Nice and Clean....Close to where I was going... When I checked at 4:00am, the desk clerk was not friendly at all. He/She acted like I was a bother. My check out clerk, He was awesome! Extremely helpful and answered all my concerns with a smile.

The property was nice, but we had to move once for a barking dog, the staff was very accommodative of this. We then moved to third floor and they forgot about us do the shuttle by it came in the next 10 minutes. Both times the staff gave us a discount coupon for the mini bar which was vice. I would stay here again because the staff treated us right.

The staff is having fun and it shows through and through! Great hospitality and camaraderie. We love this convenient location and games in the lobby.

The hotel and room were very clean and all of the staff greeted us with welcome or welcome back. The parking was plentiful and checking in and out were a breeze. I would recommend!

Only 1 pool table in the building which made it hard to be able to use. Pillows could have been better, they were super flimsy even using 2 didn't help. No microwave in our room.

This was my first time staying at ALOFT Hotel and let me say, I had a great experience! First off at the front door is a gentleman named Ryan who was a breathe of fresh air, very pleasant, professional, very attentive, and lively. Through-out the entire stay all the staff that I met where very polite and profession. The room was clean, the elevators worked which is huge, and if I needed anything they were right there.They had a bar and restaurant that I didn't get a chance to use this time but on my next visit I will be staying here again, I will. they had a gym, pool, business office, all the things you need when on vacation. Thanks again Ryan for making this an excellent experience.

(NO SHELVES OR PLACE IN SHOWER TO PUT PERSONAL PRODUCTS OR WIFE TO BE ABLE TO SHAVE, ONLY OFFERS ONE SINK NOT A DOUDLE VANITY FOR A TWO BED ROOM????, AND DID NOT OFFER ANY APOLOGIES FIR INCONVENIENCES AT CHECK IN. For a “Airport Hotel” people got places to be at curtain times… HAVE SOMONE AT DESK OR CHECKING FRONT DESK EVERY ONCE IN AWHILE!! (Waited over 10 minutes to check in and it was not busy in lobby and bar attendant ignored us.)

I was only in for a one night stay. When I woke up to shower before checking out I couldn't get the shower to work at all. Couldn't budge the handle. I got dressed and checked out. I informed the desk clerk who simply said "I'll notify maintenance , would you like a receipt ?" I thought I might be offered something. Perhaps another empty room to shower or a credit for future use since all you rent hotel rooms for are the bed and the bathroom and mine didn't work. That's it . I do like your hotels and I've stayed at your properties in various cities and will again in the future. I just thought you would want to know since you send out reviews for feedback.

I was given a room that had not been cleaned from the previous guests. It was disgusting. I was given another room but I checked in at 8:00pm and there was no excuse for that happening.

We had a great stay overall! The room was on the smaller side, but it was very clean and well-kept, which we appreciated. What really stood out was the excellent customer service the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. They even had fun Halloween events going on, which added a festive and enjoyable touch. We loved that! The only thing we would have changed is getting a larger room, but aside from that, everything else was fantastic. Would definitely consider staying again!

Extremely noisy hotel

What we didn’t like was we couldn’t raise the a/c higher than 73 degrees. Also, the shower door was poorly designed causing it to leak a lot of water onto the bathroom floor, soaking the bath mat. The clock was set to the wrong time and the knob to adjust it was broken off. The staff were super nice and greeted us each time we came in and out. The hotel itself was in a great location and reasonably priced.

It says they offer airport transfers but only when convenient for them. They block out certain hours “for clients that rebook and have huge contracts with us”. Sooo, don’t expect any service when their big clients need them. False advertising and rude!

Everything was Lovely!!!!!!

Not pleased at all with the check-in. When I arrived, I stood there for a few minutes. There was a couple who came in after I was standing there and the clerk checked them in before she acknowledged me standing right in front of her. She then informed me that the gentleman was there before I walked in. If that was really the case, they wouldn’t have gone through the entire process as if he had initially arrived. Had I not already paid for my room online, I would’ve cancelled on the spot. I can assure you that we won’t be booking her again.

It was just ok, the first night I check in the representative at the front desk was welcoming, attentive, and customer friendly. However, im not use to having to request for my room to be cleaned everyday. It was not brought to our attention that you have to request everyday before a certain time or else you dont get your room cleaned. So this particular night we had gotten back to our a little after midnight and the room was not cleaned and towels all on the floor. When I went down to the front desk it was a different representative who was not as welcoming as the rep when we checked in. I explained to her what happen but she didn't seem to concern. I asked her if i could put the request in for the remainder of my stay of 5 days and she told me no, that I would have to come back during the scheduled time to make the request. Disappointing. It was just not what expected for a Marriott brand.

The customer service was truly excellent. They were very accommodating, especially when it came to securing an accessible room for my mother prior her surgery. The night host, Sierra, was exceptional courteous, thoughtful, and went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable. Her level of service really made a difference during our stay.

Very short lived stay

It was just a nice experience that I will remember. I will return to Aloft. I stayed at another hotel during my stay before staying at Aloft. All I have to say is, Aloft saved the rest of my trip. One has to be so careful where you stay.

Room nasty drippings on walls under TV bed had dust on it headboards has drippings on it bathroom floor nasty out stay was terrible I notified staff the next morning simply because we got in town late and were exhausted however once I notified morning staff the lady offered free breakfast but I wanted to be compensated back on the price of room as this as unacceptable per Marriott’s Guidelines I am a Bonvoy member and this hotel well stay at again

Great place to stay!

I had booked through orbit and already paid. I gave them a card for incidentals and they ended up billing me for the room as well so I have double paid for the room and it is still not been taken care of. I called and they said that they had reverse the charges, but that did not happen.

