This room was horrible! the front desk person”Riley” was jigging door handles of other people’s rooms , he was watching me and my child specifically just us my child isn’t even 2 yet and I’m under 21 years old . we couldn’t get no assistance for essentials that we needed that weren’t included in our room ! just very creepy and weird stay and also he took a night away from my booking do not stay here

Like how roomy the bedroom was lots of space Well we ride bikes and rake our bikes everywhere we go and they don't allow bikes in your room at this location. My son goes to school by hike we ride together everyday.

Saw a bedbug in the bathroom. The building smells a little mildewy and is rundown. Definitely pass on this one.

The room was far larger than expected. Very spacious, great layout. A gr3at value for the price. Check-in was less than welcoming. When I arrived, my assistant helped me bring my bags in. The gentleman behind the desk demanded my assistants ID as well as mine even after telling him she wouldn't be staying in the room and despite having book the room for 2 people. After showing him both our IDs he proceeded to reject my company credit card even though my name was on it underneath my company name. Then he rejected my debit card saying they didnt accept debits as form of payment or deposit even though sigh right next to his head explicitly states that they do. He informed me I needed to give him the deposit in cash and that there bwasan atm machine three blocks down. Maybe he thought he was protecting the hotel, thinking I was doing something funny. Maybe he was just having an off day. The rest of my stay was very pleasant, it just got off to a rocky start. I would probably still stay here again. The gentleman whom I checked out with was very professional and courteous.

Terrible terrible terrible. Not as advertised. The walls were filthy, the shower smelled of cigarette smoke, neighbors were constantly having domestic disputes, there is a Pit Bull on the first floor that barks all day and is very aggressive. I felt as if I was living in section 8 housing in southern Chicago.
- 4/5
clean room but it need good paint in the hallways… it feels like a abandoned building
- 5/5
I was greatly surprised with the room it was spacious, clean and mostly odorless! I just stay a night the front desk personnel was attentive
- 5/5
Friendly staff, decent room for the price.

Buen servicio!!

That first was given one room downstairs. And it smelled like cigarettes and mildew went to complain to the front office and the man there was really rude and rushing me. Then, he put me in another room. That was infested with bed, bugs shower didn't work? Couch was torn cigarette burns on blankets roach eggs in the coffee maker wife was drinking and she almost swallowed an egg my son and I couldn't sleep. We're up on right long scratching sunny night.Have lots of bites all over our bodies.I wouldn't recommend this place. It's right off a really busy street. And everything is loud and you can't get any rest either.Aside from the big bedbugs, wouldn't recommend this place for our family spoke with the manager in the morning and he indicated that he would send me the. Report of the pest control I said, well, that's too late.
- 4/5
Staff was helpful, the room was worn but clean.
- 2/5
The building showed its age in wear & tear (interior stairs were bare concrete, laminate floors and counters in the room had cuts, tears, peeling). Usually amenities like shampoo, lotion, and a hair dryer were only available on request. There was no "Do Not Disturb/No Maid Service" sign to put out, and I was surprised to get daily service - Bed was remade, unknown if sheets changed, any towels used were taken away, but not replaced.
- 4/5
Hotel was clean. Front desk employee was very professional.
- 4/5
Toilet didn't flush correctly!
- 5/5
I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the property. The staff was welcoming and friendly.
- 1/5
The owner put a single female traveling alone on the first floor right in the front on the street very unsafe right in front of the bus stop sign so there was nothing but people outside my patio the whole time. I had no patio door. There was no plug for the bathtub so it's not a bathtub so that's a lie. I know most everywhere around the property you're not allowed to take your animal to do his business it's marked off. Also I don't understand how they advertise pet stay for free when there's a pet fee as soon as you check in nothing but lies very very very disappointed
- 1/5
Dangerous area! Horrific management. Yelled at me for throwing trash away, lied about allowing refund, told me he was watching me on camera on balcony attached to my room. Too bad because the room was pretty decent. Housekeepers were lovely and the best part!
- 1/5
Terrible neighborhood. Manager yelled at us for throwing trash away in trash cans outside. Told me he was watching me on balcony on his cameras. Housekeepers were VERY sweet and the only light in this dark pit of Hell
- 4/5
Rooms weren’t very clean, staff was ok. Big rooms easy parking.
- 1/5
It is 2 feet away from a busy loud road. They wont change your room easily. Will not stay here again or recommend it.
- 5/5
Easy access to food and airports
- 1/5
Did not end up staying there was clothing and blood in room
- 5/5
Nice older place, feels more like a studio apt than hotel. Full kitchen and available washer and dryer but didn’t use it. Only bad thing was pool not open
- 5/5
Nice rooms, very large and spacious. Friendly staff
- 1/5
The hotel was dirty. There were bugs that I had gotten bit by, the hotel was rundown and did not meet our personal expectations. The floors had cracks and there were plenty of stains everywhere including the bed. The whole hotel also smelled and there wasn’t much privacy at all, you can hear people whispering from the hallway.
- 5/5
Front staff was easy going and.respectful. appreciated the quick check-in.
- 4/5
A good place to stay .

