Room and bathroom larger than expected It was a handicapped accessible room, which I didn't need, but appreciated. Ist floor room so my car could be parked right outside my room. Very quiet even though it's on a busy street. Good bed. Slept fine. I used pool and hottub. Friendly staff. Ok breakfast - great coffee ! Great value. Close to the places I wanted to visit in Pasadena. RECOMMEND !

Good ac. Clean bathroom. Enough parking space. Special mention to the staff at the breakfast room. We entered late and the hostess was kind and welcoming enough for us to stay for longer and prepared a fresh batch of eggs just for us.

Noisy traffic

Nice decor, cheerful and responsive staff (our sink was clogged and it was promptly addressed). Street traffic was busy but fine later in evening. Strong winds made our window rattle which kept me awake.

I did not use the ammenities as the weather had been cooler and the pool was nit warm. Breakfast was average.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the room itself was generally clean, the bedding was disappointing — the sheets looked old and stained, which made them feel unwashed. There was no housekeeping service in the morning, and when I asked for fresh towels, I was told to pick them up at the front desk. The complimentary breakfast was also a letdown; the quality was poor and not worth counting on. Overall, my experience didn’t meet expectations.

I had forgotten my engagement rings in the room! Was heading back to Az and remembered I left them. Called reception and the housekeeper had turned them into the front. Sooooo greatful, not a lot of people are honest anymore.

The room smelled like urine mixed with very strong chemical cleaners. The bed was very hard, but based on the first complaint, that's a very distant second. For what I paid for this room, it was terrible.

The room was clean, good A/C, check in was seamless, front desk was really nice, especially when we didn’t find a privacy sign for our room, they were able to get us one. Loved the free breakfast especially the hot options (waffles, eggs, bacon) and free parking. Close to our destinations! Would stay here again.

We couldn’t open the room door with the keycard after we came back from the not so good breakfast room. They had to open it for us. We had to make three trips to the office before they opened it for us. The only positive thing is the cleanliness of the rooms and the bathroom

The Inn is dated but the breakfast area, lobby and our room was clean. The staff were friendly and our needs were met. We will continue to look at Best Western for our future adventures!

The hotel was in a good location for us. The room was clean and the breakfast was surprisingly good! Every employee that I spoke with was incredibly welcoming and helpful. A very pleasant experience.

The front desk professionals were very helpful and efficient. Lisa in particular but also the young man. Exceptional. The breakfast variety & the employees were also very good. Parking was easy. Bed comfortable. Room prefect temperature. Microwave sbc refrigerator snd tv worked well. Rain prevented using hot tub of pool—both outdoors. Target a few blocks away—with a Starbucks. Whole Foods across the street. Hotel on Route 66, Colorado Blvd. Nice for Rose Bowl. Just far enough away from the insanity but on the parade route. Thank you.

Alexa at desk was terrible...not accommodating at all. Sorry we cannot do that was her response when we needed help. $900 for 1 night and she wouldn't even let me use a bathroom when it was very necessary. We will never stay at a Best Western again.

Upon checking in the first room door would not unlock. We tried new keys and still wouldn’t work. Desk clerk tried the door and it still wouldn’t work. Issued new keys for a different room and we got in. Room was clean and organized upon entry. Second evening we noticed crickets on the sink. Beds were a little too firm for us. The simple breakfast was satisfying but they should have everything prepared upon opening the door. Otherwise the stay was good and the location was convenient.

This is a clean and well-maintained hotel room. The staff and amenities are excellent. I was disappointed that I could only stay for one week, rather than the 28 days.

I recently stayed 4 nights at the Best Western Pasadena Inn. Despite looking like a typical and dated motel on the outside, my room was clean, quiet, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed. There are plenty of parking spaces. The continental breakfast was excellent, especially the hash browns. The front desk staff are super courteous and provided me with packets of shaving cream for free when I asked for them. The bed is firm yet very comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and the water pressure was great. Overall, I highly recommend this motel and would definitely stay here again! The online reviews rating this motel as Excellent are accurate.

Parking is plentiful, but tight. The area is not the best, but lots of convenient things nearby (restaurants, Trader Joe's, freeway). The front desk ladies were helpful and fast. The breakfast was nice...there were a few options and fresh fruit and coffee (yes!). If anything wasnt great it was that the man next to me was a smoker and several times went to smoke out of his room, but really close to my window. Yuck.

The hot tub and pool area was the best part of the stay!

Clean, basic room. Weird layout with table and two chairs in front of the air conditioner, which rendered it useless. The breakfast was well stocked and clean which was a big plus for us, before we left for the Huntington Library.

I was in town the same weekend as the Oasis concert. My room was definitely not worth the high charge for Saturday night, nor the not quite so high charge for Sunday. When I arrived with a separate booking for Friday night, the price was more normal, which would have been a fair price for the property. Do I feel extorted? A little bit.

Perfect one night stop at an affordable price. Decent breakfast. Great foot massage place across the street. Building is shabby and old but the rooms are clean, good pillows. Water pressure low but hot.

The room was clean as well as the bathroom. The hotel room had a strong, overpowering detergent scent. Took a while to get use to it. The sink also got clogged sometimes, but functioned properly.

Review excellent, but I don’t see when I stay in room is not really clean and night time so noisy from A/C and refrigerator also some time water from next room or second floor so loud. I request but they don’t really take seriously and just say give discount. Nothing I can do. When I check out they ignore discount. So never come back is so bad to do like that in business .

The bright night light by the bathroom went on/off every 10 secs all night. When air conditioner cycled off it made a loud rattling noise. Couldn't sleep all night.

Decent stay. Price was good for what we got. I was looking for a place within reasonable price with breakfast and a pool. The kids loved hanging at the swimming pool. The simple breakfast in the morning made it easy for us to eat something to prepare for our long drive for the day. The girl who was stocking the breakfast area this morning was very friendly and sweet, talking to my kids about their outfits and favorite characters (Sonic and Spidey) and talking to everyone who walked in. She needs a raise!

Had a decent stay at Best Western Pasadena inn. There are two best westerns right across the street from each other. The room was clean. I was on the second floor and had to use noise cancelling sounds because the walkway made a noise every time someone walked across it. The bed has a metal base and it sounded like I was closing a file cabinet if I bumped into or when I turned over. The water in the shower barely got to lukewarm but it was functional. Pasadena has a decent bus system and the Metro station is nearby. I took the metro to Hollywood for a comedy show and it took an hour. The LA Metro is an adventure, you see things which would make the NYC subway blush. I did not utilize the breakfast and instead chose to visit nearby restaurants.

Breakfast spread was pretty great for continental -- had a waffle maker coffees and juices, yogurt, eggs, and breakfast sausages. Pleasantly surprised but beyond that there wasn't anything really astounding.

Last minute stay in Pasadena. Check in was quick and stay was satisfactory. One drawback: dining area was small and we had to skip breakfast because no where to sit.

There is a deposit required at the time of check-in. Our room was clean. I was a little nervous about the location however, it was a quiet stay and our vehicle was safe.

The property is a little confusing because it has two parts...could upgrade things a little, and the breakfast room should be open from 6-9 AM to accommodate early-rising travelers...

Everything was great. Your greeted friendly smile and conversation, making you feel very welcomed. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Small details like upscale toiletries felt “ Vegas-y”. The breakfast was good. However, the service is top shelf. I showed up 5 min before it ended, and the staff made sure I had everything I wanted (she freshly made items that were missing). Which is unheard of! A+++ to the staff!
