It was our last night of traveling for 17 days, and the bed was great , very comfortable. We still had a 10 hour drive home in the morning so unfortunately we didn't have time for breakfast this time .

Breakfast, bathroom and love Marriott pillows. Couch not comfortable design for pullout. Bed not as comfortable as expected. Noisy air conditioner that blew directly on head of the bed.

We recently spent 5 nights at the hotel and enjoyed our stay very much. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were very good and had a large array of different food. All the Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would go back if we ever get in that area again.

Very clean hotel. Staff checked us in quickly. The beds were a little firm and the pillows were a little small for us but overall a great night sleep.

Broken desk chair in the room. Had to request additional bath towels for party of 4. Only 3 pillows on each bed, where 4 would have been optimal.

The mattress was upside down so the springs were on top. We had no TV remote. The desk/table area was dirty. The shower was scalding hot even with the temperature turned down. Was not a pleasant experience.

Room was very nice, easy parking, breakfast was fresh.

This is a relatively new property, but the room had several issues: the counter on the desk/table was stained and bubbled, the curtain was not hanging properly, the toilet made a high pitched whistling noise when the tank was filling, and the shower had stains or mold along the grout. We stayed here about three months ago and were very impressed. Hoping it was just this room. Breakfast had a nice variety of options. Check out - there was no staff manning the desk. There was a basket with a note to leave your keys. I waited for a staff member, but left my keys as instructed. I would have felt more secure speaking with someone, handing them the keys and getting a receipt for the stay.

Breakfast buffet was not that good and that is why we chose it. No room service on weekends.

We came to stay for a baseball tournament and really enjoyed our stay! The room was really great.

Elevator tried to trap us in TWICE! I started to not get back on after the first scare but with a stroller & 9 month old, it was pretty much impossible to avoid. The room wasn’t the cleanest. Smudges on all dark surfaces.There was hair on the shower ceiling, tiny black hairs all on the king sheets. Pillows were nearly flat as pancakes. The bed/couch my daughter was supposed to sleep on was dirty and stained up pretty bad. There were only 3 towels in the room when we arrived, had to go ask for more. Definitely not enough pillows for everyone in the room.. The king bed wasn’t comfortable, you can tell the mattress is old and worn out. Just really disappointed to be very honest.

Unfortunately they overbooked and our room we paid for was not available. They could not do anything for our family with small children who had just traveled 10 hours on the road at 1am in the morning. We ended up staying at Tru down the a road and it was wonderful.

The staff was exceptionally patient considering the guest to staff ratio.

Our room was never cleaned we had to put trash outside the door. We had to ask for towels everyday to shower and swimming.

I travel with kids so they only thing they care about is the pool.. They had an indoor pool that was heated and a nice size.. So my kids were super happy to stay there..

It was a clean room. And the hotel in general was clean. The hall way smelled like smoke. And they charged me for a room I had already paid for and have made it very difficult to try to fix that. It’s still not fixed.

Only complaint was a wooden tray in our room had a piece of candy or something stuck to it. Thay was disgusting. Other than that the room was clean.

Ok, it started when i called 8 times and no one answered the direct line. It took me calling the 800 number to act like i am making reservations to get someone. After being on hold with 800 number she said that i can still check in since i was extremely late getting to the hotel. I get to the hotel and there was noone at the desk i said hello several times until i called the phone and it was ringing a gentleman came out. The system went down in the middle of trying to get checked in. And it took over an hour to just get a room. When i got to the room just to get a shower the bathroom was not clean. It took another hour and a half to get bathroom cleaned because he couldn't find another room and couldn't find no one to clean it. I finally went downstairs and asked for cleaning supplies and cleaned it myself. The next day i bring supplies back down and the lady said i was not checked in. So she finally checked me in. On check out day the GM stated that she couldn't do anything because it was under a 3rd party and she only could give out points that i don't hardly travel. I'm not happy at the whole situation.

Room layout was nice. The person checking us in was professional and courteous. I thought the mattress was comfortable. The breakfast selection was great. The A/C in our room (305) did not cool. I set it to 64 and the room never cooled below 75. The bathroom sink was clogged and drained incredibly slow. I tried to report these issues at checkout. I waited at the checkout desk for several minutes around 8:30am, and no one was there to greet me. A basket was on the counter instructing guests to leave their key cards there to check out. I guess that did not want feedback about the room.

It was good. We would stay here again. Our room needed a little bit more cleaning and was missing tissues but not a deal breaker for us. The sofa was a little dirty but we didn’t use it as I never really use any hotel furniture anyway. The common area was clean. Breakfast was decent but could use potatoes or hash browns and shoulshould have cheese for the eggs and sausage. The staff was very friendly

Bathroom sink hot water took a long time to heat up, drain slowly sometimes. Shower door didn't close tightly allowing water on floor, slippery exiting, almost fell.