This hotel is not kid friendly they immediately made me feel unwelcome and offered me a refund at check in stating that my children could be too loud for their property. They advised i switch to a downstairs room but made no attempt to move my room. My daughter is special need s and they made it abundantly clear that they would not accommodate my family.
- 5/5
Studio 6 sure made me feel like I was not in Concord. I felt like I was on a vacation with a balcony view and the room was big. It was more like a suite. It's become one of my top choices when I just want to get away from home. The price is unique and affordable considering the accomodations and the size of the rooms. Definitely would recommend to anyone!
- 4/5
I was able to park my 24 foot truck
- 3/5
It was ok. Nothing special a little strict also the Main Street is monument
- 5/5
pretty nice kichenette lots of space separate walk in storage closet - dog friendly
- 5/5
This hotel gave me a one time type of experience I was not expecting. I was looking for something affordable around Antioch and ended up finding this place with the pictures on the website looking very eye catching. As I went in to check in, your deposit can be cash and you'll get that money back when you check out the next day! The rooms are huge! And they have a patio along with very easy parking making it a comfortable yet private experience.
- 5/5
Staff was so friendly. The maintenance guy went over and beyond to make sure the facility was safe for the children. We were always greeted with a smile. We stayed a week and I was so sad to leave.
- 2/5
These rooms were spacious and could have been quite pleasant for a little investment.
- 5/5
Clean
- 5/5
Awesome
- 2/5
The room was filthy, dirt on the floor and chair. The tiles on the floor was cracked and missing. The bathtub was absolutely disgusting and filthy(there’s no way that it had been cleaned).
- 3/5
modern rooms was nice, but tvs only had 4 channels
- 1/5
Online it didn’t mention that you have to pay $100 cash. That needs to be on there!! Not everyone carries cash with them.
- 1/5
Front desk staff was rude and unhelpful when asked for help with Wi-Fi. AC was weak. The property in general is dated. I wish I would have paid a little extra to be more comfortable and have better service.
- 4/5
Pleasant. Comfortable room. Nice kitchenette.
- 2/5
No shower
- 1/5
very uncomfortable and ghetto
- 4/5
Good place.
- 4/5
Second night: Loud 'bass car' in parking lot with 4-5 young people partying from about 1 AM to 3 AM. Felt safe, but very annoying. No hair dryer.
- 2/5
Rooms were still big, but uality there is inconsistent.
- 5/5
I’d recommend bringing your own shampoo & hair dryer though, because those are not provided.
- 5/5
Location was ideal
- 3/5
The shower had no pressure.
- 3/5
The room was a decent size and the AC unit worked well considering it was over 35c outside. But we chose it for the pool and it was closed for renovations and this was not mentioned on the website. V disappointing considering it was so hot. Also there were some basics that were not provided for a room with a kitchenette eg paper towels, kitchen towel, cutting knife, sponge for washing dishes. The rooms surfaces all felt sticky like they had not been cleaned properly but I didn’t feel I could tell the reception staff.
- 5/5
A little older vibe but ok for a place to stay.
- 2/5
There were roaches in the room, the bathtub was dirty. My wife was poring water in the coffee maker and a roach egg floated to the top.
- 1/5
Terrible experience from the moment we arrived. The front desk employee was not able to use his own computer and took almost 20 minutes to get us checked in and given keys to the room. The room was not clean. The bathroom was dirty and the A/C didn’t work
- 5/5
Got our room upgraded for free to a very nice suite would recommend.
- 5/5
Friendly staff. Back studios away from the street is much quieter than the ones facing the street.
- 1/5
Don’t like the $100 CASH deposit and then have to wait for them to go check the room and come back then check out
- 4/5
Really cute apartment setting, has everything you need. But, in need of new paint and carpet.
- 5/5
Always great
- 5/5
Always good

