The hotel had everything you could need, from ice machines and comfortable rooms to food available on-site. It was conveniently located right off the highway, with a gas station nearby. If you have a rental car, there's even an In-N-Out Burger just around the corner. Overall, it was a very convenient and comfortable place to stay. This is my second time choosing this hotel and I plan to stay here again.

I thought I paid for breakfast with my reservation and the staff instructed me that it would be an additional fee so I just didnt attend. The $25 a night for parking is excessive too. The parking lot is connected to the property? Seemed to be an unnecessary tacked on fee. Im a travel model and don't plan on returning die to those two discrepancies.

The showers were so small. I could barely turn around without hitting my arms on the side sides of the wall.

Unfortunately, there were several maintenance and cleanliness issues. The bathroom sink stopper didn’t work properly — water wouldn’t drain unless the stopper was completely removed. The toilet kept running and required jiggling the flapper inside the tank to stop. We found brown M&M’s scattered across the carpet and stepped on a bobby pin left on the floor. The bed sheets had noticeable reddish-brown smear stains. The room faces the highway and overlooks an outdoor camping tent, which made it noisy. Parking is available but costs an extra $25 per night. I strongly recommend double-checking that breakfast is included when booking — I thought I had selected it, but it didn’t appear on our reservation. We ended up paying $22 per person for the buffet, which wasn’t worth the price in my opinion. The hotel has a gym and a pool, but the pet potty area is right next to the pool. When the wind blows the wrong way, the smell of pet waste could be terrible. Overall, while the personalized TV welcome was a nice detail, the maintenance problems and cleanliness issues made this stay feel uncomfortable. The hotel should address these basic upkeep concerns.

Hot tub was our highlight. Clean, deep, hot and powerful jets in a pretty setting. This hotel is so clean and conveniently situated.

The hotel is located just a few feet away from the freeway so we could hear the cars and traffic. It was pretty loud and difficult to fall asleep. If you stay here you should ask the front desk to put you on the opposite side of the hotel.

There should be more selection of food. my only complaint is that you were able to hear the elevator go up and down. The times i was in the room during the day if you had the TV on you could hear the elevator that much, but at night when everything is quite, you can hear it .

Great location for us to get to downtown Redondo Beach and the shopping and restaurant options. The road noise is a little loud but not much you can do about it.

Enjoyed the pool and the friendly staff. Hallways were quiet and never heard any other guests moving around. Appreciated the small convenience store in the lobby and the food from the bar was great. There wasn't much of a view but that's not why we were there. There was also a constant humming from what seemed to be the factories across the street.

**Safety concern for elderly and handicapp***This was a handicap accessible room (room 438). Taking a shower causes water to pool on the floor creating a "SLIP AND FALL" hazard. This drawback takes away from any other positive features of this facility.

We didn’t have breakfast because it was $20 pp for a plain continental breakfast that is normally included at other hotels. Property was ok. It is located by the freeway so the “neighbors” look a little sketchy.

Very updated and definitely worth it the staff was courteous and the room was adorable with working AC/heater, cleaned daily upon request and safe as well as a comfy stay. The parking is a bit tight however it’s complementary with the stay so car was safe and areas well lit

The room was not properly cleaned when we arrived, stepping on leftover food on the floor. It was understaffed, calling the dront desk to check on towels for the pool and was put on hold for 10 minutes so just hung up. Ice machine didnt work. Walls were very thin with our neighbors blasting loud music until after 2am in the morning.

During our stay the issue with a constant smell of urine in the bathroom was never properly addressed. There was was issue with have the room cleaned during our stay after asking that it be cleaned. The hotel management offered Hilton Honors points to compensate for the inconvenience that I never received. Only thing good about this place was the free breakfast that came with our stay, but make sure to ask for real eggs.

Nice property. Very clean. Easily accessible from the freeway. Close to LAX but far enough to not hear air traffic. Close to food and grocery store. Only 15 min away from The Forum and Sofi. Hilton app wouldn't load my digital key card until after I was already checked in and in my room, so the digital check in was pointless. Ended up getting two physical key cards but only one worked. Found it odd that you have to walk through the middle of the restaurant/bar area to get to the elevators to go to your room.

