Hard to rate service when you had no service. No room service the 3 days I was there
- 1/5
Terrible experience. Show up and they don’t have my reservation and then treat me like trash like i made a mistake and that they are doing me a favor by “allowing” me to pay triple for one night. Manager just rolled her eyes at me through the whole process. If there were any other hotels with any vacancy i would have immediately left and requested a refund but we needed a place to stay. So now i see on my statement I’ve been charged twice. I need a refund from Expedia and Motel 6 immediately. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE OR THEY WILL JUST CONTINUE TO TREAT THE CONSUMER UNPROFESSIONALLY. I’ve called Expedia customer service and heard nothing back.

It was clean and quiet. Bed was a bit hard.
- 4/5
Location. Price. Very bare bones.
- 4/5
Parking was easy, staff very helpful and room was clean
- 3/5
Clean, convenient, a stream w frogs croaking behind the property and a window that opened It’s basic and what you would expect at a motel 6
- 5/5
Clean room, dog friendly, nice people, exceptional deal, and I think old places that are maintained so nicely are a real treasure . No shampoo in rooms and I had to run to the store for it. Otherwise I appreciated the “no-extra” in exchange for a really great low price.

This was our fourth year in a row. We stay for our anniversary. Very clean and warm

The room was really clean. The price was really good. The rooms do not have carpet and the floors were very clean. The room had everything that we needed: refrigerator, ice bucket, cups, microwave, etc. They were not able to give us two rooms close together. We received one on the first floor and one on the third floor. The hallway had an unusual smell but the room was great. I didn't like having my handicapped room on the third floor since it would be hard to use the stairs in case of an emergency. The parking was tight, we had to use a compact spot for a non-compact car.

Convenient location, clean, plenty of parking. For a room that is over $200 it should at least include soap and a cup of yogurt for breakfast. I have no problem with raising prices for a holiday weekend but you need to raise the bar also.

- 3/5
Its a cheap place to stay, no extras. Found it odd that they require ID for every adult staying in the room.
- 5/5
Friendly night check in clerk, easily accessible Too expensive, it's Redmond Oregon
- 5/5
Too expensive, it's Redmond Oregon ??♀️ and you're motel 6, just not worth $100 in my opinion, not ever. Motel 6 is supposed to be a more affordable place like the one in Lincoln City was like 40-50$ way more acceptable
- 5/5
Clean room and helpful staff.
- 4/5
Insane value. Everything worked, everything was clean. Everything was just fine for that price point. There was no Pet fee. Easy parking, lots of channels on tv and the AC blew super hard. I’m very happy with what you get for the money there. If I had to complain about one thing, it would be the pillows. They were as thin as paper and only 2 in the room it was so bad lol. Pillows were so so so bad.
- 5/5
Quiet and clean
- 5/5
Peaceful and quiet. Staff was great and check in was fast/easy.
- 3/5
The room was clean but pillows and mattress were very thin. The legs on the bed were no inset and we stubbed toes multiple times.
- 3/5
Desk staff was very disinterested.
- 1/5
I left and panicked and stayed in my car, eventually driving 3 and 1/2 hours back home missing my daughters state finals for OHSET on the following day.
- 4/5
Easy parking. Clean room. Friendly staff. Well located right off main highway. Economical lodging, good price. No shampoo, conditioner or hand cream.
- 5/5
Check in staff was courteous and helpful. This was a great location for visiting smith Rock State Park.
- 3/5
Parking was easy, but getting in parking lot was difficult. Very simple room with no additions.
- 5/5
Best Motel 6 I’ve stayed at.
- 2/5
Bathroom was not super clean. Lot is noise all night and couldn’t sleep.
- 5/5
Clean room, comfortable beds, housekeeping staff were great. Conveniently located on 97, close to food and shopping.
- 3/5
They dont clean your room if you stay multiple nights there for you will mot have clean towels the next night. Other then that all was ok, could have have muffins or bananas or something to go with coffee.

