The toilet in room 220 was bad, I am still traumatised with the experience that evening of Wednesday 7th May after I used the toilet and it refused to flush. The room had to be changed. Please ensure all facilities are intact before giving out rooms.

Shut out to Angel for awesome check-in. Her professionalism and warmth were much needed that evening. My stay was great! The breakfast was a little sparser than I remember, but these are the times we’re living in. The price, location, cleanliness and comfort were perfect.

It's just not worth the money anymore. It's too bad, b/c I have been going here 2-3 times a year for the last five or so years. Home2Suites or Marriott is where I will be staying from now on.

This is the kind of place that meets or even slightly exceeds expectations. Rooms are clean and simple, beds are a little uncomfortable. Breakfast is decent but wont knock your socks off. All around ok, price is a little steep for what you get.

The woman at the front desk was not friendly. She made me pay a $150 deposit but wouldn’t explain why, just that it would be returned to me when we checked out. At checkout, I couldn’t understand her when I asked for return of the deposit.

The concierge who checked us in and out was friendly and welcoming! Breakfast and coffee were good. Our only small problem was that the outlet on one side of the bed didn’t work so my husband couldn’t charge his phone in that spot which wasn’t a big deal. Because of their comfortable pillows, I will purposefully look for Hampton Inn hotel rooms when traveling!

It was extremely loud. Teens were playing in the hallway well past 10pm. I called the front desk and no one ever came. I ended up needing to ask them to go back to their rooms and keep it quiet. I had to be up at 5am and this was quite a disturbance to my sleep.

Charged pet fee withiut nitifying me, staff blamed expedia for not informing me.

It was spotless upon my arrival. After a few days, I needed some tidying including the bathroom cleaning. But that didn’t happen. I did ask for what I needed. I did get the towels, but I only got one washcloth. The bathroom never got cleaned trash was still in the bathroom can also. Hopefully the trash got emptied on my last night. Tonight!!!

The room was clean but on the third day I asked if I could get a clean set of wash clothes and towels. Also have my bathroom cleaned, take the trash out. That didn’t happen. I did get 2 clean towels and 1 wash cloth and floor mat. The trash was not emptied the entire time of my staff thus far. I hopefully when I return tonight is emptied. The two staff Angle & Kristi stood out to me. The customer service was outstanding between the two of them. They assisted me as I added days to my stay. I was allowed to stay in the same room. Thanks Ladies.😊

It was clean and the Beds were comfortable I had to wait about a half hour checking in because the clerk made an error locating my reservation, even after giving her the confirmation number. The reservation was in the system the entire time. I even showed her my confirmation emails and she still took a long time figuring it out. Then they said I only paid for one room, when I paid for 2. Showed them my email again and they finally found the second room. The elevator was broken for a while and I was on the 5th floor. My daughter forgot her bathing suit in the hotel room, I called and asked if they could send it to me and the receptionist was rude. She told me that I had to call back the next day and ask if it could be sent to my address. I will never return to this location.

Nice hotel. Very clean. An amazing amount of room for dog walking, This visit, I stayed for two weeks. Many nearby restaurants, gas stations and malls. Very friendly staff. Very pet friendly. I received many text messages from the front desk asking me if there was anything I needed. There were a decent amount of parking spots. During winter weather, the parking lot ice spots could have been treated with more diligence. A suggestion would be a better breakfast buffet. Maybe it was just related to the fact that I was there for two weeks straight, but the breakfast was pretty much the same everyday. Some additional fresh fruit or maybe different kinds of eggs would be a nice addition. My room had a microwave and refrigerator. The water pressure in the shower was great. The staff was very friendly.

Everything from the entry to the rooms, reception desk, and elevator were neat and clean. I only interacted with the staff at check-in and check-out. They were professional and friendly. My only complaint was there was a humming sound in the room. It didn't keep me from sleeping. I would stay again.

Desk staff was excellent, very welcoming! We loved the room and the folks that maintained our room were head and shoulders above the competition. Breakfast was not on par with competition. So little change from day to day. Pastries did not look appetizing and the selection never changed. Yogurt was not a healthy choice. Condiments were not refilled regularly. No sugar free syrup after 1st day. Egg style was identical for 7 days.

Clean room as well as facility, front desk employees are all fantastic, friendly, helpful, professional. Stephanie at the front desk even recognizes us from being there before. The complementary breakfast is another big plus, good selection of choices, tasty breakfast, gentleman who runs it is another star.

The check-in was good, But the desk clerk s was so awesome. They helped me with a small problem I had. They were so sweet. And for the breakfast,it was hot,fresh and we had a choice on what to eat. I reserved a king room. The hotel changed my room without telling me. The front desk never mentioned it when I checked in. I reserved a specific room for a specific reason asked for a ground floor room and it was as if as a customer I was not important to them. It made for an uncomfortable stay.

