    Great location, near the airport and a nice mall. The hotel itself is spotless and modern. We had a three year-old with us so we booked a separate bedroom suite. Both the bedroom and living/kitchen area were spacious and the layout was perfect for her early bedtime. I'd definitely stay there again.

    The room was not ready for us at 4:15pm and check in was 3:00pm. The shower floor looked dirty. Everything else looked clean. We had to ask for the chair that is normally already in the room, I had to ask 3 times and it finally arrived at our room. The sink stopper was not working. The bathroom door was not working properly. The toilet seat was looking very worn. I was disappointed because normally this place is great. Oh and the beds are feeling and looking less comfortable than they used to. Staff was nice enough. The breakfast was good.

    The room itself was excellent. Plenty of room to roam and clean. The grounds were nice too with the outdoor fire pits and seating. Traffic noise is annoying. Cannot get internet on tv so no Netflix . No clothes hooks in the bathroom.

    Our room was not cleaned during our stay. Since there was a sign on the bathroom mirror indicating it would be cleaned every other day we were surprised when it wasn't done. We asked why it wasn't clean and were told we needed to request that service. After pushing the issue, we were then told that we had a do not disturb sign on our door which wasn't true.

    Everything was amazing for us other than the nighttime staff had no personality and completely ignored us for a while at check in. Was really met at the front. Also the elevator was having trouble. But, would still stay here. Loved the larger room and kitchen.

    The pool was closed the first night we were there and the elevator was broken all weekend. The food choices also could have been better. However, the hotel and room were very clean, and all the amenities in the room were wonderful. Sheets and pillows were extra soft. Overall, we will definately be back.

    Staff was courteous, room was clean and stocked. Very good layout for breakfast, can put together your own egg ham/sausage breakfast sandwich on biscuit, Hawaiian roll, or bagel. Also had cereal, granola, yogurt, waffles, juice, etc. Seems like only one elevator works, and the one that works may not open when arriving at your floor, just press the open door button

    I couldn’t use the fan or heat in the room bottoms were broken. Fan in the bathroom very poor ventilation not hooks for towels. I stay on second floor around 11:30pm a lot of noises like hitting wall or washer machine. I didn’t have enough sleep. Swimming pool clean and breakfast was nice. Reception not very friendly.

    The hotel was very nice. The only real problem was the bed was hard as a rock. So for people that like a firm mattress you would be good. If you need a softer mattress i would recommend something else.

    We got caught up in the snowstorm and will be arriving late for our check-in. They were able to accommodate us and were very understanding. Our room was very clean and cozy, and complementary breakfast was satisfying staff are friendly, and the customer service was great. My kids love the indoor heated pool. We stayed for 2 nights and we can't wait to be back again.

    Room door is very hard to open and close. You need check the door lock already before you leave. The elevator cannot open the floors and you need push the button again than the elevator will open the door.

    First, I booked it to Expedia and put it to the payment plan and got approved. when we arrive, front desk asks for credit card, and telling me that my 3rd parry did not pay. and i have to pay full amount and i did. the bathroom sick was broken, but because no more available room we have to deal we it. and when it's check out time they said my payment went true. so no charge to the credit card. after next they i checked it and i got charge for it, so story short they charge me twice. now i have to deal with the bank.

    The location is close to freeway access and a great “home base” central location for different places around. The breakfasts were much better than I was expecting. It was a bit different each morning as well. Very nice to not get bored with the meals. Only one of their two elevators was “working”, but that one continued to glitch as well. On many occasions the elevator would stop at a floor for only a second or two without opening the doors and then continue I use to the next floor that had pressed a button. It would take us to floor four, but then return to floor two without letting us off. After dropping those off at floor one and gaining new people, it would pause at floor two or three without letting them off and continue back to four again. The elevator also did not display an inspection permit which is required by their state. I know that one elevator did not work for some reason, but I have no idea when the “working elevator” was last looked at or why it is having problems. The fan unit in our wall under the window continuously squeezed like a rodent wheel. But, if you turned off the fan you heard the neighbors all night… Their pool had a sign on the door saying “closed for maintenance”. But was never worked on for the four days we would have had access to it. The water level was fine and they had towels and chairs set up to look inviting from the outside window, but the doors remained locked. There were large sections of base board missing from the walls as well in the rooms.

    The room was ok. We found hairs on the sheets. We realize they accepted pets so it wasn’t a huge surprise. The sheets appeared to be clean and fresh smelling. The wall paper in the bathroom was pealing and the tile grout needs deep cleaning. Also, the mattress was worn and not very supportive. We did ask the front desk if there was another room. But, there were no more suites available. The heating system seems to work different than other places we have stayed. We were told by the front desk it’s based on the outdoor temperature and the room stayed very hot no matter what the thermostat was set at. We asked the front desk to check into this, but no follow was done that we are where of. We also asked to have our room cleaned 2x during our stay. The front desk failed to follow through with housekeeping and we had to ask again to have our room cleaned. They did final cleaned it but, didn’t refill the condition in the shower. They also didn’t refill the drinking water dispenser in the fitness center. I asked twice and it was never refilled that day. It appears there is no management following up on any of these complaints or concerns. It also appears the hotel needs a refresh to the hotel suites. This is not what I’m accustomed to from a Hilton managed property.

