The door had a deadbolt on it and you could tell, do to the lose screws, that the door has been kicked in a few times, obviously people want to stay here. While there were significant number of people doing drugs in the parking lot, I couldn’t find the dealer.☹️

So day 1 go to turn on the heater heaters broke it only blows out cold I asked the office to fix it they say unfortunately all the rooms are booking there's nothing we can do fine I'll deal with the cold room I go into the bathroom to start washing up and getting ready for bed there's a pile of ants the wall is cracked the shower curtains molded it's disgusting. Let's say about 1:00 in the morning I hear people outside my window they're literally dealing drugs yelling screaming I call the office to ask them to get it under control he says he will continue to go on for another two and a half hours that was the first night I stayed there... Let's say Saturday we leave come back everything seems so calm and quiet I say oh yes tonight's going to be a good night wrong I'm in the downstairs room at 11:00 in the night people above me have their child running from the hallway bathroom to the window doing circles back and forth and the child is just laughing I want to see the child was about two or three being that I was able to run around so therefore why is your child not laying down WHY is your child running around back and forth I asked them nicely can you please quiet it down sure sure sure we'll get it under control go back to my room within 10 minutes it's back going again I finally decide I'm going to put the pillow over my head and go to sleep I get woken up at 3:00 in the morning to I called the office they say they will go ahead and make a call yet it continued till 4:30am

The mattress was halfway comfortable Nobody at the check-in office nor does anybody answer the phones I have people knocking on my door at 11 o’clock at night wanting to know if I wanna smoke crystal meth with them and I have a 13-year-old with me it’s not a good place and when you try to call to get help because you’re right next-door to the office but don’t wanna go out of the door because they’re literally crackheads out there. Nobody answers the phone. Not calling the office or the reservation line for the motel nor did they come online at all with anything when we got here they wanted me to write down the name of my 13-year-old granddaughter so that they had her name on the records, which is absolutely a no, no I do not need door. Should I have to give a minor‘s name to a facility owner that they’re staying here at least I would not think so. Also, when I did the reservation, I was pretty sure it said $89. It could’ve been 98 and then when I checked in, I had to pay 111 I thought that was a little different but I know there’s sometimes the taxes that they don’t tell you I didn’t have to put a credit card down. I was very thankful for that but nothing in the rooms no alarm clock no nothing a TV with a funky TV stand no microwave no kitchen bathroom is decent and that’s about it.

The clerk was rude, he didn't want to give us the wifi password even though we are paying customers. He said it was company policy not to give it to guess. No hot water to shower with. It was extremely noisy from guess up stairs from us and company didn't do anything to quite it down. we never got our microwave or refrigerator, all in all it was the worst stay we ever experienced. We will never book a stay there again and highly recommend that no one ever go there

Poor
- 3/5
Staff were amazing but we wanted a room with a frig and microwave as advertised but didn't get one.
- 2/5
Room said it had a microwave and a mini fridge but nothing, second if you couldn’t find a parking spot you were forced to park on the side walk and possibly get a ticket if you don’t move it between 8-9 am, the only convenient thing it close by the convention center for events and some fast food restaurants.
- 2/5
When we got there our room was not cleaned so they put us in another room. The t.v. wouldnt work or wifi. There was bugs in the bathroom. The microwave had to be put on the floor to plug it in, at night time we had a guy yelling for abiut a hour, and the manager never came to tell the guy to leave. The next night people were fighting in the parking lot. The 3 days there hardly got any sleep, the comforter had stains on it. Wont ever stay there again, i have stayed in nice motel 6, but this onecwas bad. Oh and i was going to pay in cash there, they already took the money off my bank card, now i dont have the money for rent.
- 2/5
The room smelled heavily of cigarettes. The water, even on its hottest setting, was never over lukewarm. The water pressure in the shower was also little to nothing. This made it very difficult to wash any soap off. There was no mini fridge or coffee maker and no options for any kind of breakfast snacks or food in the lobby. The staff was amazing though and they would be the only reason I’d come back to this location specifically.
- 3/5
Train was noisy

