Bed and pillows were good. Hot tub was nice. There was a restaurant a short walk away which is good for a hotel not in a town.

Breakfast was fair. They were out of meat but had plenty of eggs. Waffle was good. Thank you for finally placing safety bars around the toilet and in the shower. Silver-level HH membership doesn't mean anything except points. You guys used to offer water but apparently that is no longer the case. Didn't mean much, anywat.

I’m waiting to see if I receive a credit from Booking.com for a duplicate reservation. Ice machine on the fourth floor is broken. There’s garbage on the hall carpet that needs vacuuming. General up keep needs enhancement.

Great property, favorite place to stay when in this area. I have stayed here multiple times and will be back next trip.

My family and I stayed here 4/25-4/26. Not sure why other reviewers had bad things to say because this property is very well maintained and our room was excellent. We had no issues at all and would definitely book here again.
- 3/5
Not the usual Hampton Inn experience. The first room smelled like dog feet and had almost no water pressure in the shower. The woman at the front desk was very helpful in getting us to a room that had a working shower. The second room smelled nice and had decent water pressure in the shower. The sink had poor water pressure. The second room was also missing the ironing board, body wash dispenser, and the microwave didn't work. It was unplugged and we couldn't move the heavy piece sitting in front of the plug to remedy that. The door barely stayed closed so that was probably for the best. The breakfast wasn't appetizing. I didn't have the muffins, but they did look good. Eggs (scrambled and boiled) and sausage links were all that I could find for warm food. The scrambled eggs didn't taste like eggs and were salty. Oatmeal wasn't offered during our 3-night stay but on the last morning grits appeared. The two ladies that I experienced at the front desk were friendly, genuinely kind and very helpful. The bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were exquisitely comfy. Never experienced such nice pillows in a hotel before. We didn't experience any hotel noise during our stay and slept well. The fitness room is very small. I went to my normal gym as there was a location nearby.
- 2/5
Room was dirty, toilet did not look scrubbed. The stopper to the bathroom sink was pulled out. No lids or cup rings (for hot coffee) at all. Evening staff was unfriendly. Morning staff was kind. Did not do breakfast. We've stayed here probably half a dozen times. I don't think we'll be back.
- 5/5
Excellent hotel. Room was extremely large, great access to food locations, gas stations and easy access to interstate.
- 1/5
Check in went smoothly. The problems started the next morning. The "free" breakfast they use to entice you was inadequate compared to previous visits. There were no tops or sleeves for the coffee. The food had 1/4 the options they normally have. For example, they had out all of the condiments for oatmeal but no oatmeal. When asked for oatmeal, "we're out." If that were not enough, the maid came knocking on our door at 8:30am to clean the room even though the Do Not Disturb sign was out. We weren't scheduled to leave until 11am. She showed me on her list the room was listed as vacant. This happened the first time we stayed there as well. If you're visiting that area stay in the East Ridge section. We've never had an issue at a hotel just over the border in TN. This place will infuriate you.

Cleaning personnel was Great. All 4 days the room was cleaned perfectly. Breakfast was ok.

Our toilet flooded in the night and no one would answer the phone at the front desk. Going down there the employee was standing there on her own phone. When we stated we needed help she handed us a plunger. We asked for help cleaning up all the water and she would only provide us with towels. I understand the short staffing but the unwillingness to help and us feeling like we were bothering her would prevent us from staying here again. The hotel told us to take it up with Travelocity.

Room was clean, condition of the overall room was pretty bad. We were put in a handicap room for some reason which was not the issue, someone had pulled the curtain closing rods off the curtain along with pulling the curtain off the curtain rod. The bathroom had one of the towel rods had one of the supports pulled out of the wall. The water pressure in the shower barrel can out of the shower head and cleared the fixture. The bathroom sink bowl was too small for the opening in the bathroom counter and some tried to chalk it to make it work. The room needs a refurbishing to repair and replace poor condition.

The place has dated significantly since my stay a year ago. The bed was broken, doorknob was missing from the bathroom door, wooden stand was broken.
- 5/5
Easy check in, good breakfast
- 3/5
The front desk staff was very pleasant and the rooms were clean. No real complaints for this hotel, except there was no hot water in the morning to take a shower. They may want to invest in a new hot water source, because that di not something travels are excited about.

