They are currently in the middle of a remodel so there is a bit of dust, but the staff is super friendly. The location is a bit off the beaten path, but still super close to everything.

The staff was really the best part of the stay. They were friendly. helpful, and very attentive. The rooms themselves were a little worn, but I understand they are undergoing renovations soon, so I am sure that will be addressed then.

I checked in at 10:30 PM and was told there was a water main break that had shut the water off at 4:30 but that it was due to be on at midnight. I had to leave for the airport by 3 AM and just needed a shower beforehand. She said there should be no problems. I checked out at 2:30 AM, 4 hours later with no shower, no shave due to no water..... I was charged the full rate and told a note would be left for the manager. Did not receive a call or an adjustment. I should not be charged full rate for 4 hours use of the sheets only.... I am willing to pay something because maid service would be needed to make the bed but not having access to everything else and then having to travel the following day without a shower was awful!!

I liked that the property was safe and in a safe area I didn’t like the breakfast , nothing was fresh. You can tell the leftover food was reused over and over. The container that holds the waffle batter is definitely not being cleaned daily with new batter placed in it. On arrival I checked in pretty early and was able to get breakfast I was disgusted by how the waffle batter had looked. For the batter to separate from whatever was used to mix it that batter had been sitting for a long time. The washer and dryer did not work and I didn’t find that out until my second night there. That’s something should be told to guest on arrival. I had to leave out for workout around 5am couldn’t get a hold of the front desk clerk. Finally I get someone on the phone line for assistance. I was given a key that did not work, so I came back down to front desk picked up the phone and it was busy. I called for the guy knocked on the door several times and I finally got his attention 15 mins later. This was absolutely unacceptable if you can’t stay awake on your shift then that’s not the shift for you.

Reservations were moved to the Residence in next door. When we arrived the front door didn’t work and the lobby was dirty. We asked to see the room before checking in and we were told we could not see the room because he was the only person working. He then proceeded to say this is the nicer hotel compared to the Courtyard by Marriott next door. We checked in against our better judgement. The room was filthy, the carpets were stained and there was a stain on the wall by the register. We immediately went back to the front desk and cancelled our room. We were told, “They are going to be renovating soon” as if that is the reason for the room to be all stained.

We stayed in a king suite that was old and the furniture dated. Dresser drawers wouldn't close and cabit door hung off hinges.

The mattress was a queen made to look like a king (yes I measured because of the inconvenience of the smaller size) I paid for a king. They had no vending machines for drinks and their lobby store only had two options of nothing desirable. They had no place for water available but had $4 bottles of water. There was nothing in the way of complimentary breakfast and lower rate hotels provide that.

The GM was very friendly and welcoming. The bed was nice and the temperature in the room was good. Right away our toilet clogged from just toilet paper and we had to call and have someone come up right when we got there. The biggest complaint is that almost all of the outlets in the room were loose and wouldn't hold our cords to charge our devices or use our CPAP's. They kept falling out. NONE of them worked right. Very frustrating. Finally, the elevator was dirty and had leaves and debris in it. Just not tidy.

The room felt very rundown. Stains on the lamp shades, shower curtain, floors, walls. The shower has mold in it and the wallpaper was peeling. The bedding appeared clean and the bathroom was clean other than the mold in the shower and stains on the curtain. The staff was friendly, but we would not stay here again.

The room was good but there was only one trash can in the whole room and it was tiny. They had 3 nice size bath towels but only one washcloth in the entire room. I am all about conserving and reducing waste but one washcloth was a little ridiculous.

I booked this hotel because we wanted a pool and it was out of order. They offered the pool next door but it was so cloudy and hazy that my 9yo wouldnt even go in. There was also cannabis use in there.

Not impressed by the condition of the room. The drawers of the dresser were unusable and the front of one fell off. Paper on the wall in the bathroom was coming off. The walls seem very thin as we could hear way too much of the people next to us.

It was a very sketchy location surrounded by some other run down hotels and an abandoned mall. I looked outside a window and saw a man peeing in the trees who was from the hotel next door. There was no breakfast in the morning as I expected there to be at 8 am when we checked. The rooms were "ok" in cleanliness. I would not stay here again.

