The river view was a nice bonus The fan in the bathroom was really loud and you had to use it with the light

Nice hotel. It’s currently under construction so there were workers and tools everywhere. Hot tub was nice, pool was a bit chilly. Overall it was a nice time.

The staff were wonderful. Pleasant, helpful, good at their jobs. Our suite overlooked the stream and I could sit on the sofa and enjoy the view. The price per night was exorbitant although I understand it was a holiday weekend although we stayed for 7 nights. A break on the nightly rate would have been welcome. Breakfast was run of the mill. The "sausage" was inedible because it was so salty. Noisy air conditioning.

The breakfast buffet was awesome! Other than that, I wasn’t really impressed with this location. The pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while because used towels were all over the place and it looked like dirt or something was in the pool. The carpet in the hallways was uneven and it was easy to trip over. The location is horrible bet it’s right off the freeway. I was expecting something better because of the price we paid for being there was a bit high for only two days.

The continental breakfast was not great but the worse part both mornings I went in there was barely any food. The last day no orange juice, no hot water for tea had to go to the lobby to get hot water. No regular coffee,no creamer no forks, no eggs or sausage, no muffins. When they did bring more muffins they were frozen. Was not happy will go somewhere else next time. Rooms were pretty but beds hard as a rock.

The room was very nice, the breakfasts were good, and the staff was great. The big downside was the parking. They were starting to paint the outside of the building and parking spaces were limited because of equipment taking up the spaces and others being blocked off. Occupancy was high, and there were not enough spaces for guests to park. The night staff was very helpful at finding solutions every night, but it was still a hassle every night.

Hot tub broken and pool was very cold. This is the 3rd time I'm a row useing expedia for reservation that the hotel we chose had a broken hot tub. I use you so I don't have to call the hotel for the reservation. If I have to call the hotel in advance to make sure the amenities are available what do I need expedia for?

Great value for clean, quiet, comfortable and safe rooms. The rooms were very spacious; to view of the canal on the north end of the hotel is beautiful & sounds soothing at night. The balconies on the south side of hotel were convenient. The shower water temperature was nice & hot. Breakfast was okay--pretty good for a hotel breakfast. Staff were very friendly & helpful! The pool was freezing! The hot tub was out of order. Otherwise, this was a great stay!!

The quality of this property was a pleasant surprise! Our room was spacious, clean, and right next to the river with a beautiful view. Since we had to use the sofa bed and had quite a few people, the staff immediately brought up extra towels and a bed set for the sofa bed. The breakfast was also nice, you can't go wrong with biscuits and gravy. My only complaint is that the hot tub was out of order and the pool was really really cold so we weren't able to enjoy it. Other than that, it was a fantastic stay in a beautiful area with friendly staff!

There were beer cans in the shower when we entered the room. Hot tub was broke. Breakfast tasted like someone poured a jar of salt on it.

Had teenager girls who wanted to use pool and hot tub. Neither available due to filter issues. That was the reason we stayed there. Couldn't reimburse for stay since we booked thru Expedia. I will never use them again.

The pool and hot tub were not functional and that is one of the reasons we chose this facility.

After a long hike at Smith rock, we were looking forward to the hot tub. Because our luck is great, the hot tub was out of service. There was really old food on top of the refrigerator. When we pulled out the couch bed, there were crumbs in the mattress. We went to the lobby for bedding for the pullout bed, but the fitted sheet was a twin instead of a full.The whole family was exhausted and fell asleep early. I was awake, listening to the lobby music all night as I could hear it from our room. I could also hear the elevator door screech open and closed. This was also the first hotel that we have stayed at that did not have an allergen menu for their breakfast.

We found out where the elevator was after we had gotten our luggage up to our room and into the room. Weren't told the hours for breakfast at checkin either. Floor above us had loud running from 730-930pm.

Breakfast was great! Place was one of the cleanest, nicest place we've ever stayed at. Very happy.

