Unfortunately I don't remember the guy's name that checked us in but he was super friendly and helpful. The lady in the morning she wasn't rude or anything she just probably doesn't have the greatest people skills. The only other funky thing was their spa time is 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and then when we went down to get in the spa at 10:00 even though checkout was at 11:00 they said that they were just starting maintenance and it was already a quarter after 10:00. Not opening at 10:00 in the morning when checkout is at 11:00 just doesn't make any sense. People like to sit in the spa tub after they work out in the morning, or just to wake up. There was plenty of time before 10:00 they could have been doing maintenance on the spot tub. Other than that it really was a great place to stay if you're on a budget. There's a McDonald's almost literally in their parking lot there is a Jackson's mini market and gas station right across the road. They had good vending machines and soda machines. We peeked into the spa suite and it looked well worth the price of the room.

Clean, cheap, and easy to access. I will be staying here again.

If you’re looking for value and a clean place to stay while visiting Portland, this is the location. Their amenities are a little outdated and no smart phone plug ins, but the price and convenience outweigh this minor detail. Enjoy!

The room we stayed in was spacious and clean. Perfect spot for a group, plenty of room and natural lighting to get ready for a day out. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. About a 15 min drive to downtown, so it was convenient without being right in town.

We had to stay for over a week to go to OHSU, the rate was reasonable. The staff was very supportive and compassionate. The facility is in an excellent location to get to OHSU. Our room was nice, clean and quiet. There is a McDonald's and Starbucks right next door and a Costco just down the road.

Awesome for a Motel 6. I'm sure I'll be staying there again.

Convenient location to OHSU hospital The towels were terrible. No shampoo offered. Couch in room very uncomfortable to sit on. Not enough pillows.

Very nice people. Room was clean. Price excellent. Very accommodating to our needs. We were there for our daughter, who was at OHSU, the drive to the hospital was quick and easy. That was priceless!! Would have loved continental breakfast. I thought it said there was when I booked it.

Perfect location with comfortable beds. Was there for stay while family member was at OHSU. Clean rooms and served it's purpose.

Was clean-ish but not a lot of effort. Door hinges in the bathroom were covered in rust. I assume they only clean with the door open and don’t look behind. Oh! Also ran out of toilet paper twice and had to ask for more. (No major toilet paper incidents or illnesses, just normal output)

Room was very clean and in good condition. Nice window that open and had a screen for a few minutes of fresh air in the morning. Hot tub was super hot, nice and clean. A good place, I’d stay there again if in the area.

Location Walls were thin and even though there were many empty rooms, they put me right next to an occupied room.

Now this is how you want to spend an 8 hr rest stop. Clean, comfortable, safe and convenient. Checked all the boxes

Staff was nice and accommodating. Our microwave in our room didn’t work so they were able to replace it immediately after us telling them, but unfortunately that microwave didn’t work either. I recommend asking for multiple extra pillows as they’re very thin and don’t have good neck support if you’re only using one or two. The room was clean, parking was easy. Overall a decent motel.

I love this place and the staff remembers my girlfriend and I and makes us feel like valued guests everytime and there’s really no other hotel I’ve been too that compares to how cozy and safe I feel here and the location is incredible

In my opinion, all was great. All areas were clean. Quiet area. Friendly staff. There were small bar soaps at the sink and in the tub/shower , but that wasn’t a big deal to me, as I usually bring my own toiletries. Ample parking. Convenient location. Very spacious room. My son is on the spectrum and the woman at the front desk was very polite and accommodating to my request. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

It was close to where we needed to be, and there is a great restaurant right next to it called Sho. Amazing food. The staff was so understanding, pleasant and friendly. when we first checked in our front desk agent named Herry was so sweet and understanding absolutely loved him. Some garbage around the place it’s in Portland needs a little bit of renovating and it’s along a busy street but did not hear it in the middle of the night

The room was very clean and the staff were absolutely wonderful. Parking was very good. The 3rd floor hallway had a bad odor, and the room really needed another chair.

Loved the location, super convenient for our needs, bus was easily accessible so I could get to work Bathroom was disgusting, tub and towels had black hairs on them, towels were stained and dirty, ended up having to go home and get our own as they never replaced them. Bathtub was the worst part, filled it for a bath day one and there was dead skin, pubes and other scum floating in it before I noticed and had already gotten in. Otherwise our stay was lovely and we would stay here again, just would scrub that tub first.

Nice room, Jacuzzi works great even if it takes awhile to fill up. Extra pillows and towels upon request. My partner and I get away from the kids for a little staycation every 6-8wks, and we love this place.

Room was dirty when we got there. Beds are too small. Appliances make too much noise.

The location was close to family. My car wasn't broken into. The hotel smelled of bleach and body fluids, the bedding was dirty, and the rooms looked dated.

Nicely renovated. Good bed, lighting, bathroom. Cleanliness excellent. Quiet very good. Sleep sofa was very uncomfortable to read in. A reading chair would be nice.

