Breakfast was very good. The room itself was a bit dated especially that it was an accessible room which meant having a bathroom and shower that was just a big room, with all kinds of accessories... would have prefered a regular room, but this is what they had. The staff was good, especially the hotel managers that helped me out with my invoice specifications. They were flexible and willing to help. Was in an accessible room which is connected to the parking lot, which means cars and people were outside my window. Would have been happy to avoid that.

Shout out to housekeeping! We left our garment bag, got contacted, and they made arrangements to ship it to us! Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, food was fresh and plentiful! Negatives for us was iffy WI-FI even after connecting to hotel's and water pressure in shower not great. Location was a plus as close to an Indian restaurant which hosted a wedding we were invited to.

Hotel is showing its age. Breakfast was nothing special. Beds were comfortable, but the room was musty and old. Checkout and snack stand were automated, so no real personnel interactions.

Just a one night stay prior to cruise. Convenient to both lax and cruise port. Restaurant and cvs a short walk away.

There doesn’t seem to be enough parking spaces either - on one night I chose to take Uber because I got a feeling that I would lose my spot, and in fact, when I returned, not a single spot available close to my room. It’s an ok hotel. The staff being nice helps. I stayed here several years ago and I can stay again if the price is right.

The room was so much nicer than i expected. New-ish king size bed and bathroom, Super clean I also appreciated the substantial number of parking spots near my room as I was concerned about leaving my car outside. I had NO idea how to turn on and use the TV. It made no sense so I gave up. They need to provide written instructions. Also people should bring earplugs or noise cancelling headphones because the small fridge makes a ton of noise.

Overall, everything was excellent. Only problem was with the coffee maker - the coffee was very weak so I think there was a problem with the machine

We stayed for two nights. They were very friendly and it was a very nice hotel. Our carpet had a lot of staining on it that looked suspicious to us.

When we arrived there was poop sprayed all over the toilet. We immediately complained, and to their credit, they quickly cleaned it. The room was old, wallpaper peeling, but the beds appeared clean. Overall I was uncomfortable because in my head if they missed the toilet, what else was missed. They offered a newer room, but we decided to get a refund for our 2nd night and go elsewhere

I dont think it is vacuumed thoroughly. There was cereal on the carpet and some candy next to the bed when I arrived. The room was "tired" but I saw renovations were being done. The cooked breakfast offered was disgusting. Thank goodness for Raisin Bran and toast. The staff were friendly, helpful and polite.

I was given a room on first floor by stairs and elevator it was quite noisy I do not recommend that room, but other than that staff was nice and welcoming. Close to the beach and restaurants too.

There were a lot of positive things from this hotel. They have a filtered drinking water and coffee station in the lobby, huge plus! On the downside they need to maintain the rooms, we had a large rust stain coming down from the hand rail in the shower in our room on the third floor outside.

Most everything was comparable to most similarly priced motels Bring your own toilet paper. I have never seen such thin TP. I wonder if the owner uses the same.

Room was clean, needed a little airing out, easily fixed with the room unit, which had continuous fan setting, which I consider a big perk, as I need white noise to sleep. Shower pressure a little weak, but overall what was expected. Had trouble with the lock on the door, and I really don't like the chain, too easily broken into. Fridge was nice and big, microwave convenient. Breakfast was nice variety, as expected. I was surprised that most times I was eating, there were 7 people in the dining room, and 4 were employees getting breakfast. Have never seen that before. Rooms were more quiet than any others I have been in, only sound of luggage on rollers going over cement walkways on second level, otherwise, very quiet. Pool and jacuzzi area were clean. Lobby very modern and very clean. Staff easy to come to attention when checking in later evening, very friendly and accommodating. Would have been nice touch to have water bottles in the room, but the one in the lobby with the coffee machine was nice enough. Overall, better than I expected, for the price, was a good selection. I will be back again if I am in the area.

Well, it was to celebrate my twin's birthday! Room was a great location for us! The onsite breakfast each morning was the Best! It was such a pleasant surprise!

The breakfast was good.I love the location and the food places near by. I had a great time. I wanted the bathroom to be bigger. I didn't like the toilet the flush was too loud.

