Wonderful stay. Rail line immediately in front of hotel, easy access to downtown. Moda Center 2 rail line stops away (2-5 mins) or also walkable (10-12mins). Highly recommend.

We had a very late arrival to the airport and late check in and the front desk team took great care of us. Definitely recommend this venue.
- 5/5
Unique spot with a lot of charm. Don’t forget to catch the game done in the grill area. Nice refreshments.

Great experience with staff

Great location. Near downtown. pet friendly. Restaurant is good. Exercise room small.
- 5/5
Clean rooms, secure parking (for a fee), friendly staff and a warm chocolate chip cookie upon check in! If you need a reasonable and consistently reliable stay in Portland, this is where you should stay!
- 5/5
Amazing place to stay.

Enjoyed our stay.
- 5/5
The staff was absolutely charming and helpful! The restaurants were perfect. We will definitely stay there again for our next Portland visit
- 3/5
Gym was not equipped and room smelled musty from old carpet.
- 2/5
Pay to park, no room service menu in the room, room was extremely basic, pillows were flat and cases were old and loosing threading, had to request more coffee be brought up to room and only received one additional serving for 3 night stay.

Good location, near tram. Nice and clean hotel. Nice bar and coffee spot. Only negative was the loud air conditioning system in the room.

very welcoming environment

I would expect a continental breakfast for a hotel of that size when a smaller, cheaper hotel would provide one. Overall, nice place, for downtown Portland, OR!
- 5/5
This is a great place to stay in Portland!
- 3/5
It seemed short staffed in the morning to get coffee. And no one ever answered the front desk phone when I called, another staffing issue

All was good
- 5/5
Room was clean and the staff were lovely. The rooms weren’t stocked with refrigerators but the hotel did get one to our room once requested.
- 5/5
Front desk was extremely patient and kind with our technical difficulties after a long day of work and last minute booking.

Had I known the hotel now sits in a virtual dead spot -- the Lloyd Center area (a dead and soon-to-be demolished mall/shopping area) -- I'd have chosen somewhere else. Depending on the time of day, the area surrounding the hotel gets pretty sketchy -- and that wasn't just my take on it. I spoke with hotel staff and was warned where/how/when to go out on foot in the area. When the area isn't a decent one and you have to rely on the over-priced hotel store/snack shop, you feel a bit shut in. The room was clean and "fresh" (the furniture was fine, everything worked, etc.).
- 5/5
Parking was easy enough

The hotel itself is convenient and staff is always great! No water pressure in the sink, bed sheets had brown streaks on them on one bed. Not enough charging ports. And no refrigerator. I use insulin and this was an issue.

I was not impressed with this hotel. The walls are very thin. I could hear the people in the room next to me laughing, talking, and singing. It was also $31 a night for parking. I found that absolutely absurd. The room didn’t come with a fridge or microwave, but the houseman brought them up when I requested them. I was happy about this.

- 3/5
The AC unit in my room was rattling, so I had to switch rooms on the second night. The beds were really comfortable though. I’m not really a carpet person, so I wasn’t a huge fan of that. The breakfast buffet was good, but pretty expensive. Parking was also $31 a day, which honestly feels ridiculous when you’re already paying to stay at the hotel. It’s such a big hotel, so it’s surprising they don’t include or take responsibility for parking.
- 4/5
Staff very helpful ..
- 5/5
Loved everything not a fan of the parking fee but hey what can you do lol
- 4/5
The staff was pleasant and the location convenient
- 3/5
This is an older, slightly worn-down hotel. It's super big and had some nice features like a pool, coffee stand, restaurant, parking. The rooms were surface-level clean but the carpets are old, ceiling tiles looking sketch, air vents covered in dirt, my toilet kept dripping and gurgling. I would say this place if fine for business or a short stay, but I wouldn't bring my kids here for a vacation or anything.
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful and friendly although I felt like the room wasn’t getting cleaned properly with housekeeping
- 4/5
Clean room and very friendly staff
- 5/5
The hotel lobby is great! The room was clean and comfortable. If I want to be picky, I can say that the fitted sheet had a little hole , and the bottom drawer of the credenza wasn’t latching and kept opening.which could be a hazard. Both things, easy fix and did not affect my experience
- 5/5
Great!!
- 4/5
Parking was great, rooms had nice views, multiple elevators which meant not much wait for using them. Market available also at night. Parking elevator was not functioning which means we had to walk all the way down good thing we parked on the second floor and we could not use stairs because we had a little cart to take our stuff . I also didn’t like that our room did not have a refrigerator. I was counting on one since every hotel I have been to offers one and I took medication that needed to be cold and had to opt for using ice to keep it cold during my stay.