Despite the policy on noise the room next door was having a full blown party til be literally had to call the front desk at 1:30ish in the morning because the music was sooo loud. Our room was called back several times until they sent someone to actually address the room the noise was coming from.

First, the hotel decor is LOVELY. 2nd, the bar serves food until 10pm and that's SO convenient. MOST IMPORTANT, the shuttle service is Epic.

The red head gentleman working the front desk was very nice and helpful with restaurant suggestions and activities in the area.

Rooms were clean. Customer service was excellent and I parked my car there while on my vacation for $5 per day. Free shuttle to and from the airport! Would definitely recommend!

Very nice place to stay- they even drive you to restaurants within 5 mi, airport, etc. Rooms are comfortable & clean, great AC & nice gym too. Only issue - no shelves, niches, etc in shower - you have to have a shelf for your razor, rubber ducky or whatever Either way-would definitely recommend aloft with or without shelves.

While we enjoyed how conveniently located this hotel was and the friendliness of their staff at check-in, our experience was tainted by a loud knock on our door the second night of our stay at 11:55pm from a food delivery person who had the wrong room number. I would have preferred to be awaken by a call from front desk asking us if we ordered food (even though we did not) than a knock on the door late at night. I’m sure the people also sleeping in the rooms close by would have been grateful of such call, as well.

Hotel was clean staff was friendly. Until Saturday morning when apparently the staff was knocking on a door across from mine and the noise level was to the extreme. It’s 7 am in the morning and staff is talking on the walkie talkie slamming doors and just being so loud. I was in room 201. Not a restful morning. Not a happy customer.

The only thing that made my stay bearable, was the guy “ADHD” at the front desk. There are no microwaves in the room, no liners for the trashcan, and even though I paid through a third-party, I had to pay an additional $100at the desk. Overall, the hotel was clean, plenty of parking and not too noisy, just not worth the money

The property was clean and beautiful and the staff was so nice. I love the wxyz bar as well and they have great snack options in a lot of places to eat nearby.

I love this hotel and it's my normal hotel for when I visit the RDU area, but this will be my last time because they now have signs in the parking lot indicating they will be charging to park which I feel is ludicrous. If I am paying to stay here that should include parking. I could see if the hotel was downtown where parking is limited, but it's not downtown, so no, this is my last stay at this location.

I stay was not so pleasant. There was no microwave in the room and the on available on the main floor did not work properly. I asked for extra towels and it took 2 hoirs to get it. My griend and i wanted to do our laundry and there was only 1 washer and dryer and it only took quarters but there was no change machine, so we had to go out and find change. I put my drinks in the refrigerator and the next day took them out only to find the refrigerator didnt or or it was unplugged. And to top it off, i went to check out and stood way too long in line only behind one person. I just placed my room info next to the rep and told her to check me out when she could, because i had to go to work. She ignored me completely. The other attendants were kind. Im sure she would have been if she wasnt so focused. I forgive her. But i will not be back.

I was traveling with my teenage son. I had an event to attend that was nearby the hotel that started at 3 PM. My check in time was supposed to be 3 PM, so it should’ve been an easy transition. However, my room was not ready for over an hour due to Other guest being allowed to check out late, coupled with the fact that they were short on housekeeping staff. It was very uncomfortable for me to have to leave my teenage son there without knowing that our room was secure. Wow, one of the ladies at the front desk was apologetic and offered us a $10 coupon for food, the other one was Not concerned about our situation at all. In fact, she acted as if she was completely unbothered and had no consideration at all. It made for a pretty uncomfortable stay and a $10 coupon was not near good enough compensation for what we experienced.

This hotel was great! No complaints about neighbors or anything! The only thing i would like to point out is the very thin pillows. An upgrade to full, fluffy pillows would be nice. Also, the room had everything EXCEPT a microwave.. and the fridge was quite small and underneath the sink of all place.

Horrible - people were physically fighting in lobby. The amount of security at door is concerning. Club music blaring in lobby during morning hours. Horrible.

I must admit being disappointed at first as there is a college "dorm" feel to the rooms but it was really quite nice. The only real disappointment to us was the extreme lack of menu choices. No veggies, no salads, etc. There is no proper "restaurant" and a very small bar where you can choose from a super small selection. Only one dinner plant based option. That being said, the gym is great. Beds are fantastic!!!!! Super clean and the people are very nice.

The hotel itself was fine. It has a nice atmosphere in the lobby. The room was pretty small but sufficient especially for a quick stay. Everything seemed clean. My main complaint is that they swiped my card for "incidentals" which took over a week to be released and when it finally was they had tried to charge $12 in fees that they never said anything about. They claimed that corporate is making them tack these ones and I had them remove it but don't be surprised.

I did not get the room I had requested days before my stay. The pool was closed and the TV in my room did not work. I have stayed at this location several times in the past and enjoyed it. This time was a disappointment.

I was able to stay at the same hotel as my friend. Not too far from the highway which is perfect because I drove to the city but also right by the airport which was nice because she flew in. The hotel is beautiful, clean and the staff were all extremely friendly. Def would recommend and stay here again.

I always stay here when I am in the area, everyone is friendly. I typically sit at the bar for dinner and a drink but the bar was closed (bar tender had to leave early) - so I poked around the convenience cases and really didn't find what I wanted. My feedback is not a comment about the bar tender but about the limited choices in the convenience case) I walked over to the Hyatt house and found better choices. Also there was a huge palmetto bug in my room - it crawled under the night stand and I was unable to get it. I think they recently sprayed for bugs and it founc it's way in
