On the flip side, the staff was terrific, from the front desk, to housekeeping to bar service.

It is a nice modern facility located downtown and convenient The property is very understaffed. Are room lacked towels and pillow and sheets. Despite that, I will say the gentlemen at the front desk in the evening was very helpful and worked to get us what we needed. He deserves a raise.

I specifically booked a hotel with pool and hot tub as I need this amenity as I continue recovering from knee injury. I arrived to find the pool drained and facilities closed. The front desk basically shrugged. They did let me switch to a room across the hall when the first was in a dark corner. They also didn’t discuss parking fee and charged me for 3 days when I was only there for two. I’m not usually one to complain but this was disappointing experience.

Comfortable room and clean. Long walk to parking deck and I hope I wasn't charged for parking however I am not sure yet. When I checked in there were cleaning personnel hanging around the front desk and I had to wait for them to move out of the way. While I was checking in my wife is a decaf coffee drinker and all that was available was regular so she had to spend $5 on one cup of coffee at in house Starbucks!! When I was checking out there was no attendant on duty. After 5 minutes or so he came through the front door riding his bike apologizing that he was a lunch break. This was at 6 AM. Also I had a hard time finding my room on the 6 floor because there was no number on my door. I finally figured out which one it was. I do believe it was 657 or something like that. I hope they put a number on it. I really think I will stay somewhere else next time I come back because of the small tiny problems

nothing We got bumped from our reservation the morning of check in,paid for it 3 weeks prior Said they overbooked and third party reservations were the first to lose their room!!!!!!!!!! Obviously they don't understand the reservation process. Totally threw my plans for the night in the shitter, planned on walking to and from Peoria civic center for concert. Had to stay across river and uber there and back.

The hotel overall is beautiful with the latest renovations, we've stayed here before and it is like an entirely new hotel now. The only disappointment for our group was sharing the hotel with baseball tournament teams, the pool was overrun with kids all night (which is to be expected when booking teams in a hotel) so my own adult kids were unable to enjoy this amenity as they had hoped. Maybe next time. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Peoria.
- 5/5
Nicely situated hotel in the heart of Peoria; well maintained, spacious rooms. My only complaint was that the pool and hot tub area were closed.

I asked the night desk person if the pool would be open in morning. he did apologize it would not be. i explained I only came for the pool and very frustrated would be unable to use it, since apparently its only 6-10pm. i explained no where does it mention this on the business website. He apologized again. This is the only person I interacted with that actually apoligized everyone early in day did not. I encourage anyone with small children to not stay at this hotel. Zero help by staff, and zero empathy or assistance. So much misrepresentation and misinformation. i never would have stayed at this hotel if informed correctly. Work experience ever
- 4/5
Clean room. Friendly front desk and easy check-in. Parking not too easy. Ease to civic center was appreciated.
- 3/5
I noticed that the lobby was not super clean the stairs going up were dirty .
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 5/5
Breakfast was lackluster. Otherwise, ok
- 5/5
Awesome as usual!
- 2/5
Adequate but the staff were not helpful, visit was during lobby construction, just not a good time to be there overall. Room was pleasant and clean so no problems there. Had issues with the TV but maintenance fixed within a reasonable timeframe.
- 1/5
All bad nothing worked. Never cleaned room. No soaps available. Dirty room bad condition and experience.
- 3/5
Room did not have sheets for the pull out. There were coffee pods, but no sugar or creamer and only one lid for two cups. The remote was missing in the bedroom and there was no hair dryer. I call the desk for the sheets, but after 40 mins went down to the desk and he had forgotten.
- 3/5
No microwave in room. Coffee is HORRIBLE. There are signs posted for $15 overnight parking and I was definitely charged $20. Not alot offered for the price of the room. We stayed twice in 6 months and the renovations seem to have gone nowhere. I was less than impressed.
- 4/5
Only had a few tv channels
- 4/5
Very good

Due to the Construction no breakfast. I booked and confirmed a room with 2 beds, they gave us a room on the rear of the hotel with one kingsized bed and a fold out couch, Iwent back to the desk and told them we were needing a room with 2 beds, "That is all we have" was the answer, and that Booking.com screwed up. I had to call the desk again and request housekeeping to put some sheets on the fold out couch, the Woman who came from housekeeping had more concern for our comfort than either of the men checking us in, it was a confusing mess in the lobby. In the morning we were awakened by garbage trucks beeping reverse warning as several trucks came and went. I will never stay there again.

