Pool was closed, restaurant was closed for dinner due to no staff, supervisor was unhelpful in accommodating the party with any incentive due to these unexpected closures.
- 3/5
Beautiful space but bathroom was rather small and only one mirror was usable which was difficult with 4 people trying to get ready in the morning. Very poor lighting overall and the room was rather dark even in the day hours. Pool was not open the three days we visited so we didn’t experience that amenity. We didn’t pay extra for the breakfast as there are many food options nearby for better prices.
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay. All our questions were answered quickly and by friendly staff.

The hotel was under renovations, which was not stated at the time of booking. The restaurant and pool were unavailable.

I booked on hotels.com, & was not notified that the hotel would be under construction & undergoing a rebrand to The Clara. I was first given a room on the fourth floor which was close to some construction going on. After a solid 10 min of someone running a hammer drill above me, I called down to the front desk & was assured that would only be during business hours. I askedif that would be Saturday which was the next day because I was there Fri through Sun. I was told that they would be working on Sat. I tried to be patient but the hammer drilling continued & was about to give a migraine headache. I called down ready to leave the hotel if I could not get another room. The gal at the front desk said she could put me on the second floor. That was much better. On Saturday, I was taking a shower in the afternoon & then headed to a concert that evening. I had to do not disturb sign out & the door catch lock flipped. I heard a knock on the door as soon as I got in the shower. I hollered out of the shower that I am in the shower. This happens twice. A few seconds later someone tried to enter the room, then close the door when they evidently realized that it was occupied. After I got out of the shower & got dressed I opened the door because there was a bunch of noise out in the hallway. I asked the guys working out there if someone had come to my door. I was told yes that they were cleaning the a/c. They came in, completely dismantling the AC with a tarp over my bed for about 20 min!

The bar service was also very poor. Staff seemed inattentive, service was slow, and the overall experience felt disorganized. On top of that, the hotel decor is undergoing a remodel which, in my opinion is not an improvement. Having stayed here several times over the years, I've enjoyed the industrial Soho decor charm. It's now gone and feels very "on brand" with the chain. There were a few decent aspects to the stay, but overall it did not meet expectations, and we will likely choose a different hotel next time.
- 1/5
Staff were rude and hard to find (front desk was commonly empty). When you do find someone they didn’t know the answer half of the time. The property was a construction zone and everything except the gym was closed. It was not worth the money.
- 2/5
It would have been helpful to know that the property was under construction when making the reservations. I notified the front desk that I had a large water leaking from the shower into the bedroom and asked that the water be cleaned up but they only brought me extra towels. I ended up having to clean it up myself.

This place is worst than a motel 6. The hotel was under construction and the rooms were falling apart. Some of the lights didn’t work, twice in 5 days no one serviced the room, there is not a fridge or a microwave in the rooms. The staff argued with my husband when he complained about the condition of our room and the lights not working. When I checked in the staff complained about other guests being a hassle. The sauna was out of order the entire time. While I understand that it was under construction, the area they were working on was no were near the sauna and we were given no notification it would be closed. It is a great location in a very nice area and it might be nice after construction is complete but based on the lack of customer service we will never stay here again.

When we arrived and talked with the very unhelpful manager, we were told the room we booked on hotels.com didn’t even exist, and the pictures on the site were inaccurate. They were unable to provide a room with the sleeping arrangements we needed, though we paid extra to have the accommodations, so we requested a cancellation. The hotel is under construction, and didn’t even have restroom signs up. It was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location This property is in the middle of construction. Was moved rooms due to no air conditioning. The second room also had issues with air conditioning. The modern look of these rooms is nice although when in the bathroom the light will light up entire room. The over all lights in the room is very dark. The lady who ran breakfast was the only positive experience we had. She was very positive and loved her job and was very apologetic for our experience.

There was not anything bad but note that the hotel is under renovation so there are some inconveniences around that.
- 1/5
It’s completely under construction. Down to the bones, this should be a notice to click thru when booking to decide if you want to go further for booking.

Location Bedding was horrible complained about bedding was told there was nothing they could do. Also the shower head water pressure was super low almost a drizzle explained that to them as well was told sorry nothing they could do. Construction was going on during my stay so when I attempted to leave the property I was blocked in by crew.

When we checked in, they gave us a key. We went to our room open the door and there were people in there in bed. When we went back downstairs to explain what was happening the lady was extremely rude. There was construction going on right above us, we could not take a nap. The air was not working in. The TV was broken.

