The room was clean, the room was up to date with technology. The staff without exception were all friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The climate control was excellent. I enjoyed the breakfast options. Didn't get to try the evening reception hors d'oeuvres, but they smelled great. The proximity to the Abrazo Heart Hospital made it very convenient for us because of the purpose of our stay. When I purchased two bottled sodas in the cantine the clerk neglected to tell me there is a 24/7 soda fountain in the breakfast area.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. They made you feel welcome. The rooms were outstanding, big with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and a stove. We could have actually cooked our meals there. The breakfast was outstanding. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Phoenix.

It just presents itself as a dirty sofa and brings down value of room. Room #226, needs a new sofa bed. Needed more outlets by the walls to be able to charge my phone on the other side of bed.

We came for a graduation, so it was 1 night. Property was clean, functional which is exactly what we wanted. Staff was super helpful, they checked us in early and checked us out mate. Breakfast is very convenient . Everything was great for the purpose.

I absolutely love everything is super clean. And that there’s a free laundry room. An amazing breakfast so many options to choose from, well stocked pantry for the late night snacks. The pool is in the prefect spot, we were able to take the kids out during the day. The stuff was super friendly and helpful whenever I had a question. I love that you need your room key for everything. I never felt soo secure in the city b4. I will most definitely be staying here again. Worth every penny!!

Room was not fully cleaned, which was disappointing. We went to enjoy the pool & our key didn't work so the front desk let us in. Then there were no towels stocked at the pool so we had to go back to the front desk to request them. Staff was really wonderful & the breakfast was lovely!

My family and I loved the cleanliness of the hotel, staff members were very helpful and offered a friendly welcome. The breakfast was sensational and delicious, we enjoyed the sauna and my kids loved the pool. We will definitely be coming back for another enjoyable visit. This hotel is beautifull and very clean. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. We had a suite with appliances and kitchenware included. The Ac worked great In the 100 plus outside temps. We really liked the beautiful bathroom with walk in shower and separate sink area. The breakfast was top notch with delicious waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage and potatoes. The coffee and juices and cereal were great too. The pool area and hot tub were clean and in a secure area We will stay here again.

The AC in these rooms got colder than any hotel I have ever slept in. I actually had to get up in the middle of the night and layer up! Pool was kept clean, there was just never any towels to use at the pool side so be prepped to bring your own- the breakfast was fantastic

The breakfast isn't as good and you're blasted with CNN on the TVs. Who even watches CNN now? Their viewership is about half what it used to be, as people have gotten tired of the far-left interpretation of the news.

Nice hotel, just not walkable to shopping

The staff greeted us with a smile. Convient location and great services. We had six people (four teenagers and 2 adults) and it had a pullout bed to accommodate us. No need to purchase two rooms.

Additionally, the cleanliness of the common areas did not meet expectations, especially considering the cost of the stay. For the price, I expected a higher standard of upkeep and attention to detail. Overall, the experience fell short of what I’ve come to expect from this property, and I hope improvements are made in both food variety and facility maintenance.

Everything was great. My husband just didn’t like that fireworks were going off outside. We stayed for New Years and that’s something you have no control over. I was happy with everything.

The location is excellent. The breakfast can be a bit more diverse for vegan/ vegetarian customers. It would be very convenient to keep the eggs separate from sausages/ ham to prevent cross contamination. The bathroom door should have the capability to be locked from inside for privacy reasons.

Fireplace, pool, and soda machine were broken. The neighborhood was not the best and restaurants were not within walking distances.

May family spent three nights at the StayBridge Hotel. The staff is very nice and professional, and the room was large and comfortable. We stayed in a Suite with two Queen sized beds and a sitting/kitchen area. Loved it!

Yes everything was good

Breakfast was good to start the day and the location was very convenient to downtown. At other staybridge we have been to the hospitality night actually had a complete meal with adult beverages, not finger foods. Also having the shuttle available to downtown conventions, maybe for an additional minimal cost.

The staff that was on site was amazing. Our two bedroom suite was absolutely filthy. I requested the room to be reclaimed the next morning after our arrival, only to return to find the same exact cleanses still there. We’re talking hair on the walls, dusty vents, dust dirt, inside chest of drawers, dirty linen, dirty towels.

Clean When we arrived we were notified that our room that we paid for was not available. We had paid for a room with 2 bedrooms as I had 2 minors with me, one of which was my daughter’s friend. Their solution was having us in 2 different rooms on different floors. I was very upset with this as I now had to remove supervision from these girls and they were minors on a whole separate floor and room from me.

The room was clean. The beds were comfy. It was spacious. And the area was nice and quiet even though we were near a freeway (I do wear hearing aids so this might not be the best info).

Very nice property. The staff are great, and everything is kept clean and in good working order. We enjoyed the hot tub. I walked around the neighborhood to grab a few things, and it is a little sketchy. There are some panhandlers and unhoused folks around, to be honest. I felt perfectly safe at the hotel, though. Will stay there again!

The room was well equipped and clean. The staff was wonderful and the hotel had everything we needed. They have a great breakfast every morning, free laundry and a nice hot tub. The only suggestion I have it to offer a way for guests to use streaming apps on the televisions. The tv’s in the living room and bedroom were nice but we couldn’t stream any movies or shows. So we were stuck watching the same movies all week. When I come back to Phoenix I will definitely stay here again.