Water was not going through the drain holes, causing the tub to fill up to nearly one foot of standing water while I was bathing. The property lobby was clean yet smelled as if the floor was being cleaned with dirty water. Upon checking in and going to my room I noticed that the carpet was FILTHY, the paint in the room was chipped and it felt as if I was staying in a neighborhood motel instead of a respectable hotel chain I declined to stay there at all and the Hotels.com representative refused to give me a refund or allow me to change hotels. I am very dissatisfied with the level of service I received and as a result, I will not be using Hotels.com in the future, which saddens me because I have enjoyed the ease of use in the past

I chose this hotel brcause it was near an event I was attending. The facility was clean. The room needed updating but efficient. I loved the breakfast buffet; not just pastries and cereal. The hotel is not near many activities but the public transportation status was a short walk outside the hotel. If I needed to stay in the area again, I would stay there again.

The rooms aren’t as advertised online, they’re dark and outdated, the back view of the building is of trash, windows were so filthy that I couldn’t see out of them, the common areas and the lobby areas are the only nice things to look at, the food inside the restaurant was terrible, overpriced and very limited items to choose from, I definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel for the price and location.

The night person who checked me in was super friendly and upbeat which was refreshing. My room had the most comfortable bed, sheets and pillows I have ever slept in. Also it was very quiet in the hallway, so I was able to sleep all night without any noise. The room was clean (and smelled clean) except there was a dirty fork sitting next to the coffee machine which was gross, but I put it outside the door. Out of sight, out of mind. All in all a great stay and night's sleep after a long international flight.

The property was perfect in every way. My biggest gripe is not with the Hilton whatsoever, but it is with Expedia as a whole. When I arrived Abigale C. Was very pleasant and friendly but had told me that that they had not received my reservation from Expedia. She was kind enough to call expedia customer service where she was then harassed about her personal information despite already knowing that she was an employee and not a customer. Abigale was nice enough to allow us into our room despite Expedia’s lack of communication for my reservation confirmation. F Expedia.

My lower star was because of the pool. I went for a swim right when the pool opened 8am in the morning and there were no towels, and they didn't come out until a couple of hours later to clean the pool and turn it on. Also, the jacuzzi was out of order and all yellow/green.

Shower heads are very crusty, they need to be changed out. There was a pipe leak in our room and we were moved to 3 different rooms, one room the air conditioning had a mind of its own. Kitchen staff was rude..i asked for a plastic spoon and he told me to.ask the manager..guy said hes not sure if i was staying there..that was racists and rude..ive stayed there w weekends in a row and had a not so good experience both weekends, probably will not be staying there again.

Stay was ok. No shuttle to the Inglewood area for the Forum or Sofi. It is the reason people go there. The location was fine but not exactly convenient for the area that has absolutely no parking yet they charge parking onsite without any shuttle service to areas around would be nice.

Mislead by booking . Breakfast was not included. Bed was squeaky and uncomfortable . Linens smelled like strong scent of bleach and were also stained. Shower was dirty. Floor was not vacuumed. Bathroom sink kept clogging. Sounding like water dripping from upstairs all night. Air didn’t blow cold.

The view from my room was the 405 freeway. Constant noise. The air-conditioning unit must have been replaced at some point, and the wall controller was no longer connected to it. I spent two plus hours trying to stop the cold air. I did finally check the air-conditioner and was able to shut it off eventually, but then you hear the freeway noise. How about a sign on the nonfunctioning wall controller?

Hotel’s lobby was nice and clean but not sure about rooms. Our restroom was not stock with toiletries we would usually get from other Hilton properties. Toilet paper was not restocked had to request and pickup since room service wasn’t available. Towels had stains and felt like cardboards.

The room was dirty, there was no hand soap, rust in the showers, there was hair on the sink, beds & pillows were very old and uncomfortable, the phone didn't work, an alarm went off and we tried to call to confirm everything was ok, and the phone didn't work.

Didnt like the hidden fees when checking in and we couldn't close the curtains in are room. Resulting in it being extremely bright in our room. The sunrise wasn't something we wanted shining in our room. Staff also lied and said the other hotel had an indoor pool when they didn't have one.