T.v. didn't work, called the front desk, they sent someone to fix it. It worked until he walked out of the room. Also pillows are flat had to ask for more.

Would not check me in even though I had 2 forms of ID, credit cards in my name, really went out of the way to not do their job. Also, crack head central so I’m glad I didn’t stay and possibly get mugged

What was mildly unnerving was where the property is located, what was convenient about the property is where the it is located right at the top of the I-5 Northbound and I-5 southbound on ramps. All in all a decent place for the price the staff was helpful and friendly appreciate them very much thank you for my stay.

I feel it good with that price. The staff is really nice. If u expect good price, convenient to go to downtown and safety, I think this place is enough.

I love this place

The manager that checked me in was a little rude. But later on that evening when I spoke with a gentlemen at the front desk he was very pleasant and courteous. Th rooms were spacious, clean. The lamps a little outdated and question the safety of them but the lamps that I found loose when I touched them I simply avoided to use for my own safety and fear it break and I be blamed for it. But over all the heater worked very well, room was clean, the surrounding area seem quiet and safe.

I'm sure this is a one off, but I did not appreciate how they handled us when there was an issue.

It was a great location, lots of transportation nearby and restaurants, very walkable. Great value and amenities (mini fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee, soda machines, good ice machines, small pool, nice sofa, lots of table space, great mirror, nice King bed and jetted tub!) It was exactly what I needed for my last day, after a long, unexpected, stressful week!

Hard to walk around the property to get to businesses. Close to Starbucks, and McDonalds.

Shady deposit “system” they charge a deposit at their own whim, say they will return it in 7-10 days, then still not return it after 16 days until I demanded it. Blamed delay on “human error” and “how many check outs they had that day,” neither of which are the costumers problem. Room smelled funky. On the plus side there are good restaurants in walking distance.

LACKED any USB ports to plug in to charge devices.

No breakfast. Only junk food vending machines. No soap until I asked for it. No shampoo or lotion at all. It did have ok in room coffee. One luggage cart that I had to find for myself near one of the exists.

This particular Studio 6 is in desperate need of upgrading. The entire dwelling, from the lobby, elevator, hall carpeting to the rooms were outdated. The only good things are its location and the friendly vibes from the front desk staff.

General appearance was well maintained for a Motel 6. The AC unit would not turn on. Had to ask about it at the front desk. They turned on a switch in their switch panel and then it sort of worked. The fan turned on but the AC cooling would not turn on; not a big problem since the outside temp was cool enough. The small fridge in the room froze a carton of milk that we put in it overnight.

Very worn and dated facility. Toilet didn't flush when we arrive, staff fixed it promptly. Staff was friendly. Area didn't feel safe. Hole on outside of tub with a rough patch.

While not a luxury motel, this place has excellent service and clean rooms- they even have rooms with deep jacuzzi tubs, and also a shared spa for those with standard rooms.

Hard to find because there was no sign, I think because they are changing owners. Very cheap and room was clean, although housekeeping didn't come during my short stay. It was a fine option to save money.

We did not enjoy our stay , it seemed to not be a nice hotel all around , noisy people next us and homeless outside the building . There’s hidden fees they don’t tell you about until you get to the property. No housekeeping either .

Don't like the hotel taking a deposit and then having to refund it later. I assume they've had problems in the past with people trashing or taking towels.

This is a Motel 6 off the freeway next to boarded up Round Table Pizza. It’s exactly as it sounds. No breakfast. No toiletries provided. It was clean with new floors, but the furniture was torn up. It looks like a place in transition.

The staff were very accommodating and nice. We appreciated the fact that the hotel was dog friendly. It was clean and had everything we needed. Parking was free in the lot. It’s an older hotel under renovations…so furniture was older and worn (which didn’t matter to us). It was a bit loud with construction/renovations occurring from early morning til 530pm. But we were gone seeing the city for most of that time so it didn’t bother us.

Location is nice. Close to Lewis & Clarke College. The reason for our trip.

Clean; friendly helpful staff person -- It appears there was only one in the whole hotel -- and comfortable. Excellent mattress. Nothing luxe. No breakfast although website lists that as an amenity.

It had all the basic accommodations that you would need for an overnight stay if you weren’t planning to hang out in your hotel room all day. The front desk staff was pleasant. It’s supposed to be smoke-free rooms, but unfortunately the hallways/stairwells still smelled like cigarette smoke. The box spring mattress in the room I was in had a massive brown stain on it that I could only hope was coffee, but wouldn’t they want to at least try to cover it up? A few convenient dining options right next door. Overall review is average and that you truly just get what you pay for most of the time.

Nice Bedding and Beds very comfortable, Safe neighborhood fenced parking. Excellent staff nice rooms. We will definitely stay again. Most of the hotels in Portland are so run down and surrounded by homeless this place is neither run or surrounded by scary individuals. Priced very reasonable you can save 20 bucks a night but you’ll be staying in a dump stay here you will be very glad you did!

We immediately check out and were charged over $200 per room (we had rented 2 rooms). We never used the rooms.