- 5/5
Very clean and well maintained
- 3/5
The coffee choices in the rooms are horrible and no complementary coffee offered.
- 4/5
It’s a good hotel. The bathroom needs different curtains and different type of shower head. It gets wet and messy everywhere.
- 5/5
Room was larger than expected. And only $50 cleaning hold! And check out at noon. Will stay again!
- 5/5
Great breakfast and great spacious rooms
- 5/5
I liked the clean room.
- 4/5
When we got to our room, even though we had booked a room with a queen, it had a single full bed. The sheets on the bed were stained, which is always off-putting. When I went to use the shower, the ceiling in the stall was filthy and looked like someone had wiped their boogers on it. After an incredibly uncomfortable night on a broken-down mattress, I got up in the morning to make some coffee and found someone’s used grounds in the pot. All-in-all, this was not the standard I expected from this hotel after so many great stays. I’ve had cleaner rooms and more pleasant staff at EconoLodges. I truly hope this was all a fluke.
- 5/5
Clean room with comfy beds. Within walking distance of the Moda center.
- 5/5
Very nice staff and clean rooms.
- 5/5
I had recently left a hotel that stated they were clean and was so bad I went into anaphylaxis TWICE. I chose to try Hilton and they did not disappoint! It was very clean and they were so kind. I am so thankful to have found a place where I could not only breathe, but feel comfortable and confident in my safety. I will definitely be back!
- 5/5
All perfect
- 5/5

- 4/5
Great place to stay in Portland. Just know there are no Fridges or Microwaves in the rooms.
- 5/5
👍
- 5/5
The staff was super approachable and kind. The hotel was clean. The location is ideal.
- 5/5
The hotel was very nice and clean (lobby and room). The staff was very friendly in all out interactions. We did not get any food or drinks at the hotel, though, aside from the check-in cookie (which was tasty).
- 5/5
Excellent kiosk coffee and staff!
- 5/5
Breakfast was good . Parking was easy to get in and out. Room was a little bit small but clean and comfortable
- 5/5
Amazing customer service and pretty views!
- 4/5
While an older property, noticeably, the staff were excellent. The room did not come with a fridge or microwave but the staff provided those items upon request. The food was excellent at all restaurants and the bar attendants were very very nice as well. Parking was easily accessible. The room air conditioning units were noticeably loud -- the biggest issue was the water pressure in the bathroom in both the sink and the shower.
- 3/5
Property was nice but discovered the carpet outside the bathroom in our room was wet. Reported to the front desk they sent someone to fix. When we got back to our room the “fix” was a large bucket with a towel underneath. By the time we left the bucket was almost full. Room smelled from mold. Very dissapointed.
- 5/5
Beautiful property and location, friendly and helpful staff, rooms were clean and luxurious. 5/5
- 5/5
The breakfast was worth the extra room fee. Good selection of baked goods, fruit, and a lot of standard breakfast fare that you would expect.
- 5/5
Everything was great except the restaurant was understaffed and very few gluten free options
- 5/5
Great location, walking distance to Moda Center. We had a snack and drink in the bar and although waitstaff was short handed they were attentive.
- 4/5
No coin operated laundry for travelers, no breakfast included. Other than that, it was great.
- 5/5
The hotel met all our needs. Wonderful, pleasant and helpful staff.
- 1/5
The world was close
- 2/5
Horrible experience in the hotel’s restaurant. Very long wait, when there were only a few tables occupied. Food never arrived and had to complain. Once they did bring the food, it was not complete and never did get completed. Comping the meal was not good enough when the whole group was not fed. Hotel didn’t do much other than say sorry. I do not recommend.
- 1/5
Still chillin
- 4/5
I wish there was a microwave and fridge for the room staff was super nice
- 4/5
The hotel was very nice. Nice buffet for breakfast. Rooms were clean and staff always left plenty of clean towels.
- 5/5

