    I did get the young ladies name who was there when we check in and also when we checked out was but she was so friendly and so helpful she accommodated a perfect room for us to be able to see and keep an eye out on our boat. Great customer service because of her we will for sure stay there again . Hotel and pool was great also Breakfast could have been better eggs where suoer cold both days we ate but other than that we had a great stay.

    Hotel needs some help. Stayed before and it was fine this time very dissapointed. Ice machine broken on our floor. Room was very dirty had a musky smell we had to sleep in for two days. One of our towels had red spots. Floor through out the room were extremely dirty.

    I have been staying at the La Quinta in Pueblo for years, I continue to stay there because it is always clean, such a helpful staff, and when I used to bring my dog there was a great place for pets outside. I love having Cracker Barrell next door for meals.

    I’m deeply discouraged by this and find it so disappointing That Expedia didn’t help when I sat on hold for 30 minutes to try to fix this - and La Quinta Pueblo grabbed my money and didn’t refund for a stay I never could take.

    The location and staff. The property is much older and dated than the online pictures show. My room was spacious but the bed was extremely hard, the bathroom had not been properly cleaned from the previous guests, and as the night progressed, the smell of wet old carpet intensified.

    The La Quinta Inn & Suites in North Pueblo, CO is a nice property and is reasonably priced., The property is a little run down but not terribly so. The front desk staff was courteous and professional, though not overly friendly or welcoming. The fitness center is quite disappointing. The area around the hotel seems safe and is fairly walkable.

    This was our last time staying at La Quinta. The room was nice. However the property is showing its age. We had to switch out of our first room because it smelled like pet urine really really bad. Second room was better but right above the other room. The hallways had stained carpets and different odors depending on where you were. Nice night so we slept with the windows cracked. However there was a lot of noise all night. It’s time for a remodel.

    TV would not work to save my life, Nora and Gabby worked really hard to get it to work but no luck. Telephone did not work so I had to constantly go down stairs for help with TV. Also there were smokers in front of building when we arrived and unloaded. The toilet seat needs to be replaced and the baggage carts need to be cleaned.

    There was no extra roll of toilet paper. Twice the room key didn’t work and I had to go To the front desk to get it fixed. Thankfully no one had to sleep in it. The only reason I stayed was because I was so busy with the family events I didn’t have time to find another hotel.

    Many things broken in the rooms. Very small beds. Desk was broken. Window locks did not lock the window on first floor with no screen.     Staff was great, however got up to the room cushions on couch were torn, paint was peeling off cabinets where microwave was, ac did not work properly had to open the window and slept like that all night, the tub was backed up so had to stand in dirty water to shower, desk had no chair, then we had neighbors that were partying until 3am and slamming doors all night long.

    The room was filthy ! Dog hair, trash, almost empty soda bottle left on the floor by the bed, a whole ib the wall in a cabinet and it smelled like smoke like someone was blowing the smoke directly into our room!! Terrible! We got it for 2 night and we could not get a refund for the second night, the room was so bad we decided to just leave and lose our money.

    They wanted a $100.00 deposit on the room and that information wasn't posted anywhere on their website. Otherwise i would have stayed somewhere else. My key wouldn't work, it took 30 minutes to get into my room. I had to make several trips downstairs to the check-in desk. Ice machine does not work. The room itself is okay. It was clean.

    The room was soiled in every area, it looked as if it had not been cleaned for a long time. The bathroom had stains of all colors on the floor, walls and door. We were supplied with one towel and one hand towel, for two people. One of the double beds looked like a half pipe, and was about that comfortable. The microwave turntable was coated with burnt on food, unusable. Broken alarm clock. One small garbage pail for the whole room. Front desk clerk/breakfast hostess/cook/pr person was an absolute delight to deal with. Learn from her hard work ethic. Shame on management.

    The rooms are nice and it’s great for dogs. However our car was broken into overnight and we had luggage stolen from it despite a well lit parking lot and security cameras. We are still waiting to see if the hotel will cooperate with the police to find the suspects and potentially track down our stolen belongings.