Plenty of parking with all night security in the parking lot. Paid an extra $5 fee for breakfast included and was definitely worth it. Staff was very friendly and accommodating to an early check-in when we called ahead. Will definitely be booking again when we are in the area.

We had to change rooms because when we got to the first room, we noticed one of the beds had red lipstick on the top comforter. The bed had also looked undone, like it hadnt been made and possibly still dirty. The ice machine on this floor also did not work. The bathroom also didn't seem clean at all. There wasn't any hand soap either. We called and requested a different room and they grantes us our request. Other than apologizing, they did not offer anything for the inconvenience. No upgrades, nothing.

Staying at this property, made my first visit to Los Angeles that much more enjoyable and relaxing. The staff were very helpful, professional, and efficient! The breakfast was tasteful and the hosts customer service was on POINT! Thank you for the great experience!

I liked it was close to food, beaches and the highway. I didnt like that i found what looked like a flea in my bed, and got home and gound many bite marks on my body. Also we asked for room service since we stayed for one night and we did not get it. I had to go ask for clean towels and took the trash out myself because room service never came.

On my last visit the next week, a similar thing happened: Another employee, who was having a managerial meeting in the restaurant area, LEFT the meeting, went all the way to the front entrance (,it's a CONSIDERABLR WAyLK for a disabled person, like myself, took my belongings from my cousins SUV, put ALL my belongings on a cart, and pushed it to Reception. My QUESTION FOR FUTURE STAYS IS: Why don't you have Bellman Services? Why don't you have wheelchairs available??? I had the Same problem when I left: Mo one avauyo help me reach the frueith all my belongings. Surely s name brand hotel like HILTON is well heeled enough to hire at least one or two people to assist guests?

Room was fine. We had an issue with a stained bed comforter and towels with holes, The hotel did though immediately change the sheets and gave us knew towels. They also gave us a room credit. So the customer service was in it. We were thankful. The breakfast was included in our price we paid. It was cooked to order or buffet. The food was good. We had omelette and French toast. The breakfast staff were working very hard. Lots of people were at breakfast when we were there. The photos when we booked made us think we would have an ocean view. Overall staff was nice just didn’t like location.

The rooms weren’t cleaned even after requesting, shower in the bathroom wasn’t working, the phones to call front desk in the room weren’t working either, no coffee or creamer was there, even the basic toiletries like conditioner and soap weren’t available in one of my rooms

First, they placed me in a handicap room that I did not book in the room was not clean upon entering in the bathroom was filthy. I went down to the front desk. They comped my parking and gave me a much better room however, the key never worked to the room so I had to have someone open the door every time I left, which got a bit annoying. I appreciate the accommodation and the area was nice. Just some technical issues.

After paying for the room, you still get charged for the car space, you pay for literally every other thing. The TV is just available for you to connect to your phone or laptop. The drawers are old, the AC and refrigerator had the noise, it was very uncomfortable. I went with a toddler but she couldn't sleep cos of the noises. I will rate it a 3.5

Check-in went smoothly. All of the staff members I encountered—whether directly or indirectly—were friendly, helpful, professional, and always had a smile, from the front desk to housekeeping, the bartender, management, and breakfast staff. The hot tub was great, and the lobby/bar area was clean, inviting, and nicely maintained. My room was clean and overall decent. The only downside was the bed, which was much too firm for my comfort.

Not amazing: that you had 1 elevator down and 1 BARELY working and didn’t notify us as you were checking us in to our 3rd floor room. We had to search for staff to find out what was going on with the elevator. ALSO NOT amazing was the alarm system testing that was going on while we were trying to catch up on sleep. Something we also were not notified about at check in. Oh another thing not notified about at checking in was that the breakfast required vouchers so we had to do our own searching to figure that part out so So maybe a better informed front desk..

Good stay. Few elevator issues, were inconvenient. Had to survive the fire alarm test and that was rough on my daughter. Would consider staying again when elevator is fixed, because we missed out on pool and gym.

We came for a stay Thursday through Sunday not one day. Did we get our room serviced every day I called Friday and Saturday morning to specifically request service service still was not given on Sunday morning. We had housekeeping knock on our door early to service the room only when they knew we were checking out.

Convenient if you go to Redondo Beach for a family gathering.

Comfortable bed and pretty reasonable price.