The kitchen staff were phenomenal. Tasty, plenty, and clean.
- 5/5
Nice, clean and quiet is a winner for me every time.
- 2/5
Water from sink and shower was brown. Was given 2 bottles of water to make up for it. Never again
- 4/5
$31.00 for parking seems a little stiff.
- 5/5
clean rooms, friendly staff
- 5/5
The hotel staffs was good except the manager and the front desk worker when we tried to check into our room, the where talking about that they couldn't find our reservation, saying it was canceled i had to called Expedia customer to have them called the hotel to confirmed that i had an reservation. But everything else was good.
- 5/5
Great all around
- 1/5
The staff was wonderful and professional at check-in, however.
- 5/5
Room was fantastic, Tommy in the bar is extraordinary!!
- 3/5
The room was okay. When we signed up, part of the reason we choose this place is it said breakfast was included. It wasn’t.
- 5/5
Very friendly, helpful staff. Clean, comfortable, quiet, easy parking. Great Crabtree bathroom products
- 5/5
Room was spotless, staff was so accommodating and the restaurant was very good.

- 5/5
Always amazing! We only stay here when we are in town
- 1/5
First night, the front desk staff wasn’t friendly. This hotel has no free breakfast.
- 1/5
Transit train making noises all night.
- 4/5
Everything was wonderful. Very clean hotel, not in the greatest of areas but inside you wouldn’t know it. Wait staff in both restaurants and coffe shop were awesome. Would definitely stay again.

- 5/5
Great staff, really good food, very conveniently located by public transportation stops
- 5/5
Love it
- 5/5
Check in was great! The room was nice and clean.
- 3/5
Staff was kind and helpful. Room was not very clean (eg. bathroom sink and tub) hand prints on headboards, mattresses were not comfortable and needed replacement. Definitely not a four star hotel.
- 3/5
Hotel: quiet. Room: big. Bed: comfy. BUT…no cookies!!!!! Not when we checked in. Not that night. Not first thing in the morning. Not at checkout. Um…isn’t that something you’re like, known for?? If you need some help, my six year old nephew can probably whip some up. Oh, and thank you to the female front desk fo her eye roll as they told me they were out - like, oh well.
- 4/5
Most of the staff were great. Hotel was fairly clean and very roomy rooms. Few issues with bathroom. Location was great for why we were there. Hotel surroundings were very quiet at night. Breakfast buffet had many options to choose from. Food was tasty. I would go back and stay there again.
- 5/5
The room was very nice, clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also nice and clean.