    We have stayed at this LaQuinta in many times. This time only complaint about tje room was the drain in the tub was plugged. Had lots of standing water when we took out showers. Also my truck was vandalized in the night. Punctured thr gas tank. Trip turned very expensive.

    dirty room, extremely rude service - only the young girls were rude they laughed in my face about our do not disturb signs ignored the other ladies were nice. (my baby was woken up) awful stay for 3 grand. ALL three rooms were awful. All three of my employees had to get multiple key cards and were locked out of their rooms just about everytime we re-entered. liked that they had a washing machine though.

    I was given a room that had dry piles of dog poop. Dirty mirrors. Leaking showerhead. When i talked to the front desk they gave me a new room that was also dirty. Had days old pizza in the microwave. Minifridge was dirty with old coffee stains that could be cleaned. Neither room was vacuumed. Management refused to listen to my issues and refused to rectify the situation. They need a visit from the health dept. Hallways filthy with stains. I was charged a deposit so i took pictures of that nastiness. I had no other choice but to stay in the second room as i wouldnt get my money back per the policy. I feel violated and will never spend another dollar on that place.

    This hotel is in a great location, right off of Athe highway and near lots of restaurants and such. I found the hotel clean, and my room was clean and quiet and the bed was very comfortable. My only complaint would be about the breakfast. I arrived right as it was starting and there were none of the hot items set out as advertised. I saw the hot trays where eggs and such would go, but they were empty. I opted for a bagel, but the toaster was also only half working. It was a 4 slice toaster but looked very beat up and only one side worked. I think they really need to upgrade that, assure the hot items are set out, and add Splenda or Stevia as a sweetener option for the coffee. No one uses Equal anymore, lol. That being said, the room was very nice and the price was reasonable, so I’d definitely stay here again.

    Most of the staff was amazing to us but the overnight lady had an attitude when I asked about a charge they were trying to do on my card, she was rude and had major attitude ever since then towards us. I honestly avoid her at all costs cause it isn’t hard to be polite I didn’t have attitude I simply asked what it was and why and even apologized if it seem I was rude. But other staff such as the lady that was working morning shift on 24th of October she is amazing and has wonderful people skills. The room was great nice sized and clean the halls and stairs all were clean and housekeeping was all super nice to us.

    Bathroom sink was plugged but did get fixed right away. AC unit not really working well. A bunch of hair on one of the pillows, which grossed me out. They said housekeeping would replace it but never did. Stood here many times but this stay was a bit disappointing. Hotel definitely needs some updating.

    Counter help was professional and versed. I completed my pre- checkin through the app. Once arrived, i was greeted nd was given my room entry cards within minutes of my check in.the outside court could use reglar rounds where the cleaning staff could empty the ash and trash barrels. Overall, a great experience.

    Room smelled the bed was dirty! The floor was sticky and the carpet felt so dirty! I would have asked for another room but we were already unpacked had a wedding to go to so when we just sprayed the room with spray came back from wedding when we seen the bed!     Our room smelled like urine and we found trash under the bed. Both of these things were a big turn off. Additionally, we had expected the hot tub at least to be open, and there was no information to tell us that this would be the case prior to our stay.     Even tho it was apparently busy because the parking lot got pretty full at night, it was really quiet. Everything was quick and easy and went smooth from the time we checked in until we left. I would definitely recommend and will absolutely be back. Great stay at a great price.

    The lobby was clean and presentable but once you get up to the level you’re staying on it is filthy, the carpet in the hallways was absolutely disgusting and stained. The walls were dirty. The room was presentable until you get in the bed. The pillows had hair strands on them and two of the towels in the bathroom were dirty still and looks like they were just folded and put back for a new day. The floors in the room looked like they may have been swept but definitely not good nor mopped.

