Reviews
Guests generally appreciate the hotel's location, cleanliness, and friendly staff. The historic charm and unique decor are also frequently mentioned as positives. However, some guests have issues with noise, both from within the hotel and outside, and a few find the rooms to be dated or lacking in certain amenities.

The location was great and Provisions kitchen was excellent. Great food. A little pricing but good. The only issue I had with the hotel was the noise level. Our room was on the streetside and it is very noisy with cars and trucks driving by. They did provide a sound machine and ear plugs but sometimes that didn't help. But I understand the windows are old because it is a historic building. I also think they need to provide more storage in the rooms.
- 5/5
This property was absolutely perfect to have a space of own own while visiting family to retreat to in the evening and top it off with a night cap on the Roof Top
- 3/5
I checked in for two nights - Verbal confirm and was booted out after one day . After a long day of fishing I was told I only had one night and to clear out . Sent me to the Hampton in on the freeway 5 miles away - Not good.
- 3/5
We loved the design and high level of cleanliness. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. However, the building has no soundproof. You can hear people walking from above, talking in the hallway, or from the next room. It's a really cute hotel but with the price, I don't think I'd want to stay there again.
- 3/5
Room is not clean the even stains all over the rug. Clothing are from the last guest

This unique hotel is located in downtown Redmond Oregon and is convenient to both shopping and dining. This hotel has large spacious rooms with great ammenties but no in room coffee maker. However they have free coffee downstairs in the main lobby and other foods available for a reasonable price. The room itself is very quiet considering it is on the main street through town and the bed was very comfortable. There is plenty of room to stow your luggage and a small office desk along with two TVs. Vehicle parking can be a challenge as there is no actual parking lot, however there is a small remote parking lot in the back alley way and also street parking is available. There is a rooftop lounge/bar/restaurant that is available to guests and it has a great view of the area. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Always a great place to stay. The breakfast is delicious and I had one of the best lattes I’ve ever had. Rooms are very comfortable and quiet.
- 5/5
Parking was easy and we didn't stay for breakfast but everything looked nice that we could see.
- 4/5
The hotel is lovely and the staff very nice and helpful. The only iss is the noise. Ask for a room on the top floor or prepare for serious noise from the floor above. The floors are hardwood so there is no sound buffer between them. Hotel needs to address this.

We'd totally book here again! This hotel was clean, smelled good & was in a fantastic location. We were comfortable, us & our pup, Enzo. Our expectations of "dog friendly" rooms at hotels or resorts are typically low, we usually get a room that smells like wet dog & cleaner. Not here though!! Our roadtrip was epic & we were thankful for a clean & cozy space to relax. We booked this room because our stay at the SCP Depoe Bay was so great & y'all did not disappoint!
- 5/5
I will be back !
- 3/5
I use to stay here often for business trips. Sadly I feel the quality of the hotel has gone down. The rooms are not as clean as they once where and the condition of the room is not kept up.
- 5/5
Super helpful staff. Lobby is the cutest in the area with cozy fireplace and plenty of seating. Food in restaurant is excellent.

Had a wonderful stay. Love the vibe and decor. Location is great. No detail is overlooked. It is obvious the owners and staff care about this hotel. I will definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
If you want to be in the heart of downtown. This is the place. They have 3 restaurants and a bar, lots of lounge space and locals use it too. Rooms were comfortable and bright and relaxing.
- 3/5
I was very disappointed. It was me and my gf’s anniversary and that was pretty amateurish. I did get the flowers, (hours late) which was nice, but it really undercut the moment. Other than that my stay was nice

Meals were available in the lobby area and parking was easier obtained.

The location of this hotel is very convenient, with lots of restaurants nearby. The room that I stayed is clean and spacious. With the location being convenient comes with a lot of noise outside. The windows aren't sealed enough to cancel out the noise. The gym is ok, it does not have a treadmill which I get you should be outside exploring if you're visiting. They have two peloton bikes, which you can use if you have a Peloton membership. Provisions market has an amazing breakfast burrito, and the bar onsite serves delicious cocktails.

Location, ambiance, lobby We had a $100 gift card for any SCP and the staff could not figure out how to process it. Extremely disappointing. Our kids gave us the card for Christmas purchased at SCP Salishan.
- 3/5
The location was fantastic! The room accommodations felt lacking and the atmosphere was not our style.
- 3/5
In-room coffee & microwave.
- 5/5
The entire vibe of the hotel is cool! The gal who checked us in was super friendly. Rooms were comfortable and immaculate!

Very clean, nice large rooms. Only drawback was no coffee maker in the room. Restaurants in the hotel as well as a coffee bar.