Check in was fine. Room smelled musty. We found ants in the room. Not I nice thing to come across. We checked out and went elsewhere. Never be back.
- 3/5
There was big gash in middle of floor. Bad/low water pressure in shower and temperature didn’t get very warm/hot. Unsavory people lingering in parking lot. Don't feel like I got the value or experience for cost that I should have.
- 1/5
NO microwave. NO fridge. NO room phone. NO local channels on the TV. NO towel changes all week. It was bad.
- 2/5
Despite being listed as "No Smoking" rooms it took 3 attempts to get a room that didn't completely reek of cigarette smoke. To make matters worse, we Felt unsafe during check-in and when we left the room, and later returned.
- 5/5
Good value
- 1/5
The hotel is nothing like the pics! The dollies had soda? spilled and the entire room was sticky. Holes in walls. Ashes in lamp. Lamp without lightbulb. Top comforter had cig burns. TV tilt was broken and it slanted up toward ceiling. No hand towels. Wash clothes had pubic hairs. Towels had very long gray hairs all over! After I dried my hands I had to untangle grey hairs off me!!! And to top it off, when my son and I woke up, the floor was flooded. We grab our stuff and left very quickly!
- 1/5
No fridge or microwave was in the room. Lock of room didn't fully lock. Clumps of hair were in the beds and the floor was extremely dirty.
- 1/5
Room was not clean. Sheets had cigarette burns in them. Bedstand was missing. No smoke alarm. There was a party in the room above blasting music literally all night long- until 7 am. We couldn't call the front desk to complain because there was no phone in the room.
- 3/5
Close to the convention center.
- 3/5
Bedding was clean, though stained and with holes. If I’m staying alone, I’d absolutely come here again. If you’re bringing someone, might be worth spending a little more. Also no fire alarm in the room. Manager did god at making sure check ins were quick and easy, as well as making sure guests weren’t bothered by people asking for money Overall 3/5
- 1/5
We surveyed the room for about 15-20 minutes and said absolutely not. Stains all over, hadn't been vacuumed, still dirty/hair in tub, room never cooled down (had window unit on high the whole time we checked the room). No. No. No. No. No.
- 1/5
To expensive with no amenities and the manager is very rude. Roaches, no fridge or microwave. The area is full of homeless people
- 2/5
Booked reservation on hotels.com and per website stated that room would come with microwave and refrigerator and room did not per Covid-19 a few years ago. Also bathroom only came with 2 towels and nothing in front of bathtub. Hotels.com information for motel 6 needs to be updated stating that rooms do not come with refrigerator or microwave,
- 1/5
this place was gross. there was a used pair of men’s underwear under the bathroom sink. room smelled weird and overall cleanliness was poor. i don’t think they clean the rooms at all
- 1/5
Absolutely disgusting and disappointed. You would have to pay me to stay. Comforter had burn holes in it. Mysterious substances on wall and mirror. Table almost fell over when setting bag on it. Room smelled of cigarettes eventhough it states "non-smoking" room did not have microwave or mini-fridge as advertised. When asked employee she said there was nothing she could do other then offer refund. We got a refund and left
- 1/5
I didn’t get the standard room I paid for. There was no refrigerator and microwave as seen on the standard room. The room was not clean upon arrival. Smoking environment. Overall I didn’t get what I paid for.
- 2/5
You get what you pay for. My partner and I only settled for this hotel because of how close it is to the climate pledge. It was a 7 minute walk. The actual hotel itself was not good. We ended up door dashing some towels, sheets/comforter, and air freshener. The towels were dirty, they had red hard sticky stuff on it! Like food or I don’t know what it was but I was not about to use those towels. The bed sheets had cigar holes on it and reeked of smoke. The whole room smelled like cigar smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. I would not stay there again but if you decide to because it’s affordable and close to climate pledge, I recommend taking your own sheets, towels, and air freshener.
- 1/5
I’ve been coming to this particular pace for a few years and I guess we stayed in a newer section before, because I’ve never experienced such poor service and filth here before. I will never stay here again.

