Aside from a few cosmetic dings in the reception area, this property is well maintained and inviting. Our room was clean and had all amenities needed for a short or long stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was nice on the beautiful 90 degree days. Would stay here again!
- 3/5
No places to eat even close and our Uber driver warned us not to walk around the area.
- 2/5
My room had a connected door to another room and when guest arrived to that room- they tired to open my door multiple times and were very loud. I’m not staying there again.
- 3/5
Handicap shower seat collapsed when my girlfriend used it. Seat was screwd into the tiles without wall molly anchors. Luckily she wasn't hurt.

My wife and I like the location of sonesta, it's located near good places to eat, also it's a peaceful place near hospitals, car dealerships and other corporate offices. Sonesta stuff are very helpful and I really appreciated the fact that we needed to get to and comeback from the SeaTac airport and sonesta can pick up and drop off thru there shuttle services. Overall, we are happy and would stay there again!
- 3/5
Staff was friendly, room was clean. But the internet wouldn't work unless we walked to the other hotel and connected first.
- 5/5
It was nice and quiet
- 4/5
Has a kitchen. There is a pool and gym.
- 5/5
Sleep peacefully.

Checking in was easy enough. Diane was very nice and got us in early. We had not expected that. The lobby area is a bit utilitarian, but it is functional. There was hot coffee available right there. Our room was very clean. We had a queen studio. It had pretty much a full kitchen, though we were too busy to make us of that. The bathroom was well stocked with the typical soaps and lotions. Towels were plentiful. Our stay was quiet and we enjoyed a good night's rest. In the morning we took the free shuttle to the airport. That was much easier (and cheaper) than an Uber. There was no free breakfast, though there were food products available for purchase in the lobby. Overall, it was a good stay at a very competitive price. We would go back again.

The previous guest had obviously trimmed his beard or mustache as there were tiny hairs on the toilet seat and basin. Not the cleanest. I probably wouldn't stay here again.
- 4/5
The rooms were clean.

Clean, well-organized, equipped with helpful utensils like skillet, dishes, plates and bowls, so you being being groceries and cook yourself a meal.
- 4/5
There was a pool, but I thought there would be a hot tub :(
- 2/5
It needs to be updated. The room we were in smelled like dogs had been in there
- 5/5
The quietness, the bed was AMAZING and comfortable. Easily accessible, staff was helpful, and love that I can buy snacks from the front desk. There wasn’t anything to not like.

-Staff was helpful -Cardlocks on rooms and lobby failed on more than one occasion making multiple trips to the lobby to get the lock issue rectified compulsory. -Maid service was mostly non-existent, ran out of toilet paper necessitating another trip to the lobby. -Room was large, kitchenette was great.

They very friendly

We stayed here two years ago with no issue. This time was miserable. The entire building smelled like cigarettes and chemicals. Our noses and throats were burning within minutes of walking through the door. Our room smelt fine until the air turned off and instantly the smell began. We booked to stay here again after our cruise and cancelled the second stay. Staff was not helpful and acted like there wasn’t an issue.

Exceptional
- 5/5
The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The carpets are dated and getting threadbare. Though against the posted rules there are guests smoking pot in their rooms. At one point in the evening you could get a contact high if you walked down the hall. I would caution having children here.
- 4/5
I travel a lot for work and at a project a week to two months so I need a place that is quiet with kitchen to cook. Plenty of parking for larger truck. Do not like having to pay for parking and bed was way too soft. Had to flip over mattress and sleep on coil side yet it was much better for my back. Nice to get maid service every 3-4 days. Would stay here again and decent pricing.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Having the kitchen was nice eventhough we didn't use it. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. It was in a quiet area of Renton with shopping a d food close by.

This was the worst place. Run down, dirty, smelled pot all night, alarm in hallway peeped all night, people fighting in late night and woke me up. Will never stay here again. Dirty rooms, hallways smelled. Found a pill under the chair.
- 3.5/5
Good

Location was good but the “non-smoking” rooms and hallways have so much fragrance to cover it up rather than replacing all the old carpets it made me nauseous

Hotel has tick in the room. Their system was down so when they lock the door at night, I can't get in

My room was so clean and comfy, it was quiet stay and made my weekend a lot easier.
- 5/5
Great wifi
- 3/5
Unfortunately, the beds and pillows weren’t very comfortable. The room conditions were so ok, but its probably about time the rooms get updated.
- 5/5
A nice room with a great shower. We should have checked before hand tho… no EV charger.
- 3/5
Beds were very confortable and was very nice to have a kitchen, specially when traveling with family for sports. Furniture definitely needs to be upgraded, sofa and chair in living room area definitely need to be cleaned. Our shower towels were stained, requested to get clean ones but there was no room service, had to go to front desk to get them, which was a little inconvenient being front desk was in a whole different building.
- 1/5
When I reserved the room on Hotels.com, the website claimed that the minimum age to check in would be 18. However when it came time to check in I was told I could not do so since I am not above the minimum age of 21. Sonesta refused to cancel my reservation or refund me for this so my girlfriend and I were left without a hotel room for the night.

