Easy access to airport Poor customer service. It’s been three weeks of trying to get receipt of stay for work. If travelling for work not helpful post stay.

The room was very clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, clean and stocked with all necessary amenities. The entire hotel was nice and well decorated, comfortable, quiet and close to many attractions.

Overall, our experience was very positive. Our room was nice but the reason I cannot give a higher rating was that there was mold in our bathroom shower. I am allergic to mold so it causes some discomfort. If we were going to stay longer, we would have asked to have our room changed. We try to stay at hotels that do a good job cleaning their facilities so we were disappointed. I know that mold is difficult to keep at bay but I hope you will do better a better job.

Room is good. But the staff is really bad. Attitude is suck. No knowledge for anything. She gave us wrong address for uber reservation. I almost miss my flight because uber driver went to wrong place to picked up.

Very nice indoor pool area and work out area. Great place to hang out and meet up with friends, have a few drinks. We utilized Uber and found it easy to get picked up in a timely manner. We did not get the breakfast.

The hotel is overall a great stay. The staff are very accommodating. The breakfast is AMAZING! Probably one of the best hotel breakfast services I have ever used, it was obvious that they put a lot of care and attention into it. We stayed one night because we had to drop off our daughter at RDU at 0630 and live 2+ hours away. The clerk booked the shuttle for us at check in so we don’t have to worry about that; first thing in the morning the shuttle was waiting for us. We were able to call the front desk and ask for the shuttle to return and pick us up with a minimal wait time. The hotel is less than 5 miles from RDU. Due to the late checkout time of 12:00 I was even able to make use of the excellent gym equipment and indoor pool before getting cleaned up, packed up, and checking out. The only thing that I recommend to other travelers is to take your wall blocks with you for chargers as the hotel furniture outlets are not USB-A they are standard receptacles. Excellent hotel, excellent staff, excellent food, excellent stay. I would definitely stay again.

Clean, good location for an early morning flight from RDU.

We checked in this past Tuesday after a very long drive. The lobby looked to be in good condition; however, upon reaching our floor-the cleanliness dropped greatly. The smell was pretty bad right off the elevator. Once we opened the door to our room, the smell was atrocious. Someone had clearly cooked seafood or something of that nature and the room was not properly cleaned. We immediatly left the hotel and requested a refund in which we were told no. We lost our money and had to find a new hotel with our two small children at midnight. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We are not picky travelers, but this is just unacceptable.

We had a quick stay in this hotel. Overall, it was fine for the night we stayed. The toilet paper roll holder was broken, but otherwise, an okay stay. The front desk person in the morning was exceptional.

Our room was clean and well furnished with a nice bed and a long couch and a big screen TV on the wall. A spacious bathroom with nice shower was impressed. A whole building was modern and chic and lobby was very inviting. I would recommend this hotel to everybody who likes high quality hotels.

The staff and lobby are great, so is the breakfast buffet. We were a little let down by the room. It was not as nice as other Hyatt House rooms we’ve stayed at in other states. The outlets on the lap do not work, there’s scrapes all over the ceiling above the beds. Tape on the window trim. It felt a little unkept. Will stay somewhere else the next time we’re in Raleigh.

Great experience! The team is really great and it shows through their enthusiasm to deliver a consistent wonderful guest experience. Very clean room and common areas. Highly recommend.

Everything was amazing!! The front desk clerk was very friendly.

The only negative was the fact that another guest had been cooking in their room and absolutely filled the hallways with the pungent smell of spices and food on one occasion, and on the second occasion, there was a stench of cooking fish that was unbearable and actually prevented me from sleeping. In the staff‘s defense, they did try and mitigate it with an odor masking spray along the corridors, but it was just too much.

Room, breakfast was great. When I checked in I asked for a 7:30 am shuttle to airport next day. We ended up having to get an Uber since the shuttle was no where to be found. That’s the only reason we booked at this hotel.