- 5/5
We absolutely loved our room at the hotel and had so much fun utilizing all of the great amenities on site. The lobby is incredibly cozy and the entire team was very hospitable. We’ve visited in both winter and summer and there is a great variety of options for relaxing all around the hotel in all seasons. Our room was exceptionally well equipped and had more space than I am used to in our usual hotel rooms - essentially a separate living room area. The shower system and layout was perfect and the water was piping hot! (my fave!) Overall great vibes, good food, drinks, coffee, and community!
- 5/5
Lovely property with an ultra kind staff!
- 5/5
The staff was amazing. Helpful with every request. Restaurant/bar was great. And the area was really beautiful. We had amazing meals throughout downtown. Hotel was decorated really beautifully! Far surpassed our expectations on all levels! Even with our really early checkout. Super, super pet friendly!

- 1/5
I had to get out of bed. 3 times during the night and move around to get the heater to come on to warm up my room. It was just an awful night.
- 5/5
Haven’t been here for a few years.
- 3/5
Its expensive for what you get. No coffee in the room. Week later, still waiting for them to release the $100 deposit. It was just ok. I wont go back.
- 4/5
The staff was wonderful, very knowledgeable, the room was spotless and well appointed. The complimentary drinks were a very nice and welcoming touch! Our only complaint, which we know it’s an old building, was our noisy neighbors above us. Would have given 4.5 stars if that was an option 😊
- 5/5
The staff was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The rooms are all tastefully updated and cozy and there are tons of great restaurants within walking distance
- 5/5
The only issues- I didn't notice that we could request a pour over for the room-which you can, so if you'd like that make sure to do it the night before. There was no microwave or coffee maker in the room and the coffee in the lobby was cold. Also, we were on the second floor and the people above us sounded like they had boots on and were stomping around their room for like 2 hours. I called the front desk, but quiet hours hadn't started yet and when they did start, thankfully that stopped. Not the hotel's fault, but maybe ask for 3rd floor if you like to go to bed early. No street traffic sounds AT ALL. They do have a nice noise machine and ear plugs in case you want them though. Overall, really loved this place and would stay here again. They also give you a welcome bag for your pet and if you look in the room key envelope they give you, there is a complimentary drink.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly, rooms were cute and comfortable! Lots of dining options in walking distance
- 5/5
The room was very spacious, separate living and sleeping spaces plus a huge bathroom. Lots of light and very inviting!
- 4/5

