Nothing The owner and staff were rude and acted like it was an inconvenience on them to rent me a room. It was way overpriced itching around $80 when it should have been no more than $50.

My husband and I had a last minute change of plans, and needed a place to stay for the night. This was the last available room in the Bend area. This is a classic motel from years ago. Yes, the exterior needs some work, and it looks like the owners are working on it. The interior walls have some cracks in the ceiling, not surprising for an aging motel. But, we were so pleased with the room! Everything important had been updated. And it was CLEAN!!!! Comfortable mattress, the bathroom was updated, even the AC unit was newer and put out fresh clean air. This place is a gem for a budget motel. Next time we are in the Bend area, we will definitely consider staying here again!

The Air Conditioner has 2 settings, High and Low, but it should be "Super High and Very High" instead. The fan is so strong and noisy that although its hot outside we choose not to use their Air Condition unit and open the window instead.

Clean and simple. Outdated, but not a bad hotel for the price.

Nice motel, excellent location.

Nothing fancy but clean and quiet. The area and the building were very quiet and the desk staff were very nice. Rooms could use a little updating but were clean And well-maintained.

The people in the room above mine, #102, were bouncing or jumping on their floor for a very long time which was very loud in my room. I didn't hear any music so, I don't know what they were doing. They took a break about 1 am then did some more later.

It's not the Ritz, but it's also not a dump. A bit outdated, but they seem to be attempting to work on it. No major complaints. Bed and bathroom were clean. It was a basic room that I needed for the night. If I wanted frills I would have paid double or more. I'd say it was fair for the price.

Hotel is nice could use a little updating in rooms. WIFi was really slow and didn’t work to well. Room served its purpose as for somewhere just to sleep

Very clean, very basic family run hotel.

The motel room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the managers very friendly. There was a microwave and a small refrigerator but no coffee maker.

The place is dated but clean and the staff are friendly and helpful!

I did not stay at the Hotel. I canceled the day before my stay. I arrived early and the Hotel was NOTHING like the pictures. It was old, run down and smelled of Curry. I refused to stay and canceled my reservation.

Not good. Run down accommodations, tape holding refrigerator together, bathroom fixtures rusty, dripping faucet. Bed was extremely hard & uncomfortable. This was the most expensive motel during our trip & it was the worst motel. I was/ am very disappointed & displeased. I would like my money back.

Went to room, sat down on toilet & seat broke.. called desk, got another room.....tv would not work. Attitude of mgrs was not very hospitable .

Will not go back, seemed very run down. Not very clean. Provided no soap or shampoo, and even though we booked for 4 people, there was only 2 towels.

The place was nice for the price! The Staff was nice and allowed us to check in early since the event we were attending was gonna be later then the office was open. Conveniently located near a mexican Taqueria that was open until 3am and also two nice places for breakfast.

The location was not bad but other than that it is completely outdated and in very poor condition

Amazing. At first i was unsure because it was late when we checked in and i felt judged. However, come to find out they were tired and late as i said, but absolutely amazing ppl, friendly, very clean rooms, spacious, and they even thanked us for taking care of our room. My daughter and i have been traveling from town to town and state to state for work since spring and this really helped our travels. Thank u so very much Greenway Motel Family u guys rock!!

The lady checking us in was nice. But the room was filthy, dirt and ants everywhere.

Basically a clean but cheap place to stay. Not fancy, no closet but a nice bed and functional plumbing.

Bed was so stiff, very outdated and a little rundown looking. The employee man was super nice. It was clean just old and empty.

The hotel staffs are nice. The place is convenient since it is very close to the painted hills.

The hotel beds are extremely hard. They've tried to do updates but doesn't look professionally done and there were still holes in the wall. There were ants in the bathroom and the whole place smelled of smoke.

Holes in the walls and bathroom door. Dresser and nightstand all had holes in them. Toilet dirty. Location was awful. Would have never stayed there if I had seen it before the trip.

It was a good place to sleep near the park, breakfast was good.

The staff is very kind. Close to food. Beds are uncomfortable & carpet should be replaced.

The night staff are very helpful and accommodating. Our three reserved rooms were held for us after phoning that our three vehicles would be arriving a little later than expected. Two of those rooms were doubles.

Motel was clean. Shampoo and coffee would have been nice, but was still a good place to stay for a night when visiting friends in Redmond.

The motel/hotel is old run down building, can hear the others TVs and microwaves going. Yea was a crap time trying to sleep of a light sleeper

It cost more than it was worth. It looks like they are trying to update but have a ways to go. New TV and sink, but rough walls in bathroom and main room and an old table. It also was pretty noisy from the road.

Motel is located in town. We came late and left the next morning early. Priced right for our needs.