The walls were paper thin. We could hear conversation and laughter from one neighbor and a very loud television from the neighbor on the other side. Checking in at 10:30pm, We were exhausted from spending the entire day on the road so we were able to turn on some white noise on my phone and sleep through it. If you are a light sleeper, you might not get much rest. They provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash pumps in the shower however one was completely empty and the other two were mostly empty and very watered down. I found this out while anttempting to shower. I asked for individual bottles from the front desk for my daughter to use, and they kindly gave me some. The bed/pillows were very comfy! The staff was nice, but not overly friendly. Breakfast was just ok. Location was great. Right off the highway and next to gas stations. My daughter was able to swim in the morning because checkout was not until noon! She loved that. The pool was nice and heated, but there was a red ‘spill’ near the edge of the pool… maybe juice or wine? I would probably stay again if the price was as cheap, but my expectations will be lower next time.

One area that was not clean was the pull out sofa. Fortunately, we had a child sleeping there who was good to simply sleep on the couch with it covered by a sheet.

The room in good condition, but the breakfast was not that great and they were out of some items, out of all the SpringHill hotels that I have been to this one was okay. The lights in the room are a little dim and there were lady bugs flying in the room as well as stink bugs.

I have stayed at SpringHill Suites in other locations before and have always had a fantastic experience. It always feels like home when I arrive at my room. I actually told my wife on this past stay that I wished I could pack up the hotel in my bags and take it with me for the rest of my trip!

We had a king room. It was spacious and emaculant. The bed was so comfy! We enjoyed the hot breakfast bar. There were several breakfast food options.

Breakfast person struggled to keep the hot food replenished and the eggs did not taste good.

An added bonus was the EV charger on-site. Though it was slow & pricing above market, it was still convenient to be able to charge overnight. Other travelers had parked in the space provided for charging, but we made it work.

The property was quiet! Would definitely stay again!

Our bathroom door lock wouldn't work so the sliding bathroom door didn't completely close. Furthermore, the bathroom door which is directly in front of the beds, has a large opaque glass window so it is distracting to those trying to sleep because the bathroom lights pass through the opaque glass.

Room was nice and spacious. The shower could have been cleaned better and there was a slight smell I did not like but my family was fine with it. Overall, it was comfortable and the breakfast was good: cereals, sausage and eggs, waffles, fruit and yogurts.

Truly enjoyed our stay. Danielle answered questions, made suggestions and was so kind to my granddaughter. The hotel room was great. Had enough room for me (75y/o), my daughter (45), my granddaughter (18), my grandson (17) and my 11y/o granddaughter. Everyone had comfortable sleeping arrangements. The room allowed me to move easily with my walker. There were some areas that needed attention and the staff accommodated immediately. Would recommend this hotel to anyone in the area

The carpet had some gross, disgusting, sticky spots. The bedsheet had a big stain on it. We checked in late and the next morning realized there was no handsoap in the room.

Staff was extremely helpful & accommodating. My daughter just had surgery. They made sure our room was ready a couple of hours early, put us in a ground level room, at the end of the hall, with easy access for my daughter. The room was spacious & clean.

Our flight home took off at 6am which meant that we would miss the morning breakfast. The staff knew this and made sure that milk, cereal and yogurt was available for our trip. This is truly five star service!

Breakfast was busy but staff was hustling to make sure things were stocked. Definitely recommend. Only downside was that the bathroom door shows light into the sleeping area so it means if someone gets up earlier or has to use the bathroom in the night the whole room is lit up. Wasn’t a problem for us since we were all up at the same time. Maybe bring a nightlight to keep in the bathroom so the big light doesn’t need to be used?

Pool didnt look like it had been cleaned for several days. The elevator had a weird shake and food crumbs all over it. The bathroom door didnt lock orvshutvall tge way

Air conditioner did not regulate temperature properly and kept us up all night. Took almost an hour to check in and the poor woman working was alone without help. We weren’t given a WiFi password or any info about checkout or breakfast hours. Could hear neighbors through the walls.

Overall, it was a nice hotel but the toilet in our room was wobbly and didn’t seem to be seated well. Advised the staff and they responded that they would address it

Amazing room and amenities for the price!

This hotel looked like it was recently constructed. Our room was very large with lots of space. Bathroom was clean and the bedding was wonderful. Added bonus was a delicious restaurant next door,

Room was dirty. Carpet had stains in it. Pool was cold and had hair on floor along with other dirt. Breakfast was ok. Had variety but waffle makers were not working at the time we ate. Staff was friendly. Looked like a newer hotel but wasn't very clean.

This is our third consecutive year staying here for our Florida family trip. We use it as our half way point stay. The boys love the pool, and the local restaurants. Great hotel, and will continue to book it in the upcoming years.

My only complaint is that the light in the pool area was on a sensor so it kept shutting off in my kids while they were swimming. It freaked them out the first couple times but it wasn’t dark enough that you could not see at all. My kids are older so for littler kids it may be a different scenario.