- 5/5
Staff was great. Requested a room change and they were able to accommodate and very helpful.
- 5/5
Staff was incredibly kind, it's an older hotel with a lot of character and in a great location.
- 5/5
Staff are great clean room
- 5/5
Great hotel. Clean. Great set up. Good coffee shop and cocktails.
- 5/5
The staff is exceptional. The atmosphere, the decor, the attention to detail. Pristine in all ways. A hidden gem.
- 4/5
Suggestion, when booking a room make sure to ask for exterior view rooms; the interior rooms experience loud ongoing rumbling from the visible ventilation system. Ever attentive to their guests comfort, management provides ear plugs and a sound machine to help cope with the noise issue.
- 5/5
Nice older remodeled hotel. Easy street parking. Terrific staff!
- 5/5
The food options, lobby, dining and drink areas were so perfect I didn’t want to leave. This is definitely my new fave go to in Redmond!!
- 4/5
Would stay again if we are ever in the area.
- 5/5
Loved the feel of the upscale room, bar and dining area.
- 5/5
The room was large and cozy and had good decor, felt like being at home. The heat pump on the wall was an excellent white noise machine, and the bed was very comfortable. The food from all the dining options on site was great, and the amenities like the gym and meditation room (which I used for meetings at 6 am) made everything feel easy.
- 5/5
Great stay - would stay again
- 4/5
Staff was friendly and room was quiet. My only complaint would be the that the bed was hard and room smelt quite musty considering how clean our room was, it was a surprise. Stay was great, and perfect location for all the restaurants and bars. All in perfect walking distance.
- 4/5
The property was very cute and comfortable. Check in staff was quick but didn't really tell us anything. Would have liked to not have to ask where things where and hours. Also got no help on the sleeper sofa which was pretty heavy and caused injury due to the effort. Rooms where nice and beds comfortable. I'd go again but would require staff to prep sleeper sofa.
- 5/5
Always love staying here! Such an experience.
- 5/5
Clean, confortable. Great staff. Cozy bar, but walkable to good restaurants.
- 4/5
SCP is a downtown Redmond wonder. Clean, friendly, lots of food opportunities both at the hotel and in the area. The hotel offers a rooftop restaurant which is fantastic.
- 5/5
In the heart of downtown. This is a really wonderful place to stay.
- 5/5
Great stay for business or for fun! Eco-friendly. Cute rooms. 1 comp drink per stay.
- 5/5
It's a very cute hotel. The rooms are nice and the beds are so comfy.
- 5/5
Unique and amazing hotel with history. It's in the heart of Redmond, next to all the shops and restaurants. And the balcony was adorable with great views of three sisters.
- 5/5
Lovely hotel
- 5/5
Friendly warm staff and great customer service. Rooms are spacious and details are apparent. The common areas lend to relaxation and comfort. Food snacks meals beverages easily accessible.
- 5/5
The lobby is beautiful, the rooms are cozy and quiet. The staff are friendly and welcoming.
- 5/5
Boutique vibe, cool bar, boho rooms, chill staff - the place to stay in downtown Redmond!
- 3/5
Nice room- comfy bed and uncomfortable couch. Rooftop bar sometimes closed for events. Lots of restaurants on site. Elevator was broken - not ideal for us with a large bag and toddler. No dedicated parking- but lots of street parking available.
- 5/5
Great staff with a cool vibe
- 4/5
😀
- 4/5
Neat hotel. The A/C worked great, the room was clean and big. Very happy that there was no carpet! Tiny fridge, had to request ice from the front desk and they ran out of ice buckets. On street parking seemed to be okay, we had no issues. The elevator was a little suspect. Made all kinds of not normal sounds. One couple stated “they just fixed it”. Very walkable to food carts and pubs. A little expensive. Would stay again if the price was right.
- 3/5
It is a loud neighborhood, but you are provided earplugs and a sound machine. We were on the 3rd floor, and the elevator was out 3 days so we ended up having to carry our luggage down the day of our departure. But honestly if you are there to hike then stairs should not be an issue. The staff was friendly and met any need we had. Overall, I would be happy to stay there again.
- 2/5
Upon checking in I was given a voucher for 2 free drinks to be redeemed at the hotels 4 eating establishments. My husband and I came down in the evening to redeem them and have dinner. In the elevator was a sign that all restaurants were closed for a private event. We found a nearby restaurant and when we came back the entire hotel lobby was packed with a massive party. We could barely make our way to the elevator. The room was tiny. A little space around the bed is all the room we had. Even though there was a loud a/c unit at the end of the bed it was stiflingly hot. We couldn’t wait to leave and get home. We left at 6 am our last day of the stay. I would never stay here again.
- 5/5
Really great staff. Very helpful. Great restaurants close by.
- 4/5
Nice hotel. Convenient location. The guest rooms are on the smaller side. Staff is very helpful. Free parking on street.
- 5/5
Easy to recommend this Redmond landmark. Love onsite coffee shop and rooftop restaurant/bar. Fine dining and full bar onsite as well. Easy free parking.
- 5/5
Beautiful and relaxing stay.
- 5/5
Just a lovely, clean, comfortable hotel!!
- 5/5
Great every time we stay! Clean, great service and not a bad drive to get to bend for events!
- 3/5
I can’t believe I paid $300 for this small cramped room. They had 5 rooms that didn’t have a TV. That happened to be our first room. They did move us to a room with a queen bed and a pI’ll put sofa bed. I slept on the sofa bed. Again this room was not worth $300.
- 4/5
very nice hotel and the staff was incredible. My only issue is paying that kind of money for a room that barely fits one person. That might have been the smallest room I have ever stayed in
- 4/5
We really enjoyed our stay. Great location, convenient with many offerings. The bed was very comfortable. The only negative is the AC unit was super loud when it came on.
- 5/5
Loved it!
- 5/5
We really enjoyed the location and did a lot of walking the neighborhood, shopping and eating at the local restaurants. It is a pain in the butt to get ice for our room. With all the food options, there was no way to get room service. Not a big deal but would've been a nice bonus. Bummed we couldn't eat at the rooftop bar because of lightning in the area but I did check it out and it looked like a fantastic place to soak in the views and sun. Parking was not very convenient and it would've been nice if they had the front clearly marked for loading/unloading suitcases, golf bags, etc.
- 5/5
Great location, good parking, lots of dining and coffee spot options
- 5/5
AC was loud, everything else is wonderful
- 2/5
The noise from passing cars is comically loud at all hours.
- 5/5
Awesome staff!
- 5/5
Staff was great!
- 5/5
A renovated old hotel quaint but comfortable. Roof top cafe nice view
- 5/5
Great location and best roof top views
- 3/5
Decent place… had a funny smell. Unfortunately we had a room directly below the vacancy sign that was annoying and very bright into our room.
- 5/5
Absolutely wonderful experience! Front desk staff amazing! Be staff superb! Upper terrace a delight especially at sunset! Delicious food at dinner. Rooms well kept and appointed. Will absolutely stay here again!
- 5/5
Other than that - great experience by the SCP team as usual!
- 4/5
Renovated rustic hotel. Ambiance was great and staff was friendly and helpful. Walkable to places to eat and around the corner from a great brewery with food truck options.
- 5/5
The hotel is stunning, historic, and everyone was so friendly and helpful, unfortunately I don't have all the names but the girls in the kitchen (the name of the restaurant ) lovely, we are going to keep in touch. Brenda on reception great, helped me when I got bit. The town of Redmond is small and quiet, homely and I would return to the hotel anytime. The rooms are like being at home and very clean. All the buses are free, we used them each day to travel to other places and the airport.
- 5/5
Our second stay at SCP. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Environmentally conscientious. Staff very friendly and efficient.
- 4/5
Clean and quiet very small room. Nice historic building and centrally located downtown Redmond. Free coffee Staff very courteous and friendly
- 5/5
A very nice hotel and very eco friendly. Nice amenities. Great bar offering imaginative cocktails. Food was very good. Only issue we had was our room was directly below the rooftop bar so the room was noisy. I would recommend this place just not a room located below the rooftop bar. 😉
- 4/5
Nice room. Comfortable bed.
- 5/5
My favorite place to stay in Redmond.
- 5/5
The rooftop bar is great. Wonderful view of the mountains. The hotel has a fun, outdoorsy vibe.
- 4/5
Stayed here while traveling through the us. Very nice place and quiet
- 5/5
Clean, quaint and exceptionally helpful staff.
- 5/5
Enjoyed the quiet of this hotel. The hotel is in the middle of town and there was very little noise in the room. The food at the hotel was great
- 5/5
Good coffee. Room to store your bicycle. Nice sunset view from rooftop restaurant.
- 5/5
Another great visit to SCP Redmond! Thank you!
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
Front desk was great. Room was just what we needed. This was our second stay here and we were not disappointed.
- 3/5
An overall nice hotel. I really did not like the plexiglass that covered the windows. It would have been nice to open them. The hallway also smelled strongly of febreeze or some other masking fragrance. The room was nice but the mattress was very hard.
- 5/5
We spent seven nights here and were very comfortable! The room and property is immaculately clean. We didn’t notice any noise. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The deli is good and handy. We didn’t try the restaurant next door but I’d guess it’s just as nice. Some reviews complained about the parking but we were able to park right out the front door every time. If you are abit tired of the generic hotels this place is for you! Just different enough to be fun. We would absolutely stay here again
- 5/5
Staff wonderful. Rooftop views stunning!
- 5/5
Clean and aesthetic! The roor restaurant is amazing.
- 5/5
Great location! Friendly staff, well appointed, clean hotel. Bar was great & Terra restaurant was delicious.

