The hotel was further than I usually stay when I come to Chicago but it was nice. The staff were very pleasant. They had breakfast every morning. Although I couldn't enjoy it because I had to leave super early but on the day of check out I grabbed some bacon and bread. The room with a king size bed was good. Pillows could use an upgrade. The bathroom was small to my surprise. The housekeeping should maybe vacuum the doorway better 🤔 I don't want to see other people's hair. But overall the stay went well. Great coffee ☕️.

Got in at 2:30 am. Chris, at the front desk was wonderful, welcoming, and helpful. Slept in a bit late for check-out and Chelsea, the front desk super was terrifically understanding and conversational friendly. A truly remarkable thing to experience these days customer service everywhere considering "professionalism" as being efficiently robotic and neutral. NOT the definition of professionalism in my book. You're staff are outstanding and we truly appreciated them!!! The room was clean and xomfy, too.

I wish there were more vegetarian options. Hotels typically don't have many options for Vegan/Vegetarians. Or any gluten free options also. The service was great, and the access to coffee any time of the day was a plus.

Not my first time in the Chicago area, however first time at this hotel. It was average at best. The property was clean, the staff at the front desk were nice as well. The breakfast was what you’d expect. The location was in a great spot as well. My only complaints were that our toilet had difficulty flushing the whole 4 nights we were there and was dripping water from the handle, as well we didn’t get our room catered to while we were there. We were up early and out everyday by 9:30 am and not once was our room cleaned during that time. We actually had to go to the front desk and ask for towels multiple times as well as ask the staff on 3 separate occasions to have our garbage taken out as it was piling up and grab our dirty towels. We didn’t care about our bed being made but was disappointed our garbage wasn’t taken and our towels weren’t changed. After asking for a 3rd time someone came to our room on our last day. The staff at the front desk were very apologetic even on our check out. Not sure if i’d be back but was fine for what we needed during our stay

The rooms, especially the rooms that face Milwaukee Hwy are VERY noisy!! Had several people sitting outside smoking pot.

I requested a late checkout but housekeeping knocked on the door at around 11:15 am and front desk also called me to remind me that checkout was 11am. Not sure if the late checkout was communicated. Not so happy with housekeeping knocking at the door even with the sign hanging outside the door.

It is located in very convenient area, near shopping, dinning, and express way. The staff is friendly and services are good, the breakfast have healthy choices. the hotel is clean and pretty. only shortcoming is the noise from the traffic from express way.

Our room was not cleaned one day and when I asked, the young lady in the front desk with a rude facial expression said it was because the hotel was only 3 stars and they only cleaned when requested, I also found a big bug on the rooms curtain.

This hotel had such wonderful staff. They are on top of the cleaning! The only issue would be the homeless around the hotel but it wasn’t very bad just throughout the entire day mostly just at night

The breakfast in the morning is awesome w/many options. They also have a nice dining area for ppl to eat and an outside patio. I would definitely choose this place again.... And there's a Dollar tree just a walking distance away😉

The brefest was very good. The front desk employees were trying to be nice but you could tell it was forced. They didn't clean our room, so the next morning i went down and told the front desk (he did not believe we did not have "not now" sign on our door - then that night when we got back the room was not cleaned that day either - i went down to the front desk to get clean towels, and again she did not believe we did not have the "not now" sign hanging on the door. We stayed 4 nights and 2 of the days they did not clean the room.

Nice little holiday inn in wheeling prospect heights area. Lots of parking close to hotel.., good layout for the mobility impaired where you dont have that much walking to get comfy. They actually had a decent breakfast although i wanted some juice i couldnt find. Not to say it wasnt there i didnt see it. Close to major roads.

Rooms on the highway side of the building experience loud road traffic. Not sure if any more could be done to soundproof the windows.

Housekeeping service was daily, they always made sure beds were made and we had clean towels. Breakfast was good and fresh every morning.

The hotel is clean and employees very nice and helpful. The parking can be frustrating. The front entrance parking lot is small and doesn't go all the way through. We came to the front but there was no parking and turning around was precarious with other vehicles trying to access main door. Plenty of parking in back but the door is locked so if you haven't checked in yet you will need to walk around the building with bags to get in.

Solid property for the rate. Service was good. Morning breakfast buffet well maintained and offered variety. Housekeeping service was requested on 2nd day, which never happened, but not a big deal.

The visit was fine. Issues with housekeeping and leaving coffee and cups in room. Sporadic at best. Breakfast is fine for two days, but repetitive after 2 days. Bananas are scarce.

Nos trataron como basura. Por mi parte no regreso a ese Hotel. Y me gustaría tomarán cartas en el asunto ya q no es justo q paguemos por un servicio y nos dañen la estadía.

The customer service was great. All the reps were friendly, understanding and helped with everything that came up. The room was large, very clean and had a super large tv. Bathroom was clean with plenty of towels. An actual shower sprayer that worked.

The breakfast is good. The staff tried to open the door without notifying us for a prior issue with toilet. I had already fixed that although it was a recurring thing. Ceiling leaked at elevator after rain. The room fridge was quite noisy, the shades were kind of janky, the water temp in showere and the shower head were not great. Shower head kept slipping down the pole and the device that was supposed to hold it obviously didn’t work.

Comfortable stay

Although I twisted my ankle just a bit, thankfully I wasn't seriously injured - especially since I was a single occupant alone. This happened on day one of my 3-day stay. I brought it to the attention, that morning, of two front desk associates. They said they would pass it on to management. However and unfortunately, the issue was NOT rectified - even with an inexpensive shower mat, during the remainder of my stay. Had I seriously injured myself, I believe multiple attorneys would gladly consider taking on such a case.

We had a very pleasant stay here and we would return. It was nice to see some extra gluten free options for the breakfast, like pre-packaged Udi's muffins and bread for toast. Bed was very comfortable and everything was clean.

Clean, modern hotel with comfortable rooms. Unlike many hotels of this type, the AC unit was relatively quiet! The breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable. The noise from the street is excessive. It is better on the non-Milwaukee Ave side, but you still hear it. If they could put in sound insulating windows, that would be perfect!

Amazing service from ladies, guy working night shift was not bad but ladies at the front desk, breakfast area and housekeepers were awesome. A few details like we were out of hand wash and a pair of socks were found on the floor when we got our room, but other than that, perfect area, great hotel
