Great area within walking distance to a few places to eat.

Really nice place. Close to good food.

Nice room. Friendly staff. Unfortunately my fridge did not work and the water in the bathroom was luke warm. Otherwise I had a nice stay.

The housekeeper comes and changes towels and trash but they never leave paper towels or tissues or water or clean the coffee machine or wipe the floor. And the swimming pool wasn't clean but the good thing there was towels next to the pool The location of the hotel and the parking is very convenient and the lobby is clean and the elevators are sanitized all the time and no smoking in the hotel which is makes it big difference and it's quiet

Great location, superb ambience, and excellent cleanliness. Staff service was top‑notch. However, despite booking an all‑inclusive package with breakfast included, I was still charged for my kids’ breakfast. That experience ruined the stay, and I will not return.

This location is nestled in a central area and the hotel is always beautiful & bright!

I wanted to get a good hotel for my wife to sleep comfortable before her surgery. We loved the burgers and enjoyed it more that we didn't have to drive anywhere after our 2 long drive.

Excellent hospitality throughout our stay! Accommodations were clean,comfortable and extra amenities made the stay enjoyable. I lost a valuable Konstantinos designer pearl earring and though the staff went the distance to assist … following my call they located and held on to a pair thought to be mine. My sister picked up/mailed a pair found during my stay … but I returned them to Granite Hilton as they belonged to someone else that will hopefully claim them. :( Still holding out hope it turns up!

Room was very clean, bathroom was great, shower worked well, everything stocked. Hallways smelled clean. Staff were very friendly and accommodating when we asked for extra’s in our room. A lot of dining options right outside but the bar is great. Rooms are well insulated. We will definitely stay here on our next trip through the area.

I wish the housekeeping had done a better job. Wait staff in the food and bar areas were excellant Housekeeping didn't clean my room and when she did she did not restock toilet paper and left me with no toilet paper. Shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty.

The Lobby staff was professional. Facilities, and room were very clean. There are a lot of easy access amenities, pool, grab and go, and quick breakfast sandwhich making within the facility. The hotel is also located nearby a lot of restaurants and shops. I would recommend to anyone. Thank you!

Great stay! Clean and newly renovated. Very close to Legacy west it is located in a business center close to shops and restaurants. I would stay here anytime in Frisco or Plano.

It is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. There is a small pond nearby. Very nice place to walk around. It is safe and quiet during weekends.

Power went out one morning. And the outdoor pool wasn’t heated as advertised.

Always a great day, the front desk staff are very kind and accommodating. The beds are very comfortable and the facilities are super clean. It is near the granite boardwalk so you can walk to lots of dining options. It’s also near legacy east and West for shopping opportunities

Easy front lot parking, a clean, upscale lobby and friendly front desk staff is always a great start. Room was spacious, clea and well appointed. Lots of plugs and charging ports (everyone wants that). Didn't eat there because the dining options in a couple mile radius are insane. Legacy East & West alone would providevfor a week. Good location at a reasonable price. Would stay there again.

It was a nice a hotel but it seem that they had some baseball teams there and alot of kids and just no one around to clean up all of the mess.. I had gotten on the elevator several times and there would be trash in there some of the same trash as the first couple of times.. at one point had half eaten pizza in the elevator told the front desk and took some time to get cleaned up and even then it was just picked up and the rest of left over still on the floor. Busy night at the bar the next morning had food crumbs all over the flooor along wtih mud and dirt. just really unexpected to see for a Hilton of this size and price range.

Very clean. Beautiful property. Updated accommodations. The room and bathroom was impeccable. Nice lighting in the room and very comfortable. I loved the walk-in shower with seating. The breakfast buffet was very nice. I appreciated the option of gluten-free bread options. Wish I had booked a longer stay.

I will stay here again. For the price, this is in a pretty convenient location. You can safely walk to several different restaurants or take a very quick taxi ride to some of the most popular shopping and entertainment centers of north Dallas. Parking is pricey so be sure to factor it in. The hotel itself is clean and up to date. Nice bar. Nice coffee shop. The hotel is also quiet and no traffic noise despite being close to two major highways.

This hotel is super clean and modern.The furnishing are amazing from the lobby to the rooms. Rooms are really spacious and calming. Bed was super comfortable, the big screen tv was really great. Spacious bathroom and shower. The boardwalk right behind the hotel within walking distance has many good and fun restaurants that the whole family will enjoy. About 20 minutes from DFW airport.

The hotel carpet still smells brand new. It wasn’t too busy when we were there so it was quiet. Traffic in the area is low and very navigable. The hotel was being pressure washed by a drone which was a cool thing to watch. Tells me the hotel really cares about their cleanliness. The staff are very nice and inviting. The room was very clean. We will definitely stay again.

Room was really dirty- stains on the walls and ceilings. House keeping also had to be called due to them not coming in one day, I will say the young man who addressed the call and came to clean was very kind. Even then, floor was not vacuumed any of the days we stayed (5 days). front desk staff were cold, none really made us feel welcomed. Unlikely to return

It was very clean, The staff was amazing especially when Expedia said I booked one night when I booked 2 nights. I showed my printed receipt and the desk attendant was so nice to accommodate me.

The entry area downstairs was very fancy, but you get up to the room and the entry light was burned out and the sofa material caught my attention because it was so thin and worn looking. The desk phone wasn't plugged in so we couldn't call down to the desk to ask a question. Also, we were informed that breakfast was $22 per person!!! We went to McDonald's instead...I can say that we felt the hotel was very overpriced and we likely wont be back.

Everything at thia hotel was great except, House keeping. I left a $10 tip on the counter in the AM and when I returned that evening the $10 was gone but the room was not made up. Told the 2 house keepers down rhe hall and they said they would take care of it sortly. Than they disappeared. Had to speak to the front desk. I don't spend the money to stay at the Hilton to make my own bed! The pandemic has been over for years!