- 3/5
Very convenient to convention center and dining options. WiFi is weak. Decent budget option.
- 3/5
Way too much outside noise and ruckus.
- 3/5
It's a Motel 6 so you get what you get for the price. Wouldn't recommend staying for more than 1 night. This is just a place to sleep and nothing more.
- 4/5
Location is convenient. This is very close to the oregon convention center. The room is what we can expect from a motel6. Note that while the description said there are fridge and microwave, it actually doesn't have fridge and microwave in the room. Previous reviews complained about noise on the street. To me, noise is not a problem. In fact, I believe all lodgings in the area are noisy due to the tram service but it is not that bad.
- 4/5
It’s noisy there, so I had a hard time sleeping. The manager was a grumpy when I got there, but fine when I left.
- 1/5
No fridge, no micro, one towel, washcloth and hand towel! Bed covering stained with burn holes, two pillows, no dresser, one nightstand, no breakfast. Asked for.extra blanket. And told there was no extra blankets, just turn up the heat, he said! Noise was terrible and constant!!
- 2/5
Poor quality of the linens, and the video reception was awful. There were no shampoo or lotion toiletries provided, and the property was run down. The manager was very friendly and helpful though.
- 2/5
Sheets had blood stains, the outlets were installed incorrectly. No plug for bath tub and no shampoo and conditioner condiments
- 2/5
Bare minimum. There was no wash cloths or floor rug for use. No shampoo. No small refrigerator. Tv remote didnt work. Sticky floor, may have been from the cleaning product they use.
- 3/5
Other than the bed, television, and a chair, the room lacked furniture. Two of the light bulbs were bad which the manager immediately fixed. Three of the six wall outlets did not work which the manager could not fix. Parts of building were falling apart such as the grille in front of the fan and a buckled exterior support column. The light rail stopped in front of the motel which could be heard in the evening.
- 1/5
Disgusting place. If you’re thinking of staying here—don’t. You will be up all night, beyond uncomfortable, tossing and turning, wondering if you’re safe. To those who run this motel: CLEAN YOUR ROOMS!! REPLACE YOUR BEDDING!!! There is no reason these rooms should be this poorly maintained. Fix the light fixtures half-hanging off the walls and the pug ins that don’t charge. Change the stained, ripped sheets. Scrub the writing off of the doors. Air out the rooms so they don’t REEK of cigarette smoke in Non-Smoking rooms. If you had any pride in this place, you’d do better for yourself and your guests. And update your website, stop lying about providing amenities you did away with years ago. At least be honest when trying to sell this place. Unless that is intentionally deceptive and you’re running a scam, which I’m well convinced you are given your don’t-care attitude.
- 3/5
Did what it was supposed to do. It wad a sleeping box. Crappy shower and the tv had no signal. Bed was stiff but wasnt unsleepable. It was a motel what can i say
- 2/5
Location is no doubt great. It is close to Trimet, Convention center etc. But the sheet has stains, holes, disfigured pillow, towels has torn, no place to hang your clothes, no closet at all. Has writing table but uneven. May not have dual pane windows because you can hear everything. People smokes within the premises, smells goes inside, thru the room. Spend more dough and stay somewhere else.
- 4/5
At least I been enjoy peacefully to stay.
- 2/5
No mini fridge, no microwave, and cigarette burned sheets. I am not sure if most of their customers steal or destroy all their furniture. The first night was woke at 1am where the neighbors was screaming at a crackhead about smoking his stuff. The attitude of the people running the place is understandable. I was booked for two nights and getting clean towels was like a hostage negotiation.
- 2/5
The room smelled like it had a smoker living in it for years. The sheets had cigarette burns and stains all over and the sink leaked. Otherwise, I got use to it and only slept there during my stay.
- 2/5
Toilet didn't flush
- 2/5
Room was below even basic accommodations: no closet, no suitcase stand, no shampoo, phone disconnected. Fortunately, the bed was OK and the shower and TV worked. There were pretty sketchy and loud people in the parking lot at times, which is likely beyond the control of the managers. All this said, this motel is much, much less expensive than other hotels in the area.
- 1/5
