maintained as it once was. It’s disappointing to see a place I’ve enjoyed for so many years seem to have gone downhill. I truly hope management makes improvements because this hotel has always held a special place for me.

Love that there’s a Starbucks downstairs. The pool is gorgeous. The rooms are beautiful. You can see Epcot’s fireworks. Nothing tells you how expensive it is to park. It’s about $50 a day which is fine but I had no idea. It’s also extra for Internet.!! again is fine but I had no idea!!!

The Buffet Restaurant needs to change their table tops. They are so worn out that they feel gummy like if they were dirty. The wait staff had to apologize and explain the situation, they were clearly embarrassed, and we were a bit grossed out, so we ate somewhere else the next day.

We love the clean rooms, and nice restaurants, and the 24 hr market was fabulous for our hair show convention all weekend! The public bathroom is a little dark downstairs that we had to use after check out to do some finish touches after some shopping and the cleaning lady in the bathroom wasn't happy we were using the outlet to do so as well.

Beautiful room. Comfortable with easy access to the convention center. Friendly and helpful staff! The balcony on the second floor made for amazing fresh air and quiet times in between the hair show! Definitely will book another stay the next time I am in town. It was the best choice I made this weekend!

Perfect for our one night stay to attend a concert. My only complaint is that it wasn’t clear where to park- we ended up having to pay $40 for self park hotel parking which for one night is excessive.

Stayed for a conference and it was fine. No complaints. Not super fancy. The bathroom was a tiny musty so I had to keep the door shut. The shower in the handicap room had a curtain with no great way to keep water in the shower area. I put towels down and they were very wet after. Glad I did. Guess I had a few complaints after all! Fine place for the money though.

I still have not received the $50 deposit that I made on May 9. I have called Customer Service three times and still have not received it.

Shower drain was glogged. Room needed to be sanitized after a dead roach was found as soon as we got to the room. The room we reserved for with two queen beds was not available….we got 1 king. Also from pictures when reserving there was a laminate floor….we got instead carpet floor!Staff was very responsive and pleasant but overall facility stay was well below expectations. Location was excellent for the convention center access.

Loved this hotel, the pool and the direct access to the Convention Center for my daughter’s volleyball tournament! We easily walked everywhere to eat and also utilized the restaurants in the hotel. Would stay again! Our only complaint is the room didn’t have cold water; it was all hot!

The hotel being attached to the convention center was very convenient. The room and lobby were nice as well. The pool and area surrounding the pool was quite small for the size of the hotel. On our last day half of the pool was blocked off for an even they were setting up. Overall nice stay, just wish we could have been able to enjoy the pool in a lounge chair.

Everything is great except food burger was horrible. You’re charging so much money for food and you’re serving frozen food is not acceptable.

One major downside was that the gym is not included for all guests. When we asked about access, the staff member we spoke with wasn’t very kind in explaining that we didn’t have the right access, but could pay an additional $15 to use it. That was disappointing, especially for a hotel of this caliber. We ended up going for an outdoor walk instead, but it definitely took away from the experience. Aside from that, most of the staff seemed a bit disengaged—not unfriendly, but not particularly welcoming either. For a well-known hotel, we expected a bit more in terms of hospitality. Overall, a clean and comfortable stay with a few service-related letdowns.

Wish the bathrooms and bedrooms had dimmer switches

One of the highlights was the breakfast—it had a decent variety and was fresh. The amenities like the hot tub added a nice touch and helped make the stay more relaxing. On the downside, there were a few minor issues. The room could have been a bit more updated, and soundproofing wasn’t the best as some noise from the hallway could be heard. Additionally, the check-in process took a little longer than expected. Overall, it was a good experience and offers solid value for the price. I would consider staying here again.

The pool. The convention center sky bridge. The food My ac in my room wasn't the Greatest. We stayed in room 1942. It seemed to cut off when we were gone. It also seemed to cut off while we were sleeping. It would get hot in there. The only other problem was the electricity shut down, but that was an entire block, not just the hotel. The pillows world be another complaint. The pillows at cabana Bay were amazing. The pillows here were small and stiff. Other than that, I love the rosen and we will be back.

