Comfy and quiet

The cleaners emptied my room one day before I checked out. That means they stole my toiletries, doedorant, as well as food and water from the fridge. The front desk agent could not help locate the items.

We stayed here based on reviews that it had been renovated and was nice, it was not. The room smelled musty and like cigarettes and dogs. There was no cord on the phone to call the desk, just an old phone with no cord. I walked to the front desk to ask for extra pillows and they said they don’t offer that and were very argumentative. The water in the bathtub didn’t drain right so you stand on dirty water. The room was very unclean on every surface and the air conditioner didn’t work well. It was hot and humid on the room because the air conditioner was on its last leg. Anything that was needed you would have to walk to the desk and deal with attitude problems, so we stopped trying. Don’t waste your time or money on this place.

I stayed here a few years ago when it wasn’t that great of a hotel but I enjoyed it. It’s a lot cleaner. It’s been renovated and it’s a lot nicer no bugs nice and clean.

Smells like cigarettes in the room

We got the room. Go into it get everything out of the car take it in put it down. Turn on the TV and it does not work. I had to go out front because the phone did not work. They had to come down and hook the TV up. The blow dryer did not work. We had no towels in the room. I had to go back down to the office and ask for towels. We only got two towels for four people! We asked for two extra pillows because my parents are elderly and have to have two pillows a piece to sleep propped up. We was informed they do not have extra pillows. The floor turned our feet black because when they tore up the carpet in there they did not take the piece that is under the carpet they left that. The bathroom looks like either rust or mold on the floor. On the ceiling it is peeling like it has either been flooded from the top floor down or somebody has sprayed the ceiling and it was peeling not really sure! But I did take pictures! They give you one roll of toilet paper for four people! And no other role in the room! The only really good thing about that room was that the AC worked!

To many creepy people sitting around in cars on parking lot that are not even staying in hotel. Scratching cars.

The crowd hanging around the entrance seemed very shifty. The BBQ party they had while I was trying to sleep. In the morning I woke up with bites all over. A young woman asked to use my phone because her friends left her there last night. I wish I would of read the reviews before booking it for 2 nights. There was also no coffee pot in the room, you had to go to the lobby to get a 6 Oz cup.

Easy to find , close to everything . We originally booked a handicapped room and ended up on the second floor so the stairs were a little rough but it was ok .

We requested a non smoking room. The room smelled so strong like cigarettes. Sheets were dirty. They clearly weren’t washed because we found an earring in the bed. Bugs in the bathroom. We requested to move to a different hotel but they wouldn’t work with us. I wouldn’t have my worst enemy stay here.

The location was also convenient, especially for getting around without much hassle. It worked well for what I needed, whether that was just relaxing or heading out nearby. Nothing major took away from the experience. It was a comfortable, affordable stay, and I will be staying here again.

Everything was great

Non smoking room smelled like smoke. Bathroom floor needed mopping. Tub didn't drain so when I took a shower I was standing in 4 inches of water. I was on a ground floor and there was a lot of noise going on outside. Noisy housekeepers.

Our room was a non-smoking room, but as soon as you step into the room it wreaks with the smell of cigarettes, the sheets were not clean and were smelly, the bed was uncomfortable, and the heating did not work.

The heater wasn’t working after an hour of being turned on at the 80 degrees. The room phone didn’t allow me to connect to the service room, had to use personal cell to call and we were given 2 more blankets. The room and beds weren’t the cleanest.

Several things were not good. I waited at least 5 minutes in the freezing cold because the front door was locked and I had to ring the doorbell to get a staff member 3 times before someone came. Then my room smelled like smoke even though all of the rooms were supposed to be non-smoking rooms. I noticed right away that the room in general didn’t seem vacuumed or freshly cleaned. The shower was dirty and had hair on the wall and on the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles which also had caked on dried up stuff on them. The hand soap bottle was empty also. Then when I got ready to go to bed and pulled the sheets back to get in I noticed that it seemed like there were crumbs or flakes of cigarette ashes on the sheets and the final and worst thing was there was a stain and small curly dark hairs on the sheets. So I put the covers back up and slept on top. Additionally, it didn’t seem like the heat was working correctly, it was very inconsistent. Luckily I was busy enough attending a conference that I was only there to sleep. Worst hotel experience I ever had.

Neat and attractive

Pillow had stains or something on the pillow case. There were flys flying around when we went in. I started looking where they were at and found doritos under the edge of the bed and an opened candy bar. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. Walls were so thin you could hear every conversation. Air conditioner wasn't pushing any cold air.

Room was adequate and clean. Refrigerator and microwave worked well. No cleaning during a 5-night stay but front desk supplied extra towels and shampoo. Good value for the price.

To be honest, it wasn't too bad for the $48 per night I spent. I certainly didn't enjoy the smell of cigarettes and weed that persisted both inside and outside of my room. I also used a black light to check my "cleaned sheets"... I ended up asking for a new set and swapping it out myself. The floor, while not visibly dirty, certainty felt gross and left stains on my white socks. Pretty annyoed by the flying bugs in my room. I did like the AC and how it kept me cool in my bed, as it points directly at the bed. The front desk people were pleasant to interact with during check-in and check-out. Overall, you get what you're paying for.

