Location and it was clean.... The electric outlet next to the bed, didn't work but, everything else fine.

The room had mold growing all on the ceiling and walls. The room smelled awful.

I would not recommend. I really need to pay more attention to reviews. It's inexpensive, but so poorly maintained that it's not worth trying.

This place was absolutely disgusting. We walk in the hotel room and there's a huge dead roach. On the floor the room was in total disrepair. And the parking lot was super scary.

The bathroom was super outdated and not very clean. The price was way more than what I originally booked it as and the staff was not helpful is honoring the original price. I could hear everything that the people in the next room were doing.

This place needs a serious professional update. Baby roaches crawling around the room including on the bed. Don’t stay here unless you’re willing to accept the lowest standards with the lower price.

Fixtures were rusty. Staining on ceiling. Shower didn't always get hot. No cleaning or towel service. Pool cleanliness was questionable. Wi-Fi okay. Wawa next door. Wendys across the street.

This hotel was very dirty and the door to the room didn’t fully close, but since they didn’t have other rooms I put a nightstand in front of the door to ensure it would stay closed.

The staff was nice, although I asked if it was possible to hand out on the lobby since I flew in early - the person at the front desk said it was not possible because he had to step out to the back for a couple of hours. I understand this is not a high class accommodation, and their usual patrons are, well... the same, but I found his excuse to be odd. The hotel room was dingy, very poorly maintained property and rooms, not necessarily unclean, but unkempt. It's just a serviceable stay in case you absolutely can't get anything else. Side note: I know that this is not the Motel's fault, but beware, there were many random people walking by offering to sell drugs. Honestly, the property could use a bit more care, I'm not trying to be unfair or nasty about it, but you get what you pay for (which I think is overpriced for the experience you'll get).

This is a very old run down motel. Paint drippings all over including the shower. I didn't want to touch anything it was so nasty. I only stayed because it was hight season and at the last minute everything was booked.

The staff was attentive, but we asked for them to not disturb our room. They agreed to not clean for the first day, but told us they HAVE to clean on the second day. Instead, when we got back on the second day, the AC had been turned off and everything was still a mess. Petty, to say the least. The bathroom floors were incredibly slippery when wet, more than a normal floor. It was as if there was wax on them. I slipped and hurt my foot so bad it is still bruised a week later. The bed was actually not bad, the room didn't smell like it had been smoked in, and the lights all worked just fine. It was not very loud between rooms or if people were outside, but you could hear people if they were yelling. It was easy to find a parking space. The checkout was a little confusing - we only turned in the parking space slip we kept in the car, but there was no receipt and realized later they did not ask for the keycards, so I still had them when we returned home.

Bed was comfy, shower was hot and strong. Shower stall leaked terribly and caulking was mildewy. Bad patch jobs to the ceiling and walls. But otherwise it was clean, the clerk was nice. For a quick stay, I would stay here again except it's not close to much.

Room smelled over powering with a stinky scent. The shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor. You get what you pay for. We just needed a place to crash for one night.

This hotel is so run down, looks like it was last remodeled in 1970. Rusty fixtures, gaps in the walls. Killed multiple roaches in the room. The cruddiest hotel I've been in for at least 25 years. Amazingly, the staff do their best keeping the room modestly clean.

The room had light issues that flicked and was not easy for my eyes. The presentstion as pictures and descriptions did not match. The pool was not available as described. The laundromat was broken and i had to request refunds. There was no lobby availability.

I check-in to my room got the keys leave to get food came back my key won’t work upon trying the key someone came out the room I already check in say they check in the room so I went to the front office told the guy I went to my rooom and someone is in there the guy telling me sorry about that mind you I already check in got my key went in use the bathroom leave to get food and when I get back someone in my room that im already checked in to so the guy at the front desk have to give me another room imagine if I had take my stuff inside the room don’t recommend this place is unorganized

The room did not have working heat, and was missing a blanket.

The room was smelling cigarette,dirty pillowcase, dirty sheets and the sink water had a green color just to mention those major issues.

Staff was fine but the room rented to me should not ever be rented to anyone! I have pics of what my room looked like and I want someone to see them! Unbelievable and inexcusable. Terrible visible mold and rust all throughout the room. Cockroaches, soiled curtains, and a nasty smell. Slept on top of bed with my own pillow and sleeping bag. Who owns this place? Oh and in case you want to see what I’m talking about, it was room 150!!

Room was clean, housekeeper was great, always making sure we had enough towels, took our garbage, made sure we had plenty of essentials, hotel was quiet, I will definitely stay again at this Motel 6. Thank you for great service.

This property can be a hit or a miss. I have stayed here multiple times & depending on the staff & the room they offer you.. You can have a relaxing stay or be absolutely appalled by even the low price you have paid. You never know what you are going to get here. xx

Made reservation online like I normally do, stay there before a few times, but it’s the last time the front desk clerk told me that the manager put on the computer that I couldn’t stay there anymore when I never had any problems before and they couldn’t give me any reason.

I'm assuming the pictures online are of the non-smoking rooms, because mine looked NOTHING like that. Guy next door kept blasting music from his speaker. Remote to the TV didn't work. I had to push the door in REALLY hard to even get the lock to engage (and to be honest that only worked AFTER I put my door security stick there). Either stick to the non-smoking rooms, or find somewhere else all together.

Homeless people on the property, high on drugs, making noise and fighting. The old mattress smelled bad, the TV was old and didn't work, and there was a musty smell. In short, if you're coming from a long trip, don't stay there, as that property should be closed.