Location was good in relation to where we needed to be. They were in the middle of a reno so I can't speak to much about the overall facility. Room was clean and a decent size and the walls are thick. The lighting wasn't great for getting ready (makeup, etc.) and the bathroom walls do not go to the ceiling so the privacy factor was greatly diminished when using the toilet and there were two of us in the room. The bed was a bit soft for our taste and the hvac unit was loud the first night.

The rooms were large quiet and clean. They were renovating the entire hotel and closed all the facilities with the exception of the fitness center. Even one of the elevators was closed and did not have stairs marked which is AGAINST FIRE CODE. There was loud construction all day. They plan on turning the water off from 1 to 3 pm the next 2 days! What more can they do to torture me!!! Oh yes, they didn’t fix the room safe for two days!!!! The staff are slow to process with an attitude that it’s not their problem since they get to go home to a house not being condemned. This must be rectified.

Watch out for Service Charge during Breakfast. Not sure why there was Service Charge for 2 . 4$ for 14$. There is no fridge in the room I knew there was some construction work going on but in my room blinds had problem, light needed bulb replacement and there was an hole from construction that was left open in ceiling, the bathroom door did not fully close. I requested to send someone but no one took care of it

I wasn’t impressed as previous visits I would have loved to have known that there was construction or renovations happening and the pool wasn’t up and running we were looking forward to enjoying the pool at least one day
- 5/5
Room was great. Location was awesome as well.
- 2/5
Most of the staff were great. The hotel itself is nothing like advertised unfortunately. I knew they had areas under construction but this was definitely not worth the money. Also, the pool was full of large pieces of trash from construction. For a “boutique hotel” it was crazy. More like a bad motel 6. But the staff was friendly and very helpful (minus one)
- 5/5
It was cool
- 1/5
The entire hotel was under renovation. No access to the pool, restaurant and the room didn’t even have a working television. Definitely book somewhere else until the hotel is really suitable to give guests the experience they claim you will get.
- 2/5
We were not notified that the hotel was under construction. There were no amenities, the pool and outside area closed, and there were holes in our wall in the room.
- 5/5
beautiful place, was getting construction done and I just know it will be such a beautiful nice stay in the future as well. I absolutely love the decor and the gym was so pretty and motivating to workout in. Would love to come back.
- 2/5
Yes, the hotel was pet-friendly (for a fee) and there are plenty of shops nearby
- 2/5
Staff was friendly, and the gym was nice.
- 2/5
Overall the hotel was clean, however the current construction is a bit of an eye sore. Wish i didn't have to observe that during my stay. Great location and convenient to shopping and restaurants
- 3/5
The Nylo used to be such a great hotel! Sadly, it has gone downhill. Hopefully, with new construction, it will get better. Room was dark, shower was broken and dirty, towels were like sandpaper and we had to ask for a new comforter because ours was lumpy. Come on Hilton! Get this place together!
- 5/5
How kind everyone was!
- 3/5
However, I was pretty disappointed that there was active construction during our stay that was not mentioned on the website. We specifically chose this hotel for the courtyard and pool, but both were unavailable, which was frustrating. On our first morning, we were also woken up early by loud drilling in the walls, definitely not the peaceful start we were hoping for. Aside from the construction issues, the stay was pleasant. I just wish there had been more transparency ahead of time about the renovations.
- 5/5
clean room, great restaurant service!
- 5/5
A great staycation for valentines and the staff were very responsive and operate in high levels of customer service
- 4/5
Renovation needed !!!!
- 1/5
USB ports did not work and I had no way to charge my phone. There were also roaches in the bathroom
- 3/5
Great room. Construction during my stay. Very noisy. Issues with hot water. Extra charge for parking on an open lot.
- 2/5
The hotel is nice and clean. The rooms have been painted since the pictures were taken and I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast. Staff was nice.
- 5/5
Friendly Service
- 5/5
Lovely, modern hotel and conveniently located. Cool rooms!
- 2/5
But staff are very good nice and works well and hard cleaning staff are excellent, I prepaid with breakfast but never do that !!!
- 2/5
2. Poorly maintained duvet covers 3. No ACTUAL CURTAINS to block light 4. No refrigerator 5. They had a coffee maker but I had to put it on the FLOOR to plug it in and use it. 6. There WAS a room phone, but no dial tone/not connected. 7. A man stayed screaming about how much he hated American and wanted to kill us all in the hallway several times. When we called the front desk, he said he’d send “house keeping” up to deal with it. Honestly, a really poor experience. Oh, and there was approximately 8 inches of space to walk between one bed and the wall, in order to get to the other bed and ac unit.
- 5/5
It was a bit noisy since the construction isn’t finished yet, and it was a shame we couldn’t check out the pool—but we still had a really great time. For the price, the facilities were clean and nice. Especially the room with the “Egypt” carpet— we had such a lovely time there with friends 💛