We have stayed at this establishment two years in a row. The gentleman that checked us in is a very delightful person and checked us in both years. We asked for a room on an upper floor and you accommodated us well. Your place is very clean and friendly and we were very pleased with our room. Thank you very much for making our stay such a pleasure and if we would come this way again we would surely stay at your place again.
- 2.5/5
Breakfast was real good. More than I expected The beds are a little firm and the pillows were not comfy
- 3/5
Ants in the bathroom by toilet!
- 3/5
Cons: Breakfast was bad - rotten apples in the fruit basket, scrambled eggs swimming in water, no bagels or English muffins (just sliced wheat bread), thin waffle batter that didn't make waffles; nowhere to hang towels after showering (one little hook on the back of the bathroom door); toilet paper dispenser coming out of the wall in bathroom.
- 1/5
The breakfast bar food was lukewarm and not being restocked as it should have been. The ice machine on our floor was out of order, and the one on another floor was literally being held together with a string. There was also no light in the room where that ice machine was located. Furniture throughout the hotel was very worn and beat up. Upon entering our room, the first thing we had to do was kill a roach. When we informed the front desk, we were told that maintenance could not come until the next day due to a long list of issues. We were offered another room, but chose to stay since we at least knew the one bug was dead. One of the beds made an extremely loud noise anytime someone moved. The toilet ran constantly and seemed partially clogged. There was no plunger available, and no one could assist us. By the end of our stay, the toilet overflowed and we had to shut off the water ourselves. Additionally, the EV chargers were not operational, which was the main reason we chose this hotel. Overall, this property is poorly maintained and does not meet reasonable expectations for comfort or safety.

Hot tub cold.

We didn’t get there till late on December 3 so we went straight to bed. We got up December 4 to use the restroom. The sink wouldn’t drain. There was only three Kleenexes in the box. And there was one other thing and it was a big one too, but I can’t think of it right now. We did the best with what we could then when we went to check out and I told the lady that the problems we were having she said why you should’ve called last night and I told her twice that we couldn’t call last night Cause we were asleep so she said she would have the general manager call me today and of course I didn’t get any calls from any general manager, so I called them the next day and told them the same problem and she says I will for sure. Have general manager call you today well guess what no general manager I feel like I pay enough for those rooms that I shouldn’t be treated like this. I always use a Hampton Inn when I go, but I will not use it anymore.

Very nice and comfortable room. Enjoyed the breakfast
- 5/5
clean room great breakfast.
- 3/5
The water pressure in the shower was very low and the actual nozzle to adjust The temperature spun completely so it was really hard to change. In the pool area, the ceiling paint was coming away from the ceiling due to the humidity. Which caused water to drip on us while swimming.
- 5/5
Staff was great on check in. Room is ok except for the shower had mold around the shower. And someone had been smoking marijuana on the 3rd floor and it stunk. We reported it the staff on duty and said he would check it out.
- 3/5
Updates needed this property. Beds are older and general maintenance on rooms is needed. Service was friendly but not attentive to obvious things.

There were bugs EVERYWHERE! The worst bed I have slept in.

In town for softball tournament. Location was very convenient to I75. Will stay here again if in area.

The hot tub wasn’t working which was the SINGLE MOST IMPORTANT REASON for choosing this hotel….
- 3/5
It was a Medium hotel. For the cost the light bulbs should work.

The hot tub was out of order and the ice machine was out of order on our floor and 4 floor on machine worked on 2 and 1st. The AC unit didn’t work right all the floors AC wasn’t working properly felt warm not cool like it should be. Very disappointed with this hampton

Hot tub was out, so we swam in pool that was nice and warm. Not much around this hotel, but next door was a restaurant.

Everything was Ok accept I was put in a wheelchair accessible room, which I did not request. And because I got there late and I was very tired after such a long drive and I was gonna stay in one night I didn’t go back to the front desk to complain about that, but I didn’t feel comfortable in that room.

