Delicious Breakfast

Great location, bed was comfortable and hotel was clean. Breakfast was delicious and made to to order. Our toilet in the room didn’t work right but they were fixing it fast.

They require cash and credit card for deposit if your local. I was getting a room due to remodeling in my home. I made the reservation not knowing their property requirements. I showed up with my ID and credit card to check in and was told of the additional deposit of $300 cash. Not understanding exactly what he sd i ran my card and he handed my ID back and then request the cash. I was surprised "you mean actual cash" he sd "yeah, there is an ATM down the street". I then asked why he told me they used to not rent to locals at all. I refused to go off property and pull cash when I provided a credit card with $2k available. They also have a no cancelation clause so they can keep your money if you don't play their games. They refused to answer when the corporate office called as well as Orbitz. AVOID THIS PROPERTY.

The omelet made to order breakfast and 24/7 coffee with strength adjustment was fabulous. I was willing to pay a little more for a place with a good free breakfast and this fit the bill. The afternoon/evening host was very friendly and helpful. The hotel hallway carpeting did make the whole place feel a little worn down and dated. What I did appreciate though was the large suite with a sitting area, microwave, and refrigerator. For the money, it's a good value. I just wish there were more places in this area that have an on premise bar and restaurant.

The kitchen staff were friendly and cooked a delicious omelette. the dining area was clean and well supplied. Healthy food was available.

Breakfast was good! & breakfast area was clean. Our request to 3rd floor & south view. The view we had was back yard, dirt,weeds & totally ugly view. We kept the curtains closed the whole time we were there.

The only complaint we have is the toilet was to low to the ground. It was difficult for us as older adults to get off of the toilet because it was so low to the ground. A high rise toilet would have been ideal

Staff cleaned the lobby constantly. Most of the staff was really nice. Extended stay policy = room cleaned every 3 days. But in two weeks my room was cleaned once and I had to ask for it to be done. I paid about $--- to stay there but was not allowed a cup of cereal in the evening because it's for breakfast.

Our firat room reeked of Maijuana. The pool is not heated. Breakfast- old bananas. The omelets were good. The beds wwre not comfortable. Good things- the hotwl was quite. Parking plenty of it.

The breakfast was fantastic!They had a chef on duty to cook individuals orders.Coffee machine, cereal,pancake mix.All included in your stay.Im amazed and thankful. Hot tub is advertised, but out of service. No pool towels.

The night guy was cleaning the lobby when we arrived, which is a good sign in my opinion. He was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast offered made-to-order omelettes with eight to ten choices for the filling. I had bell peppers, onions and sausage and the breakfast was by far the best one I had at a hotel during our cross-country road trip (we stayed at eight different hotels on our trip). I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are traveling through Pueblo. I can't think of anything I did not like about this hotel. It exceeded expectations for cleanliness and comfort.

location is good close to everything, breakfast was better than most hotels. Bathroom was very small, T.P. hanger was under your right arm pit and hard to get to. toilets are short and not good for older folks. When housekeeping got off of elevator there was a puddle of water on the floor in the elevator, on my way back to the room I told them about it and 5 minutes later when we were leaving the puddle was still there. T.V. was very hard to navigate.

I did not like anything about the motel or the amenities. It was not breakfast bar. They were unwilling to keep pool open for extra 30 minutes.

Coffee with breakfast wasn’t really coffee. That’s unacceptable to us.

Friendly staff and clean

I did not stay there after paying because my room had a broken toilet and water on the bathroom floor. So I did not stay. Front desk guy said nothing else was available. The young guy with curly dark hair at front desk was the rudest person I have ever had to speak with. I will never reserve a room at a Best Western again because of him. He was so rude and I told him he wasn't being very nice. He told me to leave right now or he would call the police and have me escorted out. I was not yelling or anything. I just wanted a unbroken room.

Woke to bites all over myself, my sister and niece! The staff do the best why could but the manager had the nerve to email me that I must had a reaction to something I had which I was like what? I sent hi photos of the horrible bites and he denied but I found another review that read "bed bugs". I wish I would have read that before stating there!!

Clean room, breakfast staff was ah-mazing, so friendly and courteous!