Staff is very rude and have no manners. If your a few minutes late after check out they try and jus barge in the room no matter what you are doing and if you have the door locked they threaten you with kicking in the door

The first room we were assigned smelled strongly of cigarettes. The changed our room with no hassle. We had an "accessible" room that was somewhat accessible. There were grab bars in the bathroom and a seat in the tub, but the hand-held shower head was mounted almost at the ceiling. If someone was seated there's no way they could reach it. The sink was very high too ... Chest height. I didn't realize when I booked the room it was a residential motel offered for weekly rates. Had I been traveling alone, I would not have felt safe. (Tried adding photos, but couldn't)

It was good for a couple nights stay.

Was offered illegal substances by other hotel guests walking around at all hours of the night. Made me feel extremely uncomfortable. The room just had a strange odor too it(moldy smell). And hotel definitely needs their furniture updated.

This place is disgusting. We checked in went to our room and immediately left to find another hotel. It was like an ash tray that we were not willing to stay at.

The rooms didnt have enough pillows. Tv was small, vending machines ate my money. Was approached by numerous people on property asking for money, a cigarette, and illegal things. Not safe for children/young adults

It’s a bit sketchy but it’s a cheap motel so that’s expected. Other than that, the stay was wonderful and the room was nice and clean. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

The rooms were completely remodeled and really nice inside. Very clean in the rooms. However the outside and location is sketchy. People hanging outside their hotel room doors smoking weed. Loitering. Also they dont have extra pillows. Two little pillows were not enough. The hotel was good for what we needed it for in a pinch.

The room stank so badly of cigarettes that when I checked out I had to find a laundromat and wash ALL my clothing (even the clean stuff that was just sitting in my suitcase) and change the filter on my CPAP. I cannot stress how badly this place smells of cigarettes. The ice machine was out order. Maintenance worker was verbally abusing another worker, including use of profanity. The pros are that it was quiet at night! Again this is nothing fancy. Checking in and out was quick and easy. Worst thing was the cigarette smoke.

Unfortunately, I didn't look at the reviews beforehand so that was on me. This place is tucked away from the road mostly and in a run down area, so that leads to it being a bit unsafe. As far as I could tell, every room has horrible cigarette smoke on all the furniture/curtains. They offered to Ozone the room, but they need to just refurnish and rebuild to remove it. The bathrooms were yellow with smoker stain on everything. The manager was nice and understanding enough to give our money back as we searched for a new place.

It was a non-smoking room that permeated with second hand smoke, including the mattress. We were later moved to a different. It was better but still had second hand smoke. The staff were good people and the beds were of good quality. It was the second hand smoke.

Room needs updating. Nothing pleasing to look at, but it had everything needed and plenty of TV channels. Shower was warm. I wasn’t expecting much so I can’t say I was too disappointed. I got what I paid for. Staff was easy to deal with. No problems. Plenty to eat and a mall nearby.

Check in time was at 3 PM, room was not available till 4 PM. Got to the room, about 25 flies in the room. The dresser drawer did not stay shut every time we walked by we hit our leg, the TV was out all day. We will never stay at that place ever again. Staff not very friendly. Not good customer service.

The building was in poor repair. Apparently homeless people were wandering around the parking lot and sidewalk. The card-reader lock was loose on the outside of the door; I felt as though I could pull the lock off of the door. The free wi-fi was so slow I finally left the motel and drove to a public library branch to do my computer work. I'm not a fan of most hotels' continental breakfast, but at least most have a breakfast. For the same money I could have stayed at a much nicer place.

The room had trash on the ground in the bathroom, stains all over the bed sheets and burn marks all over the room. We ended up in a smoking room somehow stated all of them were smoking rooms. The smell was so bad it was like it was soaked in smoke we went to the closest store to buy febreze and that couldnt even cover it up. We woke up coughing all the next day due to smokey room. Will never be back!

I remember it as the Red Roof in. I would stay every time I came to town. I probably will not stay there again.

All night long, I heard people arguing in the parking lot of the restaurant/bar next door. Also some alarm outside kept going off (not a car alarm, more like a fire alarm). The area, in general, was rough. The nearby mall is dying, so consequently neighboring businesses are also struggling and it shows in the nearby hotels. I'm from the Peoria area, and this used to be the good budget-friendly area to stay when visiting home. I used to regularly stay in this area with my wife and three kids. My daughter was supposed to stay with me, but ended up staying with family. I'm glad she did. I won't be staying in this part of town again. Better to try near Grand Prairie.

No ac and wrong WiFi code was provided It was supposed to be non smoking and you can smell the smoking from the other room. Witnessed ppl outside rolling up joints and a pregnant woman smoking. not a pleasant sight or a pleasant stay ended up leaving a day early from how bad it was

Dirty covers

This hotel offered a modestly priced room that included a refrigerator and microwave, both much appreciated. The room was small, which is to be expected for a modestly priced accommodation. The bed and linens were clean as was the room generally. We happened to stay there when there were several different sets of noisy guests, which revealed how easily outside sound traveled into the room.

I was hired by another party who made the reservation. I saw young men hanging around outside exchanging something for cash. A man and women were in a terrible fight next door and I called the desk twice. The second time police were called. I have asked that I lodge somewhere else next time I am hired. They need a security guard

The beds were not queen beds they were full size. And the pillows for flat. Didn’t sleep well. But the service was good and room was clean.

Did not like the checkin, and had no idea the property would require walking up dirty stairs with our luggage. I use a cane and would never have booked a room here if I had known that. Room seemed clean but water leakage in the bathroom and edge of wall under sink. The neighborhood was fine and easy access to the interstate.
