Quality Inn Pueblo North

The staff was very welcoming. The rooms were dirtier than expected but for the price it was ok. We had an issue upon arrival with some items in the room and they switched us. The cleaning crews were very nice and approachable.

We selected this property specifically for use of the business center, upon arrival, we were informed that it had been shut down for years. Had I known this, I Would have chosen a hotel with the amenities needed. When we asked for additional towels, they had to get our room number to keep a count on them.

The upstairs smelled strongly of cigarette smoke when we arrived but the staff did their best to clear it out next morning. The breakfast was minimal and not well stocked. Rooms were mostly okay.

Front desk was courteous, check in was quick. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast wasn't the greatest, but typical and there were choices. All in all it was a great place. I would recommend and definitely would stay again. I did book a double room for 3 people and it would have been nice to have a couple extra coffee packets. We got one and the shampoo and conditioner were empty and we had one very small bar of soap. I did request some at the front desk and they were accommodating and friendly.

Friendly helpful staff Microwave didn't work. Coffee maker had pieces that didn't fit. There was a lingering odor throughout

Value for your money

We were staying for our son's college graduation at CSUP. The TV was small, the pool was green, there was no housekeeping services offered or done the entire week until I called the front desk, then I had to list out what I actually wanted done in the room. It was OK for safe and clean.

The organizational skills were a little off. No card key available since they were locked away. Breakfast was an absolute disaster. Front desk was the cook and desk person. Running back and forth everything was empty. Struggling to keep up. Sanitation I believe wasn’t invoked handling the front desk and serving food. Something missing was hand wash and gloves.

The hotel and staff is great I had 2 rooms and the other room had dirty sheets we had to change. Breakfast is good not a lot but good. Pool is hard to get in and out of. The web doesn't say there is deposits there is

This place is getting worse. Outdated and in need of remodeling. Need new beds and bedding. Stained carpet curtains and bedspread. Not worth the money

My room had bedbugs. My arms have bites all over them. Woke up in the early morning and found an adult bedbugs on my pillow.

Was clean & very friendly. Made you feel welcome & they wanted you to stay. We had 2 full size beds. The one bed could have been bigger.

Exceptional

One star left out due to my room was skipped on cleaning, I was looking forward to coming back to a clean room. But, other than that it is a nice and safe place. Relatively cheaper than other hotels there. Close to major shopping. Loved that.

It is a well-maintained, safe, clean, and quiet older property with easy access to I25 and within walking distance of several restaurants and Starbucks. The breakfast is good.

We’ve stayed here about five times in a handicapped room. The room was very clean however there were only two towels in the room no lotion, no shower cap. We did get one from the desk though the breakfast was horrible. Most of it was not even out after 7 AM we ended up leaving and going to McDonald’s.

Pros - staff let me check in 2 hours early which was amazing after 8 hours of flying and 4 plus hours of driving. Beds were clean and linen was nice. Larger fridge we could put some groceries in for 4 day stay. Friendly helpful staff, down to Earth and local with good suggestions. Cons- outdated Locked out of our room on 2 different mornings we had to get our keys reset, Tub didn’t drain well Hallway bathroom lock didn’t work across from lobby desk. Wanted to do laundry and they had an app you have to download which was a pain. Overall good stay w the kids and good location . I was locked into Expedia so couldn’t change hotels .

The pool was suppose to be heated, but was cold. Other than that, everything was fine.

The room was OK, but the furniture in desperate need of upgrades. Bathroom was clean and stocked, but bedding was stained and there were sticky spots on the floor. The beds were comfortable and heat/AC easy to adjust, so we slept well (mostly because we brought our own pillows, and extra flat sheets as covers).

The lady who checked us in not only had our room ready but had made sure to exceed all requests by adding welcome personal touches. She is special. The breakfast was good and fresh. It was about what I expected for a continental breakfast on a budget. The gal working the area was exceptionally helpful and sweet. The only reasons I had to leave 4 out of 5 stars were because the beds were hard as rocks and the toilet was as short as a squatty potty or child's toilet. Both made the stay very uncomfortable. Such a shame and enough of a reason for us to stay elsewhere when returning to the area. I would love to keep this hotel in my pocket if it wasn't for those reasons but comfort is a big deal.

Everything was perfect for my needs!

Did not eat breakfast. Shower head was not fully functional. It was a massage shower head that only sprayed a hard massage. NO SHOWER STREAM.

