The breakfast wasn't great, but the overall experience was pleasant

in the lobby until your Uber Pick you up. I don't think that's nice for any human being at the end at 5 AM. Also, he says somebody canceled and he can give me a room now which I know which because I travel a lot you always have rooms available at at least one for emergencies.

The room was very clean. This was the most comfortable bed we have had at a hotel. The ac worked well.

Stayed here before. Nice and clean with a good breakfast. Only stayed 1 night. Did not appreciate cleaning banging on the door at 8:30 AM while I was asleep tho.

Very nice variety of breakfast items including fresh fruit! Accommodations were nice, bed very comfortable and it had streaming options where you didn't have to be forced to watch commercial television! Location was convenient to most places in Plano.

We were very pleased with this choice for a one night stay. Don, at check-in, was very friendly and engaging. The beds were comfortable and room was clean. When we returned late from a football game, the staff got us some cocoa packets to make some hot chocolate before heading to our room. Breakfast was good and so was the coffee.

Room was nice and so was bathroom. Staff was good. TV offerings were very weak. Now in Dallas, they did not have the Sunday night Cowboys game on NBC. NBC was not even a choice in the rooms, only the lobby. Unbelievable.

Loved the hotel all around! Wish there was more breakfast space or trays to carry up food for families, but everything else was perfect!

The front desk was exceptionally friendly even when we arrived late into the night. The room was especially clean and sheets freshly laundered. I loved the well thought out layout of the room. The complimentary breakfast was exceptional and I appreciated how clean and well stocked it remained until breakfast ended. The pool was quite beautiful too. Overall, I was incredibly pleased with my stay and hope to be back to enjoy this well managed hotel in the future.

Hotel was really nice and clean. Looks updated compares to some other Hampton Inns. Check in service was friendly and easy. This one had a half basketball court, mini golf area and a nice pool. Rooms were clean and smelled good. Air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was great and clean area. Would be back again

The property is nice, the breakfast is great and the guest service was amazing! Specially the reception was very nice, she gave us a room the suits our need ( I was with my wife and kids) and she was very helpful in every aspect! Highly recommended!

1 star for service because you have a snot nose kid named Cal that thinks he owns Hilton. Don and especially Juliana are so nice and helpful. But Cal needs to realize that the hospitality industry is 109% Customer oriented.

We absolutely love this property! Not sure why we ever stay anywhere else. The ladies at the front desk are so sweet and they remember us upon check in. The breakfast is simple but always clean and nice. We always leave happy we stayed!

Noisy sounded as if someone was running all night and morning I could not get any sleep. Also I requested a shower instead I got a room with a bathtub that was hard to work.

I enjoyed my room: it had a large table to have dinner, it has also a microwave and a refrigerator. The room design was really nice with space for a small living room a minikitchen and the mirror was not inside the bathroom, which made it useful for everyone.

Delighted stay at this well-equipped property, their hot breakfast slightly changed daily, so that was nice to see a variety of fruit or sides. Rooms were spacious and comfy and they do offer a turn-down service, daily. I really appreciated the big showers and TVs. They rotate on a stand and are equipped with Netflix, Prime and Hulu- as long as you have access. Overall great stay, no complaints.

The room was immaculate! Tons of pillows to choose from, so you can find the right amount of fluffy. My favorite part was the breakfast! They had great options for hot AND cold. My teenage sons found plenty to fill their never ending appetites!! I will definitely stay here again.

Was a very large room. However there was no place to sit. We had to stay in bed the entire time that we were in the room. A sofa would have been very nice.

The bed was not comfortable like they used to be, the pillows were very small and terrible. Woke up with neck pain and had to drive 350 miles back home.

When I tagged my room as quiet I meant it. My sleep was not disturbed by noise at all.

Our stay was comfortable and problem-free. The only discrepancy I noticed is that there’s no air vent in the bathroom for when you have to do a number 2/ poo/ defecate.

However, one staff member’s attitude was a bit off-putting. While the majority of the team was friendly and attentive, this individual seemed disinterested and less engaging, which contrasted sharply with the rest of the staff. They should definitely coach him and give him additional customer service courses. Fortunately, this didn't overshadow the overall positive experience. I look forward to returning and am hopeful that the team dynamic will improve and be even better next time!