Would not recommend staying here!

Dianne at the desk the next morning got us moved into a wonderful room that met our needs. She also covered our parking as a we're sorry. The facility is nice, clean, and I can't say enough about the staff. I would recommend staying here to anybody.

We had a 2 bedroom, sleeps 6. I would recommend add 2 more comfortable chairs for family watching TV/ the game. Even though it’s small it could work.

The room was in great condition and very clean. The staff was very responsive to my needs and conducted themselves in a professional manner. I enjoyed my stay.

The shuttle services was excellent, shuttle driver so friendly and helpful. Staf at the hotel are too. Clean room comfortable bed good price. I felt wery safe as solo woman traveler.
- 4/5
It was kept up nice and clean.
- 4/5
Pretty nice for the price! Had a desk, nice bed, kitchen, and TV with HDMI. Hallways kinda smelled like weed. Was a little freaked out in the middle of the night b/c the other end of the double-suite tried opening the door while I was sleeping. It's hard to tell when it's properly locked or not in the first place, so... maybe add some better signage?
- 5/5
Had a great stay…we have been here frequently staying overnight for events and date nights. Nice place!
- 4/5
Friendly Staff, The rooms give you an old school vintage feel but they are spacious and clean.
- 3/5
Cons: The building had a funny smell, a lot of items seemed “second-hand,” and there was a cobweb next to the air conditioner in the room.
- 5/5
The staff are amazing. Diane assisted us with getting to and from downtown. The transportation was excellent. Gabby assisted with restaurant recommendations. The rooms are well equipped, large and very comfortable. We will absolutely stay again, when in the area.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 2/5
Our service was fine, nothing above or beyond, entrance was a little hard to find. Our room however was just gross. There was long black hair in the sink, the bath tub and on the wall in the bathroom. It looked like someone had died their hair and blow dried it along the wall. Bed was horribly uncomfortable, our room had a full kitchen and the dishes/pots were not clean.
- 1/5
Noisy rooms, dirty premises & common areas
- 2/5
Was being used as long term housing for what appeared to be indigents.
- 5/5
Good size with all the amenities of a suite. Bathroom is big, but could be updated a little as it’s dark in the shower area. Overall a nice hotel. Will definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Easy in and out with great staff.
- 3/5
Old and smells.
- 3/5
Hotel itself was great; however, we chose this specific hotel because they had a shuttle. They informed us when we arrived the shuttle was only available certain hours. We would not have booked this hotel had we known. We incurred another $60 charge for an Uber. This was very disappointing. Not near anything.
- 5/5
The room was nice. Staff was nice. It was very clean. Wasn’t too happy about the parking fee.
- 5/5
We would definitely stay again. 😀

It would be nice to have popcorn and the cost of chips are RIDICULOUSLY priced at $4 a bag. Other than that, I would recommend this property asbit had great pick up from the airport and surrounding service.
- 4/5
Overall it was good. I liked the convenience of the place. We cooked during our stay, oven was dirty.

- 3/5
For the price we paid, it was less than we expected. Our room AC didn't work at all. We had to move to a different room late at night. There was a bug in the kitchen cabinet that looked like a roach. I wouldn't stay here again. Breakfast was decent. Bed was comfortable.
- 5/5
Very attentive staff and wonderful room. The key card slots are super tricky to get to work well. Will come again.

The room was very nice and clean. I had everything I needed as they had a kitchen so I bought what I needed for breakfast. I did not use the breakfast at the hotel for $10 so I cannot comment on that. They had two restaurants nearby and a Walmart if needed. The only disappointment was no hot tub. But free shuttle to the airport. I would definitely stay here again!

There are 2 hotels on site. S8gnage not good.went to wrong one. Also gps sent us all around. Not sure theres a better way.