Great place to stay for an early flight. Grabbed some food at the bar for dinner which was convenient. Shuttle to the airport was perfect and easy. We did park and stay which is super easy also. Only thing we noticed in need of improvement was some water damage on the ceiling of our room with peeling paint that needs tending but everything else was great. Would stay again.

Room was nasty mold in the shower room smelled like dirty docks

Room was clean. There were some down feathers on the sheets but otherwise very clean. Mattresses could be updated but weren’t terrible. Lobby very inviting and staff friendly!

Dirty room, broken furniture, hole in the carpet, pool was dirty, hair in the pool, staff not friendly, no dish detergent. Airport shuttle was on point, and plenty of clean wash clothes and towels.

The staff was great with the customer service but my room sucked because the toilet was broken and not clean. It took them a while to fix that issue

Breakfast was not good but not bad, the kitchen worker also rude. We saw some injections (iykyk) all over the parking lot, and of course some other things.

The setup of the room was really nice. My complaint was that the bathroom trash can had shaved beard hair in it. That’s the first time I have ever seen that. After seeing that, I felt like the room wasn’t as clean as it should be. I had to go out and get cleaning supplies to clean up. Other than that the hotel was nice.

The one bedroom apartment is spacious and fully equipped kitchen are with all the utensils needed. Nice gym and pool area. On the other hand, the mattress on my sofa bed had no sheets when we pulled it out and the mattress had a big brown stain on it. Horrible! We asked for a room switch or a new mattress the next morning. We eventually hit a new mattress withe a mattress protector, but no fitted sheets. The breakfast was good. Better than most free breakfast offerings. My only disappointment was that they don’t serve omelets on the weekends. You would think that’s when guests would have time to sit and wait for a personally prepared omelette.

Used the taxi service for the airport because my flight was early in the morning. The attendant set it up for me the night before and it worked out well.

For the price it was kind of outdated when it came to the amenities. Crumbs were on the counter top in the kitchen area. Only one elevator was working and other customers said it had been broke for 5 weeks.

I reserved this room for my parents. They had zero issues at check in and commented on how clean and updated the facility was.

We reserved a king room with pull out bed. Got a 2 full-size bed. With one bed so close to a wall. We couldn’t close the bathroom door. No outlets that worked to plug in our electronics to charge. Offered another room. That room the neighbors were smoking weed. In a nonsmoking hotel.

It’s an okay hotel, many details are not extremely satisfying. No complementary bottled water in the room or the cupped water in the lobby. The air conditioning is loud, etc

I spent 3 nights at this hotel on business, and everything was good. The hotel is in a safe-quiet area, the room/bathroom was clean, and the staff was very friendly. Plus, they have free breakfast and happy hour from 5:00-10:00 pm. I had a good experience, definitely recommend.

Adequate for an airport hotel stay. Had to call for ride to the hotel from the airport, and it was difficult to get through to a person to request that. The bed was comfortable and good shower. The Omlet bar was a plus at breakfast. Bar and food at the bar are overpriced.

There's cooking stove, mini fridge. It was definitely sufficient, but housekeeping could have done better at vacuuming the carpet, cleaning the glass door in the shower, etc. Breakfast was ok. Many varieties, including waffles!

Air conditioning unit was extremely loud in room not to mention the roof air condition units outside my window.

We used this as a jumping off point for RDU. It is VERY convenient to the airport and a walkable area. Not many options in the area for dining.

I was originally only booked for one night which was a mistake on my part because it should have been two. However, when I arrived late Friday night, I asked the clerk to book for an additional night which she ignored as she extended the key for night one. When I asked her to book me another night, she explained that she could not because I booked with Hotels.com. I didn't understand but she explained it would probably be cheaper to book an additional night with them as well. I did just that and thought I was all good to stay another night in the current room. However, when I checked with the front desk, the next morning while heading out, the male clerk informed me that I was in a suite but has paid for a single king size room for night two. Basically, he wanted me to pay more money or move to the smaller room. Unbelievable since they were not full and my friend's party was in the hotel, which I could not receive the discount as it was not used during booking with Hotels.com. Needless to say, I stressed how inconvenient it was for me to move my things from the 2nd to the 3rd floor and the clerk had no words, just as the female the night before. I will never stay in Hyatt House in any city as I have been accommodated by many fine hotels over the years for things far greater, and this is a clear example why I don't usually stay in places such as this but I did because it was the host hotel. Never again