This was my second time staying at the hotel. My first stay was fine. The last stay was not good at all. Checking in, I had to wait at least 5 minutes for someone to show up. I went back later in the day to ask a question and left after 5 minutes due to no one being there. Entering the room, I noticed a musty/wet dog kind of smell. The room did not look clean, the furniture looked beaten up. The bathroom was terrible. There was black mold on the floor and in the shower. The toilet did not look cleaned and was running nonstop. I will definitely not be returning.

The pool was not in order which was disappointing. The hotel was in a mall parking lot and it was hard to find. The area around it and other hotels just didn’t seem great. The rooms were clean and the staff were courteous. They put our whole group together without us asking which was nice. I might go there again.

While our stay was satisfactory. There seems to be a major issue between (individual or entire staff) staff and general manager of this facility. This was raised to us customers by a letter in an envelope placed under residence doors. Marriott leadership should investigate this incident. Staff claims GM is very abusive to all staff.

The hotel was clean and quiet, the staff polite, but there was nothing to be excited about. The cleaning service entered my room despite the Do Not Disturb sign displayed. At the lobby, there was a coffee station, but the coffee was cold, and no creamer or sugar was available( only sweeteners). They DO NOT SERVE BREAKFAST- but Expedia charged me $ 29 extra for it. Beware! Do not pay it. There are multiple fast food chains in the area, so getting food is not a problem.

My family and I came into town for Thanksgiving, and I cannot complain about our stay here. The managerial staff were very sweet, attentive, and super friendly anytime that we needed anything. It’s super quiet, and the hot tub y’all!!!! OMG!!! AMAZING!!!! We didn’t get a chance to go to the bistro bar there, but we will definitely stay here again when visiting Peoria.

Normally, I love Marriott. Problems with this one - Basically, it is old. The elevator is shaky. The room was very small. The television is on the left side of the bed restricting vision of the entire screen. The toilet flushed (on its own) about every 10 minutes all night long. The property is difficult to find. Free breakfast is not included. I was charged $3 for parking in their small parking lot.

This hotel is hard to find, and I arrived late and frustrated after driving in circles to find it. The staff soon had me in a much better mood. The front desk clerk explained how new highway construction had obscured the entrance and that I wasn’t the only one who had struggled to find it. The waitress in the restaurant, also the chef, made me a delicious burger for dinner. She also prepared me a yogurt parfait to keep in my in-room refrigerator, since I would be checking out very early the next day. The staff made the difference in my stay.

The property states that check in time is 3:00. We arrived at 3:00 and were told by the front desk that the person in our room had a late check out and would be checking out soon. They told us to come back in an hour. We came back at 4:00 and tried to check in and were told by a different person at the front desk that the person in our room had a 4:00 check out and had not checked out of the room yet. We were told he was a platinum member and that overrides our check-in time. We explained that we were paying for a room from 3:00pm to 12:00pm and there should be some sort of compensation. The front desk said they would talk to management and did end up taking $20 off our bill. The guest checked out at 4:05 at the front desk. Housekeeping and the front desk had words with each other regarding this. Apparently housekeeping knocked on the room door and told the guest he needed to check out. We were not able to check into our room until 4:40, which delayed our plans for the evening. The room was clean but the pool was green. The outside keycard entries to the pool and door by our room did not work. The sliding door in our room needs repaired. The Starbucks coffee machine at the Bistro was out of order. The overall professionalism and management of this property is lacking. A big part of us choosing this property to stay in was the pool and having Starbucks coffee at the property, both of which we weren't able to do. Even with the $20 compensation, we did not get what we paid for.

Convenient location geographically. Meal had few breakfast choices. It was not close to outside restaurants. Long access road with slow traffic. Pick one on the highway west instead. There was a pair of under shorts on the floor in the room my buddy had.

We dealt with 4 different staff members during our 2 night stay and we were always treated very well. We had an issue with our heat in our room the 2nd night and we were able to be moved to another room. The staff member on duty that night and the one on duty when we checked out were both very apologetic about the situation.

The hotel was getting a new roof. There was NO communication about the work starting at 7:30 a.m. on Sunday morning. I was on the top floor and nailing and dropping of the packages jarred me from a deep sleep. I do not plan on ever staying at this hotel ever again.

I read a lot of bad reviews and this was not a bad hotel. I am picky as hell and this place is an average hotel in Peoria. Nothing more and nothing less. Staff was fine, rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and it was surprisingly quiet. I stayed on a Thursday.