Got offered a different room, requested a refund instead.
- 1/5
The bedding had blood stains and had cigarette burns. I got a non smoking and it smelt like a smoking room. There are holes in the walls. If I didn’t HAVE to stay here because I already paid and checked in after 6pm. I would have left and not stayed here. I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in the bed. Due to the stains on the sheets and the bed under the sheets.
- 1/5
Took one look at the place and kept driving. Some pimp and his ho were posted up in the parking lot, blaring music, while he was cleaning his car while double-parked in the handicap spots. Avoid like the plague.
- 3/5
Most of the time I consider Motel 6 to be a clean, no frills sleeping box and nothing more. While this was not by any means the worst hotel I’ve stayed in, it definitely skews a bit on the grungy side. Mostly it was the little things like; the tv was crooked, it had this old beat up dinette table with a very uncomfortable wood chair, the bathroom fan was extremely loud and the bedding seamed very old.
- 1/5
The room smelled of clorox but the table and chair was dirty. There were stickers on the walls. There was loud people walking up and down the balcony level. Felt unsafe with the banter that was going on. Was unable to sleep throughout the night. I remember checking my phone at 4 in the morning and people still being loud. Fire detector was detached and water pressure was terrible.
- 1/5
Room was supposed to be non smoking but raked of smoke and the blanket had numerous cigarette burns on it.
- 3/5
The room, sheets, and towels smelled strong of the cleaning material utilized. Floor felt sticky. Decided not to stay a second night. It seemed that the room was clean
- 4/5
The location was convenient and not expensive
- 2/5
Very run down. Smoke detector off wall and on a shelf under the TV. There was no main light in the room and it was missing a light bulb on one of the lights by the beds so the only light in the room was one nightstand light. There was the broken bathroom fan, broken door lock, stained comforter, no refrigerator or micro that was listed during booking. Manager was friendly and nice but the room was terrible.
- 1/5
Please do not stay here! Rooms are filthy. Bedspread had what looked like blood on it. Nonsmoking room reared like old cigarettes and burn holes in bedding. Got in late at night all other hotels in the area fully booked thankfully had extra blankets in the car (if it was an option to get another hotel we would have left immediately) we left in the morning was supposed to be there for two nights.
- 1/5
Barren jail cell type room, wifi didnt work, plumbing didnt work, first room was dirty with used condoms around it.
- 1/5
There were no pillowcases, towels, or soap in the room. A meth addict was hanging out in the parking lot asking for money. People were constantly going in and out of the room above us until 3am. Sheets were dirty. This was a nightmare.
- 1/5
I was promised a non smoking room and the room I received, the only one they had left, had two ash trays and smelled like a bar. The lock in the door was broken off and the TV was shattered and only had sound.
- 2/5
The property was a great location but I felt dirty the entire time in the room. My towels had stains on them, my door was loose when locked, and the wifi barley worked. I also had someone bang on my door in the middle of the night.
- 1/5
They would give me a refund
- 1/5
The room smelled like someone recently smoked something in it, but it wasn’t a smoke I was familiar with. The smoke detector was covered in plastic. The sheets on the bed had about 8 burn holes in them. They were cleaned, but still put back on the bed. Someone also dropped a little straw behind the bed, that I would assume they were using to snort cocaine. Luckily I found it before my son did. All of this being said, I was VERY entertained by the homeless lady tweeking outside. The large window points directly at the sidewalk where she had her tent set up. She was up all night fidgeting with her tent and reorganizing her stuff. They clearly can’t do much about the homeless population, but they should maintain their parking lot, and should not be putting sheets back on the bed that have burn holes in them.
- 1/5