- 5/5
Friendly staff. Clean room.
- 4/5
Staff was great. Was able to check in early. Cozy toom with balcony.
- 5/5
Very comfortable room with a fantastic bed. I thought the showers was particularly good. Everything was very convenient in the hotel and the food was great. I would definitely stay here again. It is also an easy walk to the Convention Center and local restaurants. A big shoutout to the cleaning staff of the third floor and also to the late night person doing check in when I arrive on Jan 3 around 11 pm.
- 5/5
Check in cookies, walking distance to Moda Centre, and decent parking situation. Clean rooms too.
- 4/5
The front desk agent, Emon, was exceptionally helpful and attentive to our needs. From the moment we entered the building, he greeted us with a warm welcome, ensured a smooth check-in process, and provided helpful information about nearby attractions and transportation options. The hotel breakfast was definitely worth it, especially when traveling with family. Although our stay was short, Emon assisted us again during check-out and was once more helpful, pleasant, and professional.
- 5/5
Like that I could take my breakfast to the room. Staff was friendly. Outside areas was alright to walk around. Very close to a mall, very convenient to get some shopping done. Overall a good stay just minor issues on booking the room, like bathroom fan wasn’t working.
- 4/5
Clean Spacious Room, Good breakfast variety, location and friendly staff.
- 5/5
Clean room, great restaurant on site for dinner, convenient parking & close location to medical facility
- 5/5
Upon check in I got a room that hadn't been cleaned yet. I called front desk and they changed me rooms right away. It happens sometimes the system doesn't get updated correctly.
- 5/5
This was a wonderful place to stay in Portland for 3 nights at the end of the year. The room was large, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed.
- 5/5
Clean, friendly staff, great view. Excellent
- 3/5
Second stay, had to wait over 30 mins for a room at check in. When we finally got a room, it smelled HORRIBLY of old cigarettes. It was headache inducing. We were all placed on the opposite side and it was extremely noisy all night from the light rail. Which stops running at 12am and starts again at 4am.
- 2/5
Had to wait over 30 minutes for a room. While everyone else was able to check in and get their room. Stood there thinking the employee was checking me in at least and run my card, but he wasn't. Not until I asked. I wasn't notified the room was ready but had to go check after 40 mins.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Bed was sooo comfy!
- 4/5
You would have thought for the middle of december the hotel in general would be warmer. Even with the heat cranked we were cold our entire stay - room, elevator & lobby too and we’re saying that as Seattlites.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 5/5
Nice room. Close to the max and bus routes.
- 5/5
Good location and helpful staff.
- 5/5
It was a nice place to stay
- 5/5
The hotel staff were all very friendly, especially the breakfast team, who were also very good with children.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Nice room and view of the city of Portland.
- 5/5

Yes
- 5/5
We stayed here for a cheer competition. I liked that it was walking distance to the convention center and I felt pretty safe. The area outside the hotel was nicely kept and no homeless people were around, like the other hotels in Portland. The staff was super helpful and friendly, I will definitely be staying here again!
- 5/5
This is an old school hotel - like they don’t make anymore. Big rooms, wide hallways, elegant details and a grand lobby, decorated beautifully for the holidays. Great and friendly staff. Will stay again.
- 5/5
Recommend this hotel and will stay here again.
- 5/5
Great accommodations
- 5/5
The staff was very helpful and the rooms were nice and clean.

