Nothing Hotel is not updated there was no hot tub and hotel room was really dirty with no compensation

Pleasant and accommodating. Needed more electrical outlets or extension cords. My husband and I have several medical things that need electrical outlets and they were not available

Front desk staff was friendly enough and check in was so-so. The room itself was a place to sleep. The pet fee was acceptable at $15 but the amenities were broken down. The coffee machine didn’t work and the hair dryer was poor. The continental breakfast was much to be desired.

Toilet overflowed and flooded the room. Staff had no mops available. If we didn't have two rooms we would have been stuck waiting for staff to resolve the issue.

It was clean and quiet and seemed safe. Affordable and a location that worked well for me.
- 3/5
No tissue in room. Missing light bulb by bed. Mattress rather uncomfortable. Put my drinks in mini fridge and everything froze. Other than that, ok stay
- 3/5
Breakfast was sparse, reg. Coffee only (no decaf) All very self serve no staff present. Hotel is run down, walls patched, floor panels water damaged and in need of adhesive. Front desk glassed in and often waited for them to return.

Rude staff. Particularly the balding guy in the morning.
- 2/5
The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were tiny and no support. The comforter was very thin. The breakfast had only carbs. Waffles, cereal, bread. That’s it. The coffee only had powdered creamer and there was only one container of coffee so didn’t know if it was caffeinated or decaf. I wouldn’t recommend anyone I know to stay there.

Staff was very courteous and room was clean and loked newly redecorated. Towels were stained and breakfast was minimal.
- 4/5
There should have been some fresh fruit or something out there. All that was out there was carbs.Such as waffles and bread products, cereal, people need some fresh bread in the morning. The orange juice didn't work

Bathroom door didnt lock, beds need updated, breakfast options need to be better
- 2/5
Our room was dirty, bathroom and towels we dirty. We stay here a lot and this was the worst experience.
- 2/5
The beds had been made, but the shower/tub and vanity still had residual dirt/grime left on them - apparently not wiped down or cleaned. There was residual trash in the trash can. I was hoping to swim in the pool for a bit, but there was a couple there engaging in indecent public behavior. When I woke up the next morning to go for a short run, there was a sedan filled with 5 grown men sitting there in the parking lot with the car running. I went out to my vehicle a couple of times, and they just kept eyeing me. I have no idea of their intentions. Thankfully they left my vehicle alone. I don't recommend staying at this particular Econo Lodge location.
- 2/5
The floor of my room was sticky, the sheets had stains on them, a bunch of thing in the room were broken. Not my most relaxing stay at a hotel that’s for sure
- 4/5
cons: bed was hard and uncomfortable, room smelled like old laundry; hallways were noisy at night, back parking lot was sketchy after dark, continental breakfast was waffles, couple cereals, and old stale bagels; pool was tiny and busy- only one chair to sit in if you didn’t swim. no hot tub
- 5/5