The room was great, but the staff did not do enough to keep the every loud people in the lobby quite after quite hours started. The first night it was after midnight before they quited down. The second night it was 3 am and it woke us up. And that obly happened after we called down multiple times to ask to have them move or be quite.

I had a great stay, they were very welcoming of my dog as well.

The hotel was under construction, a burst water pipe, and because of the construction the room with two queens we reserved was not available so my wife and I and two teenagers had to share a king and a sofa bed with an extremely uncomfortable spring mattress. The paint fumes were also unpleasant. We were offered an unsatisfactory $20 discount at the hotel's convenience store.

Hot Tub area seemed dark and not kept up. A lot of construction, so harder to get to the pool. Hotel roomed seemed dusty that it hadn’t been cleaned for a while.

Children running up and down the halls on floor 2 until 1030am. And a group of adults hanging out talking very loudly in the lobby until 2am. Front desk said nothing too them and let them yell all night long.

The room was great, the water pressure was hit and miss. Breakfast area and lobby were nice. We would stay again. The only down side was breakfast because the waffle batter machines need to be cleaned or thinner batter because it wasn’t coming out very well, the plain waffle batter was empty and took forever to get it filled. The juice machines were not working so they had pitchers but when they refilled the apple juice they forgot the apple juice and just added water. The eggs were very runny but they had amazing biscuits and gravy.

I had a wonderful stay at Comfort Suites. The staff was incredibly friendly, kind, and truly went above and beyond. They helped accommodate me while my luggage was being located, and their warmth made a stressful situation so much easier. It honestly felt like I was staying with family. I will absolutely be back!

Room was fine, but there was no basic toiletries, examples are no lotion, qtips, and the coffee in the room wasnt very good, I left a 1 star because that should be a basic item list in every hotel along with shower soaps and conditioners which you had.

Both the check in and check out were done with courtesy and friendliness. The room more than met expectations. In fact my mom wants to stay there in that exact same room again next year. Lots of space, the sink and refrigerator were much appreciated though we did not use the microwave or stove. The only negative if you even want to call it that is that the sofa was a bit uncomfortable for watching tv. But that is truly not that important. All in all it was a great stay.

Comfy room well appointed and accommodating for the whole family, convenient parking and close to the airport. Staff was very helpful and held our room despite a late check in and breakfast was available despite our early morning departure. Nice to have a little balcony, area felt safe and was easy to navigate.

We enjoyed our stay and our room was great for what we needed. Noisy at night when trying to sleep but never did complain about the room above us. Not a huge deal and not the hotels fault. We would definitely go back!!

Asked for a morning wake up call & did not get it. Morning person said the staff did not relay the info. Good thing I set my phone alarm or I would have missed my flight throwing off my whole 3 connecting flights.

Air conditioner turns off in the middle of the night. Starts in morning.

Despite being short handed and overwhelmed with fire evacuees, the receptionist was friendly, professional and efficient!

Worst hotel I’ve stayed at in a very long time. No outlets work. Bed was dirty. Room was dirty. No sheets or pillows for pull out bed in room. Someone fell and was injured I asked for a towel and bandaids and the ignorant woman at the front wouldn’t help. Customer service from 3 different workers was awful. Would choose literally any other hotel over this piece of garbage.

Rooms were clean and updated. Lots of space on our room. The last few hotels we have stayed at have cut corners on remodeling and cleaning and that was not the case here! Very satisfied.

Got in late, and was able to check in without any issue.

I was placed in a room adjacent to the pool, where there was yelling and screaming all day and into the night - pool is open until 11 pm. The staff was responsive to act on the issue only after I strongly prodded them. My recommendation is to simply close the pool at 8 or 9 pm. Otherwise, don't book people in rooms near your pool!

The facility was nice and eye appealing. The services was outstanding. The complimentary computer and printer was accessible and easy to use. The parking was difficult and not easy. The key card didnt work at the pool and back entrance and room door.

All the employees were very professional and friendly.