Breakfast was ok, had better
- 5/5
Sheets very soft and towells the soft non scratchy kind. Breafast was also amazing! Cant wait to come back.
- 3/5
I was slightly disappointed in our stay. The lobby and room weren't cleaned regularly and the breakfast bar was a mess. I was told by another person staying that they were told the cooks quit and that was why. We had a stain on our duvet on arrival and they brought up a new one but just not up to the Hampton Inn standard we are used too.
- 2/5
It was ok not anything special and we paid a big price for what we received.
- 4/5
The only problem I had was the washing machine in the laundry room was inoperative
- 4/5
Some issue with room key; no body wash container in shower and no soap alternative!
- 3/5
The pool was dirty and fishy smelling. Looked as if it was on the verge of getting slimy. My son and husband couldn't really swim because of it. The corridors could use some freshening up. Rooms were clean, but nothing major. Our A/C unit started to smell like heat had been turned on, After turning off and back on , the smell left the room. ALOT of storage rooms doors were standing open, for anyone to go into Breakfast was the usual waffles and pastries. Staff was pleasant.
- 4/5
Breakfast was fine; a meat product that didn't come from a pig might be nice, though. There were plenty of bread options, just no meat options. The hotel was quiet. Room was clean. Loved the available charging options and the fridge! The A/C was noisy; the sink in the bathroom didn't drain. The table the coffee service is on is not accessible for short people or people on walkers. I couldn't reach the items on the back. Your parking situation is seriously out-of-control. I thought I was going to have to park in the bar's parking lot next door.
- 3/5
Good Parking
- 5/5
Better than expected!
- 5/5
Nice hot tub! Wonderful hot food! Clean room and bathroom. The towels are new each day. Very nice and comfy. Pool was cold but it’s April and not ready for a cool weather. Thanks! The pool was a bit cold but it was the wrong time. It’s no one fault. Probably it would be better in May or warmer.
- 4.5/5
Breakfast was good wish they had danish as well Price - a little higher than I expect to pay for an overnight stay I was supposed to get either VA or AARP discount but I don't think either were applied
- 2.5/5
Upon check in, the gentleman on duty was very friendly and polite. The room was clean and nice but sound traveled easily through the walls. The beds and pillows were not overly comfortable and the bed was very creaky when rolling over. Breakfast was mediocre and the female on duty when we checked out was most definitely high. I found the stay to be overpriced for the experience. The restaurant next door is amazing though!
- 5/5
As usual Hampton Inn was clean, kind, and welcoming.
- 4.5/5
Breakfast was good location was about 5 minutes from the Church Jubilee we were attending
- 5/5
Very dog friendly.
- 5/5
Evening check-in and morning check-out were easy. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was available—several items to select from.
- 5/5
Excellent service, clean rooms, fun pool and good food. Thanks
- 3/5
Breakfast was not stocked well, especially for it only being 8 AM on weekend.
- 3/5
I feel like the room wasn’t cleaned properly. I went to shower and there was hair all over the floor and shower : I grabbed a towel and there was a clump of hair in between the clean towels. Our sheets had black like lint balls on them. The fan in the bathroom is beyond load not to mention the ac unit. The pool and jacuzzi was nice. As the rain picked up the ceiling started leaking in the pool area which makes me feel like mold could be an issue. The staff is amazing!
- 5/5
Well, the five stars in every category say it all. But the staff was really really great.