- 3/5
Long wait at the counter to check in, but the receptionist was pleasant, if a bit frazzled from the rush of people. First room we were assigned smelled like smoke. We asked for a different room, and were reassigned a new one, which was great. Toilet kept running, even after filling, which was annoying, but not a huge issue. Never felt like the room was totally clean and sanitary, but it was inexpensive - as with most things, you get what you pay for.
- 4/5
We had a problem with our booking and the staff went above and beyond to help us gey our issues fixed.
- 4/5
Clean room and friendly
- 4/5
Parking was plenty and my room was clean and had a comfortable mattress

- 5/5
This place was a great find! Not only was it pet friendly and very clean, the beds were comfortable and the parking lot was well lit.
- 3/5
Parking was fine.
- 2/5
The front desk clerk was rude. I was second in line. She checked in 5 others that came in after me because they were with the first person. All had separate rooms. Only 2 flat little pillows. The shower was like being blasted with a fire hose.

One staff number, Irene, is unbelievably rude. I’ve been staying there for several weeks because I’m working out of town in Redmond. She has been rude to me in every interaction we’ve had and I’ve heard her be extremely rude to other guests as well. I’ve caught her talking to other staff members about me in very derogatory ways. I’ve complained to the manager who doesn’t seem to care. I’ve also heard the manager be extremely rude so I believe it’s the culture of the work environment and being rude to guest is perfectly acceptable. After this last week of staying there I went to corporate and although they seemed empathetic, I’ve heard nothing. I am now staying at a different hotel and will never stay there again.

The rim was dirty, the toilet ran constantly, and the staff was borderline rude. It was cheap tho.

Exceptionally clean room, very friendly and welcoming staff and great location!!!