- 5/5
Great place
- 3/5
It was cool. It was in the good area.
- 4/5
If you just need a place to sleep for the night, this is a fine choice. Nothing special, obviously, but the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the aircon worked, the breakfast was decent, and the location is good--right off the highway, with shops and restaurants nearby.
- 5/5
Great check in process and closs to alot of restaurants.
- 2/5
I have never stayed at a Econolodge, but it was cheap and I was tired. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and polite. We arrived at 2am, exhausted from our 13 hour drive. They charged $100 deposit but I didn’t get charged because we got in so late after check in we just needed a place to sleep. The room walls were dirty, it smelled musty when we walked in, bed sheets and cover had stains and it looked rundown and old in the room. Friendly staff but the room was not clean or up to date with allot of things.
- 4/5
The beds were not very comfortable. They need to be updated. Other than that everything was good.
- 2/5
One of the less attractive hotels I have stayed at. Management was very poor and unresponsive. Workers took their cue from them.
- 5/5
We had a 911 emergency and the manager and staff (amazing housekeeper)were eager to help and accomodate. We Thank them from the bottom of our hearts!
- 1/5
Dirty mold glass on bed. Just gross
- 1/5
There was black mold like things all over bathroom shower curtain and on the bath tub , there was stains like mold or something on the lamp covers , bed comforter had weird brown stains on them , only good thing is they let us check in very very early. Other than that just go somewhere else and spend ur money on something a little nicer
- 5/5
Great location near food gas stations and the highway room is awesome very spacious has fridge and microwave in the room they also have free breakfast from 6 to 9 and the staff was great enjoyed my stay
- 1/5
Hôtel et chambre sale. Brûlure de cigarette sur le frigo et le lavabo. Trou dans les draps. Serviette de toilettes vieilles et tachés. Petit déjeuner très limite.Ascenseur en panne.
- 4/5
Staff and just the good vibes all around not 1 time did I have to pop out the mouth on somebody cuz every other place we go it's wild and horrible
- 1/5
Three fights broke out at night. Next door, outside, and above. Continuous banging had us feeling stuck in our room all night with no sleep. Only felt safe to leave once it was quiet, when the culprits were gone or passed out. Bathroom door had hole in it, no doubt from another similar night. Skipped our free breakfast because we wanted to get out of the area as fast as possible. Not recommended.
- 4/5
Quiet and nice decent place for the money
- 4/5
Friendly staff quiet
- 1/5
I dont know where to start. Lobby look great but thats were it ends. No elevator, carpet in the halls and stairs was dirty from folks throwing things down. Cameras every where. You think the US Mint moved in with the amount of them. At first it wasn't a problem but in 4 days, I killed enough flies that I'm probably being looked at as a serial murderer. I dont know where or how they got in, but i needed a can of raid to keep up. Fridge didn't work and took 3 trys to get i replaced. Tub resurfacing was coming off and the shower head wasnt that great. Room wasn't cleaned that well from the get go and a large soda stain was next to the bed between it and the night stand. The cleaning practice for the fake wood floor I wouldn't approve. metal bed frame that was coming apart. Internet was okay and stayed strong. Housekeeping was still working rooms at 6pm. Signs on end doors stating it will be locked from midnight to 6am and anyone caught proping it open will be charge for damages. Someones dog pooped on the carpet and didnt pick it up. The corner panhandlers and beggers seem to stay at this hotel and waddle in when the sun starts to go down. lots of folks smoking weed by the end doors. The pool, yeah, you don't want to know what happens. I would have gladly taken my money back and stayed in my semi truck or a completely different hotel. I picked one because I saw truck parking and It appeared nice from the photos. It was very very Deceiving!!
- 4/5
We stayed for one night. Next to freeway. Good value for money
- 4/5
For being an inexpensive hotel, we were satisfied. This was not a 5 star room and therefore did not expect 5 star service - The spa was tiled over which was disappointing as the listing showed one was available.
- 3/5
It was noisy at 1 am someone yelling in hall way
- 1/5
The second room reeked of marijuana. The bath tub was covered in hairs left from the previous occupant. There was a used towel and wash cloth hanging still. We should have looked at Google reviews before booking.
- 3/5
But it needs some updates (bathroom looked pretty beat up) but the staff was as friendly! However; it is a pet friendly hotel which turned out to be a con in the middle of the night with happy dogs across the hall. Overall, we got what we paid for! Would stay again if needed.
- 2/5
Ok

Don’t come here, there are other options. Please learn from me.

Trash
- 1/5
Everything in the room was dirty. It was convenient because it was what I could afford. Even if it’s cheaper it should at least be clean. Just a nasty place that is falling apart. Will definitely never stay there or at any Econo Lodge ever again. Next time I’ll save up some more money and stay somewhere at least clean for goodness sake’s!
- 1/5
Upon our 2 day stay at hotel
- 2/5
So the hotel was decent and the staff were friendly but I booked it because it said it had a hot tub. I only get rooms with hot tubs cause that’s what I like. The hot tub is permanently closed and gone. There was a man staying there, probably lives there, that was staring into the pool at all the kids and women. So much so that it made a woman with 2 young kids get out of the pool.
- 3/5
The staff was not very friendly at all. If you were staying multiple days you had to request your room to be cleaned & they did not offer clean towels during my six nights stay I had to request those as well. I had a request more coffee for my room. They advertise a full continental breakfast, dry bagels and toast, dry cereal and a waffle maker does not constitute a full continental breakfast. And they closed the breakfast area down early on more than one day. They say no smoking, but I guess that doesn’t include marijuana because the overwhelming smell permeated the room. You really can’t open the curtains because they have wooden boards keeping the curtains in place so if you turn on the air conditioner or the heater, those curtains don’t get blown everywhere. Definitely not what I expected based on the rating.
- 5/5
Friendly
- 4/5
Nice room and enjoyed the pool, however the seating area by pool should have non slip tiles very slippery after getting out of pool
- 2/5
Go to any of the other places near by Truely.
- 5/5
This was my second stay at Econo Lodge in Pueblo. The staff was friendly, everything was clean and it was in close proximity to everywhere I needed to go. I will return again and again.
- 4/5
Run down. Luggage cart "out-of-service" - huh?
- 5/5
The hotel offers what a traveler needs, comfort, economy, and cleanliness.
- 1/5
Did not stay as was showed 4 different rooms and all where dirty pubes on the toilet puke and piss in tubs
- 3/5
Website stated it had a hot tub hot tub with permanently closed with it being tiled off completely
- 3/5
Given a choice we won’t stay there again. I would rate this a 2star place. Out of 5.
- 3/5
Listed as having a hot tub but hot has been permanently closed
- 4/5
- 5/5
Coffee was yummy .. and great customer service.. great pool to enjoy with our kids
- 2/5
The continental breakfast was terrible. There was no room to sit hardly any food at all and we ended up walking over to Starbucks just to avoid the crowd that was in that room.
- 1/5
The only thing that was positive was the people at the front desk, both friendly and helpful when asked.
- 1/5
Bedding was disgusting, staff was unhelpful. Cigarette burns in the comforter. The whole place was dirty and not clean. Don’t believe the good reviews on this one