Overall the facility and staff were friendly. There was a good amount of food choices within the hotel. I was there for an event at OCC so I really loved how there was a sky bridge to walk from the hotel to OCC. check in and check out was quick and easy I wish the process to place a to go order was a little better, you have to cram into the middle of the bar in between guest sitting at the bar which was a little chaotic and typically I always had to wait for the bartender to finish with the orders at the bar first before getting service, which is understandable but also a bit of a customer dissatisfaction in my opinion

Great location for convention. Staff were helpful. No water pressure in the shower and water never got hot. I confirmed this was the case with my friend staying in another room across the hall as well. Could be cleaner, but I didn’t feel super unsafe, either. Trade off for location.

Love the convenience of the hotel to the convention center. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean and we love having multiple restaurants on site. They also offer a store which serves sandwiches and pizza after hours which is perfect for late nights. The only complaint I have is that there is not nearly enough seating at the pool. There’s so much space to add additional lounge chairs and I could have sworn there were more last year. No option to rent cabanas for the day which is truly a missed opportunity on their end.

I checked into my room at immediately noticed it was warm so I turned down the AC. It only goes down to 65. I left the room and came back around 11pm and noticed the room was still very hot. I called the front to come fix it. Someone came and “fixed it”. It was hot again by 2am and unbearable at 5am so I called again and the guy “fixed it”. I left the room again around 8am and came back at 10am with the room hot again. I had a baby with me and explained to them I had a baby in the room and that it needed to be fixed. It was never fixed

Rooms a super clean and smell amazing. Beds are about the best we’ve ever had in a hotel. Water pressure in the shower was a little low but still ok. Staff is really nice. Self parking is a little bit inconvenient to walk to rooms but very easy parking, they even have an area for oversized vehicles. We will book here every time we’re in the area.

I like the proximity to the convention center. The room was nice. The restaurants were plentiful and reasonably priced. The elevator systems were exceptional, never a long wait. The staff were very helpful. The TV service was poor. The ratio of pool chairs to guests was abominable.

The property is well maintained and clean. The pool is nice and the on site restaurants are good, yet overpriced in my opinion. I preferred the pizza and salads from the 'market.' The staff was very helpful and I appreciated that they had space for guests to leave their luggage if they arrived early or had to check out but were still participating in activities in or around the property. I did not like that they do not have an open gym or workout space for guests that is included. The only opportunity to workout was in the spa area. The rooms were nice and newer (floors 16-24).

The desk staff were kind and helpful. I love that I didn’t have to scan my key on the elevator. As someone that travels, for me that was nice. The food options at the restaurants are great! As I entered the room, it smelled amazing! So clean! My only issue was that some guests were allowed to play their loud music at the pool until Midnight. My daughter and I could hear this from our room on the 13th floor.

We arrived at 4:15 am and we were greeted with a smile from the front desk person. Check in was fast, and we were able to get to our room immediately so we could go to sleep. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The deli sandwich shop had huge, yummy sandwiches and a variety of treats. We were there for a convention across the street so it was convenient to walk.

My son and I had a wonderful stay at Rosen Centre. Front desk was kind and helpful. Room was great, bathroom shower amenities were full. Everything was very clean. We went to the cafe everyday for breakfast, snacks and drinks. The staff in the cafe were very friendly on every visit. We went to the poolside restaurant twice, the food was great and service was fast and friendly. Easy walk to convention center. It was a great visit

Wish the rooms had microwaves. Seems like a basic necessity. Slowest wi-fi, which is surprising for a convention center hotel. It’s like the hotel forces you to pay extra ($15/night) for the upgraded WiFi…but DON’T. Take a screenshot shot of your slow speed and ask for a complimentary WiFi upgrade (it’s a code). Otherwise, best value for attached OCCC hotel.

Location is amazing for the convention we attended. A lot of amenities within the hotel, made it convenient to not have to leave to get quick food or drink. Morning breakfast room service was great. Excellent porter and Concierge service, they went above and beyond to accommodate us. No negative experience. It is pricey for food and daily parking, but it’s Orlando and you pay for the convenience of not leaving property. I can say the quality of the pizza in the food hall was pretty horrible.

We chose this hotel exclusively for the location, which is attached to the Convention Center, and it was perfect for that! Lots of restaurants onsite, huge parking area, and everyone was nice. It’s not going to be the most unique hotel you’ve ever stayed at, but it’s perfectly purpose built!