    Our stay was extremely disappointing. The room was dirty, the sofa bed was filthy, broken, and unusable, and the whole place smelled strongly of dog. Even though it's a pet-friendly hotel, this was unacceptable. When I asked for help, the only thing the front desk offered was a blanket to sleep on the broken couch.We left after one night and canceled the rest of our stay. nathing

    Didn’t get connecting rooms even after requesting it, rooms looked ok but the beds weren’t comfortable you can feel the springs, the pillows were flat the staff didn’t seem helpful either. This will probably be the first and last stay at this place. The price rate was too expensive for a bad experience! Not happy about this hotel.

    I did not like that the front desk person did not tell us the amount of the pet fee. He informed me that my $50 deposit would be refunded, but seeing the charge on my back account, I was informed that that was PART of the pet fee. Needless to say I was very disappointed.

    Less than I expected. I was expecting comparable to courtyard inn or hyatt place, and it was not. In Reno, it is more expensive than courtyard, fairfield, hyatt place, holiday inn express, and I would stay at any of those before ever staying at Home 2 Suites again. Two queen room has a barn door on the bathroom that provides no noise barrier and little privacy. A barn door is a very odd choice for a bathroom. The first room I was in had an AC that barely blew, but had a high-pitched sound. We switched to the second floor. The AC worked but was very loud when it clicked on and off continuously. Street noise was very loud. It sounded like motorcycles racing until well after midnight. The sound from people walking around on the third floor was incessant until well after midnight. Great shower pressure, and if you are 8 feet tall you will still fit under the shower head. Plenty of outlets and usb ports. Staff was friendly.

    My husband and I stayed 2 nights. We met my sister and brother in law who were there for a convention. They brought their 2 dogs, which worked out well. They also wanted the kitchen facilities as they are gluten free. We liked the daily breakfast. We all liked the nearby walkable dining options. Wish there was a nearby casino shuttle, but all in all we would recommend.

    This property did not disappoint. High ceilings make the room feel more spacious. Breakfast in the morning offered a great variety. Gym and pool amenities were clean. Evening time staff member was FaceTiming someone as we checked in. So could work a little more on the checking in process. Room quality however, worth the stay.

    At first glance everything looks nice and clean. We got to our room and the dishwasher was on and leaking water onto the floor. I opened the couch bed and the sheet on the bed was dirty, so needless to say, we did not use the couch bed. Then we asked for extra pillows. They showed up in extremely wrinkled pillow cases which made us feel like they were used/dirty. Then, some king size pillows were in standard sized pillow cases. Just not okay, not normal and made me feel as if everything was dirty and half assed.

    Staff inconsistent with policies. One staff said housekeeping is every 2 days, while the other staff said that cleaning is every 4 days! Then they said that they don’t have staff to clean on weekends.

    When we entered our room, the remote was missing to the tv from the room. We called down to the receptionist and no one answered. We then walked down and saw a sign, " Please be patient while I am gone" We waited for 10 minutes. The poor girl was by herself and said that she had to text her supervisor. We went back to our room and we still got no answer. As we walked to the lobby a man in the room next to us was smoking in the hallway. It filled up our entire room. I walked to the lobby again and the receptionist was gone again. We waited for 10 minutes with two toddlers. When she finally came back we asked for another room due to the cigarette smoke. She was very sweet and found us another room on another floor. When we finally got to the room it only had one king bed. There were 4 of us. We promptly left the room to the lobby and again the sign on the counter was there and no receptionist. We waited for another 10 minutes and she finally came back and found another room. I know it wasn't her fault but she was there by herself on a Saturday and there was a lot of customers waiting to be helped. I feel there should have been more people there to help her. We waited for 45 minutes to get a new room and I know that poor was stressed doing it all by herself.

    The free WIFI is too slow. I measured 4-5Mbps through my stay which is barely enough for streaming or video calls. It has a fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher but no stove so live be prepared to live with microwaved food. It's a couple of minutes away from the large mall so convenient for shopping purposes. Jessica was awesome.

    The hotel was conveniently located with easy, plentiful parking. The room was great size with very comfortable beds and lovely bedding. The pool was out of order which was a bummer. Also there was no hair dryer in the room which caused a mad scramble to get one and make our dinner plans on time. Overall I think a great value.