The room had an odor and the curtains had stains on them. The bathroom marks on it so the pain was peeling. The door that went outside also has peeling paint. The shower did have any complimentary shampoo or conditioner like most hotels do. My Fiancé and I only stayed for one night and we will never stay there again if we ever go back to Florida. We had went down to pick up our new car and it was our last night there and we decided to stay at Motel 6 thinking it would be decent but it wasn’t.

The owner or worker was very rude. Before check in and during. Then when we did check in he asked for my guests drivers license. I have never in all the hotels I have stayed at had any hotel ask for my wife’s drivers license unless we got a second room and was in her name. I will never stay here again.

I stayed here since it was convenient to diving at the Blue Heron Bridge, but it was overpriced for the condition of the room, size of the room and other amenities.

After checking in, the cops were on site. The roller, I thought I was going to break my hand trying to flush it!!! The shower was a trickle and VERY cold!!!

Booked and backed out, Do not spend money here, it just looks good in the outside, once inside the rooms are like cheap motels for hookers,& prostitution. I changed my room due to the MOLD, growing inside the both room only to get A REST STOP BATHROOM in the other room. Refrain from going here…if you like quiet, clean,& quality this IS NOT THE PLACE. ZERO STARS!!!

it’s a no-frills facility. It’s a comfortable bed cozy room. That’s all you need for good night sleep. The area is quiet and dark.

Our booking from another place fell through, so we had to find another spot. This place was budget friendly and conveniently located for our destinations. Its located next to a busy noisy roadway. There was remnants of stays from others in our room. (Hair, trash, etc.) Give it a 5 on a 10 scale, for that. Was glad of the location, bed was ok. Had microwave and mini fridge. All pluses. There was a Wawa convenient store within walking distance. Had its own sandwich shop wih coffee pots galore. Went there every morning and afternoon, for something. The front desk person was friendly. They had coffee also. We would stay there again, if we do the same things. Give it an 8 out of 10, for our purposes.

This hotel should be closed, as soon as we were trying to do check in, there was a roach in the reception, the room is so bad that I can not even describe how bad is was, we open the room and it feels like touching anything there will get you sick, we returned the key right away and leave for another hotel

Only needed one night. You get what you pay for. This motel is in need of a major remodel

We had a room facing the pool, so it was quiet. We didn't try the pool, as we left by 9AM.

This was the most disgusting property I have ever stayed at.

We booked several rooms. Our room was clean and smelled nice but the pillows were horrible. Our daughter's room had a bad smell and the sink had no water. In the room our son stayed in the water in the shower never got hot.

Stayed overnight on a business trip. Check in was easy and the room was fine for a quick stay for people looking for something cheap. Considering how expensive other lodging is in the area, a definite bargain.

Motel 6 gives you exactly what you pay for. A place to spend a night. No frills, no fuss.

The room was full of cockroaches and ants everywhere, even on the bed. In the early hours of the morning, someone knocked on my door several times. It’s unsafe and dirty. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Checked in late and left early. Desk clerk was great but the rooms were quite run down...couldnt get hot water to shower in the morning

The pictures advertised on the page made it seem like all room was painted and fully ready for stay my room was air conditioned really ain’t work u have to turn under 55degress to turn on and the door ain’t have a deadbolt bathroom door couldn’t close or lock if use missing door nob the paint on the wall peeling it was like they stuck me in a messed up room in the back had a smoking room didn’t even accommodate my reservation request

Ive stayed here twice, the central AC heaters do not work, slept in the cold, showers are old and cruddy & this time I discovered multiple cockroaches near the microwave and dresser, one even seemed to be laminated within their Channel guide paper….

Staff is so rude. Had to switch room several times because of room quality. Heavy infestation of German roaches. Mold aand mildew. Came home with roaches in luggage had to throw everything away. Staff does not properly clean rooms. Drug dealers in front of my room door. Door was not secured properly looked like it had been kicked in. Mirror in one of the rooms fell off wall there was a hole in wall you could see room next door and it was full of roaches. Im allergic to roaches had to check into hotel else where. This place needs to be tented and new management

The walls was thin.the bathroom was horrible paint chipping everywhere and shower was not clean and water smelt like sewer. Front desk was banging on door and calling during check out,terrible experience.

I loved it here, definitely booking at this motel 6 again. The owners live on the property so it is very well looked after. They seem to take pride in their property. I was here alone with my kids most of the trip and wasn’t scared, I would like to see a room with the extra lock on top not broken though. I found the broken latch lock a little unsettling but it was a quiet motel.

I didn't like the fact that when you took a shower it ran out of the bathroom and into the other part of the room. There were homeless people sleeping on the ground's. We woke up to the smell of India food which is not something that you want to do 1st thing in the morning.

Shower had paint peeling. Sprinkler was rusted. The walls were think with numerous coats of paint. Not worth the money. There was a bug in the shower.

This is a run down hotel. Our room was small and expensive. It was the only place with vacancy that day in the area that wasn’t hundreds of dollars a night. There is no weather stripping on the door and you could see outside around the closed door. Could hear every person walking by and talking. Found a live cockroach on the floor in the morning. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

It’s a motel 6 so wasn’t expecting much but a place to sleep. Then 8am my first morning the room cleaning team came pounding on my door. Literally pounding. I’ve stayed in many places and never have I ever experienced such an aggressive approach to cleaning the room.