Some of the staff were rude while others were very pleasant. I wanna say very overpriced deli and food items. Their breakfast buffet was awful. But we had a very great time at one of their food restaurants inside of the hotel. And the cleanliness of the hotel was a 10 out of 10 as well. Also, the pool and hot tub was a great experience as well.

First, the deposit was charged to a different credit card than the one I explicitly authorized, which is unacceptable and very concerning. The room itself was extremely noisy — I could clearly hear people talking in the neighboring rooms, making it very difficult to rest. At check-in, there was only one staff member handling arrivals, which resulted in a long and unnecessary wait. To make matters worse, housekeeping (repeated times) knocked on my door before 9:00 a.m. on a Saturday, even though I had checked in after midnight and was staying for only one night. Being disturbed so early on the same day I checked in was inappropriate and very frustrating. Overall, the service, noise level, and billing issues made this a very poor experience. I would not stay here again.

Always an excellent decision to stay at Rosen. Always consistently clean and courteous and professional, love the convenient location. We are regulars.

Noise has always seemed to be an issue in some way at Rosen Centre, whether a noisy air conditioners, housekeeping staff knocking/announcing loudly too early or letting doors slam, or—this most recent time—multiple student groups and their chaperones being really loud in the hallway at 3am. Not directly the hotel's fault, but either due to the clientele or the building construction or bad luck, there's always something loud going on.

The room was fine. It was clean. The air/heat for our room was very loud and the temps dropped to very cold over night and our room had a hard time warming up. My kids loved the pool. The hot tub was more of a warm tub, but again, temps were much colder than normal and it didn't look like they covered them overnight, so likely that contributed. Location was super convenient to the convention center.

Went here with my girlfriend for a hotel date night. The room was spotless comfortable cozy perfect romantic getaway with lots of space in the room perfect white sheets and comfortable beds. We happen to get it a really good point in the price cycle so really satisfactory

Overall the hotel is good in terms of cleanliness, facilities, and general quality; however, my experience with security interactions was not consistent or professional. One night in the lobby, while I was on an important business call, the way a security officer approached and spoke to me felt unnecessarily harsh and caused me to end the call early (the manager on duty later apologized, which I appreciated). The following night at the parking entrance gate, after two prior nights of simple verbal verification (“Are you a guest?”), I was suddenly stopped with a loud, checkpoint-style approach and told I must show an entry app/credential, which had not been communicated consistently. I recommend clearer and consistent verification procedures, and coaching for security staff on respectful tone, guest communication, and de-escalation.

Pool clean.

The pillowcases were dirty. I told the staff and one pillow was changed. When the room was cleaned all that was done was the bed was made. Didn't take out the trash or replace towels. The TV Didn't work and after 2 people came no one came back or gave any update. I booked 2 beds and only got 1. The front desk said they would give me a roll away bed and they offered not to charge me.

Was astounded that the self parking was 32$ per day for our stay….. I thought last years 25$ was a bit much. The food and drink prices were very high. We like to stay and have for the last 5 -6 years. But everything is adding up to just too much for no service.

They put us in a room where they knew guest experienced loud knocking and other weird mechanical sounds on the 24th floor near the elevator. When I complained about it, after barely sleeping all night, they offered to move me to another room, not even acknowledging that they were aware of the issue. After returning from the park, I went to pick up my new room key and saw the same lady that gave me this room. When explaining what had happened, another employee (looked like a Manager) said they were aware of the issue and that it was caused by the heat pump? All we were given was a free breakfast for a horrible night of sleep and the extra task of packing up the room and unpacking when we got to the second room. In the end they knew about this issue, decided to put us in there anyway and then proceeded to pretend they had no knowledge of this? Any hotel that does this should retrain their employees on what good customer service is about. Or better yet…fix the issue or have a disclaimer about the room and charge half the price letting the customer decide if they want to take a chance for a cheaper price?

I travel often and this by far was one of the worst hotel experiences ever. I was not able to get reat because there were groups of children banging on my door and other’s doors as a prank. There were loud the entire night. I called down to the front desk 3 times and went down once to soeak to the front desk clerk. Security took about an hour to come up. Also, I was given the wrong room. I did not book an accessible room but was placed in one. I was told they didnt have what I booked. I asked for an upgrade due to the inconveniences and was denied. I will never book here again. It was a waste of money

Self parking was atrocious, ridiculous distance to get to the elevator bank. Charge for valet parking ridiculous as an option. Plus the drive to the parking garage takes one through the worst parts of the hotel. That was a bit shocking and disappointung

They charged me 300$ in checkin time after 2 weeks it is not refunded.