- 5/5
Doubletree is one of my go to hotels. It’s always a pleasure stay here.
- 4/5
Yes but noisy children next door
- 4/5
Excellent stay. The only issue we had was during the night the alarms were malfunctioning so they went over 3 times. We didn’t get a lot of sleep because of it.
- 4/5
Clean room, amenities
- 5/5
Very clean. Great location and very friendly staff.
- 5/5
Me and my family had such a great experience here.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, nice room
- 5/5
Great stay with a great view. Very spacious room
- 5/5
Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and hotel was very pretty.
- 5/5
We have stayed here several times and have been pleased every time.
- 3/5
AC vibrated the whole room, very low water pressure, tv didn’t have a good signal and kept cutting out
- 4/5
Staff was informative, all amenities accessible.
- 5/5
Check in and out was very easy, but it is a very old and dated hotel
- 4/5
I was impressed by how spacious the room was. I liked how there was cozy furniture around the tv which created a separate space from the sleeping area, plus there are two sinks in the room. It would've been perfect if there were a microwave and a mini fridge. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of closet space. I also liked how there were two mirrors, so one person could use the bathroom while the other could use the mirror and sink in the other room. This room was ideal for our convention needs. The only drawback was, our shower drain was clogged, so showers were sometimes like standing in a shallow pond. The hotel was in an area where there are a lot of unhoused and they can get a bit crazy at times. The hotel is across from Lloyd Center, so some unique shopping and eating adventures are possible. The staff was courteous. My partner took advantage of the marketplace for a quick snack, so that was convenient. We plan to stay here again for our next convention.
- 5/5
Checking in was super fast, the staff was excellent, and the room was great! The cookie was the star though!
- 5/5
The room was great. The hotel was quiet. It was convenient. I went running one morning and used the hotel lobby and some guy and some lady were in that bathroom with their suite cases. It was very strange.
- 4/5
The Doubletree Hilton is close to activities in downtown Portland. The room appeared to be in the progression of being updated. Beds were comfortable and there was a good view of rainy beautiful Portland from the balcony. Expected conveniences such as a refrigerator or microwave were not provided although we were told be could have a fridge delivered for no charge. Not enough trash cans and odd lighting in the bathroom area which had nice products but they were awkwardly placed.
- 4/5
Was located conveniently. Late check in.
- 4/5
Loved the cookies and great views !
- 5/5
Quick easy stay, front desk staff was really helpful.
- 5/5
Lovely hotel with several food and beverage options.
- 5/5
Great place
- 2/5
Water was dripping from the ceiling throughout the night.
- 5/5
so good
- 3/5
Hits and misses. Some people were friendly then some people didn’t want to talk. The door to our room wasn’t shutting and we were told we weren’t suppose to be in the room. Maintenance came up to clear the ticket and told us. They were kind about it but came in without knocking. They didn’t know people were in there.
- 5/5
Clean room, front desk staff very friendly and helpful
- 2/5
Parking is an expensive additional fee
- 5/5
Comfortable beds , great cookies
- 5/5
We had a drink at the bar and all the staff were very nice. The room is large and very nice. Clean and the bed is comfortable.
- 5/5
Breakfast was great, would be nice if room had fridge or microwave but did not. Otherwise perfect.
- 5/5
My fiance and I were traveling and called to see if we can check in early and they had a room ready for us and very wonderful place. Very wonderful staff.
- 5/5
Very helpful
- 2/5
We had
- 3/5
Very scary area especially with our young daughter. And I called about the pool was told it was open when we got there it was closed for the season. Very disappointing
- 5/5
Great staff. Accommodated early check in for us. Huge plus. Beautiful accommodations.
- 5/5
The only issue I had was I could not understand why housekeeping was banging and shouting housekeeping at 8 in the morning. It was a 1 night stay and checkout was not until noon. Everythingbelse was fantastic.
- 5/5
Clean lobby and rooms.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
The room was clean and provided everything we needed.
- 5/5
Great stay excellent location really cool elevator overlooking the city from the 14th floor
- 4/5
Breakfast was good; clean room.
- 4/5
Ckean rooms and friendly helpful staff. One thing that I would recommend is to have the coffee Cafe open later.
- 2/5
Trust me dont look at pics znd read negative reviews they tell the truth. This hotel need to step up or they will run out of people sraying here. For this much oer night this should not be thst experience. I would not spend my anothet time here. Noisy train outside signals all the time. Plus some homeless people hanging around and charging your customers for parking ehen you sre not even in downtown is another way of screwing and trying to get every penny out of you. At least when you spend 50 per parking its vallet parking and feels like you get your money worth. Anyways stay away.
- 5/5
It was just perfect and a last-minute booking
- 5/5
Nice place to stay
- 4/5
It was a decent hotel but no cleaning staff, not really their fault but ICE’s.
- 1/5
Hated it, the ac didn’t work, sweating my ass off waiting for it to cool down. Asked for a different room and finally someone shows up 45 minutes later to work on the ac in the ceiling, finally blowing cool air but still hot all night. Housekeeping knocking on my door before check out asking when I’m checking out while I’m trying to shower and get ready to leave. Just dumb
- 4/5
Very easy to locate hotel in downtown portland, friendly staff and loved getting a warm cookie with check in. The only downside was the pillows where the worst pillows i have ever slept on causing us to not get a great night sleep.
- 4/5
The hotel was ok, check in person friendly but not particularly warm, rooms are small and bottled water should be complimentary.
- 3/5
and as of for location and noise., Noisy because the train was passing every 15 min if I recall correctly in to the hours of night and pass midnight. Lots of homelessness at the park across the street. I know they were harmless; however was not a place you could come of the hotel and walk around. But 15 min to either direction and you will find restaurants and life.