The staff was rude, I requested to stay an extra day and when I tried to make the reservation there was a mixed up with the bank. I was on hold with them for close to an hour, I tried to explain this to the people there, but they didn’t care the just kicked us out, even tho I explain that I will keep the room just need to clear with the bank. They didn’t care, was worse they didn’t believe me. The manager was rude and according to the girl up front order us out. I use hotels.com with all my bookings. I’ll never stay at another motel 6 , again this place was pricey too. $95 for 1 night here, I’ve stayed at the Sheraton or Hilton for less than that. Anyways horrible experience, will never stay here again .
- 1/5
Bad stay at Motel 6: Room was dirty, smoke alarm was on a shelf with the battery missing, bed spread had holes from people smoking, fan cover missing in bathroom, no wash-cloths, towel bar missing in bathroom, electrical covers missing, front door casing missing on door, damaged door lock, toilet paper holder was missing, no fire sprinklers in room. Lack of sprinkler and smoke alarm is against fire regulations. I expect a voucher to reimburse us for such a disapointing stay at this Motel 6.
- 4/5
The owner/manager is a nice guy. The hotel is conveniently located close to downtown and close to the light rail system
- 1/5
They had cameras in and put severe stuff online I would both the nights I stayed reimbursement for this illegal action manager did nothing .also rooms bad
- 3/5
My stay was fine, the room felt mostly clean, my only problem was i thought i booked a room with two beds, we had to share not a huge deal but would have been nice to have are own bed!
- 1/5
Stayed for 10 min. Left cuz there were visible bed bugs. Checked out right away. Clerk didn’t even ask why. Offered refund on the spot. Had to go somewhere else.
- 1/5
The pictures on the website must be from when they first build the motel because it was in terrible condition. Dirty beyond belief and slept on top of the sheets in fear of what was under them. Fixtures off the wall, obvious rips/stab marks in the bed spread that had been patched back together and stains on the lamp that did not work. I have stayed in some pretty cheap places but this place was beyond filthy and such a disappointment. If I could have canceled upon seeing the room I would have slept in my car. I do not recommend this hotel at all.
- 2/5
Blankets had cigarette burns on them. Look like someone tried to patch them up with bits of fabric but you could still tell the floor look like at one point somebody may have lived in the room only stayed one night and I was good enough
- 1/5
The most disgusting part is the room itself. We booked a non-smoking room however the bedspreads on both beds had multiple cigarette burns, unknown stains (I don’t know when the last time they were washed is?!?), the floors were dirty, they don’t use protectors under the super thin pillow cases and the pillows are all brown and gross. The shower was dirty and there was something black floating on the toilet. The only good thing about this property was the front desk clerk. I was pretty upset about how dirty the room was and didn’t want to stay here. He let us cancel/refund the room after checking in so we went and stayed somewhere else.
- 1/5
This property was AWFUL !!!! I would not advise ANYONE to stay here EVER !!!! They must have 1 or 2 rooms that they used for their online photos, I did not even shower because it was that disgusting AND they did not even give you shampoo !!! There was mold in the bathroom on the tile floor, the door did not even lock properly. The tram runs all night long right out front which is VERY loud, I did not sleep well AT ALL !!! From the 1 bed you could not even see the television and when my son laid on the bed he rolled in the middle because the mattress was so old. I will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN !!! The cost for 1 sleepless night $110 dollars, what a waste, wish I had read the reviews before booking !!! BE WARNED DO NOT STAY HERE !!!!!
- 2/5
The room reeked of cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking room. The smoke detector in the room was disconnected from the wall.
- 1/5
No amenities , all you get is 1 towel and a bar of soap, very basic motel, Lights were broken room was dark , no fridge even tho room was supposed to have one
- 3/5
It was what I expected for the price and how close it was to the veterans memorial coliseum where I was working that weekend, staff was cordial and polite.
- 2/5
The door handle was barely holding on. The room was not really clean, as in the floor wasn’t swept and the sheets were awful and the pillows old and lumpy. It was actually kind of a scary location, and the parking was filled up by early afternoon.
- 1/5