- 5/5
Convenient location. Clean room
- 3/5
No breakfast
- 4/5
Very central location
- 3/5
Clean room. Front desk guy really nice. But there were several ceiling tiles off the ceiling in the hallway, on the floor, exposing pipe and wires. No hair dryer, no coffee pot in the room. Bare bones indeed
- 4/5
It was nice if you didn’t need all the extras that expensive motels have. It is a basic room. Bed was really comfortable…each side had a night stand area which is a plus for us. Shower had great water pressure with a nozzle you could take off the holder and use. That was another plus for us.
- 3/5
Didn't have to do Laundry.
- 4/5
Check in was easy and property was clean. Does the job as always! 2nd time staying here, and will again if we need to.
- 5/5
I liked everything
- 5/5
Very convenient to airport
- 1/5
My room smelled like dirty sheets, there was a dead roach in the bathroom. And the bed was like sleeping on a rock. Will not be staying here again.
- 1/5
I had automotive issues as my vehicle was broken down on the highway so i couldnt make the trip to redmond Oregon. Called the hotel to try to cancel. They said only expedia could cancel reservation. And turns out i could not contact your company thru website. I am so disappointed in your company there are hardly words to express it. So even with a situation not of ones control, yall make impossible to cancel, just to keep my money. Guessing i have dropped close to 20 grand with your company iver the years. I will never use expedia again, and will tell everyone i know how your company treated me. Enjoy my money for nothing!
- 5/5
Loved the price and its great property. Def would stay there again
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel, always find Motel 6es to be clean and comfortable and this one is the same.
- 3/5
Adequate room. Firm and comfy bed. Reasonable price on Hotels.com. I was simply passing through and had a good stay.
- 5/5
Clean and quiet
- 3/5
Parking for trailers need to be lighted. No coffee in the rooms.
- 5/5
Great room, great location.
- 1/5
Reception lady was slow and unfriendly. Very disappointed there was no Kleenex, shampoo or conditioner or other bathroom amenties provided. Definitely will not be recommending this hotel to anyone.
- 1/5
I originally booked my stay from Sunday to Friday and when booking it said that I could cancel up to a day before. On Sunday when I got to the hotel, I found out my days changed for work and I didn’t need Thursday night. I called Expedia and they said it should be no problem to cancel it because it’s several days ahead of time. Expedia contacted the hotel several times and were treated very rudely. I was asked to talk to the hotel staff, and this was the third time that this particular hotel staff was extremely rude and disrespectful to me. I also heard her being rude and disrespectful to others and saw two other guest storm off after absolutely horrible customer service. After dealing with this every single day and trying to get it resolved, I finally gave up which is probably exactly what they wanted to happen. In the end, it was more about the customer service and absolute disregard for guests.
- 3/5
Front desk agent not personable, no smile, no friendly greeting. Bedding needs a bit thicker comforter. Clean and pet friendly.
- 1/5
New mattress are needed Front seat lady was rude
- 4/5
Heating and cooling
- 2/5
I’m very disappointed that you did not provide shampoo. How much would that cost you?
- 1/5
The manager here has been a total tyrant towards me since my check in. She has mocked my disability and my service dog. Her and her staff have called the police on me three different times with the last time-yesterday-resulting in me staying locked up in my room till my husband came back from work, just so she would not come to my room, call my room or just even contact me and we could check out Friday morning. I have contacted the corporate team twice about this property regarding this property and management, with the reassurance that this will be dealt with by the higher management. I have even contacted the booking company that we booked with to let them know what type of people run this establishment. I have never been so disdisrespected in my entire life. This lady needs to really think about her line of work.
- 1/5
The manager here is a tyrant and uncustomer friendly person i have ever met. She mocked a disabled person and her service dog, called the police on her three different times for uncalled for things, and the last time ended up making the individual keep herself locked in her room till her husband came back from work just so she would be left alone. She does not care about keeping her guests happy or satisfied but instead only cares that her staff cares about her policies and trainings. As she stated to the lady that booked our rooms, she didnt care if she stayed here, she chose to, she wasnt asked to and she has customers all the time.
- 5/5
Room matched my preferences I gave. Was clean and no noise.
- 2/5
Front desk women frantic about system being down and communicated to me to prepare for lengthy check-in. I completed paperwork by hand, then system came up. Very unprofessional and frazzled. I will probably stay in Bend next time I visit. Was limited choices due to dog. Bed made loud noises ever move and slopes. Only soap bar, no shampoo etc. one plug in for charging stations far from bed.
- 5/5
It was at the right place and time in our travels
- 5/5
Not a huge fan of the new bed frames.
- 5/5
Good pace
- 5/5
Very close to the fair grounds.
- 1/5
Terrible service and alarms going off for no reason in the middle of the night and staff could careless that we didn’t sleep!
- 3/5
Hotel stay was mediocre. The first front desk lady was absolutely terrible, even watching some of the other front desk people with other guests they should really learn some better customer service.
- 1/5
Terrible
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable room
- 3/5
I also thought the price was way too high for what we were given.
- 2/5