I love that they had coffee and cookies upon check-in. They had a great breakfast and nice indoor pool and hot tub. We enjoyed our stay. Biggest complaint was the hotel was located next to a restaurant that played extremely loud music on Friday night that lasted until way too late. Not sure if the hotel can do anything to avoid this, maybe offer ear plugs or sound machines to guests?
- 5/5
Front desk was so accommodating and super friendly. Room was clean. Everything was great.
- 5/5
Tired property. For cost.
- 5/5
Easy to get in and check out. Very homey feeling and very good accommodations. Impressed with the electrical outlets in the bathroom and the roominess. The shower worked exceptionally and it was just a very comfortable place to stay. Looked like everything had been kept in good condition.
- 4/5
Very clean rooms and friendly check in Need better toilet paper
- 5/5
Great staff. Hampton quality. But, the room itself was uncharacteristically in need of repair. Wall paper peeling from wall. Poor wall paper repairs. Room definitely long in the tooth. However, the hotel is under renovation so hopefully the above issues will be resolved.
- 2/5
Bathroom was nasty! I asked them to clean while we were out. They didn’t clean it. Room did not feel clean at all. Plugs by bed did not work. Manager did give me half off my stay. But I would rather had a clean room.
- 2/5
This is a very old property and the room I was given was extremely outdated. The lobby and hallways appeared to have recent renovations, but the quality of the work was rather poor. There was paint splattered all over the furniture in the room, and the bathroom was dark and dirty. In fact when I walked on the bathroom floor, I could hear the mortar under the tiles crunch under my weight (no, I'm not obese). Speaking of the bathroom, they don't stock it with individual soaps and shampoos, but rather with product dispensers fixed to the wall. Not normally a problem, but there was no shampoo dispenser in the shower (it was located next to the sink ... why?) and the body wash was completely empty. This was a very frustrating thing to discover after I was already soaking wet. Bottomline -- the whole hotel felt unclean and unkept. I thought choosing Hampton Inn would always be a safe choice, but I now know I have to do better research before making that choice.
- 5/5
Affordable and newly renovated. Clean
- 4/5
no complaints
- 5/5
Good choice for our race at Fort Oglethorpe - Chickamauga Battlefield Half Marathon / Marathon. Convenient to the race venue
- 2/5
I know you are renovating and under construction but our room had no mirror in the bathroom, no hooks for anything and no shelf under the sink like our 1st room we stayed in the prior week. There was something going on with a bunch of kids at the hotel that night. Had to listen to them bouncing off the walls and jumping off the bed for 3 hrs...sounded like they were going to come thru our ceiling in our room.
- 2/5
Wrong card ran at check in. Still waiting on that to clear up.
- 1/5
No support
- 3/5
Had to move three times. First room the carpet was soak-N-wet, and the door was hard to open and close due to misalignment. Second room we couldn't get the keys to work most of the time, and the room had a bad smell. The final room the bathroom had moldy parts on the ceiling and walls, and the door to this room was just like the first room. We only kept this room because we were tired of moving so much after we had a long travel day.
- 2/5
The original assigned to us was terrible. The toilet was nasty and disgusting as bad as a concert portable potty. We just can't imagine how the toilet condition passed through housekeeping. Fortunately, the front desk representative was able to find another room for us.
- 4/5
This is an older Hampton Inn. A little difficult to find. Adequate parking / restaurant within walking distance.
- 4/5
Our stay was overall good. We have stayed here a couple of times. On this stay, the pool was very cold and the jacuzze was not working at all. This was a let down. We will probably stay here on our next weekend getaway.
- 5/5
People there were willing to go beyond expectations
- 3/5
Needs to be remodeled
- 5/5
Located in an unattractive location
- 5/5
Very knowledgeable staff, friendly quick check-in. Very nice breakfast.
- 3/5
Long time customer for this site, over the years it continues to go down hill regarding facilities, cleanliness, very little investment back into the property. Lobby area very dated, shower head in room broken, linens have seen their better days, breakfast area very little inventory for food as well as machines broken/out of service. If not for the proximity I would choose another site, price is out of line as well. And this coming from a Lifetime Diamond
- 3/5
Having more breakfast options would not hurt.
- 2/5
The gal that checked us in was great. This property was not clean. Our room hadn't been dusted in quite a while, the front of the refrigerator was dirty. We had to ask for toilet paper because there was very little on the roll and no extra. We stayed two nights, room service didn’t vacuum our room. The outside garbage was literally overflowing I let the front desk know my impression was they'd get to it when their ready. I didn't get a thank you for letting us know. The complimentary breakfast was mediocre, the same 2 days in a row. The cards wouldn't open the door, we had them replaced and only one would work. It is time to move away from Hampton Inns.
- 3/5
Perfectly adequate hotel for overnight stay. Facility was old and showing signs of wear. Our room overlooked a busy restaurant across the street with very bright lights in the parking lot. The room did not have blackout curtains which made for a very difficult sleep experience.
- 3/5
Being a gray haired couple, we know the hair is not ours...
- 2/5
I did not realize that I had selected "accessible" for a room choice, but that by itself was not the problem. The floors, both tile/vinyl and carpet were dirty. The tile floors felt like they had been mopped with a dirty mop/water, and were constantly sticky. White socks turned black on the bottom from walking only a bit on the room floors. The hallways smelled musty and were hot/humid. At check-in I had to run my card twice which resulted in 2 holds for $459.15 instead of one. The full price, according to Expedia was supposed to be $444.21, which looks like a slight difference in the taxes applied, which is no big deal. I was told by the manager that once I checked out and the final charge was applied, I would only be charged one time, not two. I'm still waiting for the charges to clear my bank. Overall, we were very disappointed in this Hampton Inn and Suites, which Expedia rated as "Excellent". I selected Hampton Inn based on my past experience with that chain when I was working and on business travel. I would never recommend this Hampton Inn in Ringgold, TN to any family or friends. We have family in Ringgold area and we will NOT stay at this hotel ever again.
- 3/5
The room was very large but very old and dated.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff. Appear to be very clean.
- 5/5
I liked the larger room.
- 5/5
The hotel was clean and everyone was very friendly and helpful. We did have a few issues with our room card but once they were replaced. They worked fine. The pool was fun and well maintained. The hot tub was not operating which was a bummer. The breakfast was good.
- 5/5
Very close to inter-state which made it very easy to get to airport.
- 4/5
There was a dog barking next door most of the night. The A/C was loud when it cycled off & on.
- 5/5
Hotel is a little older But rooms are nice and pool and hot tub as a big selling point for my son
- 3/5
Room was pretty dirty. Bathroom didn’t look clean at all.
- 4/5
Always great, quick, and easy service!
- 4/5
Glad there was an indoor pool and hot tub. Hard to find those in the South.
- 2/5
Room was dirty! Bathroom had tooth paste or something like it on the vanity. Bathroom door stuck and could hardly open. Nightshift personnel acted like it was an inconvenience, dayshift person was very helpful.
- 1/5
Our room was disgusting! Everything was dirty broken and the cabinet holds the refrigerator was moldy and water damaged. Floors were sticky. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!
- 5/5
breakfast was decent. hot tub was working! no complaints here!
- 2/5
Upon checking in we noticed that the light and exhaust fan toggle switches in our bathroom we broken also noticed that the chair in the room had two broken seat cushion springs that were hanging below the seat. Uncomfortable to sit in because the support for the seat ran down the middle of the seat front to back. Requested the light fixtures repaired or replaced and a replacement chair. Switches and chair were replaced upon a second request the next day. The replacement chair had two torn places in the seat back ( see picture). Of the 5 nights we stay at this hotel our room was serviced completely only once. We assumed that the room would be serviced daily. We went to the front desk to pick-up new towels and they indicated they had no idea why our room was not cleaned. On the last day, housekeeping was on our floor at 5:30pm but again by passed our room. There was also torn wall paper at the back of the toilet (see picture below). I assume a picture was there at one time and never replaced. We have stayed in many Hilton Hotels worldwide and member of their Hilton Honors program and this hotel was in very poor condition.
- 5/5
No suprises. Got what I expected.
- 4/5
This Hampton Inn has not upgraded their furnishings in years. Although the rooms were clean there were small things that needed attention. The room door was open when I arrived. It was difficult to close. I could see the springs hanging from under the chair. Most troubling were the non-functioning electrical outlets on the light by the bed. I use a CPAP and had to use an extension cord to plug in.
- 5/5
I enjoyed the property very much. The accessibility was great for me. They gave me a room that fit my needs beside of the elevator since I have COPD which I requested. Breakfast was great and everyone was friendly that worked there
- 3/5
I like the fact that I can walk to a decent restaurant
- 4/5
very nice
- 5/5
Our hotel stay was a good one. The room was clean, check-in was quick, and the breakfast was very good.
- 5/5
Very clean and the staff was awesome! This was our second stay, and we will come again.
- 5/5
location is great
- 3/5
Not up to Hampton inn standards The gal at the front desk was.wonderful! The help eD the best part of the stay Bedding was very 👍
- 3/5
We had trouble trying to get the room temperature to be comfortable. The shear curtains we absolutely filthy and full of holes. Smelled as if may have been a smoking room at one time. Otherwise the staff was nice, but they need to be more aware when mopping the floors in front of and inside the elevator. They felt as if they were not rinsed and made them slippery & slimy each time of the day and night we entered and left.
- 5/5
Front desk service was awesome. Andreen, the evening clerk who we dealt with the most, was exceptional!! The only issue were the outlets in the bathroom. The GFI outlet worked as it should but the outlet on the right of the sink would not work at all. It was also loose. For us, that wasn't a huge deal bc it was just 2 of us.