I had a great experience with teh front desk staff. Very helpful and professional over the phone. I talked to real people in the location I was booking, and they remembered talking to me when I arrived. Top notch customer service.

Very updated and nice
- 5/5
Enjoyed my stay
- 4/5
Consistent great accomodations.
- 4/5
Yes , all was great!
- 4/5
Friendly staff, and clean rooms.
- 5/5
The new remodeling is nice. The room TV is a nice new change. However it did not get any of the locally broadcast stations.
- 3/5
Staff was super friendly and the walk way to the Civic center was a plus but their computer systems were down at check in and then also down when we tried to get food and drinks prior to the event we were in town for.
- 3/5
The room was nice and clean. Staffing seemed to be short on help. The employees at the “restaurant “ were single employees and were working both the kitchen & drink areas. Making for wait times for that as well. They were working SO HARD, I felt sorry for them because you could tell they were working as quickly as they could but it was still a lengthy wait. Then their computer systems went down and we couldn’t get any food/drinks lol All in all, it wasn’t a big ordeal. We would stay there again because of the easy access to the civic center!! They were nice, rooms were nice, just seemed to be understaffed. :)
- 5/5
It was a great stay
- 4/5
We didn't get to check in early so went to a local pub and waited. There is VERY limited TV. No news or sports stations. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
A lot of construction was taking place inside of the hotel. They did not have the majority of TV channels and they said they have been without them for weeks.
- 4/5
The shower door handle is soon to fall off. A trainer of the young front desk receptionist was demeaning towards her as she was checking us in. It made us very uncomfortable and I’m sure she was embarrassed. We were very happy with the easy of access to the venue/show we came to attend.
- 5/5
I did not try the restaurant. No microwave in the room. Small refrigerator in room. I was unable to adjust tv volume, it was either at 60 or mute. Parking garage is nice but their is a daily fee of $15.00 Very easy to get to Airport, you do not have to get on the interstate. Takes maybe 10-12 minutes to get there. The hoops sports bar across the street was very good. I had a slice of pizza.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Great location.
- 5/5
The room was spotless, the hotel staff was easy to work with. Loved that it was within walking distance to the Civic Center.
- 5/5
Stopping in Downtown Peoria IL was an unexpectedly nice stop. The Hotel offered a great price, parking was only $15 and Kenny's Irish Pub was walking distance.
- 5/5
Our stay was perfect! This hotel is the ideal location downtown and within walking distance. Everything was clean, staff was helpful and food was great!
- 5/5
Very nice staff. Easy parking. Skywalk to civic center was great.
- 3/5
Room assisted to be in good condition. When getting ready to turn it in for the night we discovered the comforter to have a large red stain on it. Bedding kind of had a musty smell to it as well. TV also appeared to be damaged and had a large line through the display.
- 5/5
Room was cute small and dark… it’s a vibe! I like it!
- 5/5
Quick check in, clean room.
- 5/5
Clean Nice Room.

Enjoyed my stay here. Staff were friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Will always choose this hotel.

The only elevator to get from the parking garage to the hotel was tagged out of service. The stairwell was full of grafitti. The front desk staff were very nice. When the hotel elevator opened to the 3rd floor it smelled "off". Stain in the carpet and no soap for the shower. Trying to shower the next morning the water was either scalding or ice cold.. we dis report to the dront desk that it was going to hurt someone.

Celeste was awesome!