The staff was pleasant, the room was clean, the breakfast was superb! Seriously, there were two chefs cooking fresh breakfast to order, a yogurt machine with a large option of nuts, berries, granola for toppings, a fancy coffee machine with many options, and so much more! It was stunning and unexpected.

the room was great, the property was nice, clean and safe. Staff was excellent, the only flaw I found was the remote control to work the tv was the weirdest, worst functioning thing Ive ever seen. If you dont want to watch the TV, this is Pueblos best hotel.

I needed a room where I could rest after a very long trying day at the hospital with my husband‘s surgery. I saw that Miss Western had a soaking tub in the middle of the room so I chose it. It was wonderful. The next morning, to my surprise, that was a nice chef in the room and the kitchen area and he was preparing omelettes French toast, pancakes whatever a guest wanted you received a ticket for the breakfast when you booked your room it was a highlight of the morning for me. It was a very nice place to say, and the people were very kind and yes, it was clean.

Bed bugs!!!

Room clean. Nice employees. Just did not make my bed or clean my room on 2nd day and refrigerator didn’t work but I didn’t tell them until I left.

Room clean. Bathroom sink 221 was unusable to contain water ( missing stop)

Toilet had no water to it so wouldn’t flush. Window was broken & wouldn’t close so cold air came in entire time. Sink plug wouldn’t open so if you ran water it just filled the sink. Told front desk & he just wrote down issues & said thanks for staying with us.

Had an odd occurrence after being there for 2 nights. Key stopped working. Went to desk and was told I was in wrong room. 2 clerks were not all that helpful. Keys rekeyed. I was told by female clerk I was to check out that morning. SHE WAS THE CLERK THAT CHECKED ME IN MONDAY NIGHT. I had a written keysleeve that showed room and dates staying. They both acted like the room mixup was my doing. Kinda pissed me off. I will give them another try for another business trip. I plan on staying in town for 8 nights month. We will see if they want my business. TBD

Clean comfortable beds, clean bathroom and fixtures fresh smelling and roomy.

Generally clean and good service. Room for improvement: WiFi is slow and glitchy- hard to do any work online. $40 per night pet fee is ridiculous- especially when no one is picking up pet waste other than a few responsible owners.

Room was decent, not clean, carpet worn. Found a strange smell when walking in to the hotel. The pool was dirty and grimy had to get out because of the mold smell. Check in was good staff member was great. Breakfast was good but seemed to run out of lots of stuff.

Check in person was rude. Didnt even tell us what room we were in. Rooms were clean, but the bed was terribly uncomfortable. There was a glitch in our reservation and the desk person was so rude about it. Instead of trying to help out she literally told us it was our problem to deal with. Wont stay there again.

The front desk person, Mark, was very welcoming. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. TV worked well.

I was there to attend my son’s graduation from CSU and they accommodated my late check out at no extra charge and their breakfast omelette was delicious as well as their coffee latte machine. Building is a bit old and no weights in the gym but I was only there 2 nights

This place had the most amazing breakfast included we've had in a long time. The place was spotless, the staff was friendly and helpful. The mattress was too hard for my taste and when my husband rolled, I rolled but I think that's just us. Iwould have liked to have seen the dog area cleaned up and some bags in the dispenser. But they allow 80# dogs and charge $40 so that was great. We will definitely return.

Tried a new route home and friends raved about the omelettes for breakfast so had to try. As good as they said they were.

Had a great stay at the Eagleridge Inn and Suites. Our room was clean when we arrived and they did change our towels out every morning which was great. The front desk staff was wonderful, always very friendly. Breakfast was probably one of the best i ever had. The cooks were very friendly and thje omelettes were great. Will stay there again when we come back.

As a solo female traveler, I would stay here again. Older but clean, beds were not hard as a rock. Breakfast included an omelette that they make to-order right in front of you. Staff was friendly on both shifts.

Just an overnight stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Amenties were good. The only dislike was the pillows. Small square pillows that were too firm for my liking. Wasn't aware if the were other pillows available, I didnt ask. Everything else was great.