Gorgeous property. Great food at breakfast. Cocktails and very good food available in the evening at the bar. Bartender Sandra was terrific. nice indoor pool, work out room, pool table and meeting rooms. the hallways leading to the rooms have art on the walls which is a great touch. rooms spacious, well appointed, great shower pressure and hot water. the hotel seemed very upscale for a very reasonable price.Even have a plush bench and telephone on each floor at the elevators. great breakfast. even had omelets to order Mon- Friday. I would stay there again

I always stay here when I fly into/out of RDU and it’s always a great experience. This time, not so much. I think the hotel was full and since I checked in late, I may have gotten one of the last rooms. It was handicapped accessible, which I was not made aware of at check in. The room also had an unpleasant odor and a poorly patched hole in the bathroom ceiling. My room was at the end of the hall and there was a lot of noise from people coming in and out of the side door. I was disappointed in this stay honestly BUT this wasn’t my typical experience. I will likely stay here again in the future, just not that room.

The property’s proximity to the airport makes it an ideal location for a convenient commute. The timely and courteous shuttle service ensures a hassle-free travel experience.

My check in time is typically after midnight. The night auditor had everything ready for me.

This is hands down one of my best stays I've had anywhere. The lady checking me in was so kind. The room was spacious and had everything I needed. The beds were my favorite part, so very comfortable.

No one at reception desk and no way to ring for them. Had to wait until person showed up.

Better than last year! Corner suite was clutch for our big family and the continental breakfast is perfect! The carpets are still in dire need of replacement/cleaning. This time towels were replaced everyday and trash was emptied which was essential for us.

The housekeepers did not come to Saturday afternoon we had to get fresh towels and washcloths from downstairs they wouldn’t bring it up to the room which I thought was horrible since no one came to clean u til Saturday afternoon at least we could have fresh towels and washcloths daily it is the summertime

Always a wonderful stay when we book. Last visit, there was a mildew smell in the room but other than that the booking was great.

my stay wasn't long but it was great. The room was a great size and had a couch to sit on as well instead of just the bed. The staff were kind and friendly. The only complaint I would have is that the few housekeeping staff members we spoke to didn't speak English, so it was difficult to ask for anything (an extra towel). Other than that, everything went smoothly and was a great stay.

Since I changed my reservation from a king to a king and a sofa bed, I ended up at a different hotel than originally planned and did not realize it until I arrived at the wrong property. The hotel was fine. What was odd was the fact that there was no place to hang towels once they were used. There were no instructions about whether you could use your same towels throughout your stay. The channels available on the TV or any other instructive information about when breakfast was etc. those are the things that would’ve been helpful to know.

Room was clean and orderly but smelled like marijuana. It was so strong that we could not stay.

My #1 request was indoor pool. It was closed. Sent us next door said we could use Fairfield pool. It was closed. Sent us to another and it was a tiny lap pool outside that was too cold to swim in. My family reunion was ruined. No one cared.

Loved pretty much everything except the hallway area on my floor. Seemed a little outdated and dark for my taste.

One of the cleanest hotels that I have stayed in in awhile. I like the fact that it has cooking amenities, even though, I won't be using them on this one day trip. The bathroom was spotless. I like the updated decor, too. No hassle getting checked in.

Overall good experience! Only place of improvement is the lack of housekeeping as our room did not seem to receive any during our stay (e.g. no fresh towels, bed not made).

Everything about this hotel was top notch. Cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff, quality room. All for a reasonable price. If I’m ever in the area again, I will stay at the Hyatt House at Brier Creek.

House keeping could use some improvement. My room was not cleaned the first day. The bathroom sink was not cleaned the entire time. There was no bath mat for the last 3 days.