We arrived two hours after checkout time and were told there were 0 rooms available. Plenty of other people were in the same situation. We couldn’t check into our room until 12am. Some people just didn’t get a room at all even though they made their reservations in advance!!! I feel bad for all the people who brought their dogs and were unable to attend the concert that night. Even more frustrating, is that they knew this was a problem all day and did not alert or notify anyone. We would have made other arrangements if we had been told. They clearly had a mistake with a website and overbooked. Yes they have us free breakfast but we had to get ready for our concert in their public bathroom…..disgusting. I’d give 0 stars if I could. The individuals who work there were very kind and this is something that was not their fault so I gave 4 stars for that. On top of all of us, our room had black mold on the ceilings and inside the photos in the bathroom. So disgusting. They refused to comp us and when Expedia reached out, they conveniently did not answer back. I will never stay here again! Or any other Hilton. I have never had anything like this happen. As two young women from out of town in Portland, not having a room that we reserved in advance was not only inconvenient but scary. Oh and my car got damaged in their parking garage.

There weren't many places to eat while in Portland so for dining to be so limited at the hotel was extremely difficult. Their weren't many options for vegetarians and vegans either. I will say that the room was a nice size though the bathroom was a little small. I would've expected a lot more consider ing the cost for the room.
- 5/5
Way nicer than i thought it would be for a quick booking. I will stay again.
- 5/5
The facility was nice, free warm cookies were perfection! The customer service and housekeeping were both wonderful. We had a family event and the staff helped us connect rooms. The room view was beautiful, but carpets needed a refresh. Overall a good stay.

The initial room does not match the description or images provided bumy
- 4/5
Great centralized option with easy access and parking. I stayed here in the early 90’s. The rooms have been updated but the lobby is still the same dark decor. Very clean and kept up, but is in need of an update to make the lobby welcoming and bright.

It was good
- 4/5
only complaint was the lack of a fridge and microwave in the room (this was a first) and breakfast wasn't included with the hotel room.

Clean

This is our second year using Double Tree by Hilton for our Con destination. The staff is remarkably friendly and helpful which drew us back again this year. This is my number one place to stay when I am in Portland.
- 5/5
I liked the central location. The property was clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast buffet was great and a good deal! The price of the stay can’t be beat!
- 3/5
They could not clean our room and we got an attitude when we asked why our room was not clean. We paid full price but did receive the benefit of a hotel vacation with someone to clean our, make bed, etc., should've stayed home. Someone also backed into my car when we were checking in and unloading the luggage. I asked for the video for which I never received a response.

Reception always had good intentions & tried their best but didn’t always follow through. I believe they were short staffed & overwhelmed as the hotel likely fully booked. Our shower/tub wouldn’t drain-we showered basically in a shallow pool, I let them know so the next guest wouldn’t deal w/ it- the Manager waived one night. Which was appreciated. Also the bathroom fan and thermostat were not working. And temps with 39 degrees Celsius (triple digits in F) & the evening front staff apologized and he was going to send someone up to check on it & that never happened-unfortunately. The brunch/breakfast was chaos, staff were trying their best and very accommodating but there was no food, no white bread for toast and bowls, plates, syrup etc and I ordered some items off the menu and it took an extra long time and was only an extra egg and cottage cheese and fruit. But the staff made all of the chaos and lack of food less frustrating. The pool needed to be looked after since it was heavily used due to the hot temperatures and used towels were left on tables and the pool needed a skimming to remove bugs. But the pool was a nice addition. Nicely located close to the metro-you can easily cross the River to the district by the boardwalk & yummy restaurants & cafes. Overall the rooms were large (2Q), clean, they need fridges, it’s a good place to stay. & yummy cookies!