I really like the pull out couch in the room. When we asked for bedding for the pull out couch we were given twin bedding that did not fit. The breakfast in the morning was the worst. There was no kitchen staff, only one staff member was running around to try and keep up with the kitchen and dinning area. The garages were over flowing, they ran out of everything and were really slow to restock anything. The pool area had no towels stocked on the shelf. Overall one of the worst hotel stays and we stay in the area every year.

Friendly staff and clean room

We got to the hotel about 40 minutes after the check in time and our room wasn’t ready. They did upgrade our room for this. The bathroom made weird water noises constantly, there were feathers coming out of one of the sink faucets, and the other sink faucet didn’t have a screen. The water coming from the faucets had a strange color. The pullout soda sleeper had ripped plastic over the mattress. There was no bedding for the pullout sofa sleeper. When I asked for some I was told they had bedding but no pillows and I would have to go get it because there was only the front desk staff working. When my husband went to get the bedding he was only given a sheet and had to request a fitted sheet and blanket. The pool area did not have any towels and we were told they didn’t have any more. There were used bandaids by the pool and hot tub. We have stayed here before without issues but this was very disappointing. We probably won’t stay again unless there are no other options.

Incredibly welcoming front desk staff! Very kind and happy to help. It was cool outside and it seemed the building heat was over powering my room’s thermostat as it never felt cool enough in the room. Maybe because I was right off the balcony to the lobby and the lobby heat was rising up. I was taken back that at breakfast some food items were low or gone and staff seemed annoyed that we asked when they were going to replenish. Still, a good experience.

Stayed here on a business trip. The bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel was clean despite undergoing renovations. Only improvement would be the breakfast. Waffle machines out, but not mix available on both mornings. There was not much for those with any kind of dietary restrictions.

The location was conveniently located. And had a little river canal that was just behind the hotel which made for an amazing view from our rooms windows. If we ever find ourselves in Redmond again we’ll definitely be back!

The property was located near the venue that I was attending. It was nice and quiet.

This was a two night stay for business. The room light switch was glitchibg, slow to turn on, however, for me it was not a deal breaker. Breakfast was complimentary and it was just right, the lady managing the kitchen was attentive. The desk staff was great as well. Would stay here again.

I liked the river right beside the hotel and the breakfast. I didn’t like the construction at 7:30am, the workout room and pool were closed, the stained/torn couch, the dented/broken lampshade, only one bedside lamp worked, the stairs were closed and on terrible condition, and the hallway ceiling was exposed.

The price was decent on Expedia. The new lobby was nice and the employees were nice. We couldn’t get our key card to work. Our room had a massive bush right up against the window and there was garbage right outside our window as well.

We liked the white water canal next door. That was nice.

A friend and I stayed there while visiting for the Sister’s Quilt Show. The location was good although it was kind of close to a major road. It looked like they were going through a remodel and our room was newly done and clean as expected. The free breakfast was standard and ok, but I enjoyed that the breakfast room was right next to a river and they had the windows open.

Room wasn't ready right at 3pm, but staff did all they could to get it ready as soon as possible.

No parking, thing didn’t work like the elevator bad condition. They were under construction and dust everywhere.

There was no warning or notification that facility was under construction. They charged same amount even though no pool or hot tub available. They also had audacity to not have functioning water from 11-3 for patrons. Absolutely ridiculous we were charged same amount and not notified prior.

The property is under construction and very noisy

Upon reserving this Hotel, I specifically looked for a hotel that offered a pool with a hot tub. When I got to this hotel, an entire floor was unavailable, including the pool and hot tub for renovations. I did not see a mention of renovations for this hotel when I reserved it. It was too late in my day to cancel and move on. I was very disappointed in this transaction and the lady was just blah to my disappointment.

It was very quiet at night which was wonderful. During our stay the hotel was under construction and it was loud during the day, the pool wasn’t open and it was hot this weekend. I would stay again when the hotel is finished construction.

The bed was very comfortable. However our coffee pot was broken, hair dryer did not work, and there was no stopper in the sink….don’t drop anything in the sink!

The free breakfast was good, even for us-vegan. We liked that at this location there wasn’t a homeless camp in back. A good location at a good price!