I thought the value for the beautiful and clean room was fantastic! When the desk clerk was able to check me in, she was wonderful and apologetic about the wait as she was the only one on staff that night and had been running around taking care of things. But she was great! I wish I could remember her name. Breakfast options were not great, nor the quality of them. Didn't have time to go elsewhere for breakfast, so we made do. Rooms, staff and property were great! Breakfast, just meh.

I have stayed here several times when visiting the grandchildren. There's room for all 3 girls, my daughter and i in one room. The breakfast is awesome, clean rooms, the indoor pool and a gym mean we hardly have to leave the property to have a great weekend. Theres a restaurant, an ice cream shop, and a convenience store within walking distance. I will be back!

Always quiet and easy. This time we had to request a new mattress pad because ours had dried blood on it! David, the Manager last night was great and gave us a new mattress pad as well as offered to change our room. We will stay again next year.

The smell of the halll on our flloor was not good but our room was awesome.

We had an awesome stay with you guys, the staff was great and the size of the room was perfect and enjoyable. The only thing I could slightly fuss about was the iron that put black spots on a new Jordan shirt but the staff was great about giving me things to try and get the spots off which was above and beyond to make it better.

I felt very safe and comfortable. The property was very peaceful and relaxing. The front receptionists were very kind, courteous and helpful. I will absolutely be a return customer.

I would have given all excellents but this hotel doesn’t service your room during your stay. Being there 3 nights our garbage was full. They did bring you towels if you asked. I just would have appreciated our room being made up during the stay.

Just a recommendation. Exhaust fans should always be in a bathroom, especially one that opens directly to the bed area.

The stay was great, but I do have a billing issue that could not be solved at the desk.

This hotel is newly renovated and had nice spacious and clean rooms. On first day had many options for breakfast and everything was great quality. Next day they were out of some of the items like chocolate milk, cream cheese. In addition they had very bad sewage smell in the whole lobby and in the room whole night that day which made it not a pleasant experience. They moved us to new room but we shouldn’t be paying $140 per night for that night specially. They must offer some discounts for the inconvenience.

I should also get a travel advisor rate that was not given because she was new ALSO my fiancé is an Air Force veteran so either way we should have gotten some kind of discount and for the hassle this morning. We were not happy. Coffee in the evening was good and a nice touch to have in the evening when you need a push.

The hotel was very nice, updated and clean. The bed was comfortable and the reading lights over the bed were a plus. The sofa was not comfortable - too stiff and too large to sit back against the pillows without slouching - not a good thing for my age group with back issues. The lighting in the sitting area was poor - not enough to read by and the wattage was dull. There were no tissues in our room so my husband had to go to the desk to get some - which was fine. But there was also no extra roll of toilet tissue, no additional soap and no cups to make coffee with! Does the housekeeping staff not check this? Also, housekeeping did not visit our room until the day we were leaving - we stayed two nights - and then, she knocked twice in rapid fire progression then opened the door! We didn't have time to rise off the bed - thank goodness we weren't still in the bathroom. The breakfast area was nice and clean and the food options were the usual scrambled eggs, sausage and waffles plus various muffins and yogurt. I would definitely stay here again as it was convenient to our family, the interstate and eating establishments - and hope that the housekeeping issue was a one-off.

Pool area had no clean towels and pizza left in chairs breakfast area had stacked used waffle cups on counter and room on check in had hair in tub and open bar of soap on sink. Unacceptable for the marriott brand.guy at checkout seem unfazed. Next time we will try the hilton property near by as i to to visit my grandkids often

My family and I definitely enjoyed our stay ,specially the breakfast area,rooms are nice,we stayed for 2 nights, at the time of our check in the guy at the front desk was very nice and gave us information about restaurants near the area,im giving a poor review on the staff because we wanted housekeeping service and the girl that was supposed to clean our room never came ,we asked the front desk 2 times and no one cleaned our room ,we got back to our room close to 6pm and nothing was straighten up,our trash cans were full and we needed clean towels,pool area was kind of green and there was no pool towels.

It was a great stay, we lost power for a little while because of a transformer being hit but it came back up pretty quick, the staff did a great job with the food at breakfast it was very good. Would definitely stay again. The lady at the front desk at night is super sweet and friendly thank you guys.

The first two nights (8/1/24-8/2/24) we were unable to sleep until well after midnight due to the herd of elephants above us in room 300 and despite calling management it didn’t stop. Some people are just rude and inconsiderate. The evening of 8/3/24 I stopped at the desk to see if they had hopefully checked out but no - the manager on shift very kindly gave us another room for the evening on the 4th floor. And we were finally able to get a good night sleep. The facilities were all very clean and well maintained and the breakfast was excellent. If I am over in the area again I would definitely stay there again!