They have a great breakfast a good pool the rooms were clean When we arrived Tuesday night, they were doing construction we heard them vacuuming and pounding until almost 10 o’clock at night

The overall condition of this hotel is awful. At the front door there are mouse traps out, the cleanliness of the facility is poor. The safety lock on my door was broken and instead of replacing it they had screwed it into the door, well the screws are about to fall out. They could be removed with your fingers. The wallpaper is peeling, on and on. I wouldn't stay here again if it was free.

Big room, liked fridge and micro. Close to restaurants and highway. Clean. Breakfast was okay--typical spread of yogurt, cereal, toast, muffins. Eggs and sausage. Eggs had been sitting in the chafing pan a bit too long, but probably unavoidable.

Great place to stay overnight. It is a basic hotel, not overly "plush" but clean and spacious rooms. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

Check-in was fast and courteous. Room is very comfortable. Breakfast was hot and fresh and very adequate. Would definitely stay here again.

The property itself (the room included) was dingy and smelt of cigarette smoke. The pool itself looked dirty and had a black ring around it. The pictures of this property displayed on the website and viewable also from Expedia do NOT match this property. Very deceiving. Not impressed. Disappointed. Embarrassed to have taken my family. The reviews on this property do not match the stay.

The facility is clean. The carpet is stained in many areas. The room was clean but the carpet was stained in a lot of areas. Our room was located along a busy street by the intersection on the first floor and it was loud most of the night with motorcycles and the sound of cars seemingly to be racing. Didn’t really feel that our car was safe out front and we had no way to see it. The staff were nice and friendly and breakfast was enjoyable. If we stay in Pueblo again, I’ll make sure I look at all the areas of town before choosing here. I would stay here again if other options weren’t available. It’s an older facility with the bathroom sink in the room and not the bathroom- at least that was our double queen room situation. For the price it met our overnight needs.

During our stay we was woke up to a man physically assaulting a female at our hotel window. The female was being thrown against our 1st story window trying to get away from the man while she was screaming for help. The rear of the hotel where our window was located is in a dark part of the hotel where you cannot see out in the dark. We left hotel at 2am and slept in truck with my whole family in Colorado Springs. Police and Ems was there fast but my whole family had to hear this poor female fight back while the man was threating to kill her. I will never take my family back to Pueblo again.

The hotel is right off HWY 25 in CO. My room faces the highway and I can't hear any road noises. The room was neat and clean. The furniture is frayed and worn. There is an older model refrigerator and a small microwave in the room. The linens and towels were neatly arranged. For the price, it was fine.

It was good, right next to a great Mexican restaurant and off the highway so was convenient. Rooms are nice, but got there and issues with people on 2nd floor. On 1st floor, must be a water leak because walking in room with socks, socks got wet from carpet in certain spots. Their breakfast was good though.

Easy walking distance to three restaurants. Parking lot is big enough to park a 40' truck/trailer combo.

The cleanliness of our hotel room was horrible. There was mascara and makeup on the pillow covers, hair on the shower curtain and dust around the sink. It was disgusting, and I won't be staying here again.

Property, room, and the front desk person when i checked in was awesome. I have a special needs 6 year old girl. Normally when we travel she is great. I always book a hotel with a pool for her. My daughter threw a tantrum after getting out of the bath and we could not, and i mean could not get her under control. She was loud. Staff came to my room and told me she had 2 complaint's, ok, cool. She told me one more and we have to leave. OK, i understand. Then they called the cops on us. Staff, staff called the cops on us. I understand, my 6 year old would not calm down. However, here is the kicker, we volunteered to leave to not further problems with guests. The front desk lady told us we could not leave yet because the cops were on the way. She has no authority. Told us to go back to the room. I said no, we will wait in the breakfast area. I said is anyone else in the lobby, she said no. That was a lie. I am trying to make sure my daughter doesn't break down in front of people. There was a person in there, I'm guessing a guest. So now i have to deal with that versus staying where we were. Like i said, great property vs cost, terrible employees. Cops showed up, decided a kid was being a kid, but we got kicked out of the hotel. Quality inn, great place, great location, terrible staff. @me if you can explain. If not, i will leave a review everyday until i am no longer in this world.