Also , I had 2 dogs and and they didn’t mention anything about fee but after the fact that we got the room at night and it was non refundable, they said it’s 75$ per dog just for the night! Which is insane! At that point we couldn’t do anything because the reservation is non refundable and my kids were so sleepy that we couldn’t change the hotel! I am contacting Expedia for a refund since this was a horrible stay !

My one and only problem with this place is the limited drink times. Soda is only available one time a day. Unless you buy it of course and along with that, u are not able to take breakfast to your room. I like to eat and drink coffee while I’m getting ready for work and they don’t allow you to take the plates up.

We stood at this property for 1 night. It’s clean, safe and affordable.

I appreciated the overall environment of the property, which was safe, quiet, and well-maintained. The ambience was calm and welcoming, creating a comfortable atmosphere that was conducive to rest and focus. The alcohol-free policy further contributed to a sense of peace, and the Wednesday social event was a thoughtful and enjoyable opportunity for interaction. However, one area that could be improved is communication regarding available services. It was not clearly explained that room service needed to be requested in advance, which unfortunately resulted in my room not being serviced during my stay. Additionally, I was unable to access breakfast on any of the four mornings due to early departures for scheduled classes. It would have been helpful if staff had informed me about options for early breakfast or takeaway arrangements. Clearer guidance on these matters would have enhanced the overall experience.

I felt this property was top notch in every way. My gf and I loved it. Irving, who checked us in was a great guy and very patient with our numerous questions. Yet all the staff were amazing overall. The gentleman handling the breakfast was a super fellow and I wish I could have caught his name. I love to converse and so did this guy so no complaints there. The young lady handling the desk later in the evening was very friendly also. I would strongly suggest this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Phoenix Metro and would definitely go back.

Our flight was significantly delayed and I called the hotel the afternoon of check in to say I knew we wouldn't be able to check in before 1 a.m. and in fact ended up being after 2 in the morning. The person I spoke to assured me they would tell the night desk manager so the reservation wouldn't be considered a no show. But when we arrived the front door was locked and the night desk clerk seemed irritated and said essentially it was a no show. He did give us a room but said we had to wait for him to finish a night audit when all we wanted was to sleep. The beds were comfortable but the couch bed not at all! Also I reserved the room for 5 people. There was no bedding or pillows in the room to make up the couch. Also only 2 bath towels in the bathroom. We went to the desk to request all the above and he gave us a sheet and blanket they were out of bath towels. Honestly since we came so late I can't comment on amenities like pool or gym or anything. We left in the morning to go on to Tucson so was an exceedingly short stay for not even a whole night

I didn’t get the same room I reserved. I got a one room I’m supposed to get a suite a bedroom with 2 beds, a separate living space but nope it was not the correct room.

Two separate bedrooms was amazing for our stay. Breakfast was nice each morning.

Close to Abrazo heart hospital. Made sure we were comfortable in our room. The food in the dining area needs to be fresher. And kept fresh and warm.

We stayed for the night as our son had an appt very early at the Phoenix Children Hospital. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The following morning we had breakfast and it was good. They had variety of food to choose.

Recently had a 3 night stay. Refrigerator stopped working half way through and wasn’t able to be fixed before we left. On the last night, our car was hit in the parking lot right in front of a security camera. Manager was made aware the next morning and made no effort to assist with the video footage. It’s been a week and still have not heard even after several attempts to get in touch. They keep saying “someone will get in touch” but has yet to happen. Take your money elsewhere to a property that cares about their customers. Will stay elsewhere when we return.

A good hotel for the price, with free breakfast and convenient location to major highways and the airport. Rooms were comfortable with kitchenette included.

We loved are stay 💕. It was close to the Spring Training and the Phoenix Suns stadium. We took a tour of the Grand Canyon and the guide picked us up at the Stay Bridge. It was a very nice, comfortable hotel.

Quality room. Good bathroom, living area nicely appointed, easily controlled thermostat and it actually worked (not a safe assumption in a lot hotels these days. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was older but clean. Two minor things that had a very small effect on our stay were that only one elevator was working and the jets in the hot tub were not functioning. The friendliness of the staff more than made up those two things.

I would highly recommend staying here when in Phoenix.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is well maintained. My complaint is about the noisy roads nearby.

The hotel was clean, quiet and provided free parking with a wonderful variety of choices for breakfast. There really isn't a huge number of dinner dining choices on Thomas Road, but the hotel itself was wonderfil. And the guest laundry is free.

The hotel was very dirty. Coffee cups with lipstick stains, food smeared on the desk & the bathroom faucet was broken. Very expensive for not even clean… it’s a very convenient location right across the street from Phoenix Children’s Hospital. I did not report any of this to the management so I gave them no opportunities to correct it. We were in and out in two days for pediatric surgery and I just didn’t have time to deal with anyone else.

The facility and room were clean. The breakfast was plentiful and a good assortment. Room was clean upon arrival and nicely appointed. Kitchen had essentials for cooking. We stayed for 10 days and it was enjoyable and nice. Only issue with us was no sun in pool and hot tub area.