As of Summer of 2025 this property was being renovated so this review may be overly critical if the renovations are completed. The scuttle was the city stopped them from continuing the renovation for some reason. As it is this is this property is in the absolute worst condition of any Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at. Staff is nice but not on top of things. I had to ask them to replenish the eggs at breakfast. The 1st floor Ice machine didn't work. The rooms smelled like feet. You get the picture.

They overbooked my handicap room. They would not honor my reservation. They only had non handicap rooms available. I drove 11 1/2 hours to be told that they overbooked and did not have my reserved handicap room. I’m am sure that this is a blatant violation of the American Disability Rights Act.

The biggest complaint was the pool was gross. There was a film on top of the water. There was clumps of hair visible in the pool. There looked to be mold on the sides of the pool. It was just yucky looking.

I only stayed overnight. During that short stay, the young lady at the front desk was very nice and personable. It was nice and quiet, and the room was very clean. I was there for a Stevenson University event and this was very convenient. Overall......great place!

However after an exhausting trip at 10:30pm my key didnt work. When i asked the desk clerk who was filling the guest basket with water, for a water as a consideration for my inconvenience. Her response was i just didnt know how to use the key. After 30 years of hotel usage suddenly I'm stupid? Awful attitude and she was the only one but put a bad taste for the stay

The hotel was nice and breakfast was great. Had a nice variety. Room was clean, carpet felt a little sticky but other than that our room was fine.

The hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful. My only complaints were noisy neighbors, cold pool water and minor room issues like running toilet.

Very nice Hotel. One of the nicest rooms I've stayed in. My only problem is when I travel to this area. I have to leave for work by 5:30am. The breakfast doesn't start until 6:10am. Therefore I miss out on one of the reasons I booked this hotel. It would be nice if there was an option for guests with early morning checkouts to enjoy your breakfast as well. The front desk service was fine. Breakfast was standard. The room was definitely dated but fine for a pass through. And well let’s just say any tv option seemed like the barest of 4 channel option found in a road side motel.The biggest complaint was the pool. Thick brown scum on all surfaces along with a nasty oil slick surface with bubbles that didn’t move. It didn’t even sound like the pumps were on. If you went swimming, your next visit was the doctors.

Didn’t like people partying starting at 4:30am in the morning. Playing music and screaming. Nobody from the hotel did anything about it, finally quieted down by 7am. Also smell of weed was strong.

The property is nice and clean, room is very clean as well and equipped with microwave and mini fridge. Staff was nice. Breakfast was ok, very standard but convenient. I was hoping for heated pool but it wasn’t, maybe didn’t read correctly the information before booking.

I reserved a king room that stated it accommodates 5 people - I assumed that meant there would be enough sleeping space for the 2 adults and 2 children I specifically listed on the reservation. That was a mistake. I specifically reserved a hotel for my granddaughters and I to spend time together in the indoor pool advertised. That was another mistake as access to the pool was closed off for more than half our visit due to a problem with the lock to the pool room. Very disappointing for the kids and I. Will not stay here again as I definitely did not get to enjoy this special stay with my granddaughters as I had paid for.

There was a young lady on the desk when I arrived who was absolutely wonderful. She saw to my every need and was cordial and positive. She took excellent care of me for the entire stay. Her name is Naiya.

The stay was fine but the property really shows signs of wear and tare. It is quite shabby and needs refurbishing with brighter colors and newer furniture in the rooms and the common areas.

The bathroom exhaust fan was not working and the staff did not have a welcoming or positive greeting to the hotel.

After checking in (9 pm) the room we had booked had not been cleaned from the previous guest. yuck. Back at the front desk we were told there were no other double queen rooms available; instead we could have a king with a cot. That was not going to be comfortable for our party so we considered canceling our stay and finding another hotel that could accommodate us. After stepping away for 10-15 min., the front desk person told us that another double queen room WAS, in fact, available. When we went up to the new room our electronic key cards didn't work. Back to the front desk. After all of this inconvenience (on Thanksgiving night), the hotel offered us a $10 discount. How generous.

Our stay was quiet, just the usual sounds of doors or people talking as they walked past. It was clean. Staff were professional. Breakfast was what you'd expect.... Scrambled eggs, sausage, toast station, cereal, waffle makers, juice, coffee, yogurt, and fruit.

We stayed two nights. We were there for a Johns Hopkins campus tour, and the hotel was very convenient to not be too far away from campus, while not being right in the middle of Baltimore. It was decently clean, breakfast was very good, they had an indoor pool but the water was pretty cold. The surrounding area I had food options and shopping. The beds were comfortable. Overall we would stay again