    So I had did the pre-registration so it made the check in process very easy, the lady just asked for my name and gave me my room key. The carpets in the hallway on the 3rd floor are horrible. Stained & smells like pet urine. The shower looks like it’s peeling off makes it look dirty. I would not stay here again due to those circumstances, this wasn’t a cheap over night stay either.

    The room was not ready at check in we had to wait over an hour past arrival for the room. The pool shows a handicap car to help someone get in the pool it does not work and according to the man cleaning the pool it has not worked a long time. The hot tub is filled with concrete and lastly the bed in the room is less than 8 inches from the wall making in impossible to walk beside the bed to get in the bed I had to crawl from the bottom of bed to the top to get in. The bed was comfortable but a lot of things are misrepresented I will not stay at this particular La Quinta again

    We requested a ground floor room, as our dog does not climb stairs. It was a struggle to get her on the elevator, especially to go out to use the restroom. Also, the bathroom was clogged. The maintenance guy tried to plunged the sink which made is worse, so we were not able to use the sink.

    This time, he check-in was great- super friendly staff & she was quick to get us in. The room was ordinary, 2 double beds. I wish they would upgrade to queen beds like most other places offer. The double size is really too small for 2 grown adults, but they were clean at check in this time. The last time we stayed here the room we walked into after check in was clearly not cleaned by housekeeping. The beds were unmaid and towels still wet in the bathroom. We had to ask for a different room & that time the front desk staff was clearly inconvenienced having to move us.... This time the room was made & clean, we thought we were good to go.... until we went to shower. The shower was not draining. We were able to get a plunger from the front desk but that did not solve the problem. The water was draining slower than it was filling up. They had some availability, so we were moved to another room, which was appreciated. However, that room had a craked mirror and some minor wall damage. I was worried we might be charged for the existing damages, but we were not, so that's a plus. Breakfast was nothing exceptional, but it was tasty. Eggs & sausage for the hot meal. I think they also had a waffle maker, but we didnt use it. Yogurt, cereal, bread, fruit, all the usual basic breakfast stuff. You get what you pay for. We lived.

    The bed was nice and comfy and the room felt modern. The hotel was generally clean. Cracker Barrel was right next door which was super convenient. Two major things need improvement: this hotel ends their free breakfast at 8 in the morning. It doesn’t start at 8 it ends at 8. Like seriously why so early? Breakfast should be extended until at last 9:30a. Also there was nobody behind the desk in the lobby to check us in when we arrived, just a sign that said “be back later”. Same thing happened at checkout. I’ve stayed in many hotels and this is the very first time that I entered the lobby (not once but twice mind you) and was greeted by a sign instead of a person. If the breakfast didn’t end so early and if their staff wasn’t absent I’d probably give 5 stars instead of 4.

    When we got in our room the toilet had pee on the seat and inside the toilet bowl was dirty, the floor in the closet had white crumbs.. I showed the front desk and she moved us rooms, the floor had someone’s toenails and the floor had not been swept. I have pictures. We were so disappointed.

    The front desk ladies were great. Otherwise, I was completely disappointed for staying in a deluxe king suite. The whole place smelled like a urinal. Pet friendly hotel, but c'mon guys, do better. You could see where there were wall repairs done but not painted. The bathroom faucet was loose as hell. Trim coming off door jamb. The bathroom should have been cleaner in the corners. From a once nice hotel to this is disappointing. Save your money and go elsewhere!

    We had a clean room. Beds were comforta le. Front desk rep was not friendly or nice. We came out of our room to leave and a gentleman was coming down the hall with a big dog. The dog growled and snapped at my husband. The gentleman grapped the dogs leash and pulled him away. It was scary. We will not stay at a La Quinta Inn Suites again. When you make a reservation they should inform you dogs are allowed to stay. My daughter is very allergic to dogs.