Amazing place. Clean and family friendly. Definitely will be staying here again.
- 5/5
Great service. Clean rooms. Parking was a little awkward but I checked in when there was a large wedding reception downstairs.
- 3/5
The hotel itself is nice and clean, but the audacity to charge 29USD/day for parking in addition to regular fees is quite something. Thankfully they at least they gave us a cookie after screwing us over.
- 5/5
the only negative things i have to say is mainly the issue we had was that we couldn’t figure out how to turn the shower head on. it might have just been user error but out of my party of 5 nobody could figure it out lol! and then the fact that parking is $29 a night when we already paid almost $300 for one night you would think parking would be included. other than that the place was amazing. super clean and beautiful! i loved the glass elevators going to the room and the balcony had an amazing view of the city!
- 5/5
I loved the room and the cleanliness!
- 2/5
In our upgraded balcony room was no refrigerator, broken nightstand lights, no sound protection, and dirty fountain from the sink every time we used the shower

Gym was not maintained and and the hotel stunk
- 4/5
Quiet , balcony view, safe when entering and or leaving hotel
- 4/5
Front desk was taking too long to answer phone calls but the janitorial staff are very accommodating and nice.

We had a good stay. Staff was helpful and courteous.

The sealing has a lot of stains. Poor service

Really liked the service. Love the classic doubtree cookie, which was a cherry on top for me

Don't stay here. We arrived at 5pm (an hour after check in) just to find out our room was still not ready and about five other groups were also waiting on their room! The front desk people weren't the nicest, didn't explain anything to us (how parking worked, not welcoming at all, etc.). And the room didnt have a refrigerator! I definitely wouldn't stay here again.
- 5/5
Staff was incredible!! Fastest check-in ever. Clean large room. Comfortable bed. Good towels. Safe parking
- 5/5
Great stay. Excellent loacation to the Moda Center.
- 3/5
The location was convenient for driving to local attractions and restaurants. The immediate area around the hotel was not great for walking to a place to eat in the neighborhood. The mattress in our room was old and sunken in and needed to be replaced. One night someone was playing very loud music at the park across the street, which made it difficult to relax in our room. The hotel staff was professional and courteous.

It was night and day. I selected a room with a balcony and view. Balcony was dirty, smelled like cigarettes and my view was trees.

We enjoyed our stay and went to a concert.

Nice
- 2/5
The room that i got was the worst room in that hotel. It was like a storage closet with a window facing the AC Unit and Duct work . That is all the view I got . There was no room cleaning . When the hotel ask how was my stay and what can be done to improve my stay . I ask for a room cleaning and a better room . Nothing was done .

My second time staying here and I enjoy it! The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and spacious.

Third Hilton this week as part of a roadtrip. All clean, friendly and comfortable.
- 5/5
It’s not in the safest area of town. But the way this town has gone, I don’t think there is a safe area.
- 5/5
My overall experience was excellent and the customer service will keep me going back
- 5/5
We were so thrilled with how attentive everyone was. I haven't had this level of service at a hotel in as long as I can remember. Y'all are doing something right. It wasn't one person- it was every person and some even more so. We'll definitely be back- everything about the stay was excellent.
- 3/5
No fridge or microwave in room was a bummer. Added fees on everything.
- 4/5
Great hotel with plenty of amenities! Was a walk away from great food and entertainment.
- 5/5
Great location and close enough to downtown Portland. Loved the warm cookies!
- 4/5
The hotel was absolutely fine but the room a bit outdated. The breakfast was wonderful, though, the lobby very nice, parking easy, and the staff very friendly. Some rooms must have a wonderful view of Portland but we were not on a high floor and did not get to enjoy it. We walked to downtown but it takes a good 30 minutes.
- 5/5
Love everything!!!!
- 2/5
Check in was at 4pm, our room was not ready until 6:20pm. Apparently they overbooked rooms without enough cleaning staff. Not my problem, and not much was offered in compensation. We had a big concert at 7pm and we were unable to change and shower after a 5 hour drive. Terrible feeling not being able to change and rest before our $400 concert. Half the room cost should have been refunded or another stay, something more than free parking.

