I just stayed one night but the room was clean and spacious. Lots of amenities including a couch, wardrobe, full kitchen. Staff was incredibly friendly. They even offered me a water when they saw I was sweating upon arriving. The breakfast was good but not much more than a cheap hotel's. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was quiet. Coffee in the lobby was great 24/7. Check in was delayed because of late cleaning. Got there at 2:55 and waited until 3:30 for the room to be ready.

My only complaint would be that the halls smelled like marijuana. They should better keep track of people smoking in the rooms.

I was surprised at this hotel. For the price, we expected it to be more updated. The service, breakfast, and hotel room were all average. You can hear your neighbors next door and children running down the hallway. On the plus side, the coffee was good. We would not stay here again.

Downside: The guests next door were loud and someone was smoking in their room, which you could smell in the hallway. Breakfast dining area needs to be swept daily.

Been to this location many times in the past. I saw a 14 dollor change on my card I called the Hotel and they said it started this January charging for parking. This should of been advised at the time of booking and charge from Expedia for parking not as a surprise after I checked out. Not sure if I will be going back there in the future

My only complaint would be that the guest services were not provided for the length of my stay. I was there for 4 days and during that time room service was not provided. I requested on service on multiple occasions. I did enjoy my stay at the hotel and had a good experience in general.

We very much enjoyed our stay! Every staff member we spoke with was very kind and helpful. The hotel was clean and quiet. The breakfast bar is nice and has many options. Gym facilities are clean and has all your basic workout needs. The only complaint I have is there was an unpleasant odor in our room when we first checked in but it quickly disappated. We will most definitely be staying at this hotel again! Slight urine smell when we first checked into our room. They do allow dogs so I just assume a puppy had an accident.

Breakfast and location were fine. The hotel reeked of marijuana and there was a party going on across the hallway after midnight - dozens of people, loud - could not sleep. Called front desk many times and though she said she'd help, she did not. The same party people were arguing/yelling at 5:30 a.m. and woke us up. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

The room was spacious and the hotel was easy to get in and out of. We had issues with the toilet not flushing each night we were there. We informed the front desk each time and on one occasion, we were told there was no one there to deal with it. So I ended up coming down to the front desk and borrowed the plunger they use in the office to bring upstairs to my room to unclog the toilet. Note: the toilet had this issue upon arrival. I had to pee from a long road trip and immediately when I flushed, the water rose very high and took several minutes to receed. This was a headache, especially with little children and having to go number 2. Additionally, the room was not cleaned once during our stay Friday night- Monday morning. I specifically requested a cleaning on Sunday and we were out of the room all day from early in the morning. When we returned late Sunday night, nothing was cleaned. The towels were removed and nothing else wa done. Trash was left full, bed unmade, and floor with crumbs. I believe the towels were only removed because they were on the floor when someone came up to inspect the toilet. Unfortunately, if it wasn't for the well mannered employees, this would be a one star stay.

Everything was almost OK. The staff was nice, but when it came to getting breakfast, it was a guy that was monitoring what people get and also a lady when my boyfriend asked for some extra syrup she said that they didn’t have any which was a lie because a girl had just gave me three packs so I didn’t like that no good hospitality when it comes to the kitchen, but other than that, everything was good and the room doesn’t have a window that you can open so those are the only two things that was negative.

Generally a decent hotel. Many hotel guest upset with the unannounced fire alarm tests at 6:45am throughout hotel, performed by incompetent alarm company and unapologetic staff. Coffe to-go stations at front door didn’t have lids that fit the cups (who does that?), supposedly ‘backordered’. Shower body wash replaced with hand soap? These issues don’t scream ‘professional’. Room was quiet, barely enough parking, and breakfast okay. Doable and not overpriced.

I did not realize the hotel was pet friendly. However, We love pets. It was ok until we could hear them barking late evening. We later ,upon leaving forgot to ask if certain floor are designed for families with pets. Knowing/ being reminded of pets presence would help to ensure a quiet space via room choices.

The stay was okay. The rooms lacked the needed TV selection and would benefit from two TVs per suite.

The overall stay was less than standard. Starting with check. We were told that the pool was closed due to someone vomiting in it the day before & it had been drained to be cleaned. Although the pool was closed we were offered to go to the sister location to go swimming but that was too much of an inconvenience. The carpet in the entire hotel smelled horrible including in the room. When i asked for more towels because there weren't enough to cover everyone in my room. I was told that they were out of towels & they could give me pool towels. Which was very unprofessional. One of the beds in my room was worn out, dented & very uncomfortable. The continental breakfast was the most pathetic one i have ever seen. No fruit or muffins, 3 types of cereal, one waffle iron, one type of roll, just no type of variety. The only thing that was accommodating was the size of the room & room amenities but unfortunately due to my experience i will not stay at this particular hotel again nor would i recommend anyone else to stay there either.

The hotel overall was great. In a nice quiet area but still accessible to shopping and restaurants. The room appeared just as it did as the online pictures. The staff was helpful.Breakfast was good. Buttered Waffle , sliced banana, chopped walnuts, syrup.....restaurant quality breakfast!!!Please know that this location only has an indoor pool so sunbathing poolside will not happen at this location. The hallway always seemed to be musty BUT that didn’t effect the actual room. I would definitely recommend this location. Ask for a pond view room, you will see deer and beautiful birds.

My stay was amazing. Traveled to Towson for Special Olympics competition and stayed 3 days. The staff was amazing, food was great, and the room was super clean. All of the comforts of home. I will definitely be staying again next year for competition weekend.