Found razor blade in drawer with empty baggies with white redidue. Next morning no hot water at all

It's not worth the money that was paid Furniture was sent this repair that was like sweep sleeping on a swayback camel the bathroom was undescribable will not stay there again

It was dirty... Literally pubes on the toliet seat... Poorly vacuumed if even vacuumed ... Soap an water spots on the mirror .. but it was cheap so if you just need a place to rest this is good enough for a pit stop

The best thing about this hotel was that they had a vacancy when I couldn't find one anywhere else and they're located in the heart of downtown Redmond. However, I was more than a little shocked when I checked in and was handed an actual key. Okay, so not being in the modern era isn't the worst thing, but then when we got to the room I realized that there wasn't any type of deadbolt. Which meant no peace of mind all night. Also, the towels were so rough and thin that I wish I would have brought my own. The room was clean and the staff was nice, but this won't be my first choice if I need to find somehwre to stay again.

A decent clean room at a budget price. We only stayed one night but the bed was comfortable and the shower hot.

Attended the Airshow of the Cascades in Madras just up the road about 20 miles. The motels in Madras were awfully proud of their rooms.. $$$$. The Greenway is located in the downtown Redmond area...easy to get to from Hwy 97 with 2 or 3 great breakfast places with a block or two.

I stayed here for one night and for the price it was great. The staff let me check in early and were very nice. The room was clean with a microwave, fridge, and flat-screen tv. I did wish there had been some shampoo in the bathroom, but I made due either way.

The hotel was in a bad part of town. No fridge, hairdryer, bed was lumpy, pillows too hard. No coffee or tea in the morning, either in the room or lobby. No service other than check in. We were very disappointed.

Run down as can be. Rooms falling apart, one towel given, no shampoo or soap. Mold in bathroom, room smelled like smoke. A.C. did not work

The beds where comfortable, but room was very out of date. Bathroom was very small. There was trash under the beds, stains on the chairs. There were holes in the very out-dated tables. TV did not work when we first got there.

Cons: Heavy smell of smoke in the room, and the bathroom hadn't been thoroughly cleaned.

This place very old, rundown. Room bad order bed very broken down. Only nice thing was the tv. Avoid this place unless you need a quick one night stay. We paid for 2 nights but bailed after one.

Office Staff was very nice. Rooms were standard, but the beds were reslly comfy.

The bath towels looked like they were way overdue for replacement. I drive a full size van, the parking lot spaces were not large enough to pull in with out taking up two spaces. But they did have the basics, hot water, clean sheets , HBO and WI-FI. So all in all not that bad for $65. a night, I would probably not stay there again!

The Customer Service was not very good.

The room was not very clean (floors not vacuumed, bathroom looked dingy, dusty cabinets, etc.), and the staff only stopped by once in 3 days to see if I needed anything, or wanted the room cleaned. The towels were old, and scratchy. The bed was comfortable enough to sleep in, but I will not be booking there ever again.

For the rate was fine. Rough around the edges but did the job. Stayed with my three teenage kids for my brothers wedding in Sisters. Most of my family stayed at Black Butte Ranch, they complained about their room size there and payed more than twice what I did. Overall was happy with the decision to stay there

A classic motel. It doesn't look great, but the rooms are clean and odor free. We needed a place for the night and it fit the bill. No frills for a cheap price.

No amenities in room. Soap shampoo etc....it was quaint and comfortable. No breakfast of any kind. Not sure it was worth $97

This motel is between two busy roads and not far from the railroad. The walls are not really thick so when someone came in and turned on the TV an hour after we went to bed, it woke us up. The room was clean and neat. There was only two small bars of soap, no shampoo or any other type of amenities. The room had a dorm size fridge and a microwave. Both were clean and useable. It did have wifi, but we needed to request the code. Rooms have old style keys with diamond holders, which took us back in time. We loved that the site is across the intersection from the Black Bear Diner. As it is the least expensive in town and we didn't expect the Hilton, we will most likely stay again.

Horrifying experience. Not clean,Heater broke ,Sheets drity,Staff un knowledgeable. As going to sleep had a strange man walk into my room with the door key office gave him. Not worth staying

Rooms were dirty and outdated. Definetly not 2 star hotel rating as indicated online. 1 star motel at best.

The first thing we couldn't help but notice was that the room smelled horrible, you can hear what people are saying and noise from the rooms around you. However, the worst parts happened at 4 am when our daughter was checking out to go to the airport from attending our wedding. My new husband had to get up and go argue with the hotel manager, he was claiming that our daughter stayed in room 115, when in fact she stayed in room 215, and claimed she owed another nights rent, when in fact we prepaid for our rooms upon arrival. When we checked out at 9 am he again argued that we owed a 5th night, when we only had 2 rooms for Friday and Saturday nights only, he insisted our daughter stayed 3 nights in room 115, which in fact she did NOT she stayed only Friday and Saturday nights. My husband finally just paid what the guy claimed we owed so we could get out of there and too our families breakfast. Do NOT stay here they will rip you off.

Awful I was charged twice for 1 room, I'm still trying to get my money back the manager isn't very helpful either

Check in person couldn't find my reservation , even with the number in my hand. Then she couldn't process my Visa card which I have been using before and after being at her hotel. Needless to say I didn' t stay there.

Wanted a reservation so booked. Wish I hadn't. Several in the area &40 - $50

I have a bad back and I found the bed to be quite comfortable. It was within easy walking distance to a couple of restaurants which was nice after a long day of driving. Room was clean and had wifi and a new tv with HBO. I would stay here again.