Absolutely terrible stay at this motel. Our room wreaked of bleach when we entered. The toilet seat was broken off and just set back in place. The bed had hair and fuzz all over it. The pillows felt like lumps of cotton stuffed into an oversized sac. There were homeless people all over the place, including one that I caught checking doors to see if they were locked. Police were called. One of the guests below us was banging around in their room from 11pm until we finally fell asleep at 3am. Around midnight, we saw this guest come out of the room and wander around outside flailing his arms and talking to himself - he was definitely high on something. We saw this man go up to the night window and speak with the front desk staff as well. At about 1am, after watching several people go in and out of this room, (doors slammed with each person as well as banging around in the room) we asked the front desk if they could do anything and he acted like he didn’t know what we were talking about. I told him we saw the man come and talked to him and he still played dumb. I would not be surprised if they knew something illegal was going on. I am not afraid to stay in junky hotel rooms but this was absolutely unacceptable.
- 2/5
Showed up early to the area wanted to check in at 5:30am Typically one would pay a reduced rate or a fee for it, but clerk wanted to charge a full days rate for 4 hours. I left and returned at 1:50pm then again the clerk had me wait the 10 min for check in. He asked for my name and didn’t ask for ID. Got to the room and it smelled of weed, the sheets had burn marks on them or patches of areas that where burnt and the bath room towel bar was broken. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless it was a last resort.
- 2/5
Police had to be called 3 times arrested guy in room next to mine and 2 domestic violence calls towels had hair on them and couldn’t get clean ones
- 2/5
The location was close for a job I had the next day. I was from out of state. Clean room with functioning appliances. BUT FAILED to provide/mention the Wi-Fi password when I ck in.
- 2/5
Overall ok... had WiFi then it went away with no explaination
- 2/5
Hotel not very clean, hair in bathroom. Hooks missimg from curtain. So shabby for what we paid to stay here.
- 5/5
..
- 1/5
The ONLY thing that I liked was the location to where I needed to be. It says free parking online, but when you get to the motel it is first come first served, there wasn't even enough room for one car per room. I had to park a block away and pay extra for parking. The calking around the tub was black, the phone didn't work, fridge and microwave were broken, and one of the queen beds was broken as well. I will never stay at this hotel again
- 2/5
I think the only think I liked about this place was it's location. I know for a fact that I will never stay here again, and I will not recommend it to anyone.
- 3/5
You get what you pay for with this Motel 6, and I think I'll pay more next year. It's close to the Oregon Convention Center, but so is The Inn, so I will be staying there next year.
- 3/5
Wasn’t the best motel I stayed at in Portland. Some of the outlets did not work. I only have 1 lamp that was working in the room, only had 1 light in the bathroom because the light above the mirror had burn out bulbs. Bed was okay, not the best motel in the area. Won’t stay here again.
- 4/5
The location was excellent. The parking was free and other hotels nearby all charge a fee.
- 2/5
Constant rumbling from the tram on both cross streets felt like I was staying in the proverbial shack by the railroad tracks.. Every 15 minutes a loud rumble shook the entire building. Convenient to the convention center though!, and saved about 40 bucks on additional parking. Wifi was abysmal. Staff acted like they would rather be somewhere else. AC wasn't much quieter than the tram rumbling - Stay here if you are a really sound sleeper.
- 2/5
All in all, I was glad to have a place to stay and not pay and arm and a leg, but I will still never stay there again. I will pay more for something more clean and comfortable.
- 2/5
The room smelled like poison-what ever cleaners they use are super smelly. The beds didn’t have frames just box springs on the floor. The bathroom had holes in the drywall and exposed electrical outlets. The shower sprayed water all over the bathroom from a crack in the pipe. Our front door didn’t close all the way. We had to engage the deadbolt to keep it from being just shoved open. I’ve stayed in third-world motels that we’re better than this.
- 2/5
The room was not clean. The bed was uncomfortable. The room smelled like marajuana. Other guests were up very late into the morning and the walls are thin, so I couldn't sleep. Would not recommend.