- 2/5
The property was clean, but the amenities were minimal. The soap was not pleasant, and the pillows were so small. The room above had people walking all around the room for couple hours into the early morning, making it difficult to get any sleep. I do not recommend this place, and I not be staying here again.
- 4/5
They don’t tell you about $100 cash deposit. The amount of the deposit changes sometimes depending on who is at the front desk.
- 4/5
Very convenient
- 5/5
I definitely look forward to returning for another stay thanks again Irwin.
- 3/5
It was an ok stay. Overall, it served its purpose since we were moving to our new home. We had some trouble in the beginning with some of the appliances, which later got fixed. There would sometimes be rude front desk staff, but overall a good place to stay if you need one in a crunch. House keeping staff were kind and made sure to do a good job.
- 3/5
Front staff are on the phone many times. One of the staff when we checked in on 6 th September was rude and unfriendly. He did have the razor but didn’t give on request. Laundry timings to be more flexible
- 3/5
One of the staff was very unfriendly and rude. Wasn’t available many times when needed
- 5/5
Hotel was great.peopke are veey driebdly and helpful.loved the hotels staff.front desk and housekeepinv were excelenr
- 5/5
Easy check in, friendly staff.
- 1/5
Bad smell and shampoo, soap, and body wash didn’t provide before request.
- 4/5
Staff was good but room was not clean
- 2/5
Bed was flat, room was just kind of dingy and the AC would only cycle on for a short period of time and then shut off so it took a long time to cool down. Besides the bed being quite bad, the wireless was borderline too slow to work remotely.
- 3/5
Room was clean and spacious with a nice kitchenette. It's on a busy road so there is traffic noise and area was a bit concerning.
- 5/5
Room was clean enough but the smell of marijuana was heavy in the halls
- 2/5
Ended up having to change hotels after one night. The toilet was dirty and there was a cockroach roaming.
- 1/5
I reserved a non-smoking room when I walked in it smelled like a whole bunch a cigarette smoke, A lot of burn marks in the bedding, no appropriate dishwashing material, sliding door wouldn’t open, poor maintenance, overall I did not like my stay
- 3/5
Overall the room was very spacious. They had a walk-in closet that was bigger than the toilet and shower room. They had a nice balcony with a nice slider overlooking the parking lot. But you can tell that it is very ran down. Had fake vinyl floors in the room that was peeling up that needs to be replaced. Needs new paint. Holes in the sheets holes in the curtains. The beds were hard as rocks. Probably would never stay there again unless they did a big upgrade and remodel. Like I said, the rooms are very big with kitchenettes full size apartment refrigerators we're plus. But overall very ran down. I would think if someone came in an invested some money in to this place. It could be a very nice hotel to stay at.
- 2/5
We booked for a non-smoking room and yet when we entered the room, it smelled like someone had been smoking cigarettes in there. The top sheet of the bed even had holes which looked like cigarette burns.
- 3/5
Administrative, housekeeping and groundskeeping staff did a great job of keeping things neat and clean and supplied, but their good work was undermined by a certain state of disrepair around the property that reflects a disinterest of the owner to keep things fully functioning. Appliances were old and worn, lights burned out, floor coverings buckling, curtains & drapes tattered, mattress springs worn, furnishings absent. A cockroach stood guard over us both nights, in its sentry post high on one of the drapes. When I went to the 2nd floor for the ice machine, the whole floor smelled of warm garbage. If I stayed here again, I would definitely choose the first floor; the smell and commotion on the upper floors were off-putting. The photos do more justice to the property than it deserves. It felt like more of a transition place for people between homes. Not a family place at all. If I come back to Walnut Creek/Concord, I will definitely bite the bullet and spend more money than I prefer on a different hotel. Having said that, I say again that the staff kept our room clean and supplied, and we appreciated their work. "A" for the staff; "D" for the owner.
- 5/5
Clean clean
- 2/5
The blankets smelled smoke and their were roaches the room was tidy but there were area that were not cleaned
- 3/5
They need to renovate a bit the floor were coming apart
- 4/5
It was good, will stay again next time
- 3/5
The property faced a very busy Boulevard. Almost overshot the driveway since cars were barreling down the blvd at 40mph or faster. Lobby wasn’t viewable from the parking lot. I didn’t like staying on the first floor. My room had a street level patio and sliding glass door. Curtains provided little privacy. Luckily I had some extra paper clamps to pinch the curtains together since they didn’t close tight. I had noisy neighbors that were drinking and loud until about 10pm. There were food and gas around and a Costco but I wouldn’t want to walk around the area since I wasn’t familiar with it. Also there were no other hotels in the immediate area so there were few travelers. I thought the price was reasonable for the studio but only had one set of towels. 2 bath and one face and hand towel. Why not 2?
