Room was clean and staff was very nice. I had a [problem with the tv and they came right up and fixed it. The hotel did not have any hot water in the morning for a shower. The receptionist said they were aware of it and a plumber was on the way. Breakfast is minimal.

The location was good and the price seemed reasonable. I was there for meetings so only used the hotel for rest. I did grab a couple of packaged food items on my way out. The halls and elevator were dingy with visible dirt and debris along the walls. The sound on the tv was terrible.

Location, friendly staff. No hot water 1st night, was corrected quickly.

I needed a clean hotel on a budget. This was a great option. Staff were friendly, rooms super clean, didn’t see the first hair on beds or towels. Plan to stay here again.

Excellent price!!! The room was huge and just like being at home. The bed was comfortable and it had an awesome couch as well. The TV was excellent as well. Extremely clean too. The staff were all so nice and professional Loved it!!! Absolutely nothing wrong with anything. I will use it again in August!!!!

Location off the highway was ok and price was decent as we were staying just one night after traveling for 12 hours on the road back home. Fireworks went off outside the Inn around 10pm until 11pm. Totally unexpected. The shower had what looked like spots of black mold and streaks of red dirt. Didn't use. The small area for coffee/muffins in the lobby area was ok. A guest took all the muffins and went back to her room. Extended stay for some quests maybe? Our window overlooked a side parking lot for 18 wheelers to park. Looking out the window in the hallway we thought there was a pool! But it was filled with dirt, and a garden had been planted in it!

Location was great for my visit to east Chattanooga. Floor was clean but very sticky from the cleaner.

This is a great and cost efficient place to stay. Location makes one feel safe, as it is outside the city in a nice little community. The rooms are nothing immaculately outstanding about it, but they are clean and comfortable, with good size televisions having Direct TV. Parking lot is small but easy to get in and out. Kind of funky smell in the hallways, but not in the rooms. Staff is very nice as well.

This is a clean property offering a great price just off the highway. At check in this time, the lobby smelled heavily of curry, which I love, however it bothered my partner. Other than that, no complaints!

We needed to stay overnight literally just to sleep after a long softball tournament. The lady who checked us in was super sweet, the room was clean--totally fine for a quick overnight. Parking lot was a little scary but it was well lit.

Unfortunately, my favorite restaurant in the area (Farm to Fork) was closed because of the winter storm warning.

The front desk was very helpful and there is a good restaurant (From Farm to Fork) nearby. It is a basic hotel, good value for a budget price.

Scratches inside toilet, discoloration on tub floor, painted over chips in tub top shelf, baseboards next to front door very scratched up, rusty bits on bed frame, old musty smell of painted-over nicotine in room. Staff was friendly and efficient at check-in. Water puddle on lobby floor in morning.

I wish I had got the clerk at the front desks name when I checked in. She was super sweet. Room was above average for a budget hotel. Smelled clean. Comfy bed. Only complaint would be that the doors seemed paper thin. You could hear everything in the hallways. If you’re a heavy sleeper it’s no problem.

A no frills hotel that was clean. We felt safe and didn’t have any problems. Just a muffin, coffee and juice breakfast but met our needs.

The building itself was nice however, once I was in the room, I had an allergic reaction to the cleaning supplies that were used. Fabulosa is a very strong scented supply that I feel should not be used in hotels

The parking lot was very well lit & check in clerk was very friendly. I just needed a clean, quiet room to spend the night & this fit the bill. Breakfast was grab & go- muffins & packaged pastries. The coffee was very good

The leave the office locked up like they are scared. Makes you think it’s an unsafe area since they don’t want to deal with anyone. Breakfast was terrible, beds uncomfortable, seemed clean.

Good deal for the price. Room was clean and staff helpful. Breakfast was limited and ok for continental. No fruit or toaster. Parking was okay but would be tight if crowded.

Old hotel, but staff was super friendly, and the area was nice and quiet. Needed the rim for 4 of us just for a halfway point between Florida and Michigan, and it was right about half. Bed was comfortable, and room was old but good enough for the price point. Close to lots of food options.

The doors in the hallway slam, constantly causing noises through the night. The AC somewhat works, and of course dirty, the floor is scuffed and damaged. Going down the stairs, completely dirty. Gave us 2 towels, wanted them to come in change sheets, they came in, put 2 towels and washcloths in, and left the room doing nothing else. DO NOT STAY HERE

ONLY PROBLEM WAS THE AIR CONDITIONING. IT WASNT ON. IN THE SOUTH MIDDLE OF SUMMER. VERY HOT. TOOO HOT TO SLEEEP THE FIRST NIGHT. WHEN ITS THIS HOT THEY NEED TO LEAVE THE AIR ON.