Had my grandkids and they had a great time.
- 4/5
Very friendly and helpful staff.
- 5/5
Pleasant and mostly clean. Would stay again.
- 4/5
Nice enough for a night while traveling thru.
- 5/5
We stayed here for 8 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and accommodating if needed anything. The room was a good size. The fridge and microwave worked fine. A/C worked well. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. They have a fairly good breakfast. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.
- 4/5
Checking in was great! The lady at the front desk was very friendly and professional.
- 4/5
I like staying at the property with my family and was easy to get to. Also convenient with things around. Just didn’t like that door was not watched during breakfast hours and homeless people would come in and get breakfast and even sleep on the tables while sitting. Not against anyone but for the safety of us and the children we were kinda upset. Never know what could happen especially if they had access coming in the building in general without supervision. That was mostly the only bad review I can give . The stay was well and very good staff, CLEAN ROOMS AND BEDS.
- 3/5
The mattress have an old smell to it.
- 1/5
Very sketchy area. Dod not feel safe at all!! Inside smelled of fentanyl!! We enteredthe room and left in a hurry. The parking lot was empty where i first parked amd when we went out to leave a truck was parked very close to my car with door open. The occupants scattered. My granddaughter had a panic attack!!! Never stay in Pueblo again!!!’
- 4/5
The staff here was super amazing!! We would have stayed here our whole trip but my daughter wasn't comfortable with all of the activity in the parking lot and hallways. Rightfully so. There was way too much going on.
- 3/5
Hard boiled eggss and waffles for breakfast, 24 hr convince store right next door.
- 4/5
Its close to shopping centers
- 3/5
It was fine for one night passing through. In need of repairs and updating but that's why it's a cheaper place to stay. Front desk attendant was friendly and welcoming. Pool and spa were closed.
- 2/5
When we arrived at 7pm. The rooms on 2nd floor weren't clean. There was no elevator. It appeared that several people were living in their cars in the parking lot. In the evening when returning the parking lot had many kids were running around. Lots of areas within rooms such as sinks/counters with loss or broken surfaces.
- 1/5
No elevator and many noise complaints. Sketchy place to place to stay apart from the sticky floors. Do not recommend
- 3/5
Very basic and good for a night stopover
- 5/5
It was clean.
- 1/5
Room was dirty, there was blood stains on the wall. The front desk lady was very nice, but the place was just unsanitary and gross. Also loud at night.
- 4/5
No frills. Just a room. It was ok but place was outdated and needs some renovation. The pool was closed and breakfast was typical waffles cereal or muffins. It wasn’t anything special but we just stopped slept showered and headed out early the next morning.
- 1/5
We were very disappointed. The pool was closed and the hot tub as well. The room was not properly cleaned. The pillows were yellow and gross and were missing pillowcases, and when we told the front desk, she tried to hand us the bedding and when we declined she had a maid do it. The overall feeling was very sketchy. We booked online and there was no mention of the pool/hot tub being closed. When we told the front desk we were not staying because of these things, the front desk said that was an Expedia thing and not their problem.
- 4/5
I really liked room 110 and would choose this room in the future. It was near the breakfast room and ice machine. Although we heard the ice drop a couple of times, it did not disturb my wonderful nights sleep. The appearance was a little our dated and the guests staying at our arrival appeared to be mostly extended stay or local guests. At first was a little leary as the desk was all behind glass and I had to call on a phone for the clerk. My worries subsided as it was a Friday night and I was not hearing anything that warranted my initial fears. Customer service was great. Hot tub was not working.
- 4/5