Room was very smoky. It was comfortable enough. The worst thing was the parking not near enough for the number of rooms. That was so inconvenient, had to keep moving my car and paying astronomical parking fees.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed out . Very dirty ! Cigarettes holes in sheets. Bedding had dirt and stains. I wanted to cry of how dirty it was. I’ve stayed at many Motel 6 this is the worst location!

We chose this place as one of the cheapest with a decent location. It is right near the rail line and the sound proofing is quite bad, so you hear the transit line all night. The non-smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke and there were cigarette burn holes in the bedding. The tv had no remote. The room had many fruit flies, especially in the bathroom. It was a very unpleasant place to stay and we got out of there as soon as we could in the morning.

Proximity was convenient to the convention center. Hotel was dark and smelled weird. A lot of shady characters in and out of the place

Would have liked a microwave...only had two towels in the room for 4 people...no plastic cups or container for ice...

Door bolt not working. Bathroom light over sink not working. No spindle for toilet paper roll. Curtains falling off rod, several hooks missing. Reported these problems - door bolt - no locksmith available that day, I was offered to move. Other problems never resolved. Asked for a wake up call- never got it! Very noisy neighborhood with trolleys nearby rattle and noise not blocked well. Vagrants outside thru all hours of the day/night, one man a seeming schizophrenic talking to himself/ or suffering from a psychosis. Called to report this - 0800a.m. no answer from hotel clerk. Informed him in person and I was told to call 911, apparently can not answer the phone at times. I won't stay at any of your motels now. I saved money, but felt unsafe and the noise was not conducive to sleep. I lost many hours of sleep due to noise/worry. On my reservation, I asked for an upstairs room, never got it.

The hotel smelled of cigarettes, the bathroom looked like it haven't been cleaned in months. The walls were seeping with dirty marks, and the tub had nasty moldy spots in it. Would not recommend, if we were staying more than one night we would have left.

ComicCon was on. Busy with costumes. Parking included is good. Noisy with the public transportation streetcars grinding nearby.

The bed was comfortable. The bathroom door didn't close, there was a few cigarette holes different places and no coffee pot. Most of the staff was nice. One guy acted like we were a bother. No remote control but he did Hunt us one down. The ice machine was broke.

Pros: Location is excellent. Staff we encountered were efficient and reasonably friendly. Our room was pretty clean and fairly spacious, with comfy enough bed. No frills, but provided basic needs. Decent price for what we got. Cons: Property is definitely showing its age... lots of little things like torn curtains, cigarette burns on the linens, broken lights, etc. The biggest issue was that our door lock had some issues, where the security latch would not close from inside (deadbolt worked fine), and door would not lock behind us from outside, unless we sort of lifted it up while closing it. Once we figured out that little trick, it was fine.

Generally there is at least a refrigerator or a microwave or coffee pot there wasn't any of those in the beds were horribly uncomfortable. There was one restaurant which was closed when we got out of the concert from the Moda Center and nothing particularly close open for late-night dinner. Only convenient part about it was being close to the concert venue. Our door was broken and the guy came immediately to fix it oh, so that was pretty awesome. Also it's a good thing we didn't drive because there was nowhere to park as the parking lot is really small. I don't think the beds had been replaced in a hundred years oh, that's how uncomfortable they were. It was clean and quiet though

This is a BYOSL hotel, (Bring your own shampoo and lotion.) It’s kind of an unpleasant surprise to find no shampoo when you arrive and have just one hour to get ready for an event. The areas around the doorway& steps were dirty. The door knob was missing from our bathroom. It’s noisy- I can live with the sound of MAX rumbling past, but the verbal skirmishes & rants from the local drunks managed to wake us up periodically. The location is convenient.

The room smelled horrible from covering up old smoke smell. The bedding had cigarette burns. I slept in my clothes on top of of the bedding. I was afraid to sleep under the covers.

The mattress pad under the sheets was very dirty and had a giant purple stain on it. When we got up in the morning we found another long black hair in the sheets. Our friends who were staying next-door got a knock on their door at 3:45 AM. When they went to the door the person had disappeared.

Good location but very dirty, there was hair on the pillows and dirt, used soap and broken mini fridge.