    Place is in a good location. Staff was great. However, the place needs to be fixed. The pool was closed because a pipe burst. The ice machine on our floor was broken so we had to go to the lobby to get ice. One of the elevators was also broken. The hotel seems new but it is falling apart.

    Vert terrible service right from the beginning. 10-15 minutes before someone showed up to check us in. A gal finally came out of a room with friends down the hallway. Checkout the next morning too was a long wait before a young girl showed up. Pool was down sadly which we weren’t happy with. We weren’t told this until arrival. We had to ask for a couple more pillows not enough towels for our family if 4. Very clean place but disappointed by the overall experience.

    The service was terrible. Our bathroom shower was falling apart. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were practically empty. We didn't receive enough towels for our group. We were told they had some drying but then they said we wouldn't be getting any because they didn't have extra. The front desk didn't know how to check us in and after we checked out they had to call us for our confirmation number.

    We stayed at the property due the room having a full sized fridge. Our daughter is on fluids that need to be refrigerated and we travel with them in a cooler. So a fridge was a chance for us to refreeze out ice packs while the fluids could be refrigerated. The fridge in our room did not work. There was nothing the front desk could do we were told since the hotel was full. Also our air conditioner was not working properly. The room itself had a cobweb hanging from the hallway. I will say the staff was good. The breakfast was terrible . Food was cold and my daughter found mold on her breakfast sandwich. Not worth the money.

    The room had a lot of space. A full refrigerator, microwave, and dishes. But the room had a horrible smell. The tv channels glitched on and off. The base board by the bathroom was coming off. One of the elevators would get stuck and you was not able to get off. The pool was not in use. And there was no house keeping on the weekends. It was definitely not worth the price.

    We love your hotel, the location was so central to where we needed to go. it was so close to the airport and it is located in the same parking lot as Meadowwood Mall. it is clean, safe and the staff was so accommodation. we have stayed at a Home 2 Suite before and had a great experience. I love that is was not a casino property.

    Looked nice, but hotel was overbooked. Sent us away scrambling for another option. Not great considering we had a car full of kids and had already been driving 8 hours.

    Paid extra for and reserved a room with two queen beds. Hotel said that because I used Expedia I could not be guaranteed that room because “they oversell” and made me stay in a room with only one bed forcing guest to uncomfortable hide-a-bed. Front desk attendant not friendly or sympathetic. Furniture in living area was worn and stained. Floor tiles in elevator cracked. Got put in a handicap accessible room and shower floods the bathroom floor, no place to put razor or personal bath products in shower and terrible water pressure. Pillows on bed in poor shape - lumpy. Location is convenient and breakfast was decent but I won’t stay here again.

    The only thing we don't like is no cleaning service during the weekend unless we call and request. The receptionist did not let us know during checkin. And we only know when we see the sign in the elevator. On our 1st day, there is only half roll of toilet paper in restroom. We called and request for another roll. The reception asked us to go down and get it ourselves as cleaning lady us off duty

    I liked that this hotel is dog friendly. The hotel was clean and well-kept. The kitchenette in the hotel room was convenient and often used. I enjoyed the variety of restaurants and the shopping mall that was walking distance. The breakfast provided was just okay. Fresher options for the main courses would have been nice. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

    The hotel was newer so it was nice and clean. Breakfast was great. Customer service not so much. There were 2 rules the hotel had for their pool area but was not stated in their posted sign. The employee kept pointing to the sign stating that was their rule. I was trying to tell them my suggestion to the hotel is to add them to their signs, that it would help enforce the rules since it was just random ones the employee would just come out and tell us about. I was unable to even finish telling them my suggestion because both manager and employee were rude and cutting me off. All they would say that is not all of their hotels rule but only their rule that the manager they’re placed and we have to follow. I agreed and stated how I understands that. It was only a suggestion and still unfortunately they both didn’t really care what I had to say and just cut me off and blew me off at the end. Customer service is key in hospitality and I did not receive that during my stay. Only because of this I will book somewhere else when visiting Reno since there’s so much out there I will give someone else the opportunity.

    I decided against staying in the actual strip of Reno because I was taking my family on a day trip, but I now regret choosing this hotel. The sheets were filthy, the noise level was high due to the upstairs neighbor's noise, the a/c broke, making the room excessively hot, and the bathroom was unclean overall. I would not stay here at all again.

    The hall on the floor smelled like weed. The extra blankets were uncomfortable and noninsulating. The door on the bathroom did not have a lock and it didn’t cover the opening in the wall so there was a big crack. However the mattress was pretty good. The breakfast selection was good. The kitchen only had a microwave and no stove. There were not enough utensils in the drawers.

    I loved all the counter space in the room! 6 if us could easily fit our luggage on the counters! I lived the cozy beds, the mountain views, the friendly and helpful staff, the delicious breakfast with a wide array of hot and cold options. The omeleta were amazing! The only change I would make ia to put a locking door on the bathrooms.