- 4/5
Great location! Great people! Definitely would stay here again!!!
- 3/5
The room was nice, but the water in the shower was either burning hot or cold no in between. Also a last minute change was that the week of our trip, maintenance and construction began so there were no amenities available besides the bar. Not even the fitness room was accessible.
- 5/5
Everything was great and they made it easy.
- 5/5
Staff was courteous and helpful. The view from my room was very nice. I definitely enjoyed my stay.
- 2/5
The sinks were odd. Using the sink meant water would get on the mirror above the sink because they were so close to each other. No hand soap supplied in the room. No kleenix but it is winter and Kleenex are needed. The room lighting is too dark; thus difficult to work in the room after 5:00.
- 5/5
Great price and location
- 5/5
Very sweet staff and quiet getaway
- 4/5
Easy in/out access to the location, however why do we have to pay $10 per day for parking in a regular parking lot? No garage, no outside security, no nothing. Nickel and diming where they can, I suppose. Rooms are just okay. Very small. The industrial style hotel design and rooms are super outdated. Bed was okay, bed linens were horrible. The room bathrooms are open air above which provides no privacy or warmth. No central air so the window unit was tricky, hard to keep a solid temp and the unit itself needed to be cleaned as after night one, we had sinus issues. Food was mediocre at best, they had breakfast buffet (motel style) and then closed til 4pm so NO lunch option on site. Dinner was very "bar food" style. Gym was small but clean and enough options to get a good workout. Office meeting spaces were small but doable. No onsite business center. Hotel convenience store area was severely lacking. Staff was fine. No major issues to deal with. Check in/out was fast. I wouldnt stay here on business. Its more geared toward "twenty something" year old travelers. Great location as its close to alot of dining and shopping options and major roads. Mid overall.
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
The room was spotless and there were so many options regarding food.
- 2/5
Hotel being remodeled loudly while we were staying there. Work began before 8am and woke us up.
- 5/5
Check-in was perfect. Very easy and very friendly. The room was as expected. No vagrants or questionable guests, even with the price point. Overall pleased with what I received.
- 5/5
Staff was great, room was just as described
- 3/5
Love that they allow dogs. Could use some warm tones to offset the cement walls etc
- 2/5
Customer service reached out and asked if there was anything they could do.. we didn’t offer any solution because we were only there another night. We made it very clear that it was not staff.. but the property itself. We also paid for parking.. which I found odd. I’ve paid for parking before but only for gated parking with security on premises or at a resort. Price was too high for what they offered in room.
- 5/5
Clean, friendly and great location
- 5/5
Customer service was nice.
- 4/5
but to their credit the staff was very nice and they gave me some points on some account that I can't easily access without spending 30 minutes to fix something (for whatever that's worth). Everything else about this hotel I really like. Staff was very nice and I like this modern architecture. Desk was big. I was able to do lots of work. The free wifi was a very decent rate of 80 mbps download... I can't remember the upload. Everything about this hotel is good... except the fire alarm. I'd come here again... but not before having earplugs ready to go in an emergency.

This is the third time that I have stayed at this hotel and it is an amazing place to stay! Rooms are clean and well stocked. The location is great and the customer service is 100% OnPoint Carlos the concierge was amazing, and assisting me in multiple ways during my stay.
- 3/5
Everything was good
- 3/5
Clean. No fridge in room and no ice machines.
- 5/5
The staff at the front desk was amazing
- 5/5
The room was a bit claustrophobic; you are surrounded by concrete, giving it a very industrial feel, especially with the overhead exposed fire sprinkler piping. The lighting was not bright, making reading difficult. The bathroom sink does not allow for comfortable teeth brushing or face washing; it just feels "off". Again, NOTHING wrong with the room, it was just not what I was expecting.
- 5/5
Great room. Comfortable bed
- 5/5
Amazing! Would recommend.
- 5/5
The property was in a good location, clean & comfortable. Honestly, I was just there for a good night's sleep & to continue my drive in the morning, so I did not explore much. They have a restaurant on site, but we chose to eat breakfast at a local restaurant across the street.
- 5/5
The staff was GREAT quick easy check in and incredibly friendly
- 3/5
Everything was cold looking and gray - kind of depressing. Bathroom door wouldn’t slide all the way shut and that sink is so tiny! Bathroom felt like it was in the bed space - kind of weird. I did like the art at the hotel. Wouldn’t stay here again.
- 5/5
The comforter was all bunched up and needed replacing, no microwave or fridge in room.
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
Cool place, staff was nice, not a ton of storage space
- 5/5
It was wonderful. Not one problem. The only idea is to maybe include breakfast in the stay or charge less.