At the time this hotel was most affordable in the area. Decent location. However, we experienced a room with filthy remote food on buttons, no shampoo or conditioner, not enough towels, and staff that can’t speak English. We could not dial the front desk and went down to share our experience with the person in charge. she was very condescending and informed us hotel does not provide shower products and that we can buy them from vending machines. When l asked for more towels, she became very emotional and not helpful. Come to find out l couldn’t dial corporate offices from hotel location. No recommendation for this hotel, other places more pleasurable to stay in area. This would be our last choice.
- 5/5
Estuvo muy chido el lugar.
- 5/5
Very nice room, i enjoyed my stay
- 1/5
Front desk was very unorganized, when I arrived I waited 20 min just to check in then on top of that I was given a room that was not clean and the front desk worker told me it was marked as clean and to just wait 10 min. I had to wait 30 min for them to clean that room and the front desk receptionist was not helpful and rude
- 3/5
It’s a motel 6. No frills. No coffee in room, no hair dryer, no tissues! Bed ok, pillows terrible. Clean TV works. The front desk person not personable at all . A place to stop for the night, cheap. So worth the money.
- 4/5
Quite and comfortable. Breakfast wasn't good but the bed was comfortable.
- 2/5
The room felt empty- no art or mirrors or anything, just completely bare walls. The room was clean. Staff wasn’t very friendly.
- 2/5
The room we stayed in was a little cockeyed. It was right across from the elevator and there was a 10 foot hallway as you entered with nothing there. No in-room coffee, no hairdryer and no view, unless you want to include the top of the roof and a Directv dish or two. We've stayed here before and I don't remember an unpleasant stay.
- 4/5
Price
- 2/5
Staff was very unfriendly. Could care less about anything as of information for me and my service dog. I didn’t have a choice but to stay or I would have left and went somewhere else.
- 3/5
The room is u pay for what u get. Wasn’t horrible doable for the one night. But the lady at check in had the worst attitude ever. Talk about hate your job.
- 5/5
Standard motel that is clean, friendly and helpful staff. There is morning coffee in the lobby. Towels were fluffy.
- 1/5
Terrible bed/mattress. Old and needs updating. Wifi was good. Way overpriced but it was the only option available.
- 4/5
The room was nice and clean. Very adequate indeed. We totally enjoyed the restaurant we went to for breakfast which was only a short distance (Eggs). Was close to the Sisters Quilt Show when other towns were already booked. Glad we chose to stay there.
- 1/5
Very usnfriendly, lacks people skills. Unnecessary paper work. Only place that requires ID for every person staying on rooms. Parking is far and they require car info so you have to walk to car to get it, then they give you a parking permit afterwards to go and put inside the vehicle so you end up making 2 trips. Not convenient
- 2/5
Extremely overpriced. Bed spread was coming apart with loose threads everywhere
- 5/5
Overall I think you should hire a couple like my husband and I to go into your Wyndham properties in grade them for you.on all levels it's a semi remodeled motel 6 room the third stories windows open all the way which is unsafe, TV was small and couldn't hear it very well my husband is handicapped, we having a motorized wheelchair the third floor was thank goodness accessible the room was right across from the elevator. us we were stayed in room 307 the bed that we slept in was at the corner was broke like broke in but after two nights of my sciatic nerve went out. I literally rearranged the bed myself but overall for a motel 6 it was fairly clean thank you for the bars in the bathroom for some handicap accessibility and a staff downstairs are for a hectic weekend with very accommodating overall it was a nice enough room for the kind of overpriced rate but it was Redmond for the weekend, the refrigerator was kind of on the outs, froze fresh fruit. overall it was okay. Thank you for leaving the light on!!
- 1/5
Motel 6 canceled my room after I spoke with about checking in late. Expedia told me everything was good and I was able to check in when I was able to get there. We started driving out of state when we called the motel to check in with them that everything was good. They said I did not have a reservation. When I called Expedia to see what happened the customer service press incredibly rude. I asked to speak to a supervisor who kept me on hold for 45 minutes and told me it was my fault. I will never use Expedia again
- 1/5
They cancelled my stay two weeks before we were supposed to arrive. Said they overbooked themselves. They offered another (more expensive) hotel alternative, but that hotel was also overbooked and had no rooms available. I understand this is a busy festival weekend but it’s very unprofessional to cancel my stay with no credits or hotel alternatives (with rooms available). Disappointed.
- 1/5
The employee that checked me in was extremely rude and short with me when I was asking questions she had long black hair and glasses her tone and attitude seemed like she didn't want to be there or like she didn't want me there it was very unsatisfactory
- 5/5
It was set back from the busy highway which made it quieter
- 5/5
Check in was easy, plenty of parking available, clean room, and appreciated having a microwave and fridge.
- 4/5
It was adequate.
- 5/5
Uncomplicated
- 1/5
We booked because the pictures looked nice online and it was supposedly ’pet friendly’. The person who checked us in seemed like they hated their job and was not friendly in any way. There is no pet area on the property, which seems strange for a pet friendly hotel. There was an empty lot next door but it was full of weeds and broken glass. The room was bare bones, almost felt like a hospital room. No little shampoo bottle, no hair dryer, no iron, not even a picture on the wall. For $180 a night I expected a lot more. We were very happy to leave.
- 5/5
Like the indoor entrances to rooms, value, and policies. Pillows are tiny and flat, but everything else was perfect, used refrigerator and microwave.
- 2/5
Front desk clerk not very pleasant and not friendly or helpful upon checking last night. You can tell she really hates her job!!!!
- 4/5
The first room I stayed in was disappointing. The second room was great
- 2/5
The room was dirty
- 3/5
It was fine, room smelled a little like Mexican food. I wasn’t expecting much. Cheap and safe