Staff is the best room exceptionally clean

Upon arriving we were greeted by a not so friendly staff member who clearly didn’t want to be bothered and then I was hit with a fee I was not expected as well as told that I had to pay it all on my card and couldn’t split the payment with the person who was accompanying me and not with a nice tone either. Upon getting to the room it was hot, we eventually got the thermostat to work however when we left and came back it was hot again, after calling down they told me that it was because it could tell that we left the room which I found to be very odd because unless there is a camera in it how would it know if I left the room to be able to turn off? The thermostat did turn back on and it did cool down. The hallways smells terribly of mildew. We never were able to use the pool because kids threw up in it. Aside from all of that, the room was nice and spacious, the beds were not comfortable and we at the least got a later check out time. For the price I paid, I don’t know that I would return for what we got though unfortunately.

Very spacious and clean room. Hotel looks fairly new and very modern. Excellent place for an extended stay, especially for families, because of the kitchenette in the room, including a full sized refrigerator. The staff was friendly and accommodating. My only complaint is that the auto message email sent with the online reservation stated that the coincidental fee on your credit card will be $50 when it’s actually $150. Plus, there’s a $4.72 parking fee which isn’t stated either.

Overall it was a nice hotel my only complaint was my room wasn’t available at check in I had to wait an additional 45 min to check in.

Great all around stay!

Comfortable nice property. The staff pays attention to cleanliness which is excellent. Parking can be challenging in the later hours but it’s complimentary so no complaints at all. I’ve stayed her on two separate occasions and I didn’t experience any issues other than my room not being cleaned or restocked either of my stays (both 4+ nights).

Great property, great staff, always is at this brand.

Our room was ready, but it was further from the elevator than we like, even though I requested that on my reservation due to mobility issues. The facility was clean and smelled clean, which is a plus for me. Our room was nice, clean and spacious! We could have used another firm pillow for 2 people sleeping in the room. The doorway into the shower seemed narrow for a full-sized person. Once you got in, there was space. I appreciate the blackout drapes, so helpful! I liked the setup outside to grill or just gather and talk.

The hotel was clean and modern, my only complaint is the lack of towels. We were given floor mat towels to use for the pool. When we inquired on more towels needed for the room as they only gave us 3 for 4 guests, we were told twice that they were out. Between 8 pm and 10am there were no towels. I ended up having to dry off with a hand towel just so we could leave on time.

The room was fantastic. It was truly a comfort to be staying in a location that felt more like home than a regular hotel room. It was nice to be able to have the options of staying in and making myself a meal! The staff was excellent and super friendly. I will use this location again!

The staff was super polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The handicapped amenities in the room were great and much more than what i was expecting. For one who needs such additional equipment in the room, it made my stay there a truly wonderful experience.

The accommodations we good. Clean and comfortable. My only complaint would be several people smoking pot by the side exit/entrance and very noisy neighbors. Kids tuning around past midnight. Breakfast was fair. Sign said yogurt but their never was any.

Overall great experience. But there is a lot of loud children running through the hallways all throughout the day and night. There are cars in the back parking lot that had the back tires removed and sitting on cinder blocks.

Great hotel and customer service! We were only in town one night but wished we were staying in town longer! The room was large and welcoming and the kitchenette was perfect. Highly recommend!

Aside from the strong smell of marijuana in the lobby and elevator when checking in, my one night stay was nice.

Our room was wonderful! Breakfast was always good, just some food was cold at times. Our last morning, a lady on the desk was such a hard worker! This was my second night's stay while i was having work don't in my apartment. It's across the street my where I work. They do offer a good selection of breakfast foods, which was kept stocked. The staff has been pleasant when I was greeted. I lived the way my room smelled. It was very clean and had amenities to make you truly feel like home away from home. They answered any questions I had about charges. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this location.

I felt like home with the amenities my room had including having my name displayed on the TV screen was a bonus and gave me comfort knowing I was in the right room. The kitchen was great to have. The television was not working in the room for the entire stay. The front desk was notified immediately of the situation. They brought a new remote control without batteries. When returned the swap given was the original remote and it still didn't work. The front desk was notify again of the situation and was informed the engineer would arrive in 20 minutes and would come see about the issue. No one ever showed. The entire night the television displayed a Welcome {Name} without a picture. The glow from the screen stayed on unless you unplugged the entire television. I informed the front desk again prior to checkout and was told the manager would not arrive on the property until 3:00. Left my name, room # and phone number. No one reached out. Will not return to this property again. Nothing was done for the inconvenience.

My stay at this hotel started off on the wrong foot. When I arrived I was advised my room selection had been changed from double bed to king. I was in town for my goddaughter homecoming weekend with my special needs adult son who doesn’t have any mobility and blind. I needed the double bed with pull out sofa for myself and son as well as my sister who was there to assist me. The hotel mgr offered me a room at a sister hotel but that would have been to much for me to transport my son who is 6’5 especially when the rest of my family was at this hotel who assist me. She finally found a room for us and apologized for the mix up. So I thought we was good until we later discovered when trying to use the sofa bed that is was broken. Call down to the front desk to advise and the lady at the desk( African American) came up look at it and stated yes it’s broken and walk out. No sorry for the inconvenience the attitude and no empathy wasn’t surprising. This was a lot to deal with for a weekend getaway for a good time turn out to be a lot of work for me. We had to struggle to put my son in the bed as we couldn’t use his hoyer as the beds in hotels are closed off underneath which is why we wanted the sofa bed. It took our village to get him in and out the bed each day because of this. Upon checking our on Sun I brought this up to the MGR and she did comp our stay. Aside from the MGR the workers aren’t very friendly and accommodating.
