The room was clean. Missing towels and bath soap but the staff moved quickly to resolve the issue. Was perfect for my needs. Close to restaurant options and Walmart not too far to get a few items for the room. Had one of my favorite tea brands at the coffee/tea station, which normally hotels have Lipton or other brands I don’t like. Coffee always tasted fresh. Didn’t eat the breakfast as it was served at the event I attended. I would stay there again. I thought it was a good experience for the price point. Also, they have a safe in the room. That’s a big plus.

Clean rooms, good breakfast and quiet.

The room was very comfortable and spacious with a well functioning air conditioner. Breakfast room was also spacious and well stocked. For me, I would have preferred and option of fresh oatmeal rather than a waffle maker. Staff was accommodating and thorough. We did not use the amenities as we were going most of the day and early evening. We will stay again.

I've stayed here multiple times and this hotel is always fresh and clean. I got the King Superior room and loved it. The water pressure in the shower is great, everything in the room was clean. It's a nice place to relax after running around all day.

Nice facility, very clean and comfortable, although the furnishings are a little odd. There is a big space designed for a sofa that instead houses a single incredibly uncomfortable chair and ottoman. All the other furniture is crammed into just part of the room.

After a long day of hiking and climbing in the Colorado Springs area, we stopped in Pueblo to spend the night and use the hot tub. Good night sleep in comfortable beds, a good breakfast in the morning. We thank the staff for a wonderful stay.

Stayed here for business and really enjoyed it. Cute pool and hot tub. Great breakfast set up in the morning. Hot coffee at the buffet. One of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at. Kids next door were loud at 10pm. I called the front desk and they got them to quiet down immediately. Stay here!

The room and hotel was clean. 2 out of 3 front desk staff members were very pleasant. There is an older lady staff member that works nights at the front desk that was a bit rude. More like she lacks mannerism. Other than that, all was good. I felt safe. I would stay here again.

We were put in a recently remodeled room. It was nice and new, but they hadn’t finished remodeling it yet! We had no lights be the bed, just a stand lamp in the corner of the room and the light on the switch by the door.

Room has full or doubles not queen beds but that seems to be standard these days. The tiles and shower were very outdated and some broken but very clean, my son got water all over and when i cleaned it up the towel was still white!! Overall better than i expected.

Parking was easy, and they had a lot of options for breakfast.

The property is undergoing renovations, so there are boxes of beds, furniture everywhere. Old furniture is piled up right outside breakfast area (by the dumpsters outside). Our room had not yet been renovated (the dresser drawer kept opening). Overall, it was comfortable.

Several missing outlets in the room as it was obvious the room was going through remodeling.

The room had no couch or table, just a bed and a work station. there were no accessible outlets near the bed or the workstation, so no where to plug in computer at the workstation. no outletds near bed meant I couldnt plug my phone or my watch in near the bed. This room should not have been rented until the remodel was complete

Staff were not friendly. Also there was no response from phone call. Hotel situation is not livable. They were going through construction or renovation.

We checked in and after showers realized the ac wasn’t working. It was 10:16 when I telephoned the front desk. The man who answered said I needed to use the wall unit to control the ac but I kept telling him there was no power to the wall control. He argued with me that I had complete control and then said it was late and there was nothing he could do about it. My husband went to speak to him in person where he said he would note the problem and have maintenance check it it tomorrow. My husband sad you’ll have to move us because we can’t sleep in a room with no ac. He finally moved us to a room with ac but no bedside lamps but we were so tired we just went to sleep.

This place was one of my favorite places to stay, but this time it was horrible.There's mold in the sink that stunk so bad we couldn't use the shower, I'm pretty sure there were bed bugs, the mattress was lumpy and so uncomfortable and there were no outlets next to the bed.

Guess room was being remodeled,should not have had guests in room.Smelled glue in room,rude man at check out.

The room was clean with easy access to I-25. The mattress was too hard for my wife and I and the shower diverter did not work. Other that the room was fine.

Check In left a bad taste in my mouth when I was called “dear” in a patronizing tone. Things seemed a little run down but it was fairly clean. Mattresses were FIRM, so be prepared. Check out was simple and easy.

Village Inn is right next door so that was convenient to walk to. The room was quiet, bed/pillows comfortable. The curtains could been a little bit longer to cover the edges of the window and they didn't overlap well to keep outside parking lot lights blocked out. That was a little distracting at times for all of us. Otherwise overall decent place to stay & we'd stay again.

The Windgate is a nice place to stay. Just off I 25. Their parking lot is very well lit. The lobby was recently remodeled. Rooms are clean. Hotel is quiet. The front desk staff is very nice. I have stayed at this hotel several times and will continue to stay there when I am in Pueblo.

room was nice, it would be nice to have multiple outlets on each side of the bed that are not controlled by switches.Did not try the breakfast because after 3 days of sausage in the prior motel could not stand the sight of more sausage. The hand soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty.

The hotel has been kept up pretty good. It still has the bathtub/ shower combo and the shirt small round type toilet from the 1980's. But its ok for a 1 night stay. The ac works good and im writing the review at night so I gavent been abke to rate the "free breakfast".

Nice & clean room, pool and breakfast areas. Breakfast had a great variety of hot food. Only a few things that we didn’t like but would stay again for sure. The sheets on the bed were pilling and felt rough. They need higher quality sheets. Also didn’t like how strong the chemicals in the hot tub were, but at least we felt like it was safe from bacteria. It was conveniently located near a Walmart Superstore and close to I-25.

I was pleasantly surprised with my stay considering the price. For me, I don’t need a fancy hotel but cleanliness is a must and this place was near spotless and clean-smelling in the room and common areas. The breakfast was what you’d expect.. eggs and sausage were not good. But I enjoyed the waffles and fruit. I would recommend this place for sure.

Need a more cleaned rooms. The property closet was damaged and the floor carpet was damp and smelly. Not the mention the room lacked light and was dark, the furniture and cabinets were chipped and old.

Ok. Key cards worked so poorly that they could be unsafe late at night. Almost required a safecracker to open the door. Large stain on the chair in the room.

This place was outstanding and I would stay there again if I’m in that neck of town. Place was clean, the AC worked perfectly, and the bed was so comfy. The staff checked us in and gave us a discount for dinner at Roadhouse Steak. And the free breakfast was nice and had a lot to offer.

There was one car horning many times in the night and no staff to check to stop it. In bathroom, the body gel bottle almost empty. the room service staff should check those bottles everyday.

This is a resort pretending to be something it isn’t. Look, complaining about an expensive hotel while people struggle to feed their families feels extremely disingenuous. However I don’t pretend to be anything that I am not, and this hotel does not subscribe to the same philosophy. And I absolutely, positively, hate wasting money when people insist that I’m receiving good value for that money. The staff, while friendly, knows nothing about the resort they work on without the help of a manager. The bar staff disappears without warning and, after waiting 30 minutes, I have yet to find out when they return. Ordered a drink (old fashioned), got a really bad drink (idk what it was) from a manager who had nothing to do with food and bev, and then they argued with me when I said they served me a drink I did not order. The management is too busy to deal with complaints, and they never returned my call to the front desk describing my complaints. Nor did they respond to my complaints on Facebook messenger which is absurd. Why have the page if you don’t monitor it? It takes 45 minutes to receive a bottle of wine from room service when you are a 5 minute trip from the hotel bar, and you might just get a nice room temperature white with no ice. They will however, describe to you where to find and how to procure said ice. The air conditioning is dated and extremely noisy, although I suppose you could just shut it off for a more pleasant view of the nearby Range Rovers drivi