Odd paper statements posted around about problem guests, loitering and outdated Covid policies make it seem kind of sketchy. Seemed okay but they have clearly had problems.
- 2/5
2nd room floor wasnt swept some outlets dint have covers. Staff was nice changed our room immediately.
- 1/5
Sheets were dirty, plexiglass at the counter in lobby- everything looked old and rundown. Questionable people loitering around-
- 3/5
Only stayed 1 night. It was clean.
- 4/5
Our stay was nice. Very quiet for the hotel being full
- 4/5
The town was busy with people and we got a room. This was important because we were just traveling through.
- 5/5
Easy check-in, friendly desk employee. I was able to check in early after a major dental procedure, and rest. Thanks!
- 3/5
The location made it easy for shopping and dining out.
- 4/5
Bread and milk breakfast, aside from that everything was fine.
- 4/5
It wasn't fancy, but it was clean and a good value for the price. Breakfast was late getting set up. I think the previous crew hadn't left things how they were supposed to, and the young man on duty in the morning was scrambling to get everything out for the guests. But he was working hard at it.
- 3/5
Had two outlets in bad shape gfi in sink area and one a cord would not stay in outlet Breakfast was good and taking care of They were great keeping us in towels every day
- 2/5
I have stayed here before in the past and it was clean and neat. This go around, the hotel itself is in disrepair. The bedding had cigarette burns in the blankets, the floors had not been swept and it wasn’t the cleanest in general. There was a 2x4 holding the curtain down. The air conditioner did work, but that was the highlight of the stay. On Saturday night, there was a lot of people partying in the parking lot. The lady at the front desk was nice and very friendly. Overall, I would pick another hotel on my next stay in Pueblo
- 3/5
Not bad for the price. There was only tjing was air conditioning didnt work right kept turning off, the smoke alarm would go off when the door would open after a shower because of the steam, an the coffee pot didnt work. But over all not to bad.
- 3/5
yes
- 5/5
Very nice place for the money. We were just passing through and needed a nice quick place to spend the night. Very good breakfast, too
- 4/5
For Pueblo it is a decent hotel clean and super staff they are working hard and keeping up. I would stay again
- 2/5
Overall this hotel wasn’t too bad and was in a good location. Unfortunately the room was not very clean. The floors seem to have never been cleaned properly. Walking on them barefoot was unbearable
- 5/5
This place does the job. Nice staff and clean.
- 2/5
Under the mattress I found full liquor bottles and inside of refrigerator was some brown stuff like feces
- 5/5
Close to a lot of things. Clean rooms. Bed was firm but not too bad.
- 3/5
Area around the hotel was not kept up
- 5/5
It's the best stay I'm coming again 5-28-2024
- 3/5
Room was pretty clean. The hallway was disturbing. White powder on the ground in the hallway our whole stay. Suspicious smells as well.
- 3/5
Wasn't happy that we could hear the people above us all night long. Bed was not comfortable. The room was very clean.
- 4/5
It was what we needed for the night and the price was right.
- 4/5
Everything was good.
- 2/5
Staff was unfriended and not available several times during our stay. They advertise a hot tub but it is "permanently closed"
- 5/5
Could tell they enforce the rules like no smoking or pets in the rooms & the hotel is better for it.
- 5/5
Amazing staff
- 4/5
The property was clean and updated. The hot tub was listed as an amenity, but when we got there there was a notice that the hot tub was permanently closed.
- 1/5
Cockroaches in the room, our door was wide open when we arrived…
- 3/5
According to the listing, the motel has an indoor pool and hot tub. When we were checking in, the motel said that the hot tub was "permanently closed". The beds were hard as rocks. And the room next to me had occupants that were banging on walls and doors on either side of their room. The staff were very nice and took care of the noisy room and the motel was fairly clean. However, they need to upgrade those mattresses and update their site to not include the hot tub.