Pros of the property: It is convenient on/off the interstate. The beds are relatively comfortable. The property does have an elevator. We stayed one night each on the way to and from Florida. We won’t stay at the property again.

Nice hotel

This is my go to hotel when I visit Ringgold. I have always been treated with respect and dignity. The rooms have always been comfortable and clean. My only issue was I found was a spider in the bathroom. But not a big deal. I recommend Hometown Inn to everyone.

The felt “broke down” as my husband kept rolling off. The “breakfast” consisted of coffee and a muffin. Nothing for a diabetic

Rooms are clean and simple but beds are very high in the air, this is a safety concern to me with small dogs and kids. The staff was pleasant, the room has a fridge no small freezer to freeze ice blocks for coolers. Its a simple, clean room period. Pool has been filled in with dirt and appears to be turned into a garden spot

There wasn’t any housekeeping after we checked in, the bathroom floor was filthy. I had to clean it my self. I kept my shoes on in the other areas. Very limited breakfast. Not sure how the rating was so high.

I stop at this property many times during the course of a year. When driving down from Illinois to Sarasota Florida this is the halfway point. I love this little place it is always clean and it is always inexpensive. Sometimes I even get a freezer :-) this time however it seems like we have some crazy people living there. Gamers with noise lasting until 1:00 in the morning. I hope this is not the trend

Desk attendant at night was not the most polite. But it was okay for a place to sleep for 6hours.

Found a black nail on the bathroom floor and their was an opened coffee in the bathroom. Shower/tub looked like it had stains on the bottom. The bed was not comfy. It did the trick for 5 hrs of sleep. Penny who checked us in was the best part of stay, very nice upon our arrival. Glad they had a dolly for our suitcases/ items so we could get everything in one trip.

This place was quiet and clean. Parking lot is difficult to back out of spots if parked by the entrance because of the awning pillars being so close. Pancake maker could've cooked them a tad longer, but that's okay because there were plenty of other breakfast options. It is close to plenty of restaurants and stores. Overall very good place to stay.

Chose for the price & location. Was exactly what I needed: right off the interstate & clean. Breakfast was just prepackaged muffins/danishes. Linens were clean, mattress firm, pillows were very flat. The bathtub was clean but had no drain plug for a bath. Could easily hear other room noise, but highway noise was very faint.

On way home from Florida. Stay was short but very nice room wish our stay in our Airbnb was this nice

Staff was extremely rude. Kept giving me excuses about room Service that was not being performed. Had to wash my own towels. Every conversation I had with the staff seemed hostile on their part. Seems to me they hate their customers.

The room was very clean. Don't even consider what they're serving as "breakfast". The bathroom was a little dingy - peeling caulk and missing grout in the tiles. But again - for the price- perfect

This was a pleasant family operated Hotel just off the interstate. It was comfortable and provided the necessities, with plenty of restaurants about 5 minutes from the hotel. The only complaint would be the lack of any front desk people overnight all the way up till at least 10:00 a.m., there was a gate hanging from the ceiling so it lost the Personal Touch. But it was a good value for the money

Very clean and comfortable low price hotel, and it has a stove top and large fridge if you want to do some cooking. No real breakfast to speak of and I don't like the fact that they keep a metal screen down over the front desk until 11:00 a.m. in the morning. That's reminiscent of what a place would do if it's in a high crime area, but this is a nice area so I did mention it to the owners that they may want to rethink that.

This is a very surprising good value with a non-brand name Hotel. I like the fact that it is a renovated and quiet room, with a mini kitchen available. My only complaint which kept it from getting five stars is having no one at the front desk in the early morning hours and no real breakfast to speak of other than generic pastries.

The room was nice, bed comfy, towels thin & sparse, the decor was also sparse, but coffee packs were terrible. (Coffee down stairs for morning equally bad!) The attendant was very nice. In all I would stay here again for last minute spot. 👍

Use this hotel for my work week. Super affordable, clean and quiet for me to crash here during my work week before heading home for the weekend.

The pillows were exceptional! It met our needs as a comfortable, safe place to lay our heads before traveling on.