The staff at this hotel were beyond rude. The night clerk was fair but the day clerk was a nasty little man who lied to me and then when I called him out on the lie called me an ass hole. The sauna does not work, the exercise room is dirty, the mattress is old and uncomfortable. Overall this hotel needs a lot of work. Don't stay here.

The service at the front desk was excellent. The breakfast was great with the omelette station. The room was clean, but dated. The beds were not very comfortable which is my only real complaint. We didn’t sleep well due to that.

Breakfast was ok you had to ask for half of the things you wanted.Gym not working closed sauna not working closed keys for the room kept giving me a hard time to open it always took 3 to 4 times before it finally opened .Over all would not stay here again.

Many times through the night the hydraulics of the elevator was very noisy and loud. There was also sound of water draining all night. Very disturbed sleep!

The hotel itself, and rooms, was very outdated and requires some serious updating to bring it up to where I would consider it needs to be. The pull out sofa beds are HORRENDOUS and need immediate replacing. I asked other families in the hotel, staying there with our team, and they said the same thing. They were incredibly uncomfortable, loud, and just not sufficient for a good nights sleep at all. We'd look at staying here again if things get updated, otherwise we for sure would look elsewhere.

WiFi ranged between bad and unusable between three rooms on the second floor. Beds were clean, but incredibly old/ had concave areas.

We’ve enjoyed staying at this property for over 5 years & never had problems with front desk staff until now on September 17th, 2024 at check-in time 3 p.m. (Tuesday) with front desk staff member DENISE she was very rude, hateful and told me the customer isn’t always right (I didn’t say anything about me being right so I don’t know why she felt she had to tell me that) she was awful! She didn’t want to help us to resolve a problem between Expedia & the hotel then another front desk staff member (MARK) came out & helped us out, he was helpful & kind (DENISE ruined my stay at the hotel that evening) very sad

Stayed here one night on a quick trip passing through Pueblo. The staff at both check-in and breakfast were very friendly and courteous. The beds were comfortable. Hotel was quiet. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at a chain hotel.

Hotel is way below what I expect from the best western. They advertise a very nice pool. That’s allegedly heated and a hot tub hot tub been out of order for more than six months. The pool was not heated the area. The machine did not work. They had ice and jug trying to cool down Orange juice, but it was Lukewarm My opinion is they use the pictures to sell the place in reality it is really rundown. I will not ever stay there again.

Ease of checking in late. Location. Clean. Friendly staff.

Pool was not open and there is construction going on in all areas of hotel. The advertised breakfast is supposed to be open until 9:30 am. They advertised their custom omelettes and French toast made to order. My family showed up at 9:05 am and the staff person said rudely the kitchen is closed. I told the staff I thought it was open until 9:30 and pointed to the sign that said same thing. He again said the kitchen is closed and we could go to Cracker Barrel across the street. Totally uncalled for and I will definitely not be staying at a bear western again.

The tv wouldn’t work right

Staff was friendly and room was spacious. Breakfast was a little awkward because there was only one staff person and most items were not self-serve.

INTERNET WAS HORRIBLY SLOW. The mattresses are like sleeping in a bowl. Otherwise, the made-to-order omelet was the highlight and the room was large.

Excellent! Variety of pillows, so there was one that was just right! Very nice room with comfortable bed. Continental breakfast delicious. Offered a wonderful omelet made to order w/sausage and potatoes. Other breakfast items available, too. Left an additional tip as it was so good.

Currently pregnant and asked for an extra pillow - they need a $25 deposit to receive an extra pillow. Then they couldn't even find an extra pillow to give me anyways. Bed was horrible - every time me or my husband moved the whole bed was a huge spring that caused us both to wake up. Breakfast had an omelet/daily special which was great, however breakfast was extremely limited outside of that - a waffle or cereal were the only options. Not even close to the normal breakfast at the many other Best Western's I've stayed at. Staff was friendly, and the hotel was clean. But it wasn't worth the stay.

Great for the price. The kitchen staff for breakfast , are very nice and talkative. The shower head was awful. . We told the front office and they changed it out right away.

For the most part the hotel was clean and the breakfast was good for what it was. fresh omletes. But dont go with a big appetite. Its limitations will stifle your urge to overeat.