There was a $10 charge on my credit card that is on top of normal rent. This is never communicated ahead and there is no explanation why there should be any charges?
- 5/5
Really liked the exterior and interior of the building. The area has a lot of restaurants and food options. Staff was very helpful and welcoming.
- 3/5
I did not have breakfast. The front desk staff was nice & helpful. The maintenance guy that came to my room to fix the tv, which was never fixed, said he was going to go “check a switch” & would come back. This was @ 9:00 pm & by 9:45 he still was not back. I called downstairs & told the front desk guy to cancel him coming back. Really frustrating & ridiculous! The tv guide on the tv does not match the channels. I found ABC on the on screen guide, clicked it but it was not ABC but the History Channel. None of the tv stations were correct. The guy who came to my room had no idea what the hell the issue was or how to fix it! Also, there was no thermostat on the wall—was completely gone. Only way to control a/c was on the unit itself & “auto” did not work. I had to turn it down to 61 to get the room cooled down. A very disappointing & frustrating stay! Will not ever do a NYLO property again.
- 1/5
In our room, the blinds couldn’t roll up, so we were either stuck in pitch blackness or had to rig it to sit diagonal in the window to allow some light in. The color was almost out on the tv making it impossible to see. The bathroom door is one of those sliding barnyard doors and it wouldn’t close all the way, so if you were laying on the bed, you could see whoever was using the bathroom in all their glory. The shower itself has a half dome that you can see the outline of whoever is taking a shower if the light is on in the bathroom. They tell you that you need a parking decal to park there, but fail to tell you that you have to pay to park for every day that you are there. The concession area was not stocked for the three days that I stayed there, so if I needed medicine or snacks late at night, I was out of luck. The pool was closed during our stay for unknown reasons. Would not recommend.
- 5/5
Modern hotel. It was clean and very relaxing. Didn't get to try the amenities but overall happy with my stay
- 3/5
Rooms are cute. But the little ac unit was not cutting it. We were warm most of the time. Service was friendly. It’s definitely good for couples.
- 5/5
The staff checked in each day via text messaging and actually interacted with text, not just a generic message. Hotel is so cute, I loved the decor. My room smelled subtly of essential oil (sandalwood?), great touch. Parking was easy and plentiful. So much shopping and eating options in the area. This was perfect for me in my down time. I highly recommend this hotel!
- 2/5
Floor was broken
- 3/5
Unfortunately they were renovating the property so it was super loud even on a weekend all day until 7pm. Also there was quite a terrible smell that was on the hallways. Resembling damp mildew/ mold.
- 5/5
Clean rooms friendly staff
- 5/5
I love this hotel, the staff are always friendly the rooms are spotless, the car parking is cheap and plentiful and they have the comfiest beds!
- 3/5
I had to pay $10 to park in the parking lot of the hotel which I consider to be ridiculous.

They perfectly captured the NYC factory grunge look. Surprisingly loud, given the concrete walls and ceilings, but the bed was comfortable.

To start got there at 4:30, checked in and room wasn’t ready. We had issues with the shower not turning on, dryer wasn’t working, and the day we were checking out there was a foul order coming from the bathroom. When we went to shower again there was black stuff on the shower floor that smelled so bad.
- 3/5
Excellent location and staff! Our room smelt very bad and the ac did not work.
- 3/5
I really enjoy staying at the nylo tapestry hotel. Unfortunately my shade in the room was not functional and I had to call for maintenance. I think there was a miscommunication as I ended up waiting about two hours before I could use the room.
- 5/5
My AC was making some noise and they sent an engineer to repair it immediately. They even offered a room change but I stayed in my room. The room is spacious and the bathroom is great. I read someone complaining about the small sink. Yet the sink is small but I don't see what the problem is. Great patio and great pool. The morning coffee was okay but next door at walking distance there is a great Starbucks and Neckter for fresh smoothies and juices so I was all set. Loved the lobby, the gym and all the other lounge areas as well. Loved Dallas Plano NYLO!
- 2/5
Checked in to room. Room was 78 degrees. Turned it down and then got ready to get dinner. Went to get dinner, was out for a few hours. Came back and room was still 78 degrees. Every time I left the room to do something, I always came back to a hot 78 degree room. Front desk offered me another room, but that room was at 78 also.
- 5/5
The property itself is clean and the rooms are exactly as portrayed on the website. I would like to thank everyone at the property for being kind and helpful.