- 4/5
The bed and pillows were not great. Way too expensive.
- 1/5
Too noisy from the neighboring room with loud tv on all night to hearing the other neighbors talking laughing etc it was like the walls were paper thin and to top it off loud helicopters coming and going all night long. The main purpose of a hotel room is to get some sleep so got very little last night. Here’s to a better night sleep tonight, lord knows I need it !
- 2/5
It was alright
- 5/5
I wish they offered breakfast
- 4/5
Nothing to add. Stay 2as great.
- 4/5
No
- 5/5
Amazing
- 1/5
The staff was very rude. The front counter lady was very snippy and unhelpful. When we ask to check in they told us the room was not even ready or close being ready we had to wait about an hour and a half before the room was ready. They told me that the room wasn't priority because it was a third booking party through Expedia and not through the website itself. The room was kind of disgusting the bed's flat pillows were flat stains on the wall the room was very noisy they put us next to the elevator. The vending machines were half out of everything. Very disappointment for the first time and I've stayed at a lot of Motel 6 that stayed at this one a couple times in the last 10 years and this is for the first time the worst service the properties run down it just it's not what it used to be it's very sad. And not just with that the prices are expensive
- 1/5
Didn't get past the front desk at check-in. The staff was rude and incompetent. I went down the street to Best Western. There I was greated with a smile and treated like a valued customer. I was going to stay there for the convenience of distance to a function. It's Holiday Inn or Best Western from now on.
- 5/5
Clean and neat.
- 2/5
The checkin lady was very unpleasant. The rooms were clean but no shampoo or soap or tissue. It was clean but the linens were cheap and the bed was cheap. Not even pictures on the wall but that doesn't matter. For $171 a night that was way overpriced!
- 3/5
For the price it was okay. Its a motel 6 so cant expect too much.
- 5/5
Bathrooms bright and clean. Very good value.
- 4/5
Motel was clean and comfortable for the most part. Nothing fancy but it was a place for me and my kitties to lay our heads. Not too bad if you’re on a budget.
- 3/5
The rooms looked ok, our shower wouldn’t drain and hair came up in clumps with the standing water
- 2/5
No kleenex or shampoo in the room. Refrigerator in room but no coffee maker.
- 5/5
Great attention
- 3/5
Not a convenient area to walk to anything. The bed frame was cheap and falling apart, the mattress kept slipping off while sitting on the bed.
- 4/5
Shuttle service to the airport would help!
- 1/5
Definitely not family friendly.
- 4/5
First time at a Motel 6. Stripped down and minimalistic, but room was clean and fine. Totally sufficient for basic needs as long as expectations are that this is no Ritz ;)
- 5/5
The Redmond Oregon Motel 6 is certainly one of the nicest Motel 6’s I’ve seen in many years. Very clean and quite modern compared to the stereotype of the past years. Solid accommodations.
- 5/5
They left us alone and was a great stay. The AC in the room didn't work to well but other than that I have no complaints.
- 2/5
The bed was absolutely uncomfortable and I have stayed at plenty of Motel 6.
- 1/5
I booked a stay in Redmond oregon and it shouldve been Redmond washington. Cant get a refund.
- 4/5
Good area
- 3/5
Okay
- 3/5
We've stayed here quite a few times now. It's fine for the price. The beds are very comfortable which is why we choose to come back
- 1/5
Just was over charge for room then my room was for handicapped. I had to pay again for room then stayed on the booking i made with you. Very disappointed
- 4/5
Very good for the price. I could borrow a hair drier and keep it in my room during my stay which was very good. No amenities like shampoo/conditioner but I understand that for the price. I like the location of the hotel as it’s very close to the airport.
- 5/5
Our stay at Motel 6 in Redmond over all great! Good value for our needs.
- 4/5
Good value for the cost.
- 5/5
Best budget option out there. Quiet, clean and cheap!
- 5/5
This is the nicest Motel 6 we’ve ever stayed at. It was amazing value for the cost. It was clean, quiet, other than the usual nicks and scratches one expects at a budget friendly hotel, everything was working and in good repair with no strange rattling or banging. We particularly liked that the doors to the rooms opened to an interior hallway and most of all, you cannot beat the amazing views of the mountains from the room windows.
- 3/5
Well you get what you pay for with Motel 6. In my experience. It was clean. Needs updating, bed uncomfortable!
- 2/5
Good space for parking. This hotel doesn’t even have hair dryers. Very thin walls. It was unpleasant.
- 3/5
Just seems stail kinda dirty
- 4/5
Great location for the fair grounds
- 3/5
I will say the desk attendants level of hospitality left a lot to be desired.
- 4/5
It was clean. The room was clean and the bed was okay. It did the job, which was so we were looking for.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 4/5
It was good for a quick stay
- 4/5
Prices
- 3/5
The sheets had stains and the front desk staff was not happy. It was a busy tournament weekend in the area and the front desk made it very clear they did not like having to check in so many people.
- 3/5
Front desk wasn’t nice. Wouldn’t bring us extra pillows told us to come get them if we wanted them.
- 4/5
While we did not use this amenity, we noticed that there was laundry service and also, coffee available in the morning. The inside entry always feels safer and the environment was clean and updated.
- 2/5
The lady at the desk was bothered to help us check in. Also the heater in our room was cranked to 68 and couldn’t turn down. So eithier freeze or sweat to death
- 2/5
Staff was friendly and the hotel was cleaned relatively well. My biggest issue was that the hotel was lightly built and you could hear everything. People in the hallway, clear as day. The couple walking around upstairs - loud and couple hear everything they did, and I mean everything. I won’t be staying there again.
- 4/5
Good price. Not what I requested for parking and room location. BS excuse.
- 5/5
It was easy access
- 1/5
Not
- 5/5
the room was clean

