The property is clean and well-kept. There is a dog park and they are pet friendly which was a huge plus for me. Everyone on staff I came in contact with were nice and helpful at every encounter. The beds were comfortable and the room was adequate for an extended stay.

Good place to stay in breakfast need some improvement but overall it’s 👍

Worst room no cleanliness

The room that Staybridge gave me upon check in was a little worn. Office chair seat had a huge rip. I think housekeeping overlooked to report it. Tv in living room did not work. Every time I use 3rd party to book a hotel room they give me a sub par room!!!!!

Room had a few minor issues (bath faucet loose and a bit stuck, dirty toilet, used old soap bar in bath tub, and a loose paper towel holder), but really nothing crazy. Nice place to stay with a great location.

The breakfast buffet is great with plenty of options. Rooms were in good conditions and have everything you need.

You could have told me you overbooked

Breakfast was good, liked the daily variety. Staff was nice. There was NO housekeeping for any of the 2 (weekend) days we were there so guests were putting their overfilled trash cans in the hallway. That Saturday there were NO towels at the front desk at 11:30pm and we had to dry off with paper towels. Asked on Friday night that someone come check out our AC and was told it would be handled. By late Saturday was told by front desk they think maintenance wasn't there that day. Saw overflowing garbage cans in public areas. They don't have any ISB ports in the room we had. Chose this hotel for first time based on location, prior good reviews, and decent price. We will never stay there again.

Bathrooms were not very clean and the room had a mildew smell. Breakfast was not great. Room beds were comfortable though.

We've been staying at Staybridge Suites Plano North, off and on, for the past 8 years. During our most recent stay in March '26, my wife and I had to leave earlier to catch a flight to NYC. However, we are most grateful for the staff to let our son stay until 2pm, in time for our college sophomore to catch his bus back to Austin. Thank you to the amazing staff for your understanding !

I love the condition of the room and the extra appliances that were provided were a lift saver! The air conditioner in the spare bedroom was a little funky. First it was blowing cold air then it went hot on us

The only problem we had was check in was at 3pm. We arrived around 2:45. The room was not ready. We had to find something to do until it was ready. They called to let us know it was ready at 4:50. That was pretty aggravating. The hotel was nice and clean. Room was great. Just the wait was the only issue.

I liked that it was basically a mini apartment close to work. The WiFi was atrociously slow, even if I hardwired into the network, it was still slow. There was a giant dent in the bathtub that rusted that they painted over before I left. Every time I used the shower I felt like I was going to slip in the shower because the surface of the tub was so slippery. The door to get to the bathroom barely cleared the toilet. The breakfast was like staying at a friend's house and he left out some extra breakfast stuff.

The AC was out in many of the rooms. The front desk staff provided poor customer service and did not offer discount or complimentary rate despite the state of the room.

Overall,the room was comfortable, but I noticed that the bathtub showed some sighs of aging.

Breakfast was amazing! Loved the eggs, potatoes, waffles , bacon and especially the fruit!!!!! I like that they had fountain soft drinks too!

What impressed me the most was the clean rooms as well as the service!

Nice Hotel

No one knew what to do about it. Staff was already aware of the problem from previous nights but did not change our room.

Their excuse was, it’s Light cleaning versus deep cleaning. Which needs to be requested. How about just…Clean the room! I’ve never heard of this before and I’ve never encountered this. Bathroom sink, not cleaned daily. Kitchen area not cleaned daily. Room not vacuumed even though note left in room and request made to manager who assured personnel attention.

We booked the suite and upon arriving to the room we noticed one cushion of the couch was sunken in. It was because the sleeper sofa was broken which we had intended to use. We asked to moved to another room but we were told no because they were sold out. So we had to go purchase a blow up bed. We were provided 3 towels for a room that sleeps 6 and no additional towels were available at that time. We don’t finally receive additional towels until the end of the 2nd after our 3rd request. The TV in the living room wouldn’t turn on and the phone in the room didn’t work. Food for breakfast was subpar and there was very limited seating so we had to take the food up to the room. Would definitely not recommend staying at this hotel

Perfect for a conference at the Granite Hills Hilton yet 1/2 the price and 2x as nice. Free beer and wine during week day at happy hour.

Good stay

Room is standard. Clean. Full kichenette with dishes if want to cook. While the free breakfast isn't exciting, it's included. Free happy hour food on Mon to Wed is a poor person's meal. Free chocolate chip cookies in the evening.

For 2 nights due to soccer tournament the day we were on the way to check in and it got canceled due to heavy rain and I called Expedia they said we will reach out to the hotel because we requested to cancel the second night since Everything got canceled we were supposed to stay at sandman hotel next door with rest of the crew but it got sold out and they did refund everyone on second night and when we checked in we were told at front desk that manager will refund the second night very disappointed how they handled this

The hotel is nice but it was way too hot for me. I don't know if the ac needed to be fixed or what but I was hot. I actually had to go by a fan. The front desk clerk was very accommodating, patient and nice. So thats why I didn't continue to complain. He had already given me another room.

Don’t miss out on this one. Great location for tourneys in Melissa. 20-30 min drive to Zplex and same for all the surrounding High Schools. Huge rooms with separate living and kitchen from bedroom. Very clean and comfortable with great dining options of all ranges and very close to Scheels. Mutiple free washer and dryers. Staff was extremely friendly. Wished we would have found this one a few years back!