    1. Lights and AC were on, and shades open. Nice to do but the room smelled very odd. Not good 2. Two lights ended up not working-bad 3. Microwave smelled horrible I couldn’t use it.-Awful 4. The carpet had spots and was sticky-gross. 5 they have shampoo, conditioner and body soap in a push dispenser which may be good to some but I find this a health risk.     I want to be very clear here. In no way are the staff responsible or my opinion of the property. This hotel is sorely outdated, grimy and the maintenance work is shoddy.     Don’t stay here. Car was broken into over night. There is a field right behind the hotel full of homeless people. They were walking the parking lot when we pulled up asking for money, and then our vehicle got broken into and had stuff stolen. Police didn’t do anything because the parking lot doesn’t have cameras.

    Great place to rest our head for the night after driving 17 hours. The room was nice, but cleanliness was a lot to be desired. There was a lot of long hair on floor in bathroom, dirt and stuff in corners under counter. I have very short hair and my guy is bald, so it wasn’t ours. Also, the cabinet above fridge and microwave wasn’t wiped clean. The room just felt surface cleaned, not deep cleaned. Not sure if it’s a staffing issue or not, but I just feel like you shouldn’t be able to see that there was somebody else in there before you.

    I would have given this property an excellent rating but the toilet had something brown that had dribbled down the side (from a previous guest, I suppose) and there was no toothpaste. The toothpaste is not a "deal breaker", but the dribble on the toilet was disconcerting. Everything else was pristine.

    The room was musty smelling. Carpet seemed damp in spots. Breakfast was not worth the extra a spent. Coffee was gone, no butter, only pieces of white bread, eggs were pretty bad. I did early check in and nothing had been done. Sorry for the review but not the same par of excellence that i have received at LaQuintas.

    The beds weren’t comfortable, and were slanted down weirdly, not level. There was hardly any food available for breakfast and the guy attending to it was rude, he didn’t have the supplies he needed and appeared to have no help from a manager. No one answered the front desk phone all evening or morning. Many people were frustrated and hungry. We were charged again by the hotel for our stay, even though we paid through hotels.com. The hotel was ok, the service was 0.

    The staff at the desk that I enter acted with were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The grounds were nicely groomed. The hotel was fairly clean as was our room. Issues were the cleanliness and condition of the elevator, the door to our room being the wrong size so it did not fit the the frame and let light, noise and smells in around all of the door, that we heard people in the next room and that it is too close to the freeway and so the rooms in the front hear all the noise like the windows are open.

    Our tennis team and families tried to stay here for State tennis, but one room smelled awful, others were dirty, people in the halls and around the property were sketchy and our girls felt unsafe. When we went to our room it had all of the linens stripped and on the floor, drawers all open and TV blaring. When we went back to request another room, the front desk guy (who was VERY nice) said that was the 10th room that day he'd had problems with so we left, went to a differnt hotel and fought to get a refund (which the GM did give us). Would NOT recommend.

    This place is in real need of a full remodel, or just bulldoze it and start over. Carpet in the lobby was wrinkled up, and just over all not in great shape. Also maid missed a tube of lipstick under the desk chair in my room. I doubt I'll stop here again

    The hotel rooms was far from clean. Crumbs and things all over the carpet. Stains on our blankets. The whole room and hall wash smelled like marijuana. Dogs would bark all night. Staff don’t seem competent on their own policies. Will not be staying again.

    Front desk person was on a personal call on her cell phone on speakerphone when we came in and it took a few minutes to be addressed. We filled out digital check in ahead of time to save time, and then she asked for same information again when we were standing at front desk. It took 5 business days to have $75/room deposits credited back to my credit card account, when a rental car company used same day was able to credit my deposit within 2 business days (and we had the rental car for 3 days, hotel was one night).

    Absolutely disgusting experience. The room reeked of urine from the moment we walked in. We tried everything—making coffee, spraying perfume—but nothing covered the stench. The shower and bathroom sink didn’t drain, and the fan wouldn’t stay on, making the room even more unbearable. I messaged staff through Expedia about the urine smell upon arrival and never received a response. To make matters worse, you could smell the same foul odor in the hallways. Avoid this place at all costs.

