The bathtub backed up when you showered and the exhaust of the kitchen for breakfast was pulled into our room through the HVAC system. We were told it would get better after breakfast was over. Broken ice machines and water dispensers just furthered the frustrations

This hotel is outdated it’s filthy in the hallways the rooms smell like radiators the odor are super strong the place needs a complete renovation and staff is subpar with nonchalant attitude not a very inviting or welcoming experience

Breakfast buffet was supposed to run from 6 to 10:00 a.m. The cook didn’t show up until around 7:00, food was available around 7:20 making it hard to meet our morning schedule. Staff seemed indifferent to customers

The breakfast and location was excellent! That the facility did not have round the clock coffee or tea in the lobby. There was a crack in the shower wall and a hole in the wall by the tub that was not patched up correctly and top of it all there were ants in the room.

The pillows were so flimsy, I basically got no sleep. The air vents were insanely loud when the AC ran which kept us up too. We had a handicap room, which should have been reserved for someone who was handicap. But the bathroom sink faucet was so close to the counter, water got all over the counter when we used it. It also stunk like weed on our entire floor. Which causes us to get headaches.

Basis accommodations for a reasonable price. Every front desk staffer I encountered was exceptional. For a mid range price I would definitely recommend.

me kids loved the pool and the breakfast I wish there was an options for a 2 king beds and the rooms were a little bit bigger. There was only waffle options for breakfast. no pancakes so my kids were a little upset about that.

Everything was great on our stay other than the cleaning lady hovering outside of our door 3 hours before checkout! She insisted on vacuuming the hall and banging on our door even though the do not disturb sign was out.

The night manager was absolutely amazing along with everyone else, but I had to acknowledge the night manager, Very personable man

Checking in felt like I was a burden on the girl working the front desk. Was not very friendly or welcoming. The rooms seem outdated. Very dark and the lighting is so odd just to get some balanced light in the room once it’s dark outside. Housekeepers are extremely loud early in the mornings. Slamming door, talking very loudly, slamming things down on their carts, moving things around loudly in the rooms. You hear every little sound outside your door so if you had noisy neighbors like me, you won’t get much sleep. Only pleasant experience was checking out the girl at the desk was very kind and had a smile on her face. Only person I saw who works there that ever smiled.

There were no towels available at the pool, I thought the breakfast buffet was overpriced and they did not have pancakes or French toast, even though it's stated on the menu. Overall, nothing special about the hotel and I'll stay elsewhere next time in the area

The room was not clean especially the bathroom area. I have stayed at this property in the past a lot and the property has gone down tremendously in my opinion. The water in our room for the shower would not get hot which was an inconvenience. It just did not exceed my expectations this time around & I’m very familiar with this property. My stay at the Home2Suites down the road was way better.

In addition the fitness center was missing a 10lb weight, the treadmill was broken, and there were no towels or water. Not what I expected from a Hilton property!

For some reason I was issued a handicap room. The shower handle was not attached to the base so I had to hold it to keep water flowing over me. The room wasn't cleaned properly. The was a bottle Cap under the the vent, the bathroom mirror had toothpaste splatter on it and the wall by sink had some type of black smudge on it. Had it not been that I was only there for 2 nights I would had demanded another room. I did alert the front desk to the issues and was told that housekeeping would address it . When I returned to the room the next day the mirror and wall was still in the same condition. I will not be staying there again.

The room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. Easy checkin checkout, staff kind and courteous . My only complaint was there was a small restaurant with a menu showing meals all day, but when I arrived I found it was only open for breakfast and it was too cold today evening to go out for a meal.

Everything was as I would expect from the name Hilton. Would no hesitate to stay again should the occasion arise.

Staff was very friendly! However the cleanliness of my room was very disappointing for a Hilton! Floors were dirty, shower was dirty and countertops were disgusting. I went to move the light and it was stuck to the countertop so it clearly hasn’t been picked up and cleaned under recently!

Hotel is well kept. Rooms were spacious. Front desk staff were professional, kind, and fun to be around. Special shout out to Ryan who helped my crew with several different requests - she is an awesome employee and a great example of providing a plus one customer experience!

Stayed 2 nights due to expected snow conditions. Room was clean, personnel were helpful, parking was easy with little slip hazards. Did not try breakfast due to $$$, but made do with K-coffee and microwave in room. A light issue was fixed within a day from when it was reported. Got locked out of the room for an hour+ when the battery for the door entry system failed. Window shade needs repair. Room walls and door offered little sound dampening to VERY noisy children running the hallways - almost no sleep that first night. Enjoyed benefits of shopping center just across the road from the hotel. Also easy on and off access to the main highway.

We had to move to another room. We experienced no heat, we could not close the shades at the window at night as well. It was one of the coldest day and night to dur ice and snow. So it was cold in the room.