The staff at the front desk was very friendly and readily answered all of my questions. The check-in process was very efficient. All of the staff from the food service to the housekeepers were very friendly and supplied a few extra items we needed. The carpet needed to be shampooed, but the bathroom area and all countertops and furniture was properly cleaned and dusted. Overall, a very comfortable stay and I would stay here again.

Everything is nice, but the rooms we had very poor WiFi. Compounding g the problem is it’s located in a cell dead spot, so one bar cell service. Couldn’t open any apps, let alone stream or work.

Large living area of the room, property is setback from the street so it is quiet, the hot breakfast is good. Only issue which is not insignificant is that the bathroom is small. Can only fit one person in it at a time. The door can barely close when using the toilet. Given the overall hotel room is 300 sq ft, they should have remodeled it to make the bathroom 2x to 3x larger. Not a well apporptioned layout of the room.

Room was not cleaned, carpet was dirty Walls have mold, there was trash and old fruit under the bed, it was not what I have experienced before, also front desk staff were not very helpful, I almost fell like I was bothering when I asked questions, when I checked out it was very uncomfortable, they were 3 employees eating at the desk and one of them just reached over the desk to receive the keys, no questions on how was the stay or nothing.

Be much nicer in about a year. Good value for money overall could be a bit better

The rooms seemed very averaged and outdated. For the price point we were definitely happy about the pool, hot tub and breakfast. But the quality of the room was just OK.

Terrible. No WiFi and bad communication

The location was very good for our needs, but there were a few problems that will stop us from staying here again. The WiFi continuously dropped out and kept reconnecting after a few minutes. I asked the front desk to look into it and they said all they could do was reset the router, which didn't change the situation. The walls are very thin and we could hear far too much noise from the neighbors, including above us. The breakfast was pretty meager for a "Plus" Best Western. Overall the front desk staff was fine but not overly helpful. We tried to check in early, but no rooms were available. That's expected, but the clerk took my number and said he'd call when a room became available, but he never did.

It was so tight in their breakfast area. Parking was kind of hard especially if you come in late at night because everything is almost full. I love the strong water pressure and it heats up right away!

Stayed 4 nights. My first nigjt I was on a 3rd floor putside area room, I had no WiFi at all. Room smelt bad and carpets filthy. Got moved to a ground floor room, WiFi was better but still unstable, ants in room and carpet still dirty. Breakfast was reasonably good.

I loved the pool and the breakfast. The breakfast staff were kind and kept the room very clean and organized. There were things for little kids like high chairs and a baby bed that we had brought to our room. The room was a great place to sleep at night but not super cozy to hangout in. Good location, short drive to beach, King Harbor. Intimate pool and fitness room. Excellent staff and service. Very comfortable and well- appointed room.

The carpet was dirty which made my feet get brown. Had to wear shoes inside. But the thing that made me irritated, was when I got poked by a small shard of glass which made my foot bleed. These incidents are unfortunate and I hope management can rectify these problems before someone really gets hurt.

The property is really dirty from the floor carpet on the hall to the carpet inside the room. The beds are not clean that the bed bugs bite my face. It made my face swell up and was itching badly. The beds and pillows are also not comfortable. I really disappointed. The receptionist was outstanding, knowledgable, nice and very helpful.

These rooms we very dated with 90s creaky furniture and they smelled like mildew. Parking was also sparse for a hotel that wasn’t sold out. It was a last minute booking and was close to the reason we were there. Breakfast was robust and if that’s something you are looking for, it served the need. I personally wouldn’t stay again because both my son and I had asthma flare ups from the mildew in the air.

I was disappointed in the property being that it was given an 8.8/10; it was nowhere near that rating. The property has dated decor, a poorly displayed continental breakfast, minimal amenities, and non attentive staff. We shortened our multiple night’s stay after one night because of our disappointment.

Good location to shopping and beaches. My room had an a joining door to the next room which was locked but very thin. I could hear everything going on the room next to mine…until they finally quieted down around 2am (multiple nights). Political flags and anti-ICE signs posted were off putting and unnecessary.

We notified the front desk that the refrigerator wasn’t working upon check in. Within 20 minutes we had a new working fridge. Quick response time, thank you! Door jam in the bathroom is rusted with a hole. The toilet lever had to registered nearly every time it was flushed.