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
The staff was absolutely amazing the only thing that frustrated me a little bit was the fact that I asked for the water gauge to be fixed and unfortunately it wasn't so I was unable to shower before I left the hotel
- 5/5
We really liked the studio however there were no pots or pans for cooking only some lids
- 5/5
Very good service and nice and clean room, will come again.😊
- 1/5
Checked into the studio six through eight when I went into the room there were pubic hairs on the toilet. Keep in mind there was a clean toilet strap on toilet sit as if the toilet has been cleaned. Then I turned on the light in the world and a roaches crawling up the wall. I stayed at this establishment a year and a half prior to that date and that last time I was eight up by bugs all on my legs and feet. I thought they had clean this property up but I guess not.
- 5/5
Clean. Quiet. Great studio-like setting with kitchenette, breakfast nook and lots of space.
- 1/5
Nothing
- 5/5
The hotel staff was wonderful! The rooms were clean and spacious. I highly recommend this property.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
I liked everything
- 2/5
A bit shady.. A lot of riffraff.
- 3/5
The room was a dirty hairs were everywhere and the shower had pubes. It felt really dirty
- 2/5
I’m not sure this is a 2-star motel. They must have taken the photos in the listing *many* years ago because the lobby, elevator, and room were *rough*! I was actually afraid to stay there but I had a big dog to protect me so I took the chance. The motel called me the day of my reservation to asking if I was “pushing through” to stay there. I was driving without cell service so when I got the message I was afraid they were giving my room away (in retrospect, that might have been a blessing).
- 1/5
The guy at Front desk was super rude!!
- 1/5
The Building smells really bad, seems like someone was smoking weed day and night. I stayed 3 days, i felt not safe, balcony's sliding door was broken couldn't locked that door at all. this place smells really bad, dirty, and bad shape building. I know i wasn't expecting a 5 diamond hotel, but base on the expidia pictures this hotel looks so nice and clean, big lie!! No way i would recommend, horrible experience. People, homeless doing drugs at the parking lot. 😒 not happy or satisfied with my visit at this location. Thanks
- 2/5
Upon arrival to this facility, it was not inviting. There was trash all over the complex. Entering the building, if smelled like marijuana. This smell carried through the building, despite the facility being a non-smoking facility. Our room on the 3rd floor, even reeked of this. The front staff sprayed out room, however it only temporarily masked the smell. The room was old, flooring was coming up. The floors were dirty and sticky. The pans, 1 cook pot and 1 fry pan, provided for cooking were old with scorch marks and limited. The coffee pot was old. The balcony was sticky and dirty as well. Will definitely not stay here again. Would spend the extra money for a more reputable facility.
- 4/5
Overall, the room was ok. Room could use a update on repairs, laminate flooring was pealing around edges, walls could use some paint also sink faucet loose against the sink. One downfall was another person/family staying decided to leave a large garbage bag next to the hallway garbage which had plastered liquid/ splatter on the walls and made the hallway stick with the heat (109 degrees outdoors). Our only biggest downfall was the street noise. Very loud with street racing and would go off and on until around 1am. Would we stay here again? Yes, maybe next time we would get a room in the back around the parking lot.
- 5/5
Nice and clean and close to freeway
- 4/5
Most of the staff is awsome, helpful they really care about your comfort and joy. The housekeepers are so sweet my children love them. Manger is always helpful he does his job well. Thank you to all the staff for making my family their family.
- 4/5
Only complaint is the shower was either scolding hot or ice cold
- 5/5
It was very nice to have the kitchenette attached and stocked. Thank you!
- 5/5
The staff is very friendly and helpful. I'm still amazed at Apartment sized rooms.
- 1/5
Que Horror, it's a horrible experience and just the word ewwwwwww.... for 3 days, they said they can only give 2 towels, imagine that. No smoking but the hall way smells with cigarettes and rotten rats. We went to Wallgreens to buy clorox wipes and lysol spray because the beddings are making our skin itchy.
- 1/5
People hanging out that gave you the feeling thing where not safe. Sad sad place.
- 5/5
Awesome
- 1/5
The rooms were filthy bed covers stained and also had burn holes in the covers as well they moved me to another room soon as i walked in i seen a roach smh worst place ever