Great property and my stay was great! Loved everything about the hotel
- 3/5
Mold in the bathroom and the whole room is spelled mildewy
- 5/5
It’s a nice hotel when we get the 2 room. The only thing I would like to see is if they had king beds.
- 2/5
I provided feedback after my stay to hotel and they said they would get back with me. They never did which was even more frustrating. For $150 a night, for 2 nights, I feel I they took advantage of me, my kindness, and my wallet. I do not recommend and will never stay at another nylo hotel.

People were nice, though.
- 5/5
Great Hotel, loved the bar and the restaurant had great food. The pool was perfect and the rooms were very industrial.
- 5/5
Great customer service! Everyone at the desk was friendly and personable during our stay. The rooms were very clean and cute! Loved the industrial NY loft feel. The beds are extra firm which was my only complaint and they really need softer sheets and heavier blankets because it does get very cold with the excellent A/C but I did ask for blankets and they provided them. Bar staff was friendly. Pool patio is VERY slippery. Sauna was nice. Pool was clean, a hot tub would be a perk! We are looking forward to staying again! And again! The price was perfect!
- 5/5
Confortable para la familia y la mascota,

I have "twice" enjoyed my staycation. My only complaint is, I wish there was a little more lighting.
- 5/5

This property has nice curb appeal and I’ve stayed here a few times before. I do not believe I will return due to the ant problem in my room. I never brought food or drinks other than water in the room and I woke up to ants in my bed, suitcase, and all over the floor by the air condition unit. I am highly concerned and I had to ask housekeeping for trash bags to put my clothes in.

Our experience at the Nylo was highly disappointing. Still waiting to speak with the manager regrading the stay.

Mattress was a bit doozy hard. Plus: Parking. location. Quietness. Comfy pillows. Great TV viewing options.

Was a little baffles that there was not a refrigerator or microwave in my room to only find out the last night we were in the room that you have to request them...other than that everything was fantastic. A big thank you to Jon for all his help as well.

This is my 2nd time staying at this property and both stays were pleasant. The staff is friendly and greet you each time you return to the hotel. The area was nice with convenient shipping and dining options a short distance away. There are several food options in the same parking lot. There is plenty of parking at no charge. Also, has EV charging stations.

I asked several times for items that they said that they replaced and they didn’t then when I asked the final time they said that the house keeping left for the night and that I had to come get it it. This was over two days. Sydney was extremely rude and was completely unprofessional. When I came down to ask for the items she said that she didn’t have them anymore. I started to film her and she finally seem to find them! I reported them to corporate as I am I Hilton diamond member. I will never stay here again. They catering more to prostitution that I saw in the halls than higher end clientele. I also had to call for help 4 times in the restaurant because there was no one available to take our order each time we wanted service. The service here is horrible. I will request for our money back.

This was the 3rd time I’ve stayed here. I booked both presidential suites this time around and well worth the money. I will not le the rooftop patio/balcony could use some TLC but was still a great time.

It smelled so good in that hotel

Very friendly and helpful customer service.

I booked a junior suite and it was an odd shape where the “living room” was tucked away off the front door. I was there for a corporate event and the bartender seemed annoyed she was working. I visit Dallas a few times a quarter and will probably go back to the Home2Suites.

It was definitely spartan 😳

The front desk attendants greeted me warmly and pointed out the benefits that the hotel offers. In particular, I enjoyed two excellent meals at the restaurant on site.

My only complaint was the cold and dampness of the room. I had no control of the hearing system.

I really loved their signature scent upon entry. I loved the dining options at the hotel as well.

The room was cute and cozy but the temperature was a little cold at night. Seems. Like the air conditioner would automatically come on even though the heat was on. Very close to everything I needed.