- 5/5
Yes! And the swimming pool is superb!
- 5/5
Beautiful updated room. Love the shower. Clean, lots of usb/type C connections. True black out curtains that don’t leave the annoying sliver of light through where they don’t quite meet up. 😊

- 5/5
Excellent customer service. Renovated rooms on the 6th floor was clean. Convenient dinning.
- 4/5
Great experience
- 4/5
Front desk staff was kind, attentive and generous. We ended up switching rooms due to an internet issue, but it wasnt a big deal and was handled professionally well. Both rooms were decently clean and heating/cooling systems worked well. We only stayed one night with just overnight bags but there was plenty of space. We would have liked a mini fridge and/or microwave for the room price. Beds were quite comfy. The bathroom was well stocked and clean enough. We noticed there was no fan in the bathroom. Not sure why. We were there for an event at the Civic Center so it was extremely convenient which was nice. The lobby was impressive. I hate paying for parking...why? Overall we enjoyed our stay. We will recommend to others! Thank you!
- 5/5
Staff was friendly. Hotel was very clean.
- 2/5
Was not terrible but was not good. Noisey, shower didn't work well. TV had weird channels
- 5/5
Convenient, clean, newly renovated
- 4/5
It was fine. The staff was friendly and the location ideal for attending a concert at the civic center.
- 3/5
With no elevator service in the garage area and charging 15 per night parking fee I would think this hotel should reimburse every guest this particular weekend. Elderly people hauling luggage up and down stairs is a disgrace in a dimly lit area did not help either. And one of the elevators in the courtyard by marriott had black blankets hanging inside the elevators on the inside walls. All the buttons needed redone so you would know where you were headed. Several guests felt uncomfortable. This was the weekend of September 20th.
- 5/5
We loved our stay! Friendly staff, clean & nicely layed out rooms. We will definitely be back!
- 5/5
The hotel clerk was awesome. She knew my first name when I would come down to lobby
- 4/5
Great stay, but there was a weird rhythmic buzzing from the in-room speaker. We drowned it out with white noise, but it would have been annoying to hear the buzzing when trying to sleep.
- 4/5
It looked clean and freshly remodeled. Rooms were nice. Staff nice and courteous. They however did not provide info about parking or additional amenities that are available as a guest. I had to ask and if you don’t know what to ask you don’t know. That all outside of that it was a good stay will likely stay again.
- 5/5
Connected to the Civic Center, we loved that we did not have to go outside to attend concert. The food options at the hotel were average at best.
- 1/5
Dirty and weed smell everywhere.
- 5/5
Front desk clerks were amazing. Room was very clean. The out side area was clean and quiet
- 4/5
Weekend of the Blues Fest, bar or restaurant wasn't opened at 2:30 pm. People coming in just to enjoy a drink and quick snack, couldn't get one. Celeste at the front desk was AWESOME, great personality and helpful. People were confused on which desk to go to register.
- 5/5
Staff was very amicable as well
- 2/5
There was no one at the desk when we came.
- 4/5
The outlets next to the bed didn’t work and the shower wouldn’t get hot. When we told them at check out, they were nice and took the parking charge off. The room was nice and modern. the bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff when we got back after being out was so friendly and nice and overall it was a great stay!!
- 5/5
Customer service was amazing. The whole staff was very friendly and informative. I didn't like the maze/obstacle course from the parking garage to the main lobby. Also, thought it strange the pull out bed was sticking straight up out of the couch. It made me think we were in someone else's room. The room was very clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay there again.
- 5/5

Wonderful place for family rented 2 rooms for decent prices. Had to pay for breakfast but it was hot and served at the table for us all😀
- 5/5
Lovely service as always