It’s works, the price was ok….but this hotel is old. Nothing in the room we stayed in has be renovated at all. Comforter was stained, sheets looked questionable. Shower head was below my head(I’m not super tall, average height). Breakfast was also so so, not the best I’ve had in this type of situation. Hotel we stayed at last year for 4H /State fair for roughly same price was brand new on east side of town. Will go there next time but somehow the reviews for this place were really high which I’m surprised by.

My husband and I stayed here a few days ago for our trip to Colorado/ Utah. We enjoyed the closeness that this hotel was to eateries in the area. The Cactus Flower restaurant next door provided an excellent dinner for us when we visited :) We also enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel and the complimentary breakfast. The only thing that I would criticize is that they don't have on-site guest laundry services. I had read somewhere online that they had them, but when I talked to the woman at the front desk while we were there, she told me that they didn't and that I could go to a local laundromat instead. Overall, this was a decent hotel that served our travel needs :)

Older hotel. My brother was given a room that was already occupied. Staff resolved issue and were nice. They arranged another room close to us. Breakfast consisted of bagels, couple of cereals, sausage and hot pre-made egg patties, precut apples in wrappers, packaged oatmeal, juices and coffee. There was a batter for waffles. Coffee was available. Sheets and comforters were clean. Top bed covering looked clean but had some stains. There is a Starbucks across the street and a really good Mexican Restaurant next door. Staff were pleasant.

I forget the ladies name who checked me in, I think it was Kathy ( skinny white woman) but she was so sweet and kind with great customer service. Everyone i delt with at the front desk was very helpful. I do not go to Pueblo often but when I do go back up there I would definitely be staying there again.

We booked this because it had decent reviews. It was dirty. The carpet in our room was wet. There was a dried blood stain on one of the sheets of the bed that my son slept in that I unfortunately didn’t see until we were getting ready to check out. The breakfast was barely edible.

All the staff went the extra step to help make my stay pleasant. I didn’t like the breakfast.. there was no fruit and not much variety. However, I did eat. The eggs were just not too appealing but I did appreciate having them available. I’m sgrateful for the swimming pool.

The hotel is conveniently located close to restaurants, Walmart / Sam's Club, and the mall.

Stop over on a longer trip. Great location, great price, great stay overall!

Fast check in. My room was clean. Beds were more firm than I prefer but the pillows were good. The pool was warm and clean. Breakfast was average. When we arrived to breakfast eggs and sausage were out but were quickly restocked. Waffle mix was perfect and waffles came out fluffy.

Went for free breakfast and there was one bagel a couple pieces of bread, 1 egg, 5 sausages, enough batter for 1 waffle and no milk for cereal.

Quick easy check-in. Friendly, very helpful service. Hotel front desk clerk went out of her way to make certain we were comfortable. She deserves extra praise for her service. We will recommend this hotel and staff as an excellent place to stay. We will return.

Not enough front desk staff.

The room seemed clean, but you can tell the age just by looking at all the damage to the sealing. Little bit of a sketchy area, so they keep the lobby locked for evenings and nights. But it was a good price for what you got. Would stay again if needing just a place to sleep.

The ratings for this hotel is not accurate. Compared to hotels in Pueblo top to bottom this hotel would be a 5 or 6 out of 10. The room was basically clean, but being an older property still smelled of old dust. When I went to breakfast at 7:30 there was no food and area needed cleaning. The area is located off busy street and there is considerable street noise. This is basic accommodation at a reasonable price.

The room was spotless,but the shower head was falling off the wall. The smoke detector was falling out of the ceiling. Breakfast was very limited ….more than any place I’ve ever stayed.

Great location right off I-25. Ihop and Cracker Barrel with in a short walk. Beds were surprisingly extremely comfortable. Staff was very polite and welcoming. Will definitely stay here again.

For the price our stay was good. Our room was clean, the shower head and pressure were awesome. I thought the bed was comfortable but my husband did not. The breakfast area was busy, they were out of coffee and apple juice. The lady was trying hard and working hard, but she was the only one working and was having to check people out, change the trash, and refill everything, so it all wasn’t getting done. More than one worker should be there during the breakfast hours. They could also use another waffle maker, we had to wait a while for it to be our turn to make one. Our keys stopped working in the morning, so that was pretty inconvenient. The place is dated but it is clean, so with a couple changes I would stay again.

The staff here is awesome. First hotel I’ve been to in a long time that the housekeepers weren’t slamming doors in the morning. It’s clean very quiet and close to shopping and restaurants