Awesome hotel

When they checked us in they put us in a "VIP" suite which was terrible and not what we booked. There was a murphy bed 18" off the ground for us to sleep on, was horrible experience. Went back and forth and they did move us the next day to a normal room with a king sized bed. They should have asked at check in if we minded a murphy bed, but they did not. I would not recommend them at all.

The self parking was a very long walk from the parking garage to the elevators. This meant dragging suitcases all the way. They supposedly had a tram but there was no way to contact them and the Concierge didn’t help either. The hotel check in was “strange” no lines or signs to direct people, instead people kept jumping ahead of those that formed a line. The front desk staff person didn’t tell me the room only the floor (it was on the key envelope). She didn’t mention the long walk or where stuff was in the hotel. Odd, usually the staff explains everything and gives directions. The room was average in size but less than you would find at a Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn or La Quinta hotel. The beds were too hard, pillows were cheap polyfill (no feather options), the fridge is a mini without a freezer. No way to freeze ice packs if needed. There were small bloodstains on the comforter. When the weather got cold the condensation from the windows drips on the windowsill which meant anything placed there got soaked. The walk to self parking was the worse there should be an elevator with valet carts at the entrance by the parking garage. Self park guests shouldn’t be considered lower on the guest ranking just because they don’t want to pay even more for parking. Self parking was $28 plus tax a day and valet was $42 plus tax a day. I was very disappointed in this experience. I have stayed at Rosen Shingle Creek before and didn’t have a bad experience but Rosen Centre is a different story

The hotel itself is fine but their policies definitely rubbed me the wrong way. They chart $15 extra to use the gym facilities which is unheard of. In addition, when I asked for a slightly later check out time, they initially said no because there wasn't any space or open rooms. However, they then said if I pay extra, then there is suddenly room available to do this. They should just be consistent with their messaging.

No breakfast included so can’t attest to that, but the mattress was not comfortable. (2 queens). If you don’t valet you are walking quite a distance to get to the check in desk.

Clean room. Allowed for early check-in. I was there for a conference and it was connected to the convention center via sky bridge which was convenient. Didn’t really use any amenities, so can’t comment on that. They accidentally charged me for valet parking which I didn’t use, but luckily I asked for a printed receipt at check-out so they erased the charge on the spot.

Beautiful hotel, friendly and professional staff. Rooms are very nice, only complaint about the room is the water pressure in the shower is weak. We were paid up for 2 days and on the second day we left to go have breakfast and got a call our son had been in an auto accident we quickly went back to the hotel to gather our things and head back home. I went to check out and I told her we needed to check out early which was about 45 minutes past their check out time. She asked was anything wrong with the hotel I said no that we just learned of our son being in an accident and we need to go home. She said ok but you won’t be refunded for the early check out. I was annoyed but didn’t have the time to argue it and I left

I never leave reviews, but this time, this hotel deserves it. I can honestly say it was the best hotel experience I've ever had. The staff was nice and courteous, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel and outdoor landscapes were beautiful.

Menu was good but pricey

The hotel overall is nice — quiet and clean, a good place to rest. However, there are a few things worth mentioning for future guests. First, the walk from the parking area to the elevators is quite long. You basically have to go through the entire hotel, which can be inconvenient, especially if you’re carrying luggage or coming back tired. Another point is the parking access. Every time you enter, you have to show a QR code, and they check the dates to confirm your stay. If you go out multiple times during the day, you have to repeat this process each time, which can get a bit annoying. Inside the room, the bathroom area only has lighting around the mirror — the bathtub area has no light, making it a bit dark. Also, the bathtub faucet kept dripping slightly after turning it off, which was noticeable at night. Other than these details, the hotel is quiet, the common areas are clean, and the overall atmosphere is pleasant. I would give it 3 out of 5 stars.

Beds could not have been worse. Like a hammock. Pillows were clumpy square , poor excuses of pillows. Literally 3 nights of tossing, turning and sore backs. Will not be back.