Place has a pool and hot tub. The place has a walk way to the building with all the events.
- 5/5
Went to a concert next door so was great to walk to
- 5/5
Love it
- 5/5
Nice rooms, beds and staff. But not having the A/C on in the hallways made it feel musty and heavy.
- 3/5
Parking garage long distance and unsafe walk for disabled customers.
- 2/5
We wanted to go to pool area big turn down motor broke and large pool grey water. So upset took my bathing suit
- 3/5
Th didn’t work, water damage or mold on the ceiling, the toiletries they had for us were empty for some reason, and the lady who checked us in was unfriendly and playing on her phone half of the time
- 4/5
Front desk ladies were fantastic!!!!!
- 5/5
Everything is new, clean, neat. Staff are friendly & professional. Free parking attached (a bit of walking, so we dropped our luggage off at front door / desk 1st). TV only showed channels but we’re told there will be a new provider soon. Very comfortable room. ‘Bistro’ on main floor (didn’t use). Recommend.
- 5/5
It was amazing Jared and Chevy made sure my stay was awesome
- 1/5
There were no rooms and I have no place to stay. Horrible!
- 4/5
The hotel is a great place to stay. However we were overwhelmed by the amount of rude children AND their rude parents. Yelling screaming and general littering. That was from the parents hanging out in the lobby. The kids were running around with no parental control whatsoever (the parents were too busy yelling a screaming amongst each other to bother to parent the kids. They left bottles and other debris all over the lobby and were just plain jerks to the rest of the guests.
- 3/5
Room was clean,
- 3/5
Elevators weren’t working properly.
- 2/5
The room was very outdated. The carpet ripped. Stains on the carpet throughout the room. Stains on the wall and curtains. Paint chipped in the tub. Pool floor was brown.
- 4/5
Check in was smooth and the lady was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions. My room didn’t have a blow dryer and I had to call 3 times before someone brought one to me. I had an appointment and was on a time schedule so this was not a good thing. The number to housekeeping directly was not being answered. That’s my only complaint. Everything else was good.
- 4/5
Hotel was great staff was kind and helpful. Nice and quiet not issues or problems.
- 3/5
I was a little disappointed the beds were very hard and uncomfortable the shower curtain had mold on it there was no trash bag in the can in the bathroom also they charged 15$ a night for parking but don’t mention the price until you question your bill. I ordered a coffee from the bistro and used my debit card for a 11$ purchase and it held 50$ on my account and I am still waiting for the refund
- 4/5
Jared was a gem!!! As well as my sister who welcomed us in. Thanks for having us!
- 5/5
My stay 1000 Stars Jared and Chevy made sure accommodations was met. If courtyard Marriott don’t give these to a raise and they lose these two amazing workers I will never stay at this hotel THANK YOU CHEVY AND THANK YOU JARED YOU GUYS ROCK ON MANY MOONS
- 5/5
Very nice Property
- 5/5
Stay was very good. Great location. They told me where to park in parking deck but never said there was an additional charge. Only one of the two elevators worked and it took forever to get to your room and back to the lobby. Many people had to wait for their room to be ready and it was 4pm. Like everywhere, understaffed and lacked maintenance, Room was nice, clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
Perfect hotel in a great location near the river and all the cool attractions.
- 4/5
Parking is now $15 a night not $12 like Expedia lists it - burgers in the hotel restaurant were good, fast & convenient - staff super friendly
- 5/5
Cleanliness professionalism and check in was seamless
- 4/5
Only one elevator was working which caused delays. The one elevator from Parkway garage to 1st floor was an inconvenience. No free coffee in lobby was a let down No free breakfast was also disappointing for price What staff I did encounter was friendly Charging parking cost for parking garage seems unfair considering you have no parking lot
- 1/5
Carpet, beds, bed skirt need replaced. Dirty, stained, sticky, nasty. Sad
- 4/5
Hotel was pretty good, however half the channels for the TV didn’t work and also the elevator to the parking garage didn’t work correctly either.
- 4/5
Excellent service from bistro staff.
- 3/5
Dog was barking until 11 p.m. in the hotel. Man was stabbed outside restaurant 3 blocks away.
- 2/5
Your small restaurant prices are outrageous
- 5/5
Big beautiful room with a ton of windows! Loved it!
- 5/5
Awesome
- 5/5
Went for a concert. Easy getting to the venue. Hotel and room was clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
Outstanding experience! Room was spotlessly clean and fresh, very comfortable. Common areas of the hotel were also very clean. But what made it so fantastic was the staff. Lawrence and Celeste at the front desk, and the young woman at the bistro cafe were wonderful, cheerful, friendly, warm people who made us feel so comfortable and welcome during our stay. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to friends. Perfect location for Broadway in Peoria trips.
- 5/5
Loved the skywalk attached to the parking garage. Very easy walk to our event
- 5/5
Loved the skywalk to the Civic center!! Bed was super comfy!
- 5/5
Great location, professional staff who provided quality service. Room decor and cleanliness was excellent.
- 4/5
Good location. Facility was clean in spite of the remodeling they have going on. The staff were all friendly and helpful
- 2/5
Made so serve breakfast was subpar and poor servcice
- 4/5
The stay was ok but more so not prepared for the influx of guest. Only 1elevator was working and it was having trouble, we had to take the stairs a few times…we were on the 8th floor. Expedia listed prices for parking and continental breakfast were not up to date. Thankfully the hotel honored the breakfast rate listed. Staff was friendly and helpful just those couple inconveniences during our stay
- 5/5
Chevy at the front desk was very friendly and made sure we had all the necessary information
- 5/5
👍
- 5/5
This hotel was perfect for an event at the convention center. Connected through a walkway, we never had to walk outside and could leave our coats in the hotel room instead of lugging them with us all day.