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. Brought my daughter from Austin Tx. to graduate at the Comerica Center, the location of the room was very convenient. The room was very clean and more pleasant and spacious than I thought. Bathrooms and TVs in both rooms. Also having the sofa bed in the living area was a plus. The kitchen setup was anwesome. Full size fridge, coffee machine, plates and utensils, etc. Everything was just right for my size family. Oh and can’t forget the a.c that was 100!! Thanks guys!!

Average hotel, expected more for a Staybridge brand. Close to many food venues and a variety of shopping locations. Had issues with thermostat, wouldn't get cooler than 68 degrees. Breakfast staff looked unhappy. Good water pressure but only option for water temp was HOT or Cold. Nothing in between. Found food and soda stains in the fridge.

It was good. Can there be a card in the room for breakfast times? My phone didn’t work properly the front desk couldn’t hear me when I used it to call the front desk.

I arrived early to the property and they charged me $50 penalty fee. This was no need for that. I had no where to go and had no choice

But other than that, we enjoyed the hotel, and we would stay again of needed.

The fan on the first floor is very loud from outside, and I can't sleep because of it. And the TV remote does not woring

The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The room could stand to be a little bit cleaner. For example, the kitchen cabinets were glass, and there was greasy stuff splattered all over them and the living room had a big red stain in the carpet. These things are typical of family staying in units and I totally understand, but it could still be a bit cleaner.

The amount charged to my card was higher than what Expedia quoted me to pay at the property. No explanation given by the hotel, & not helpful front desk staff.

The hotel was very accommodating, comfortable and clean. I'll stay here again when in the area. Highly recommend.

Cooking utensils are helpful, breakfast has many options. Free cookies at front desk are nice. The rooms are spacious.

Service was great staff was very polite. The light for the vanity was out and we had to wait a while to get it fixed. Aside from that, everything was good.

This hotel was ok, a bit outdated! Kinda reminded me of an assisted living facility but it worked! No smart tv so couldn’t watch my shoes! Carpet and furniture could use some cleaning. Also room 331, one of my drawers on the side of the bed would not stay closed! Also ice machine didn’t work!

Room was nice and comfortable. Liked having kitchenette. Breakfast has a good variety of food types...eggs and sausage bacon or potatoes, oatmeal, waffles, bread for toast, muffins plus they have fresh fruit and yogurt bar. Laundry is free...yea! Hotel is conveniently located to access any part of Dallas. Despite its proximity to the freeways, the hotel was quiet. We would stay again.

Very good value

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Carlos and Sheryl are the best!! They provided awesome customer service. The room was nice and spacious plus we love the full sized fridge plus kitchenette. Laundry mat worked great and has four washers and four dryers. We will definitely book here again!

Only thing the elevator was down and I had surgery I had to climb up the stairs

Came on from a 5 hour drive for business went to take a shower the water was cold. Not only that the rooms are very out dated it smelled like an old ladies closet. There are better rooms in the area for the price also the pool was CLOSED

Every staff member I came into contact with, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was better than fabulous! Location was great, extremely clean and the little kitchenette had a full size fridge and everything needed to cook a meal if we wanted. Even had a dishwasher!!

Excellent hotel

Upon entering, a man was sitting directly in front of the Hotel front desk. I guess he worked there, or the staff knew him. As I was being checked in, he continued sitting. The Man, at the desk didn't ask him to move, so we slid everything diagonally. I was also asked, for my credit card, if I charged incidentals. I sent a dress shirt out to be cleaned and pressed. The cost was 11.00 however, they kept the whole 25.00. I won't be going back.

Convenient accommodation for a couple of people in a room. Good location, many restaurants nearby. Clean room, there is a swimming pool. The bathroom is large and has all the necessary amenities. The kitchen is also fully equipped with everything you need. The only negative is the sofa in terrible condition in the living room. Absolutely the sofa cannot be used for sleeping! Very poor breakfast!

We were overcharged; put in a room we were not booked for-booked a king but put in a room with two doubles-charged same amount. I’m sure our room was given to someone else because we arrived later in evening. Person at desk said rooms were being renovated but there might be one available on Saturday. Maybe someone was checking out? I told her Nevermind-once we unpacked and were running around on Saturday we were not going to come back and change rooms. Room had sticky floor in kitchen, remote not working in bedroom broken/loose kitchen faucet. It was a mess. Front desk clerk basically lied and charged me $100 over what I should have been charged for this room. Her compensation? I could have a snack and a drink. I chose not to partake.

Would have given an overall excellent rating, but they left the wrong billing statement at my door. Never received mine. Didn’t realize mistake till I was home.

I booked a room with a king bed as confirmed by Expedia. When I checked in, they gave me a room wit two regular beds. The desk clerk claimed that their record showed a reservation for two beds despite my Expedia confirmation.

Great location and the hotel is newer. The staff isn't the just friendly. Ice machines weren't working. Right before we checked out, a man from housekeeping walked into the room without knocking.

however, i left an electric toothbrush when checking out. I called twice to try to get it back and never got a response back. At least I was expecting a call back to let me now that it had not been found.

This was our third stay at this property. The location has excellent freeway access and is near the Legacy shops and town center. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff really cared, so customer service was above average. The room was horrible, overpowering cleaning products. I asked to change rooms and the staff person who assisted me agreed that the cleaning products smell was headache inducing. I wouldn’t consider staying at the Staybridge again and don’t recommend it unless you are highly tolerant of overpowering smells and noisy rooms.

Friendly staff, clean and everything in good condition. The only issue we had was with noisy kids in the halls and above our room. However, they typically were quiet from midnight until morning.

This is a very comfortable size, and I love having the little kitchen!

The a/c in our room wasn't working. We were told that the maintenance man could not come on a Saturday and fix it.
