The lady working the front counter on 6.5.26 was a sweetheart. This was myself and my nieces first time to text as and she refused us to a great BBQ. Very sweet lady. Give her a raise.

Everything except the heavy noise from air conditioner Air conditioner, extremely noisy, spoiled our sleep. Staff offered another room during early hours, but we continued. Please dix it for other customers.

Very clean hotel, attentive staff, expansive breakfast with great selections, the only two misses. the lack of shower gel in the shower. There was shampoo, conditioner, and lotion by the sink. I like when the shower gel is provided. And only one ice maker in the lobby. A bit inconvenient.

Kind staff. Cait checked us in and was very courteous and pleasant to talk to. Rooms are neat, spacious and quiet. Breakfast is the icing on top. They also have a basketball court which is a highlight for my kid. Thank you

We came into town for a cheer comp. Room was clean, and was a perfect size for my family and plenty of room to get ready for comp. It was quiet and we never heard other people in the hotel while in our room. Breaks was great and delicious. Area was a great area and not too far from other things. We plan to come back for future comp stays.

Pipe was broken, lobby was standing in water but they still checked me in then told me they hoped I didn’t need to use water. It was turned off! But they did move me to a Hampton.

Friendly staff, clean and well maintained rooms. The amenities in the rooms are excellent! Refrigerator, microwave, k-cup machine and k-cups, everything we needed to be comfortable and feel at home. Plus the breakfast is also very good with so many options and different breakfast sandwiches daily

Upon arrival, there was a slightly unpleasant smell in the room—likely from cleaning products—but it dissipated quickly and wasn't an issue for the rest of the stay. As a parent traveling with a 7-month-old, the kitchen was a lifesaver. Having a full-sized refrigerator to store baby food made our trip so much easier. The breakfast offered a nice variety of options to start the day, and the staff were friendly and courteous throughout our visit. I’ll definitely be back!

The hotel was very clean, and we are sticklers for cleanliness, not just neatness. We were checked in by EZRA who was so friendly and answered our questions patiently and knowledgeably. Home2 Suites is now one of our go-to hotels.

The complimentary guest coffee was not hot. I know it was towards the latter part of the day, but expected the coffee to be hot or at least warm, but it was neither.

Our AC went out and we needed someone to go for the weekend. This hotel has been perfect! Family of 5 so we had a room with 2 queens and pull out sofa plus small kitchenette. Hotel room is spacious, clean, and comfortable! Great customer service, great breakfast and very clean!

I stay at hotels and vacation properties a lot (60+ nights last year) and I did not have a single complaint about this property. The staff was great, the breakfast was perfect for my family. The room was clean, and I felt safe.

The only thing I would change is the equipment and maintenance in the gym. Two of the exercise bikes weren't working properly and not enough hand weights are available for those wanting a less strenuous weight-lifting work-out.

This was perfect for our family of 7. We wanted a weekend trip in DFW but didn’t want to stay right in the middle of everything. We were able to get 2 connected rooms. Everyone was so nice and helpful. They helped us when our kids accidentally bolted the door and locked us out :-D. I figured they would charge us a fee but they didn’t! The pool was the best hotel pool I’ve ever been to. Our room with the queen beds was comfortable but our King bed was just a little uncomfortable. We still slept well. It was clean, which is a huge relief for me when I book a suite. There was a Kroger and a Neighborhood Market nearby.

My weekend at this hotel went perfect. The rooms were clean, staff was nice.

Horrible experience. We just wanted a restful night after a long road trip and it was anything but that. The bathroom had no soap at all, just shampoo and conditioner. I ended up using shampoo to shower because we were so tired. Then the AC is ridiculously loud. It sounds like an exterior generator. We had to turn it off to be able to sleep. So we sweat the entire night. It automatically turns back on and that was our wake up call at 6am. Breakfast was a greasy, processed, unhealthy mess with no healthy options— unless you want an apple. Ending breakfast at 9:30 am is a bit tone deaf for an extended stay hotel. The refrigerator and cutlery in the rooms weren’t cleaned recently and the dust on the lamps was unacceptable. I’m a travel guru, and chose this place for the location and supposed comforts of home. I knew I failed when we were struggling to fall asleep and my boyfriend asked me, “What informed your decision to choose this place?” Just don’t do it if you want to be comfortable. The value for the price is quite bad.

Large pool and outdoor area with plenty of room for everyone. Wish the basketball court stayed open later-9pm is early for Texas - it’s too hot to play in the day. Bed and linens were very comfortable. This will be our go to spot for our basketball team from now on.

I’ve been traveling to the McKinney/Plano TX, region for ongoing dental treatments (intense). I hv greatly appreciated these properties, as they hv fantastic, en-suite kitchens, full refrigerators, sinks, dishwashers, cutlery, plate ware & glasses, & top-notch microwaves. After treatments, I’m essentially on soups/liquids, & w/ ez shopping options, recovery is really eased. All staff in Plano hv been outstanding, clean (!), 5⭐️’s!

The property was everything we could ask for regarding the stay clean, quiet very nice. Only eating we could find within a couple of miles was fast food restaurants. Would have liked a sit down but the stay was excellent.

Laureen at the front desk is very friendly, professional and helpful, thanks a lot to her to help us find some good area to visit during our stay. The room is big and good. The hotel over all is in a good condition outside and inside, breakfast was good needs some attention to some stuff that run out quickly for example for 2 nights we were there I couldn’t find any black tea which some ppl prefer to drink. Beds were some kind of making noise also the couch. Carpet needs some deep cleaning but We will probably stay here again.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean. It would be excellent if it wasn't so close to highway. Nice pool but highway noise and couldn't relax at pool. It would be excellent if no highway noise. Our hotel room was quiet though. Too bad the pool isn't in the back of building or hotel further from the highway.
