The room was like a suite and I was surprised by the kitchenette. The room was very comfortable and also loved the shampoo/body wash provided in the room. Overall a great experience and worth the price.

I stayed there for 7days they didn't even clean my room once. They didn't even check on it .i had to put my trash 🗑 in the hall way that makes it not fair for the other people

Staff was great. Overall everything was fine. What I don’t like is being told that I will have a $25 hold on my card and when I check my account I have a $135 hold and I had already paid in full. When I asked they didn’t have an explanation and said it will take a couple of days to release. What if I needed that money? Why the difference in amounts?

The gentleman at the front desk was nice ! Would love to stay there again but rather on a floor not under someone . I got a voice complaint when my children were all laying down and I was in the shower . I missed the call from the front desk and he said the people under me said that we were making noise which was impossible unless it was the noise from me showering after a long day of working . But other than that thw stay was great .

Property is older, but well maintained. Room was clean, and kitchen area in unit was well maintained. Loved that they offer free washer and dryer in laundry facility. Fitness room maintained and clean. Overall, would recommend this hotel.

We just finished almost 11 hours driving, the last 3 hours in a snow storm, so we were more tired and ready for some rest. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Would stay here again for sure.

The only negative was, in many occasions I did not see the entrance front desk employee. One more incident, at about 3 am there was a commotion right outside my room, they were shouting loud .. etc.

We stayed for 4days and they said they couldn’t clean the rooms. Imagine a bath tub that is used with soap stains. It’s was not a convenient experience.

Very good location. Rooms have enough space. I have stayed several times and this time is the first time I noticed a lot of wear and minor damage on cabinetry. Not very attractive. Appliances were effective. Typically I had a cutting board but there was not one there this time. Overall a good stay but the interiors are definitely aging. Also, upper kitchen cabinets somewhat obstructed the operation of the sink faucets

We needed a hotel room quick that was handicap accessible and Candlewood is always a reliable to chain to have a room when you need it. We have used Candlewood for years and this was the first time in Pueblo Co that we stayed and it was great for an emergency stay.

Shower gel dispenser in bathroom was broken. Their was a human hair in one of the dish bowls in the cupboard. The tv did not work.

Stay was good but we were told by Hotels.com that pet fee was 25. The pet fee was represented to us as 75 at the desk at the hotel. Not happy about that!

Very clean with appropriate amenities for a self sustaining stay. The staff seemed uninterested in providing service or helpful advise. Very disengaged. When asking for location of ice machines was told to turn on the ice machine in the regrigerator. Only other machine was on the first floor. I was on the 4th.

It is in great shape, the staff was friendly, it is near food, liquor, and other shopping. It has a large, empty lot behind it where this pet friendly hotel sits. It is perfect for taking a walk in and unleashing your dog. North of the hotel is access to another large lot.

The room was very spacious and clean. Especially liked that the restroom was not connected to the bedroom so that others did not disturb me during the night. Full kitchen was great too!