- 5/5
Absolutely loved this hotel.
- 5/5
Nice hotel, good food and drinks (I had a non-alcoholic shrub). Nice area, limited parking (I parked on the street and didn’t feel like my car was at risk). I’d stay there again.
- 5/5
Great hotel! Staff was very accommodating!

Awesome staff.
- 5/5
Unique and very comfortable hotel. Great stay always as I’ve enjoyed the property multiple times. The rooftop feature facing the Sisters and with gas fire pits makes for a wonderful experience.

Coffee and coffeemaker would have been nice in the room.
- 5/5

If you love good energy, quaint rooms with a meditation feel you will like this place. I did and splurged with room with couch that was a corner room with windows all around. Lively
- 5/5
Great rooms, great staff
- 5/5
Beautiful property in downtown Redmond. Historic building, great condition but could be a little loud depending on where your neighbor is standing in other rooms.
- 5/5
I would give better reviews, except for we can hear the people in the room above us walking and talking. The room it self is very nice. The lady at the front desk was very friendly . There is a delicious steakhouse down the block. It is spendy but delicious.

Fantastic place to stay. Second time visiting this hotel. Will definitely stay there in the future when we return to Redmond. Lots of convenient dining experiences.
- 5/5
Close to everything needed’
- 5/5
I stayed there while working Sisters, Redmond and Bend market. Location was great with good food options that were walkable to the property.
- 5/5
This is my first time staying at this hotel. Really enjoyed the vibe in the lobby in the room rooms and the aesthetics. I would say the only thing that’s a bit of a challenge is parking. Especially on the weekends. But aside from that, the staff was amazing. The area in downtown Redmond has drastically improved. It just feels. Awesome
- 4/5
Was a nice place to stay
- 5/5
I took my mom who was in her 70s, and she could not stop commenting on all the little touches with the bar in the lobby as well as the 24 seven hotel staff, and everyone was so friendly and wonderful!
- 5/5
Very unique property with everything close by and walkable.
- 5/5
Great staff, love the common areas and lobby.
- 5/5
Very nice stay… i would defiantly book again.
- 4/5
The only thing that I needed that wasn't available, was way too heat water. A little electric kettle would've been perfect but I realize it's an eco-friendly hotel.
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 5/5
The rooftop was a welcomed surprise. Fire pits, comfy seating and a beautiful view made it a great and cozy spot to play board games with the kids while enjoying hot beverages.