The only complaint i have was the guests in the room next to us in the morning started fighting.
- 4/5
Was told no charge for parking, but then got billed for parking after I left.
- 5/5
Comfortable and secure. Nice accommodations. Some lighting did not work in the room and couldn’t get some tv channels. No one at front desk late at night upon arrival back to hotel. Good location for our plans. Would stay there again.
- 3/5
Inwas over charged and haven’t heard back from the manager
- 5/5
Clean hotel, friendly staff
- 5/5
New, clean facilities, bs king in the the Marriott bar - restaurant
- 4/5
Only one elevator was working. Shower was not hot maybe Luke warm at best.
- 3/5
Was there for a cheer competition upon arrival I was informed that the tv in the room didn’t work. Which was an inconvenience due to me traveling with girls and of course they wanted to watch the tv. Also was no informed that only one elevator worked so the wait time to get to the lobby or my room was extended as I had to wait
- 5/5
Front desk extremely nice and informative! Love the parade of parking and crosswalk to the Civic Center!
- 5/5
The staff was excellent. I would definitely stay here again
- 5/5
Beautiful facilities in the heart of Peoria, near everything. Excellent staff. Wonderful.

- 5/5
Great downtown location, easy and convenient location.
- 5/5
Staff are very friendly
- 3/5
Someone was getting jumped outside of the building.
- 4/5
The hotel is connected to the hotel next door and there is a great bar inside of the lobby. Hotel is connected to the civic center and hoops across the street is a great place to get late night food. Would recommend for the price.
- 5/5
Loved the sky walk to the civic center!
- 3/5
The facility was nice in that it connected to the parking garage and civic center
- 5/5
Andrew was very helpful and friendly during check in. Impressed with staff.
- 5/5
Convenient location.
- 2/5
This was not 3 star property. I tried toncall expedia and even chatted with the virtual assistant...and got nothing. The carpet and the furniture was dirty, the roomed smelled. Everything is old and outdated
- 5/5
Very convenient with skywalk to the Civic Center and parking ramp connected to hotel.
- 4/5
The staff were very helpful and friendly. Top notch. The rooms are nice. The final night was awful but that was due to new guests that arrived that day. Their were loud people who were fighting, yelling, and being rude to other guests until very early hours (the cops didn't arrive until 5am). The hotel had to call the cops on them. The hotel did not mention there was a $15 a night charge for parking. That was 75$ per room for our stay and we had 4 rooms.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
Stay was lovely. Very nice place. The room was comfortable and we'd stay there again.
- 1/5
I reserved a suite on the higher up floor with the city view on the 8th for $260 for my granddaughter sweet sixteen birthday an when I checked in they told me the only thing available was a handicap accessible suite that’s on the second floor an that it’s on a first come basis for the suite an thtat I have to take what’s left or gets refunded sense when do you not get what you paid for at a hotel it’s call reservation for a reason also the coach didn’t let out to a bed it was a regular coach I have a video like it was supposed to we had to sleep on the floor two of the lights were out over the sinks an the refrigerator was not cold at all food went to waste
- 5/5
Very pleasant stay
- 4/5
Conveniently located to attend sporting event at the civic center
- 5/5
I did not know prior to booking that there is a skywalk connecting this hotel to the Peoria Civic Center. That was a wonderful surprise, especially since it was cold after the show and we didn’t have to go outside to walk back to the hotel.