Restaurant was good. Nice location
- 5/5
We liked it
- 5/5
The location is convenient easy access to freeway. Clean environment with friendly staff. Best price for a comfortable night sleep. Plus a free warm delicious cookie.
- 5/5
Location, food, rooms, service, transportation...EVERYTHING. Our most favorite were the beds!!! . Our beds were so comfortable. Definitely recommended this hotel. You wont be disappointed.
- 3/5
It was fine for being close to convention center.
- 5/5
Quick and excellent response to obstructed toilet
- 5/5
Great time
- 5/5
Olives the double tree always treated well
- 4/5
The room air temperature vent was not cooling due to configuration of the bed. Air blowing to upper part of the walls making the sleeping area hot all around.
- 2/5
We weren’t able to check into our room until almost an hour after check in. Thank goodness we rode the elevator with other hotel guests because as we were heading to our floor, we all discovered we were booked in the same room. Another ride down the stuffy elevator into the stuffy lobby to talk to a stuffy front desk person (probably the 5th random person I spoke to, who also had no idea what was going on) I was told ‘hehe glad you didn’t walk in on them’. No accountability taken what so ever. We finally get to our room after having to ask and be reassured no other guest would now have keys to our room to be greeted with a hot, sticky, and dirty room. We just traveled 7 hours so at this point, we’re just thankful we have a room. But there was hair in the shower, obvious pink mold growing along the grout, dirt in drawers, and things on the carpet. The cleanliness was the least of our worry because you can tell the housekeeping department is short staffed and under appreciated because they’re working one person at a time to flip over an entire hall until 6 or 7pm at night. As a previous hotel housekeeper, I know they at least touched what was important to meet unrealistic goals set upon them. Room service menu prices listed didn’t match the prices we were charged. The parking is lack luster but you sure will be charged any time you move your car. Atrocious. No easy access to hotel.
- 4/5
The hilton cookies at the front were very good (lots of nuts in them which me and family love). Overall, other than the facility getting slightly old, it's a pretty good hotel.
- 3/5
Customer service was great. Parking was a bit confusing. The balcony wasn’t worth the extra with the noise from the light rail transit which was also loud in the room, and the a/c fan was loud but necessary because it was so hot. No fridge in the room.
- 3/5
The staff was very friendly and as helpful as they could be. They were very short staffed at breakfast, which meant it took awhile for the food to be replenished. The breakfast buffet was just so so. The quality not terrible but not great either. The property itself is aging and desperately in need of renovations. As I said the staff was great and did their best with what they had.
- 5/5
Staff was very nice always available. Even though they were short staffed
- 5/5
Beds were clean and comfortable and our view was breathtaking
- 5/5
Great service and workers

I had surgery nearby and needed to stay overnight before driving 2 hours back to my home on the coast the next day. Will at the front desk ensured I had a wheelchair ready upon check in and allowed early check in so I could get into my room upon arrival to rest. Eman was extremely courteous and careful assisting my wife with placing me in the wheelchair. He also made sure our bags were brought to the room immediately. The professionalism and compassion demonstrated by both Will and Eman was refreshing and deeply appreciated. I will definitely stay at this hotel again, especially if I need additional medical based assistance!

We had to wait 4 hours to get a room and it wasn't the King with a Balcony like I reserved. I got a shoebox with a queen bed. Extremely disappointed with my stay.

The staff are very helpful.