Our room was spacious, clean and very well appointed. The bed was extremely comfortable but the feather pillows were horrible. Check in was easy as was check out. They offer breakfast but for a charge you once you're there. We decided to pay and it was okay. Nothing special.

But worst of the bad amenities and really really bad PLUMBING - when I was in the shower the drain is so slow and I was almost up to my knees I need to stop showering to wait fo the water to drain before I can Continue showering! I understand it's an old hotel but they gotta work on the plumbing and improve it before getting more customers!!!!!

The room was dated but clean. The big problem i had was how loud it was. Walls were so thin it sounded like someone in the room above me was unzipping a suitcase literally next to my ear. My neighbor across the hall was listening to TV at what I'm sure was a perfectly acceptable volume but i could still hear it loud and clear. Wouldn't stay again for this reason, but staff was super friendly and the rate was excellent. Isolated from restaurants/ services and almost no room service options, also.

The hallway smelled like weed to the extent that it leeched into the room and lingered there the whole night—other than that, the room was clean. I would love to see an additional mirror outside of the bathroom to help with two people getting ready at the same time.

Checking in early was a mix up for me, but I was able to get into my room before 2p. Good experience overall.

Was given a room next to the elevator. Wasn’t an issue till later. Noise coming in and out of the elevator kept waking me up. Asked how my stay was while checking out I told the desk my issues. Was told that was too bad. Not exactly the response I expected.

Clean hotel, nice quiet spacious room. Although the room did not have a couch, it had plenty of space with two extra chairs and ottoman for seating. Grateful for the microwave and mini refrigerator. Staff were very responsive and friendly. We loved the pretty green field view from our room.

Our room was very dusty not very clean. I called for pillows, towels & sheets the response i received was "if you want to come & get them?" I gave no issue with going downstairs but that response was rude. The dust on the lamps were heavy. The property was not clean. There was a dirty band aid on the yellow squared couch as you walk in.

I felt misinformed! I had chosen the room which sleeps five and when got there the room I was give only had the two smallest ever double beds! Hotel reeked with weed smell everywhere! Blankets were so harsh and felt like I had sand on me! Ridiculous. Staff was ok but I would not recommend it to anyone especially for $485 for 3 nights! Pathetic!

This location was a last minute need. Checked off every box of what we expected in a quality hotel.

The first night at the hotel was so noisy that is woke up my 2 yr old. The next room was having a gathering/party. I called the front desk and they did ask the people in the next room to be quiet. I was paying for 4 nights and asked for an accommodation for the first night due to the noise and they only took $20 off the room. Not happy.

The hotel was very clean and we just love the room. The staff were so friendly and pleasant. Everything about her stay there was excellent and we will be using this hotel every month when we come down.OMG, the pills were like sleeping in heaven. I recommend this hotel and guarantee if you stay here you will absolutely love it.

No one came to clean the room for the nights I stayed. When I asked for toilet paper no one came I had to go down to the front to ask the front desk 3 times before I got some. It was just a bad experience for me.

The beds were full size and we needed bigger beds. The breakfast should have been complimentary. Since we were only there a little over 12 hours, we made it work.

We stayed to go to a wedding off Property and came back feeling relaxed.

I was charged the security $50 fee twice on my card instead of once and did not get my money back after checking out

I was in town for my girl to compete in Special Olympics. I have been to 5 different hotels in the past 5 years of coming to the area. I have found my permanent hotel when I come. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. The room was great too. Looking forward to returning next year.

Had water coming down the ceiling. They changed my room but did not provide any accommodation or support or compensation for the issue.

My stay was good, but the hotel was very noisy, and this hotel does not have any kind of shuttle. Area is not conducive to walking. I do have a glowing review for the front desk clerk Georgia. She is the best. Also, one of the chefs in the restaurant was very conscientious. I dont know his name, but give him and Georgia a paid vacay or something!

Pool did not work in the morning. Had to use the bext door hotel pool. The rooms were too small.

I was looking forward to using the jacuzzi however they said it was out of order and no one that I asked had any idea when it would be fixed so I canceled my next trip there!

Okay, and average hotel

When I walked in my room the door to the adjoining room was open and there were people in the other room. Other than the twist lock and flap I didn’t have anything else to push/slide against the door. I felt really unsafe the entire night and hardly slept which was the main reason for my stay (I had to be in Owings Mills late Saturday and again early Sunday and live 90 mins away so it made more sense to stay, so I thought.). The room itself looked clean but just felt dirty. The floor was sticky and needed a good cleaning. Same for the TV remote. Bathroom was very clean. Continental breakfast was a joke. Cereal and yogurt were free but anything hot was $9. All in all I wish I had saved my $200 and spent three hours driving instead to actually sleep in my bed. Lesson learned.

Horrible because had no access to pool. I only stay at hotels with pools so my son can get to swim while I’m gone for business. The pool was so filthy he didn’t get to swim at all. Disgusting and disappointing. Never staying there again.