- 4/5
Great stay. Thank you.
- 4/5
At the front desk they said they would do it the next day, but that didn't happen either. Finally they did it 4 days late, after I told the front deak again.
- 5/5
Very cooperative and thoughtful
- 4/5
It’s very clean, quiet and appealing. Kitchen was equipped with the basics for cooking, no microwave on the premises. Nice size pool for summer months. Check in was easy, plus a free shuttle to and from the airport. Not too bad for the price.
- 1/5
Worst experience with sonesta. Book the hotels due being close to the area . Then finding out they they have long term residents living in the hotels. Its bad enough that they had to get a arm patrol due to the long term residents and frequent break in
- 4/5
Room was clean, bed was okay but not the comfiest. Area was not the greatest as our vehicle gas cover was found open in the morning.
- 1/5
The sofa was broken. The hotel is old dark and the elevator is scary. No food, not even any newspapers or any amenities. Really not worth rhe money spent
- 3/5
Lay over in Seattle. Hotel was fine
- 4/5
Está bien
- 5/5
The convenience and the friendly staffs
- 5/5
The airport shuttle was a great amenity. It made transportation around Seattle extremely easy. The room was clean and tidy when we arrived. It was super comfy and had more than we needed, with a fridge, oven, dishwasher, dishes, soap, and more.
- 5/5
Comfortable. Wish they had coffee machine in room.
- 5/5
Friendly staff
- 1/5
The property is so nasty - I felt dirty there and was scared to even take my clothes out of my suitcase. I found fake lashes, hair and dirt throughout the room. Don’t stay here unless you have to.
- 5/5
Great Stay!
- 3/5
At initial check-in, front desk agent had me re swipe my credit card because she said the card reader did not read the card correctly. As it turned out, the card reader did read the card and it initially appeared on my bankcard statement as being double billed. Had to have my bank rectify. Property was not really near any other locations for meals or food purchases. If there was a morning breakfast service, I was too late to take advantage of that at 10:30am. prior to check-out.
- 3/5
The card for our door had to be reset everyday. Very frustrating. Because of this, we won’t stay here again. Many other guests had the same problem.
- 4/5
We enjoyed it
- 4/5
Overall the property was nice. The carpet and kitchen amenities were a little outdated but overall we needed it for the night.
- 3/5
Everything was a little rundown.
- 4/5
The property was a bit remote, but the hotel was well kept and a pleasant place to stay. The kitchen only had two tiny plates to eat off of and that was a disappointment.
- 4/5
Good option close to Seattle with suites and a pool. Came in handy when we needed a rental with a/c. Staff is very friendly and pool is in good shape. Beds were softer than we like and one room was missing one of the nightstands. Shower pressure was ok.
- 3/5
The suite could have used a good cleaning as it was visibly dirty. Disappointing as liked the idea of having separate bedrooms but wouldn't stay again due to lack of cleanliness
- 5/5
great for families
- 5/5
Our stay was incredible. Are looking forward to staying again in the near future.
- 5/5
Both of the front desk employees were extremely hospitable. I felt very welcome and would definitely stay here again. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable.
- 3/5
Just needed a place to sleep and chose it because it advertised 24 hour scheduled and on demand shuttle service. On demand was not available. We needed to pick up a rental car at 7am. 6 or 7 am was the only scheduled shuttle. Too early/too late. Spent $41 EACH WAY getting to and from the airport.
- 3/5
Sink was plugged bit of an odd smell. Cigarettes?
- 5/5
My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at Sonesta Simply Suites. Although located a short distance from attractions or shopping, this property diligently offers free transportation to and from any destination (inclusive of personal appointments) within a five (5) mile radius of the hotel with no limit in a day. Having a television in the bedroom would be an added bonus. But still highly recommended.
- 5/5
I just want to say the people that work there are amazing
- 5/5
Garbage people are in strike I guess. Other than that. It was a very nice stay. I’ll come again.
- 4/5
Good Property
- 3/5
It’s little different than posted pictures. But still fine. There doesn’t have not enough equipment for kitchen.
- 5/5
Very good and the free breakfast was great
- 5/5
Very comfortable beds and covers. Clean room. The suite is fully equipped, even though I did not use it. Staff were friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
The staff is the highlight in this hotel. They remember the guests and are very helpful.
- 3/5
The staff, however, were super nice. If they could do some upgrades and get the smells out/clean up the place, it would be a great place to stay.
- 2/5
nothing
- 3/5
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. AC was nice. There are 3 buildings and they sent us to the very back one to check in and then we had to go back to bldg 2 for our room. Staff was in a hurry and not friendly. When we walked into the entry to bldg 2, the hallway and stairs were dirty and hot. We were concerned about what our room would be like but it was clean and cool. We won't stay there again.
- 4/5
We had an issue with our original booking via Expedia as the property was sold out. Diane was able to fix this for us in a timely matter. Really appreciated her effort here!
- 4/5
We stayed in a one bedroom just for the night. Staff and check in was great. Room had a complete kitchen. The counters were dirty and under microwave had not been cleaned. We only slept for the night after a concert or we would of made a bigger deal and asked it to be cleaned. We would stay again if we needed a room in the area. Some common ares like doors could be cleaned better
- 4/5
Nice small pool, does have weird cigarette smell inside the hotel and room. We bought Febreze (cooking food also left lingering scent in suite). Close to the airport, was quiet and had no issues during 3 night stay.
- 3/5
Pick up from airport took 1 hour.
- 1/5
In airport had one headlight and falling apart! Beware of pictures posted of this establishment that must be very very old because it looks nothing like this now!
- 2/5
Eh, ok
- 2/5
The room is not clean and has a smell. We stayed there for four nights, and nobody has ever come in to clean the room or take out trash.
- 5/5
Go to station bus must be uber first
- 3/5
The exterior doors to the properties were just filthy and there was garbage and recycling piled up by the doors and in the hallway to some extent. The inside was fine for the most part and the room was spotless. The building just need a good scrub and a coat of paint.
- 4/5

- 2/5
Checking in was serviceable but not friendly, told our building was across the way 3rd floor, but not which entrance. Garbage outside the entrance was full and more piled on the sidewalk. It was not emptied the 4 days we were there. Hallways were dirty, stuff on the floor, doors were dirty. Room wasn't bad. Clean enough on the surface, but altogether shabby.I would not stay here again even though the location was good.