After I received my room key, me and my family went up to the floor of the room. I entered the key in the door, opened the door and there was a man already occupied in the room. I was shocked and embarrassed. The man was upset and mad at me. I was furious that the staff did not have this room marked as occupied. This is unacceptable!

We reserved adjoining rooms and had a confirmation for them but upon arrival, we did not have one of them. It was inconvenient but we worked around it.

Convenient to 75. People always helpful and friendly… including other guests

Unfortunately the toilet was running non stop when we got there and after maintenance corrected it it still needed the handle jiggled often to get it to stop, the switch for the fan in the bathroom was broken, and there is a hole in the floor under the carpet by the bed. The maintenance man needs more $$ and more help to keep up with it all.

I was very pleased with this hotel. The room was extremely clean, the staff pleasant and helpful, and a nice breakfast in the morning. I would highly recommend staying here.

My wife and I were in room 317 and above us on the 4th floor was a dog inside the room that made noise all night long and we got very little needed rest as we were in town cleaning out my Mom's house to prepare for selling it. My wife raised this concern during checkout and we paid $160 for one nights rest and didn't feel even get to rest all night. No we didn't call the front desk and complain because we were so exhausted from working all day and getting to the room about 9:15pm and did not want to move at 10pm or later during the night. Hilton & Hampton Inn should know better and keep pets on the 1st floor so this doesn't happen. I would like a total refund before I ever consider staying at one of their hotels in the future and I'm a Hilton Honors member 1334462619.

This hotel has a reputation to uphold and it failed. The room was dirty. There were repairs needed and there were bugs. I have already contacted you about this. So I am not going to post it all here.

A perfect midway stop on our way to our final destination. I was pleasantly surprised by an indoor pool and peloton bike. There is also a cute restaurant about a block from here. Don’t pass this one up!