It was nice to find a place not too expensive, didn't charge extra for pets and was quiet. The room was nice and clean but had a king bed in a room that probably should have had just a double. The bed frame was larger than the mattress and because the room was crowded, you frequently hit with your feet. Pillows were awfully thin. Coffee was available in lobby in the morning which was nice. Overall, it was just OK.
- 3/5
It was clean and okay, but it seemed pretty rundown and it was not a very convenient location.
- 5/5
Easy check in, in a clean and safe area. Room was basic but served its purpose. The view of the canal and over looking the city was pleasant. The bed was a little squeaky but the comfort was fine. The bathroom could use some updated fixtures and softer TP. Half the plug in for the microwave and fridge was shot so we had to unplug the fridge real quick to run the microwave.

Clean room
- 5/5
Staff was less than helpful.
- 3/5
Desk staff was not friendly. Said she would email the receipt but never did. The housekeeping staff was friendly. It’s fine not to have the little bottles of shampoo, etc but generally there is shampoo and conditioner in containers attached to the shower. None here. . There was hardly enough soap to wash our hands.
- 2/5
There was not hotwater available for tea at all. Not coffee pot in the room, o shampoo or conditioner either. The office guy was not real welcoming.
- 5/5
Clean and basic, and especially quiet. Very happy
- 4/5
Basic motel with few amenities. Clean and spacious room. Not really close to anything. Great for a stopover if you're on your way somewhere.
- 3/5
Two of the staff were rude, one was absolutely great and one…felt kind of neutral about one of them. I’m talking about the lobby staff.
- 2/5
The room was absolutely horrible. It smelled like dog piss. The receptionist at the front desk must really hate her job, she was so rude and unhelpful.
- 3/5
The front reception area needs to be updated. They were extremely slow to check you in because their system is slow. It was very noisy. The gentleman next door was on a phone conversations at 5 am and he seemed like he was in my room. Staff was very loud as well after hours.
- 2/5
Bed was so squeaky .. room was tiny. Bathroom fan was soooo loud …. Very expensive for a cheap room
- 3/5
The price is comparable to average Bestwestern properties I stay at but include all these amenities along with a breakfast
- 4/5
Stayed for a big local event. Was clean basic room.
- 3/5
If you’re looking for a basic stay with no extras but comfortable beds, this is a good place to stay. No frills. I was disappointed that they didn’t provide shampoo in the room; had to buy it from vending machine down the hall.
- 3/5
The room was old. The furniture was worn and edges split in places. No electric outlets near the head of the bed to plug the CPap machine. I had to buy and extension cord at Walmart. There were spiders in the bathtub. It was too expensive for the condition of the room.