    My husband had a disagreement with the early check in. They wanted to charge us $25 to check in 14 minutes early. After getting frustrated, the desk clerk canceled our reservation. Then Hotel.com wouldn’t refund us. We had to book another hotel. However, we were forced to pay for two bookings. WE….DIDNT CANCEL OUR RESERVATION…..THE DESK CLERK DID. We returned the next day and spoke with the manager. He told us to call Hotel.com and ask for a refund. We were denied. The desk clerk was disciplined , but we were the ones to “pay” ….twice

    front desk couldnt get honest answer thurs and fri .had two reservations thur and fri was first one and sat second one kept getting told i would be in same room sat am i checked with desk and was told i had to check out and comeback and check in later come to find out thursday i dealt with a trainee and he gave me bad info and fri clerk just got slammed with a bus full so she couldnt be bothered to go inand do anything to help me stay in my room. if thursday or friday someone was honest and told me i had to move this would not of been a issue

    Went down for continental breakfast this morning well within serving hours and it was basically wiped out. On the 3rd floor right outside the elevator was a wall covered in mold that left me thinking about what the mold situation might be like in the rest of the building. Curtains in the room were full of what I assume were cigarette burn holes. The bathroom was broken at some point but instead of replacing it, they just removed the broken part. I wish I had taken pictures because it was laughable. The carpet in the hallways were nothing short of nasty. This is not the first issue I've had with LaQuintas and its a bummer because they used to be my go to for a reasonable priced decent room. Not anymore. I wouldn't stay here again.

    Our room was very clean and so was the front desk area. The staff was very pleasant, and I dont think the staff was necessarily the issue. There was a lot of visible damage and lack of vaccuming hallways and rooms, however I did see the vacuums used and I can see why the rooms and hallways werent vacuumed properly. They need attachments to get corners etc. The elevator has some sticky residue in it the entire week we were in there and was not cleaned up, and the condition of the elevator wasnt great either. However the price of the room and the ammenities were good. Also need to take the hot tub signs down, some may think thats false advertising. We were comfortable and well treated, I just think the staff needs better tools to uphold the cleanliness. Thank you!

    I don’t know where to start. My room was on the first floor the hallway was dirty. It was dark in the hallway 3lights were out there was one smoke alarm in the hallway due to the rest of the smoke alarms were gone just wires hanging out were they belong I counted 4-5 missing smoke alarms. This is not acceptable. Customers safety should be your first priority. I would not stay here again. This place needs to be investigated. This can not be code for a hotel.

    The room was clean. Appreciate the areas at the back of the property for walking dogs. The outside door nearest our room was non-functional, which was disappointing. Breakfast was also disappointing, scrambled eggs gone by 0630, sausage shortly thereafter and neither replaced.

    Our room was filthy and dingy. The carpet wasn't vacuumed and was torn, and there was unknown sticky substance on the nightstand, desk and crumbs on the chair. They moved us to another room. The carpet wasn't as messy but still not vacuumed. Coke or something had exploded in the fridge, and there was a dirty spoon in there. The remote was missing and there were no coffee cups or plastic water cups. One of the pillows on the bed had two strands of hair on it. I threw it on the floor. We checked the beds and they seemed fine otherwise so we slept in them anyway, only because we were exhausted and had no energy to go elsewhere. We shouldn't have. Later the next day, I found myself scratching bedbug bites on my arms and was left with the fear of having brought them with us. We've taken precautions and there has been no more evidence of them, but we're leery. This was a truly horrific experience. I had stayed at this LaQuinta before recently, and it was not like this at all, but something has happened at this property to change it fairly quickly. We shouldn't have to pay for the room, and I will never return there.

    Had in adequate bedding for the quests. Staff canceled reservation without permission, which was ALL the money we had for housing. Lied about putting notes on account. Did NOT have first floor for disabled child which was in reservation but put others on first floor after we checked in. Breakfast was not much of anything. Had to ask for trash bags and toilet paper. Rude staff.