Clean and comfortable

Room was clean and comfortable.

The motel 6 was very clean and safe, I liked that the doors were inside the building and you had to walk through the lobby to enter. The front desk staff seemed a bit flustered but we were able to check in right at 3pm and get our room. AC was great and the room was clean.

Upon arrival, we were told there was no hot water, however the plumbers were on the way to fix it, At 6pm I was in the lobby and asked the same person working the desk if he had heard from the plumber , he said no, they would be hear. At 9pm still no hot water, nothing at 11pm. At 7am I went to the lobby to get some coffee, which was terrible, I ask the lady at the front seat why the hot water was not fixed yet?she said it wasn’t going too be fixed for a week or better because they were waiting for parts. I told her, we told yesterday it would be repaired that evening. She said person knew better than to say that. There was another gentleman in the lobby who was canceling his reservation for 8 rooms for two weeks because of the lyes. I am requesting a full refund for the two rooms I paid for. Otherwise Motel 6 is now on my do not stay at list, and will get nothing but bad reviews from me, to everyone.

No hot water.

No hot water. No housekeeping for 3.5 days. When I asked for an extra pillow, it never came. I asked at 7:15 to have my room cleaned, when I restored at 7:45 PM it was not done. I am absolutely furious, will never stay at a motel 6 again, and may steer clear from Expedia.

Customer service was horrible no hot water for the whole stay.

No hot water

I usually steer clear from motel 6 for a reason, going forward I won’t even consider it as an emergency solution (as it was for tonight).

We arrived to the Hotel in the front desk, staff made us aware that the hot water heater was broken, at this point all the other hotels in town were sold out so we had no other option to stay at the hotel. We paid over $300 to stay at a motel six with no hot water, we talked with the hotel staff, and they made us aware that they couldn’t put any discounts on the bill. When I booked the hotel, There was an agreement on services for cash, they did not hold up their end of the bargain on the services so to make things right they should have put a discount on the end bill which they did not.
- 2/5
Room and service were fine but the warm water was out and they did not do anything to mitigate
- 1/5
No hot water our entire 3 day stay, staff was unapologetic and did not seem to care. We understand that it wasn’t their fault but they were not helpful and were unable to answer any questions

No hot water yet to have refund back
- 3/5
There was no hot water. Apparently there was an electrical issue and the hot water heater went out days before we arrived. We were not notified until we arrived and by then there was no vacancy at other area hotels. The front desk lady was very stressed out and seemed annoyed to check us in.

No hot water! Could not shave or shower. I should get a refund from Motel 6 or Expedia.

Great staff
- 3/5
No in room coffee maker but does have a microwave and refrigerator. Fairly new motel was clean and comfortable
- 4/5
Big room. Quiet.
- 3/5
Honestly any room in this facility should never exceed $90. I overpaid because I was desperate. For a $146 they should at least have shampoo in the rooms! The pillows are paper thin and probably years old. My expectations were low but give me a tinny bottle of shampoo at the very least. I’ve paid less for places better than this.

I don't even know where to start.... Tried to check in early ..lady at the front counter clearly hates her job..her life and probably everyone that walks through the doors!!! I was told it would be after 3pm before I was able to check in so I said ok am I able to plug my phone in while I wait cuz it's almost dead and I have no idea where I'm at.. she responded no you can't do that!! I was like wow cool I'll be back at 3 ..went out sat in my vehicle for an hour while waiting to be able to check in....come back in at 315 the lady wouldn't even speak to me as she's telling the other front house person that she's pretty sure the room hasn't been cleaned yet and if so I'd just have to wait!!! So at this point I'm already positive I'm in for an absolute treat the next 2 days!! Next morning my daughter goes down asks for some fresh towels ..the same lady tells her she's gunna have to wait for housekeeping to come along... We wait about 3 hrs still no towels so my daughter goes back down and asks the lady tells her if she really needs towels that bad then to go find one of the housekeepers and ask them!!! The room was about as basic as it could be tiny bathroom hard plastic chair like we used to sit in back in 1985 school house style.. TV was so small and so far away from the ed could barely see use the thing .... The fan in the heater/air conditioner sounded like a rocket ship was about to take off!!! Wifi kept going in and out!!! Needless to say I will never be staying here again

I usually have a good things to say staying at this place, however the experience wasn’t great. The bedding smelled awful for one and the lady at the check in counter wasn’t very friendly. It would have made a difference if she showed a little care or even a smile.

Horrible for the price

Typical M6 conveniently located along highway 97
- 5/5
Quiet, clean room
- 5/5
The facility was extremely clean and the water pressure in the shower was excellent.
- 3/5
Amenities state free coffee. No coffee when we asked the same person he just said not at eye and went to looking at his computer. All other Motel 6 I stayed at had coffee 24 hours and staff was friendly and attentive. Not staying at this location again
- 2/5
We have used this hotel before and appreciated its cleanliness. This time the room smelled like spoiled meat. We found MOUSE DROPPINGS stuck to the underside of a blanket. The toilet wouldn’t flush. The woman at the front desk never made eye contact or smiled, ever. She spent time on the phone complaining. We won’t ever go back, which is a shame. It used to be a clean, affordable stay close to Smith Rock, but no more. So disappointing!

Location was convenient, property was clean

Front desk guy was really nice. Other than Loud children half the night it was a good stay. Hotel was pretty nice for the price. I was really happy with that.

No shampoo or conditioner in the room

A/C was terrible
- 4/5
It was a good experience, clean, just the bed was super hard for my taste.
- 5/5
clean and good value
- 4/5
Went great got and got out perfectly during my visit!
- 3/5
Just okay. The place was clean enough, and no bugs. The free coffee was nowhere in sight. No usb charging in room, in case you only pack the cord. And I had to ask just to get some shampoo/conditioner. Not my top place to stay, but will do when I need to save a buck I guess. Just make sure to bring your own coffee and shampoo.
- 4/5
Easy check in and close to restaurants
- 3/5
Stayed for 4 nights but had to get the key redone every day. It was not keyed properly and we could not get in the outside door or our room.
- 3/5
Bed & pillows were pretty uncomfortable but the place was clean.
- 3/5
A/C is terrible and bed squeeked
- 2/5
There are absolutely no amenities in the room, from coffee to simple shampoo/conditioner or a hair dryer...the bed frame is dangerous to shins..there are bare steel frames under the mattress....if we were paying $50 a night i would not be concerned but the cost of $200/night i would have expected simple amenities
- 3/5
Although the room look like it had been recentlyremodel, the bed sag like an old horse.
- 4/5
Motel was conveniently located near the airport and clean. No extras - need to ask at the desk for a hairdryer and have your own toiletries that are usually provided at hotels (shampoo, lotion).
- 3/5
No ice or vending machine at ice/vending area, no signal received on TV, no coffee at coffee station. However, frig. and microwave worked. Front desk person nice, but only one working. Called for help with TV. She was busy, but did call back after I had gone to sleep.
- 4/5
Our door wouldn't open, not a good sign. The front desk lady came up and messed eith it a few times and got it open, we just stayed in so we wouldn't have to hassle with it again. The room was clean and quiet, we had to be at the airport by 4am. The night desk lady was so nice and made a pot of coffee for us earlier than usual since we had to be at the airport so early. It was a nice stay.
